Their staff was very helpful during our state political convention. The facilities were clean and in great condition.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was awesome! The hotel and room was beyond our satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk help was very nice and accommodating eventhough The rooms were not ready at Check in. She was very helpful. And the rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean. Safe area security was around outside when I went out at night. Quite. Pool clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Will stay again if I need to stay in Houston again. No problem with construction easy to get in and out of was easy to find.

Our stay was very good. The front desk staff and the manager was very nice and welcoming. We appreciated their thoughtfulness, and personality. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Did not hear sounds from the hallway. Very restful sleep.

Very clean and up to date in appliances/electronics! Even better than the Hampton Inn across the freeway! I have a new favorite local hotel~

Helpful, positive, staff. Our meeting room served was perfect for our needs. We were able to print up information we needed on the nearby computers and printers.

I was here for a baby shower. My family rented the conference room and it was great. The hotel is very nice and elegant. Everything looked brand new and well kept. I can't provide a review for their rooms as I did not stay overnight. The customer service was outstanding by promptly providing everything we needed. Overall, a great hotel for a baby shower and for rooms.

The people there are polite, helpful if you have questions. The rooms were vey nice, tv's are nice. I would say, bring your own blanket, and your own pillow. The a/c blows good, my room was super cold, which I enjoy, but I needed a heavier blanket because the ones they have are very thin. There is construction around there right now, so the exit I needed to take was closed and had to go down around again, but once I figured it out, was not hard to come in and out. Construction not looking like they will be done any time soon with that. The water pressure in the shower is very low, but the water is nice and hot. Other than that. I will stay there again.

This hotel was great, but the neighborhood was horrific! Lots of homeless and prostitutes on street corners. Was worried that I might not have truck tires in the morning. However, once inside all was good! Nice clean and professional staff. Breakfast was good and I still had truck tires in the morning!

Very disappointing stay. Water was turned off, room smelled like fresh paint, hotel staff did not ask us how our stay was. Breakfast was disgusting.

Good for the price. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Microwave didn't work right. TV was super low Def. Hotel is on a long one way street which made getting in and out more difficult. Day manager was very strict about breakfast time, turning away people that walked up a minute too late. Other staff were very helpful.

The room is really nice. The carpet is new, fresh paint on the walls, new tile in the bathroom. The hotel is quite and you don't hear the neighbors. Breakfast is good. The only issues are the TV is very low resolution, so it looks blurry, the microwave is small and old and doesn't work great, and the freezer doesn't keep things frozen. The hotel is on a one-way street, so getting here can be difficult with all the construction. I highly recommend this place for a budget hotel.

The rooms were very well fitted with plenty of seating area and clean. Only negative is the construction work on hwy 290 right where it's at.

Friendly staff, free parking. Doesn't look like much from the freeway, but the rooms were clean, and it was quiet even with all the freeway construction going on. I stayed here 3 nights as a solo traveler and felt safe. The bed was very comfortable, and the A/C wasn't too loud. Just make sure that while you check I'm to catch the sign about how to turn on the shower head.

A smiling young lady checked us in — — — no problems. Made it to the room okay — fresh smell in the elevator, hallway and room. Knock on the door — — the young lady brought the extra pillows that I had requested. The temperature was easily adjustable. Left at 5am for early hospital appointment. Due to the early hour, breakfast wasn't out yet so I have no comments on that. They had hot water but no powdered hot chocolate. : — ( We will stay here again in 2 weeks. I recommend this place!

While the location isn't great, it could definitely be worse. Close to the freeways, 20 minutes from downtown. Quick check in. Room was clean, but could use an update. Comfortable bed. Spacious.

The rooms are nice and the decor was modern and clean. Easy access to freeways.

Noisy — I can hear everything going on upstairs and next door. The furnishings are outdated and room updates seem sloppy (paint, flooring, bathroom/counter etc. ). The fitness room equipment is tiny and equipment is broken. Location is terrible. Not sure why so many people rated this place highly.

Had a good stay. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere but other than that we had a fine stay.

Cable in room didn't work for first day. Looks like they are still under construction (that would be 4 months now based in previous reviews). No dry foods out early for breakfast despite the influx of construction workers, like the 12 up early like I am for work. Horrible construction in the area. Happens to be in the ghetto of Houston. Heard Gun Shots, not fireworks but actual gun shots outside. (As a solo traveling woman, that means I am condemned to the hotel after dark. ) AC was turned off in room when I arrived. Nothing says welcome as an 84 degree room after a 5hr drive in. And room smells like mildew. I travel all over the country for work. I live in hotel 5days a week. If I would of know it would of been like this I would of brought my husband in order to feel safe in my own surrounding.

Good, will be better when repairs are complete. Access is a bit difficult. Your GPS may not know about current nearby road repairs and routing.

This hotel is under remodeling construction and still renting rooms. Would advise asking if it is completed before reserving a room. The hotel staff is absolutely great but the hotel is still a mess and is inconvenient getting to anything other than main floor. Breakfast was normal but other amenities (washer/dryer, vending machines per floor) are not available.

It would have been perfect if they told me at booking that the elevator did not work. Room 306. Could have reduced the price due to that fact!

Sofa bed dirty. Piece of cheese fell out. Room was 83° when came in. Hallways extremely hot. Construction on 2/3rds of the building, was never told, and not showed on website. Stool was broken, the bolt that holds it down was sheared off. No sheets for the sofa bed had to get them. Construction all over the place can't get in and out easily at all. Breakfast starts at 7 and were here for baseball tourney and have to leave by 7. Plus I'm a gold member and counter desk guy would not access my rewards number. Supposed to get bottle water and snack. Poooor place. Never stay here again.

I booked this hotel and never was told they were under renovation. It was super hot and was trying to leave that same night but no one could find a manager to refund me my money couldn't leave until next morning. Kind of ruined my daughters birthday vacation had to check out while at the zoo she only gave us 45 min to get our stuff out when we have been waiting for a answer since 12 midnight the night before to leave. Never going back here again horrible experience!

This is a great hotel. I stay here around 4 times a month when in Houston. Abdul and his staff are great hosts. They are professional, friendly and very helpful with any problems you may have. Yes there is construction around the location but where is there not construction in Houston. The remodeling was nice. Great place to stay.

Just used it as a place to stay the night, I was hardly there.

Just stayed for a day trip… No convenient entrance and looks pretty low quality. Except for the Wi-Fi and business centre the rooms are sub par.

This hotel is the only one in the area that is clean. Very nice staff. The rooms are great!

Very nice hotel, nicely appointed, nice landscaping, attractive lobby. Staff is eager to be helpful. Rooms are clean and well-furnished; no shortages of any kind. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot, with a good wide range of choices. Several restaurants for dinner are within a few minutes' drive in either direction. Construction on Hwy 290W was going on during my stay and made it a tad less convenient, but traffic in Houston is horrible anyway, and some construction here and there is no big deal. I will definitely try to stay here again — — very comfortable and good value.
