Good place to stay when you live in the island of Houston.

My elderly grandparents needed a hotel temporarily and chose Motel 6 Rosenberg tx. They have stayed before with not much problem but Friday morning I went to pick them up and the elevator was out of order. We waited awhile and ended up having to call the fire department to come help them down. When we came back we moved them to a bottom floor so this wouldn't happen again. This morning I came to bring groceries and check on them and they had been kicked out permanently. I am about to call corporate to see if that one is franchised but I figured I would warn any potential guest.

I have stayed here many times over the last 5 or more years.
This week we were accused of trashing the room when I had already stayed 2 nights and needed to stay 2 more. I was told it is better if I found another place to stay!
I didn't trash the room. I didn't g st there until late and left fairly early. I made it to town early and was hoping to move into an apartment on Friday but found out it won't be ready until Monday.
I told the evening desk clerk this and he was extremely nice. The next morning the other guy on duty is the one to tell me he was refusing to let me stay again.

Good place! Let me park 18wheeler! Jet tub it new and good experience for overnight places where I stayed with WONDERFUL price!

The rooms are clean! Had a bad experience at a different hotel chain, paid higher price, expected a good experience, but ended up with an insect problem with the room. So, the price is great and the room cleanliness is very appreciated. Only thing the room lacked was its own coffee maker. Not a big deal tho.

The Motel 6 in Rosenberg was professionally run, staff was courteous, even friendly. The building itself was clean as were the grounds. I would not hesitate to stay there anytime I'm in the area. In fact I'll be staying there sometime within the next month or so and am looking forward to doing so. 5 stars… Highly recommended.

I have stayed here 3 times (once a year for 3 years). We are Jehovah Witnesses that have our assemblies at the assembly Hall nearby. My kids love to stay and enjoy the room and the pool. I love that the room has a small fridge and microwave, its very useful. I always use the hangers to hang dresses and the suits. The only thing I noticed is that even though it was a non smoking room, the restroom smelled lot like cigarette. Another thing that bothered me some is that the floor was very dirty, I took my shoes off for one minute and my socks got super dirty. Then the next day I came into a clean room but the table and floor were not as clean as I expected them to be. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! The TV in our room was a good size, and we got a room in 1st floor (122) right beside pool, so we could take a look out and see the pool very close. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends many times. Hopefully we can stay next year.

This was the first motel ever to ask and follow me to see what room I was in. We still had 2hrs to check out so my kids and wife went to the pool when they came back the key was was deactivated after that we started getting ready to check out the house keeper kept knocking pressuring us before 11am 5min after.

Great place to stay if you’re in the military because the office is not that far, plus it’s only $60 a night with continental breakfast.

Never again, very ugly the color of the rooms have a orange on the walls, not cleaning tolls smells bad I have to leave earlier than usual because I don't feel comfortable, is a good location, but I think they need to invest on this motel.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs horrible place. We stayed for 4 days and it was dreadful… here is the story, we moved in and our room had a terrible smell to it. We felt with it till we couldn't anymore so we switched after night 3 into a upstairs room. The whole place smelled like a gross cigarette. So we end up going to bed and at 5Am I was awaken to my mom asking me to scratch her bad only to find BED BUGS. So after that we were ANGRY we went downstairs to the front desk guy and all he said was "switch rooms" with a very nonchalant attitude. So we waited till the manager "andy" to come and demanded a refund. He told us that we have to leave and couldn't come back and he would only refund 1 of the 4 days… as we asked him about his knowledge about the bedbugs all he did was smile in our faces and said "it's too bad" what a horrible place. Please never stay here. So funny, I tried posting pics of the bedbugs In our bed but Google won't post it.

Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel I would give it 5 stars. There is nothing spectacular about the place, but it is quiet at night and clean. Whoever is in charge here would likely do well as a manager/owner of a higher end hotel. Overall, I got much more than I was expecting and would stay here again.

