Well, I've been coming along this Motel 6 for the past 5 years and so far… no complaints. The room's are cozy and nice. In certain room's some have a microwave, a little stove and a small fridge and all for… $56.00 dollars including tax. Nice!

Room was nice and. Clean I enjoyed the stay. Good coffee too.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat. The only complaint was the cigarette odor emitting from the smoking rooms. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Don’t stay here if noise and fry cooking and fire alarms keep u awake. Room is ok but the management allows noise from guests after midnight. After I complained and was specific to room, noise continued and they set fire alarm off from cooking fry grease. Called to desk again. And they said cooking allowed and they took care of problem. Not. Noise continued. Frying continued and filled the halls with frying oil smell at 12:30. No sleep and passive management ruins a perfectly good building.

The stay was comfortable but not the best — the room was oddly shaped and small, TV positioning was weird and way from the bed — no swivel head either. The "closet" which was behind the TV was just big enough for the full sized ironing board it already had so our bags had to cling to the walls and under the bed. The housekeeper didn't come to us until check out which we had pre arranged (and were approved) to be at 3pm, though she still came by and confusedly asked why we were still there at 11am. Because of this we had to shuffle over to front desk for fresh towels, sheets, ect during our stay. We were told there was only one door to enter/exit the hotel — found 3, one being directly next to our room. The elevator stopped working on day 2. The towel hooks in the bathroom spun so couldn't hold anything, corners chipped all over the place (which is sad as it's a fairly new building) — thankfully the bed was comfy! And the microwave/mini fridge certainly did their job. Lots of people with pets — no one enforcing a "leash law" our pooches were run up on twice, thankfully ours were bigger and calmer. There was also no designated dog potty spot, just a post that read to pick up after them — we walked across to another hotel to use their doggy/grassy spot, my lugs didn't understand pooping/peeing on cement. The pool has no overage, which for Laredo TX really isn't a good idea, especially as it's surrounded by a sea of highway and concrete. Water is 2 dollars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The rooms & the services were excellent. The staff was friendly & accommodating. A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice but there were restaurants near by that helped with that. Thank you for everything.

I came to Laredo from Corpus Christi, to get away from the hurricane. It was my first time there, and there were lots of people. The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I was traveling by myself with 3 cats, and a new German Shepherd I had only had for 2 days. It was a bit of a hassle. I only was able to stay there one night. The room was very nice, and I loved the bathroom, very up to date, and huge. Everything in there was extremely nice. So, I was very impressed and happy to stay in such a nice, clean, place. During the night, this new dog kept wanting to get in bed with me, but I kept pushing her out. I was so afraid she was going to get little black hairs all over the sheets and everything, and I pushed her out until I fell asleep. The next morning, she was in bed with me, fast asleep, almost like she was a human. I looked around there though, and yes, there was black hair all over the bed inside and on the bed too. This dog was already 7 mos, when I got her, so it wasn't like trying to keep a little puppy out or off of the bed. I hadn't even been able to get a good crate to put her in. The next morning, she had knocked over a bucket of water I had brought for to drink from. I cleaned the floor up as best I could, but unfortunately, it wasn't anywhere near how I would have liked to have cleaned it.

Your front desk staff are not very customer minded when it comes to accommodating patrons that are working overnight and sleeping during the day. Calling and waking me up to tell me I must come to the office and pay for the upcoming nights stay. Obviously if I'm here past checkout then I'm staying another night and my card on file can be charged without me having to come to the front desk. No other hotels have a problem with this understanding. They shouldn't get an attitude with me acting like they're doing me a favor when they're doing their job.

The hotel is nice, excellent location for the energy Arena, comfortable room and friendly staff. But my room didn't work the TV, it was reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything about it as there was no maintenance staff. Also the security lock of the door also did not work.

Rooms were clean and sparkling, staff was friendly from the front desk to the housekeeper. We've stayed here three times over the last few years and it's always been a great experience.

