Rooms were nice & clean. Customer service was great.

Like always Holliday Inn never disappoints. Fast, and courteous front desk. Room was nice, and clean, and we were grateful for the shuttle to Sames Arena for our concert. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Good hotel with good service. Not the newest HIX in the world but good overall TVs and cable is not very good but everything else was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed two nights here for my father-in-law's funeral. Staff was great. Superb breakfasts with many choices. It is on the Bob Bullock Loop and close to my wife's family in Laredo. It is close to the Funeral home and cemetary for us to take care of that business. I also recommended this place to other family members for this stay. They all had good things to say. We would stay there again next time in Laredo.

Went for the 2018 Pony World Series this past week and has probably been the best hotel experience I've ever had in the price range. The service is amazing and the breakfast is always on point with plenty of options. It's by no means a luxurious hotel but you couldn't get treated better anywhere else. The pool was always clean and the hotel was always being cleaned by the personnel. Definitely a must stay hotel if you ever go to Laredo, Tx!

Stayed 3 nights June 1-3, 2018. I had a $150.00 bottle of Christian Dior Sauvage cologne was stolen called and talked to manager Ernie and he accused me of lying and wasn't anything he could do about it. Do not stay here unless you want something stolen!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel has spacious rooms and is very well lit and clean.

Everything was clean, our room was ready extra early, breakfast only missing bacon, otherwise everything was very good!

Great! Very clean! We were seeking shelter from Hurricane Harvey. We felt cared for and welcomed.

I only went to a conference but the hotel very clean and facilities in very good condition.

The room was clean, hotel was relatively quiet, the breakfast was good, it was a hotel, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad, I would stay again without issue.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and safe. It was in a nice area away from the interstate and it is close to a lake. I will stay here again.

Service was prompt and friendly. The room was very clean and cool. There are a few good restaurants and bars across the street.

I was so excited to stay at these holiday inn cause was just minutes away from my families house. It includes breakfast. Our rooms were perfect. Clean, beautiful hotel.

Decent hotel. Honestly, it's just a pretty runoff the mill Holiday Inn. Nice staff. Free snacks and drinks a couple evenings a week. My only complaints are noisy mini fridge and a subpar shower experience.

The hotel was clean and the facilities were decent. The only thing missing was a little service. It's not that they cater to one but it took a long time to do it.

Good location, very clean. Strong odor of disinfectant, guess that was why it was so clean. Breakfast was good also.

Stayed here several times. All have been pretty exceptional except this time, the cleaning fragrance they used is so incredibly strong it’s giving me a headache. Great location plenty of good places to eat very close by.

I don't think this hotel is cared for very well. Bath rug/towel and shower curtain both have what appear be fecal staining. One lamp shade has heat marks from bulbs melting the plastic. Light switch between beds is missing the nut to hold the switch in place. Cracks and staining in ceiling and caulking. Lamp shades very dusty/fuzzy. Elevator flooring in very rough shape. Another towel has what looks to be grease staining. Large asphalt/rubber stains in carpet between my beds, carpet is a tad dusty.

The rooms are clean and everything functioned like it should. This is a good place to stay when crossing the Laredo border. The internet was a bit slow but it was good enough for basic web browsing. The staff were very kind and offered accommodations without issues. They offered free breakfest and had several options to choose from.

My comments, the fridge bar very noisy, the breakfast coffee pretty bad, and when entering the room freezing the temperature and for these times as it does not go. I found something out of the ordinary in this hotel as we are customers for several years.

I havent spent much time here due to long work hours, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Happy hour is offered in the lobby and staff is happy and helpful.

Great hotel for the price. Comfortable bed, hot shower, good water pressure. Microwaves and personal fridges in the room, standard complimentary breakfast, but there's even a social hour some evenings. I'd stay here agaim!

Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a continental breakfast; that is enough to hit the spot. They have a Happy hour, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. They serve beer & Wine. The gym & the pool are a 4. Another good perk is hotel van will take to thw airport and withon a 5 mile radius.

My wife and I had just spent the prior night in a hotel that made us less than happy, My wife mentioned this to the desk clerks when we checked in, I want to believe that these very attentive Holiday Inn employees realized we needed special attention and they did make us feel special. They personally checked the room out with us and made sure there was not a problem. They invited us to a free happy hour and a half of wine and horseradishes and called latter and checked on us. The Breakfast was good as usual.

Beware, while staying here and no one here but myself and a trusted roommate, I had a payment book with lots of personal info and an expensive Bluetooth speaker stolen. Only others ever in the room were the cleaning staff, and the management covered for them, "Oh, no. Our employees would never do that… blah blah blah… " And never investigated their employees. Watch your valuables when here.

The first impression was beautifully decorated; room was clean and nicely made up. Only 4 stars because the hot tub felt only warm. Also, breakfast time could last a little longer, ends promptly at 9:30AM. All in all a great stay for the money.

Great location but they didn't have water! I wish they would've has it fixed before I came. Oh well they couldn't control it. I had to leave before they could fix it. The receptionists were very friendly.

Its a beautiful hotel. Most of the hotels stink but this one smells amazing. I was really stressed when I got there but it helpd me relax. The people there were really friendly and nice. I got nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Breakfast is cleaned up too soon sometimes but the rooms and support staff are fantastic.

It is a beautiful hotel. My friend came over from our of town and stayed there. I went to visit him and it is very beautiful and the room are very clean.

Spacious and clean rooms, large breakfast room/common area good for getting some work done. Very small fitness center. Pipe in room clicked loudly every time water ran and clicked about once a minute for several minutes after the water was turned off. Kind of annoying but not unbearably loud.

Had to go myself and pick up a luggage carrier from the third floor. Other than that, everything else seemed OK.

Nice place but nothing close by. Asked for 2 room 2 bed suite and they gave us a 2 bed regular room. Thought I had made it clear when I reserved it. Staying at embassy suites next time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that I was dissatisfied was the breakfast only and sausage links, patties and sausage gravy made of turkey. I would preferred pork.

I can not believe how friendly the employees are especially the front desk Manager Silvia SHE HELPED ME SO MUCH in making my stay so pleasant and making this hotel feel like home! I am a business man, but I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone that is in town for business or pleasure! GREAT WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP! :)

Relatively new hotel, very good rooms. It is removed from the shopping area, but you can find about some trade. Breakfast very complete and clean.
