I usually don’t write reviews with bad experiences but this one I have to. When you first walk into this hotel, animal piss just hits you in the face! The rooms smell so horrible (I was able to check a couple of them out). My eyes and sinuses were irritated so bad that I still have an allergy cold right now. My asthma was triggered and I’m still in recovery now. I used my points to stay here and it wasn’t worth it all! I want my points back! This was the worst experience in an hotel ever… Will never recommend or come back to this property. Even when I got back home, all our clothes smelled like dog piss. The air quality is not good at all. On another note, the employees are extremely nice and friendly. They are just used to that horrible smell.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms looked updated and the lobby was beautiful. The breakfast was a great selection. The only downfalls they had was the beds were pretty hard and we were told we could have a late checkout when we booked online, but were told it would cost extra once we got there.

This hotel has a horrible stench to it, even worse in the rooms. The pool was not very clean looking and you had to have them unlock it if you wanted to go in. The outside door going from the pool is supposed to be locked and use your room key to open, but it was never locked, so anyone can enter the hotel there. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice and the a/c worked great! My only grievance was the door leading out to the pool. The key card mechanism didn't work so you need to block the door or walk around to the main entrance. They also lock the gate to the pool so the neighborhood kids can't gain access. Just need to get the front desk to open it up for you.

Room was comfortable and the a/c worked great! Gave 4 stars since the door leading to the pool would not accept key cards. It was just an inconvenience having to walk around to the main entrance. The pool itself was kept locked, apparently to keep the neighborhood kids out, which made for waiting on the Front Desk to unlock it.

Really thin walls made you hear everything.

Very nice La Quinta. Nice staff, location was difficult to get to due to construction in the area. Not much around the hotel as far as night life.

So far so good! I had made reservations online and had a couple questions so I called and spoke to a gal, Alana if I remember… Either way; she seemed professional and had a great attitude and was able to answer all of my questions. It seems they have a great staff and can't wait for my stay.

Clean cozy little motel. Friendly front desk clerks. Safer to help and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a smoke-free hotel! I called, & they said all rooms are non-smoking. No hot tub, but there is a pool.

Very clean, safe, and secure parking. It is a bit expensive but the best in Rosenberg, TX.

Very disappointed. Tub clogged. TV didn't work right. I've never seen so many dogs in one hotel. This morning at breakfast a guy was coming in from walking his pit. He got off leash and began growling at everyone. After containing him in his room, he comes out with another pit. My family and I will never stay in or recommend another La Quinta!

Found 2 baby roaches in our room! We had to wait 30+ minutes to check in because the room we booked wasn’t available and “the system” wouldn’t let them give us another room?!? Then at check out they were overcharging us. And we had to prove the rate we booked at. After the inconveniences and finding roaches, they would only take $20 off the bill. I will say the rest of the services were unexpectedly nice. Breakfast was a good hot breakfast. But we will not be staying here again.

Very nice staff, clean. Accommodations were what we expected from brand. Bedding was fresh and clean. Hot breakfast was Awesome! No pre packaged defrosted junk. Great stay, was So much better than the Sugarland /Stafford location on Hwy 59/69 that we stayed the previous night.

Very nice hotel, pet-friendly, well-kept. Very clean rooms, we had the Executive King with pull-out sofa. We had to ask for an extra blanket for the pullout. Breakfast was also really good; full hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and potatoes. The front desk staff was very hospitable, she gave me a bottle of water for the road when we checked out.

Fair location… Very nice get away… Friendly staff and helpful… Love the lobby set up as well… I will return and bring more people.

Fair 2-3 star hotel. The building is showing it's age, though fresh paint and newish furniture & flooring in the lobby and rooms. The price is fair considering you're in a city island outside of Houston. I think breakfast is included so that off sets the effective cost a bit.

I've stayed a week (twice) at this location. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast is really good. Their hot breakfast is varied from day to day. Some days they have tacos, some days scrambled eggs etc. It also has a waffle maker for hot waffles. Okay coffee, but I'm a Starbucks kinda guy! Parking lot is well lit and the staff are friendly. I'd stay again with no question.

