The hotel is great!
Very clean and fresh room. Good quality amenities. Delicious breakfast! Here, you will have a breakfast with real eggs, almond milk and good-quality greek yogurt, that is something unusual and is awesome for people with special diet requirements. I highly recommend to include lactose-free milk to have a wider variety of breakfast options for these clients. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time.

This place was beautiful! My favorite Best Western by far, besides the spacious and clean rooms all employee interaction was a pleasure. The homemade tortillas and Barbacoa Sunday morning was a huge plus. Highly recommended to our family members and anyone looking for a comfortable stay away from home.

This is a beautiful place. The people are so nice and helpful. The swimming pool is a work of art. The breakfast is worth half of the price of your room. By far this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed.

Very nice and clean, the people were very friendly and helpful. The food was very well prepared and delicious.

The hotel is located near the expressway and off a populated road with many restaurants and shopping centers near by. The hotel seems fairly new with plenty parking. We had a late check in and noticed the parking lot was well lit and they had security walking around the property. The room was spacious, clean and came equipped with a microwave, kuerig, fridge, and a personal safe. The pool was very clean and we saw the pool guy cleaning it the next morning getting ready for a new day. The do offer a breakfast buffet as well. Overall stay was great.

Very, Very Clean rooms and facilities. Great, home made breakfast, not like other places. Updated rooms, really nice pool area. All around great place for around $100 bucks.

Steak, eggs, biscuits and gravy on the continental breakfast! Excellent food, beautiful hotel, pool and room but the staff is excellent! Give them a raise! Dedicated workers are hard to find in today's world.

Beds are comfy, 4 pillow on each. Clean bathroom. Breakfast hot options, scrambled eggs, barbacoa, sausage, beans. Fresh tortillas de harina. Biscuits, french toast. Fresh fruit, cereal. Beverage station coffee, tea, juice. Outdoor Pool area beautiful spanish Mediterranean. Not heated, could have use a net pass thru, bug debris.

Other than the billing accuracy issue and keycard problem which were both resolved, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and was nicely decorated. I will most likely be staying here again if/when I return to the Laredo area.

Excellent hotel. The staff go out of their way to provide extras like Keurig coffee makers in each room, hot breakfast with fresh (not powdered) eggs, baked goods (made there) and fresh fruit and juices. There are comfortable, Texas ranch-style furnishings in the lobby and guest rooms and brand new exercise equipment in the gym. The pool is beautiful and clean. There is security staff in the parking lot and the hotel is near a hospital and shopping. Don't stay anywhere else!

Very good housekeeping, although it looks a bit old the building seems to have recently been given a renovated inside. Very good service and very friendly people.

Hotel with nice atmosphere and you solve all your doubts. Excellent service. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and the staff is very efficient. The rooms without objection.

Checked in as it was the only place in town available. During check in I was told “ we don’t rent to locals but I’ll make an exception for you”. I travel for work and my home office is here. So that is the address I gave as its my mailing address. I checked in at 3 am and could not get a discount. Way over priced, seriously how many people check in after 3am. Claims to be a non smoking hotel but the smell of cigarettes can be smelled down the hallways and elevator. I would have left immediately but there was no place else to go. I will sleep in my truck before I stay in a Best Western again.

Excellent hotel with a different concept. This hotel has 2 entrances to the room one leading to the parking lot and over to the pool, the noise level is almost imperceptible and the only thing is to increase your staff, or improve the quality of the same. Another disadvantage is the area for breakfast that does not cope with the amount of guests and also the deposits of coffee that are very small and have to be rellenandolos.

Staying in hotels all the time has its ups and downs and every now and then you stay at on that makes you want to come back to it the next time you’re in town. This Bestwestern fits that criteria the rooms were big parking was roomy nice pool area and the breakfast was great, I even went out to eat breakfast one day and the hotel breakfast beat the restaurant breakfast hands down. I slept very well on the beds provided there.

I'm so glad I was able to cancel my reservation at another hotel to stay at this Best Western. Large, clean room, comfortable bed, and the best breakfast buffet.

Loved this place. The staff was wonderful. The room was extraordinary. Pool area is beautiful and inviting. Amenities are abundant and all necessary equipment is in good shape and functioning as one would hope. Definitely has a Mexican American flare, consistent with the best of the local culture.

Beautiful rooms, elegant bathrooms. Beautiful layout, especially the swimming pool area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of parking and near many stores and restaurants.

Amazing breakfast, much higher quality that similar priced hotels. Spotless room, cold AC. Unique layout and outdoor seating. The pool area looked very nice as well. I will seek this one out first when coming back to the area.

The Best Western Hotel on Loop 20 and San Isidro is our home away from home. They have the most comfortable beds that, no matter how stressful your day was, you are going to have the most perfect sleep. Their complementary breakfast is delicious and you can always count on the friendly staff to make you feel welcome. We love the new decor of their spacious rooms and the cleanliness as well. The landscaping and the swimming pool have recently been remodeled and they've added a picnic area. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Laredo because I know that I'll be staying at the Best Western once again. Thanks and y'all enjoy.

One of my best stays in a hotel ever. The room was clean, comfortable, and they thought of anything I might possibly need. The staff was super friendly and the included breakfast was very good, including homemade tortillas, which was surprising for any free breakfast.

The hotel is in perfect condition, the facilities are new, it has an excellent pool area and breakfast is very good. Is to 5 or 8 minutes of the shops of Laredo, but is worth the penalty the transfer. The area is very quiet, no noise and traffic.

I received an email being charged for an ice bucket that was never in the room to begin with. I was very impressed that I received a phone call from the owner of the hotel, above management level. Very standup guy who cares about providing exceptional customer service to his clients.

This place is amazing! The breakfast is phenomenal (no fake, reconstituted eggs here), fresh fruit, fresh pastries and homemade biscuits, French toast and tortillas. Lots of "hot" options too. They have just put Kuerig coffee makers in each room. Great customer service, great location!
