A great place to stay with excellent customer service and friendly wonderful ladies working the desk!

Get new customer service and manager. Horrible people. Tried cancelling our to family emergency but told "no", even asking me what my emergency was. But, they cancelled other family members rooms for the exact same reason. Stay clear from here. A complaint with the corporate headquarters has been filed and they assured me they are looking into this location.

Stayed there during christmas last year. Froendly staff, clean rooms, and it was close enough to the main road. Lots of different places to eat, movie theater right beside it.

Food is good but it took me time to sleep good Wifi everything is awsome there I hope alot of people go there.

The hotel was super clean and organized. I didnt stay overnight there I went for an event but even so the staff was very friendly and I wouldn't mind having an overnight experience there.

Room was clean with no issues. Loved the added touch of a handwritten welcome note with a bottle of water with my name printed on it. I used the digital key and digital check in, so didn’t need to stop by the desk. It was all good except for the huge light shining in my room from the street but I closed the blackout curtains and used the pants hanger in the closet to clip it closed. Ta-da!

Hotel is average for this price range. Rooms are clean, no unpleasant odors, and everything is in working order. Complementary breakfast is good with a lot of variety (hot breakfast, cooked oatmeal, ready-to-make waffle, diced fruit, and more. ). I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn and this is no exception.

Stayed with a larger party and felt they were very accommodating, staff were pleasant. Bed was nice, but pillows were the absolute worst. 2 nights and I had a headache because of how badly my neck was cramped.

Everyone was friendly, going above and beyond the service usually provided! Will definitely stay there again!

I loved the bed. I hate how that works. Their beds are like clouds but my bed is like a rock. The breakfast service is a buffet and I love how secure I feel.

This Hotel is perfect for your business trip. The clean room with a personalized welcomed hand written letter gave me the confidence this was going to be a great stay. The fact that they had a straight forward booking system and by far the friendliest customer service staff from Top to bottom will keep me a Hampton Inn customer for life. Thank you for exceeding my expectations this has been an amazing experience.

Attractive, well maintained hotel, with a convenient location if you need to be in Rosenberg. Not all of the finishes are what I would have hoped: the shower head could be better, and the TV remote did not work well, since the cable box was hidden behind the TV and could not pick up the signal reliably. Overall, a good experience.

Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. I specifically asked the maid service to change the bed linens and yet I come back in the next evening and the same 7 black hairs are still visible on one of the bed sheets. That's just gross!

The front desk service was very friendly and helpful and the room were very clean and we'll kept. We didn't have a room in during Harvey and the lady at the front desk let my husband and I hang out in the lobby when it was pouring down raining and the power was off. My husband is in a power chair and we didn't want to go to the shelter. Once the power came back up we were able to get a room for three days. All the other hotels in the area were all booked. Very blessed and thankful that our house did not flood. Thank you Hampton Inn.

It's a nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay, nothing too fancy, but very nice nonetheless.

Nice, clean hotel and staff. Hearty breakfast meal. Prefer a queen suite which is more room and relaxing.

We are still here. It's the middle of the night and we can't sleep because there is a huge light shining into our room from the parking lot and the drapes don't pull across the whole window. Epic fail!

The Hampton in Rosenberg is a great place to stay. It is close proximity to shopping, the theater, restaurants and next to a dog park with walking trail. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful and the room were very clean and we'll kept. The only small issue we had was that there was one spider and one roach which was no big deal for us to take care of. We did not use room service or have breakfast. Other than that the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the rooms to my friends and family.

I have to say the stay at this Hampton Inn was nothing compared to others, was such a disappointment. The beds were unbearable, the AC blew very little air, the pool was dirty, half the amenties they offer were out of order/service. I can not believe my stay here, a different country but same company they should be made to honor the same service standards.

The Hampton inn Rosenberg is in an excellent location, with easy access to I-69 and highway 59. It's situated right next to Brazos Town Center, which contains a myriad of options including great food, as well as additional shopping opportunities. I'll have to travel here off and on, so this may get updated, but the rooms were dirty. The first room I checked into had old toothpaste and soap sitting on the sink, it looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed in a week, and there was trash as well as other questionable items in the room. It was clear it had not been cleaned. The staff was very professional and helpful, I received a new room very quickly. The second room was "clean" it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, but there were no other surprises. This hotel is the closest we can get to our supporting site, so hopefully I can change this review to a more positive one as I continue to stay there.

Elevator didn't work all weekend. A/c wasn't working in my room and apparently maintenance doesn't work in the evening. Didn't have another room so I had to change hotels at 10:30 at night.

Most comfortable beds! The front desk was friendly attentive and always pleasant. The maid service was prompt and thorough. Complimentary breakfast and conveniently located to lots of shopping and dining options. Great place when the in-laws are in town.

Hampton Inn was very relaxing and peaceful. The stay was beautiful but the only thing I disagree about is the $3.00 for a small. 50 bag of chips and a 16oz coke. I donated though. But for the most part service were great housing was fantastic and very clean suits.

I've stayed here 4 times over the last three years and I am on way back there today. Great hotel, friendly service, and were willing to work through a serious booking error of my company's travel agent. Rooms were always clean and the location is great for dining and entertainment. Parking lot is nice and lit for safety. My only complaint is that the morning breakfast was sometimes late to get started and the food was not refilled quickly as it depleted. However this has not stopped me from staying here again. Laundry service was exceptional minus the fact that the laundry bags rarely get replaced in the room and I always had to retrieve a trash bag.