Pretty good deal. The interior seems recently painted. The pool was fun and it even has a hot tub. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was legit. My kids loved the free cookies at check-in.

This motel is very clean really nice staff and the Manger is topnotch I my truck broke down and in shop. The manager went out her way an took me back to shop were my truck was the next morning. I appreciate her very much. Ever in Rosenberg definitely stay in this motel won't be disappointed.

The staff here is amazing. My brother and I had to switch hotels because the one we were staying in only had a room for one night. So I booked one that was close by (La Quinta). When I got here it was too early to check in and I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Mary the woman at the front desk took care of me. The hotel was booked up and she ran around trying to find a room with 2 beds for us. She canceled my old appointment and sent someone up to clean the last room so I could check in early. She also gave me a big discount even though I was there early with the wrong book date. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but never have I ever had someone go so far out of thier way to be kind and welcoming.

Spectacular room, Fantastic Professional Service, Breakfast Is Pretty Good, Only Drawback Is There Were Some Guests Who Acted As If They Had Never Been In Public Before And Had Absolutely No Consideration For The Other Guests Or Management As After Making A Call At 1145 At Night To Quiet Them Down From Screaming, Cussing And Talking So Loudly And Letting Their Kids Run Like Wild Banshees And Sling Food From One End Of The Hall To The Other, They Ignored The Management's Request To Be Quiet. Otherwise This Is A Great Place To Stay With Easy Access To The Highway And Many Food Establishments.

I always enjoy my stay at this particular La Quinta. I'm a Construction Superintendent for a local company but I live out of town and work in north Texas. Whenever I have to send someone to the home office I always book this hotel. All of the staff is amazing but one in particular, Mary Ivey has taken care of us from day one like we are family. I call with a date and she books it where I don't have to hassle with the details. She takes care of everything and we are grateful. We began doing business here because of Mary and we continue to do so every chance we get because of her. So thank you to all your staff but we are truly grateful for this particular lady. It is a nice LaQuinta that is freshly renovated. They offer hot breakfast, with good variety. The rooms are clean and inviting. The staff is nice and helpfull. The hotel it is next to the freeway, but very little outside noise in reaching the room. I stayed at this hotel at least 3 time in the last year. I mainly travel for business.

Always stay here when visiting Houston, have tried other's and none come close to this one!

I hate to come into a trashy hotel, I know there are remodeling, but they need to have more consideration for customers. Dust particles, loose floor boards, even in the eating area there is dust everywhere which is not sanitary. During the day there is noise and a lot of hazards everywhere, a person can injure themselves if not careful. I think I will have to look elsewhere to find a better hotel where the remodeling can be done a little more neater and faster. I have been told this has been going on 2-3 months. If you don't believe me see the pictures below.

Nice hotel, but terrible customer service. The lady behind the counter named Robin was unfriendly and rude. She was eating behind the counter and talking with food in her mouth. While inquiring about room rates she gave me 3 different rates that confused me. Her professionalism is terrible and not ethical. I refused to stay because of the way she treated me.

My wife just stayed here. Founds someone else's socks in her bed. Disgusting.

Do not stay at this location as they will overcharge your credit card and you will have to go through a hassle getting your credit card reimbursed. I know because it is happening to me and I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My son stayed there for a period of 4 days in February while working in the area and he was charged 300.02 He left and the manager knew him and all the rest of the crew left on a Friday and never went back until My credit card was charged 2 more times for 150.01 and then for 192.87. My son then went back to talk with the manager and he has refused to credit those amounts back to my credit card. If you value your money, go elsewhere.

Don't stay here if you value your belongings and your privacy! Cash and jewelry was stolen from two separate rooms while I staying here. The management proved to be less than eager to solve the crimes and nothing was resolved, even though there was a suspect (an employee! who else has access to all the rooms? ).

AC was really cold! Continental breakfast was good also had hot items, mini fridge, friendly staff, Good value.