After going to another hotel in the area and it was not remotely fit for a dog we were directed by locals about Motel 6. This place was clean, comfortable and safe! Great value for your money!

I was extremely pleased with my stay. I was called to verify what type of room I wanted, plus was very flexible about my check in time. I left leaving behind my pillow and a pair of earrings that are very sentimental to me. The integrity of the housekeeper was outstanding. I am very grateful. The only disappointment was no breakfast. My father in law is in a wheelchair and would have been beneficial and convenient for him to have breakfast at the hotel. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Andy.

The rooms were clean. The service at registration was very efficient.

Looked nice, smelled old. Very noisy. They allow pets and apparently allow non stop barking. No carpet and floors felt greasy. No coffee pot, no amenities like shampoo or even Kleenex. Beds were clean and area appeared to be safe. We didn't have any issues, just noise.

They have BED BUGS! They tore us up and cost me hundreds of dollars for extermination! I am finally able to review this location! I stayed there with my family in March of 2017 and my husband and I had blood on the sheets the next morning and bites all over. Next thing you know, we had them at home. I'm taking HUNDREDS to get them gone and lost thousands of dollars in furniture! Don't stay here!

Employee had trouble with my card at check in. Made me go find an ATM to get cash. I requested a handicap room. The only handicap amenity was a hand bar. The shower head was so high I couldn't reach it to adjust it for my height (short). The day after I checked out, someone called and said that I was late checking out and that I owed more money. I will not stay at this Motel 6 again.

Had a relaxing stay. Service was good.

Service was good. Room was nice. Housekeeping was ok needed more toilet paper and towels.

I will Not recommend the Motel 6 of Rosenberg TX for the simple fact that I was 5 nights and when it came time for my departure I ran out of the room very disrespectfully apart from that they say they have coffee in the mornings free always this without service the coffee maker RTAs of the rooms are not well sealed the fitness room does not work in order that Motel 6 of that city did not rwcomendaria or return to other motels 6 of other cities where I stayed and I have no problem thanks.

Second time there. Clean and polite atmosphere for the price. Just remember to put on the do not disturb sign if you are still in the room by check out time. The cleaning crew likes to get a early start. Tried to get in our room a couple of times before 9a.

Overall our stay was good. Because I forgot to ask for AARP discount when I checked in I couldn't receive one. Also for the price there should have been at lease some type of breakfast.

Location was convenient for my visit. Waffle House next door for quick meals. Service and rooms were ok.

I don't know if it is the same at all Motel 6 motels, but this one has no carpeting. It has a beautiful wood look laminate floor that didn't cause me to keep my shoes on till it was time to go to bed. Thank you Motel 6. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because there was no way to make a cup of tea or coffee. The location was very accessible, and though the Internet was down when we arrived, it was quickly taken care of. Would stay here again (will bring a mug for my tea) and will give Motel 6 first consideration for other trips.

And night person was very helpful. Last minute stay and he even gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. Our room was one of the new ones and bed was very comfortable!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not come here! The man working at the front with glasses has a huge attitude. My fiancé and I checked in earlier and the man working at the front refused to give us a receipt when my fiancé asked nicely for it. He replied "you can get it when you check out. " I later then asked for his manager and he replied "Andy" with an attitude. Please go somewhere else. Comfort Inn is just down the street. You'll be better off there.

Great location for the occasion. We had a family gathering in Rosenburg tx. And we had family from all over stay with us. Housekeeping personnel very friendly. Front desk very helpful. My daughter bought new shoes for the occasion she developed blisters on her feet, front desk provided band-aids, which came in very handy. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Location was perfect since I was working at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. Nice room. 4/5 because they dont have a continental breakfast. Wendy's, waffle house, and a Lowe's are next door.

Can't recommended this Motel 6 enough. It was like staying in a $150/night hotel (minus the breakfast) for 1/3 the price. Room with double-bed was large with nice hardwood floor. Had nice small 1/2 round table with corner seat. Large frig, freezer, and microwave. Good coffee.