I love the suite. Just enough room for me and my family. Breakfast was very delicious. Everyone is very polite… wouldnt mind goin back at all.

Checked into room 330 Sat 10 Jul 16. Walked into room it smelled good. I went to bathroom for privacy while I talked on phone and smelled strong odor coming from the comode area the bathroom looked cleaned but smelled like urine. We took a nap the bed was comfortable. We left the room and came back at 9 pm and the room had a strong smoke smell, very uncomfortable. Not at all happy with this stay. We normally stay at the Marriott hotels when we come to the Houston area.

We had a professional event in their lobby and it was a fantastic location. They even gave us fresh cookies! It was great, quiet and perfect foe the event.

Stayed here several months ago and will not return. Several lamps and outlets didn't work and neither did the refrigorator or the door lock. Staff seemed not to care at all. Way too over priced for half the stuff in the room not to work. Breakfast was burnt too.

The staff was nice while we were there. I left a custom made hooded sweatshirt in the closet. I called as soon as I realized I forgot it and they were unwilling to help. They claim housekeeping didn't turn it in. Sasha, the gal I spoke with was extremely rude and even had the audacity to tell me, come and look for yourself! Knowing I am back in Utah. When I told her rude she was she hung up on me. I left a voice mail for the manager and she never bothered to call me back. Very disappointing. The sweatshirt isn't worth much, but it was a custom made present and it's too bad it wasn't turned in. The loss is my fault, but the lack of customer service skills is a real shame!

Friendly employees. Clean Hotel overall and rooms were fine. Make sure you double check your door to the room is completely closed as mine had trouble locking properly. I informed the front desk about this problem.

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are standard Hampton Inn rooms; small but comfortable. The breakfast items aren't the best quality but it's free. The hotel is located with easy access to main thoroughfares and standard strip mall chain restaurants.

The rooms were dirty and filled with insects. The sheets looked liked they hadn't been replaced or washed for months. The service was horrible, the employees are rude! NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGED ME TWICE, which seems very common based on the other reviews. This hotel deserves no stars and should be shut down to save people the trouble.

On my first night I noticed my sheets were dirty like coffee stains I called for new ones but they never came, ended up using my own clothes. Later that day something woke me up it was a huge rat so I demanded for another room and not just that but they were extremely rude and racist about it at one point they called me dirty Mexican, by then I had just been fed up so I packed my things and left not even 6 hours in staying and they over charged me and they did not return my money. Every unorganized, rude and just a horrible experience all together I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel.

Thought this was a nice hotel, we stayed at periodically when traveling in the area. Until they charged me for 3 nights instead of the one that it was supposed to be, when trying to resolve this issue the manager basically called me a liar & a racist! Way to keep guests. I will never be back & will certainly be telling everyone I know don't bother staying here either. Really doesn't even deserve the one star for the way I was treated.

Three problems. 1. Bed Bugs! No explanation needed. 2. A cleaning lady knocking on our door at 8 am to "see if we were in the room". Check out time is noon! For pete's sake, I had my nightgown on and my husband was in the bathroom! 3. At breakfast, the worker was arguing with two customers. One had been waiting for 20 minutes on eggs and the worker told her there were some in there. I looked. Nope. No eggs. Then my friend asked for some and the worker told them it would take 25 minutes and was still arguing about it. Hmmm full hot breakfast? Nope. Sorry but I do not recommend this hotel.

Where should I start. The night we arrived we switched rooms 3 times because of mold in the showers. We still had to clean the soap scum off the shower wall. They were all bad. I got something sticky on shoe and started cleaning the floor and it was black, so I mopped up all tile areas. The wash cloth I used was really black and dirty, and I'm not really that picky. Just no excuse for that! Then in bed I felt tiny bedbugs so I slept fully clothed. It was to late to leave. My husband didn't feel them, but I know I did. Check out day the maid tries to open the door and wakes us up. Our friends were awakened in the same manner, so it seems a plot to get people up and going on the first floor. All we got was an apology. I'm not finished, breakfast was a flop. No eggs were ready. Another guest said it was the second time she had to request them. They were put out as we finished. The employee said she was busy with other things. Hmmm? Anyway, I'm not in the best of moods today.

Stayed 2 nights, in town for my brothers wedding. Very nice girls at the counter, clean rooms, quite place. Enjoyed the stay, & would definitely recommend & will stay again.

Friendly staff, rooms really nice. Beds are super comfortable and fluffy.

I booked the conference/meeting room for March 28 and 29, 2014. I called to firm up the details on March 26 and was told the room was already booked by another party. And of course I got apologies and "this never happens". That doesn't help me with the 40 folks I had booked for a meeting at this location. I wish I could have chosen zero stars for the unprofessional manner and inconvenience of attempting to find another hotel with 2 days notice.

My Mom came into town to celebrate her 70th birthday and the staff at the Hampton Inn did a wonderful job taking care of her! Great breakfast, super comfortable beds, and the staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The Hotel Manager is always on site and solicits feedback on how things have been during your stay. Great people, great service. 5 Star experience at a fraction of what that would cost you! Well done.

I made a phone reservation because they told us we would have rooms even though it was only 10. When we explained what happened the manager gave us some rooms and was very helpful. Nice staff.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for a business event. The hotel was clean and service was great. The breakfast rocked. I will stay there again next time I am in town.

Management staff is excellent! Accommodations were quiet clean and comfortable. I will be staying here again.