I go to talk to the guy at the front desk I tell him I got a room online. He ignores me to help someone else that just walked in. In get into the elevator looks run down made loud noise I was pretty sure it was going to break down. I finally get to my room. It smelled like mildew. I go to take a shower but there wasn't any shower curtains which is why it probably smelled like mildew. I only had 1 towel and 1 pillow. I wake up at 9 am with employees yelling house keeping. They knock on my door yelling again at 10. I told them I'm getting ready to leave then 11 comes by and the manager I believe is yelling at my door saying if I'm going to stay another night I told him I'm almost done getting all my stuff ready. He grunts then walks away. As I walk past the front desk to leave he stares at us like he's pissed at us. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Never going again…

We finally got to the hotel about 11pm ready to check in and go to sleep. We were waiting to check in behind a man that was trying to get a refund. He slept in the room for two hours, and woke up from bed bugs. Because he had been there for two hours they would not refund him. Finally got to the check in spot, and as I was walking up there was a dead roach. Still I tried checking in because it was late and the hotels around were booked. Bad idea. We opened the door to our room, and they booked me a smoking room. Went right back downstairs, and checked out with refund. I drove 30 min to the next hotel.

We found a Crack pipe left in room, which means the maids don't clean very well. No coffee pot in the rooms, Air conditioning unit was disgustingly dirty. Floors by tub are very weak and drop down towards bathtub.

It was nice pain. New furnishings and appliances.

Motel 6 has come a long way. The rooms are very modern and up to date.

The location was convenient, and the atmosphere wasn't bad for a budget hotel. This was the first hotel I ever stayed in with faux wood floors. Not bad for the price.

From reviews the other rooms must be better. Room smelled like pee bad. Bed is a mattress on a peice of plywood no box springs and the pillows are horrible.

Clean rooms, affordable prices, and on a highway very convenient.

Bedbugs… No BS, bugs came out minutes after we settled in. So disgusting… Collected a few in a cup and took to front desk to get a refund. Stay away!

Good hotel, near the highway makes moving around very easy.

Clean, comfortable on the plus side. A bit pricey, no in-room coffee or hair dryer on the minus side. For $67 a night weekday rate, I would expect these amenities.

This is a good motel, however I fell in the parking lot because of no light in my car's area. I fell flat on my face and have damaged my nose/lips/front teeth. I had to go to the emergency room Saturday night. We got no dinner and I could not eat due to the swelling and pain. Unfortunately the help did not know how to help me report this problem to the management/insurance company. I have not yet heard from them but I will need their help on this.

I really love staying at this motel. It's very clean quiet and close to everything. Only negative is they have no breakfast but the plus side is waffle House in next door. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience. Bedroom was nice, big frig with freezer, flat screen tv, quiet, all Pergo floors (heavenly when staying with dogs). Even when not staying with dog I prefer it. Bathroom was pretty rough but functional. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Even a hair dryer.

If sent to second or third floor smells terrible and had to wait til 2-3 pm to get room and arrived at 10.

The lobby and front desk all look nice, and coffee is provided free in the morning. That being said, when I got out of the elevator onto the second floor the entire hallway smelt of mold and mildew. Enter into the room thinking its poor ventilation and it just gets worse. I try to open a window and they are forcibly kept shut by screws in the window pane. Oh well, better go shower; would you look at that there is no water pressure and it takes 3 min to get my hair wet, as a dude.

Vent in the bathroom is taped shut. Furniture is very old. Halls upstairs smells of smoke from within some of the rooms. Elevator was dirty.

For the Price and Location during the Fair it is GREAT! We travel from Austin area each year to volunteer at the fair and haven't had any issues for the last 3 years we have been staying there! We get the mini suite and have lots of room to spread out. Only complaint I have is the water pressure during my shower, it could stand to be a little stronger! :).