The facilities in general are at the height very good service I make the reservation by phone and it was very nice perfect…

Very clean and comfortable. Area around picnic spot only is littered but there were lots of kids so maybe someone was going to clean this area later. Checked in at 11pm and the hotel was almost full. Even as midnight approached lots of wild kids were running and shouting. My basset hound was quiet and well behaved and we are responsible pet owners. I always like to leave the room spotless to help the maid. Hope you keep high standards of cleanliness and don't get run down.

Ok so you get what you pay for. This place isn't horrible but it wasn't great either. The living area looks nice but the beds are fulls instead of queen size mattresses. The bathroom also looked a little dirty.

Did not enjoy my visit. There were several issues. 1 the set up of the room was very cheap looking. Random couch looking seat that doubled as a dining seat, microwave on the dining table. No ironing board, no shampoo. Had a hair on my towel, went to get it replaced and that replacement had a longer hair on it. Went to the pool with my children and this huge party of people came into the pool area and they clearly were not staying at the hotel. They filled the whole area. The pipe that holds the shower curtain was broken. Pillow cases did not feel fresh and clean. They seemed old and extremely used. Don't think I'll return on my next trip to laredo.

Good place. If you want to just spend the night, the mattresses are good but the pillows are very uncomfortable. If you are one of those that any noise raises them, it is definitely not for someone like that. You hear everything in the hallways and upstairs rooms.

This is a very great to stay I have been staying here for over 2 years very good clean an smelling rooms at a very fair rate. Very great staff. They also have a gated lot and non gated lot to accommodate trucks and trailers.

The location turned out to be the perfect area for us. The room was perfect. Everything was clean, ac worked really good. Pet friendly is always a plus. And no extra charges for pet! Check In and check out help was excellent. Very helpful and nice.

Hotel pretty clean. Wish breakfast had more " real " food options instead of mainly carbohydrates, bread groups. Laundry room musty smell. Staff nice.

Even though I just went to deliver something. The place looks great. But with some details.

A quiet place to rest (beds and pillows very comfortable), clean (very friendly cleaning staff), safe to stay with the whole family, friendly reception (speak English and Spanish), complimentary coffee all day but mostly economic, of course We would stay again.

A very nice and clean place, I actually got here late at night and I couldn't buy a flight ticket because counters were closed, so I came back earlier the next day.

For an economy hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and modern, the bathroom nice (no shampoo or conditioner though), and the front desk was very pleasant even with a near midnight check-in. Coffee was available in the lobby in the AM, and check out was fast and efficient. It's not a luxury hotel, but at half the cost of nearby hotels, I would definitely recommend it.

Good location, and fairly new property. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. But if the maintenance guy Jose is off work for a few days, someone else needs to tend to the pool. When I arrived last weekend, it was dark green! It seems like the owners of this property need to be spending a little more money on upkeep… cleaning carpet, the pool, sweeping the parking lot, etc. If not, it will become just another run-down sleep cheap.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Motel 6. The room was spacious and clean. I'd give it a 5 however, the bathroom needs some touch up. The door edges were rusty (maybe painting over) and the shower floor was a little worn. Other than that, the room and the visit was great!

For the several times that we have stayed here; the staff has been very helpful. I always see them greeting everyone with a smile. The front desk staff were really helpful when we were asking for directions to the stadium our team was playing in. Walking distance to a lot of places like the movie theater and also many restaurants. Good value for the price; will definitely be staying here again.

I love this motel it was an amazing mini vacation for me and kids being that my son is Autistic the customer care service was outstanding and they even let use swim to 11pm because of my son's condition. I love and can't wait to go back again. The rooms are beautiful and bathrooms are amazing love them so much space love it. And the price is cheap for an expensive stay. I want to say thank you for your understand and for making use feel at home God bless you and the motel and I do most recommend this hotel they treat you like family.

No shampoo. Phone was broken and management was unwilling/unable to replace. Room was clean though (brand new building)

Amazing place. Stayed there for two days and I simply loved it. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Good motel. Really it has all the amenities one expects from one of its category. Clean excess, pleasant and attentive staff as well as willing to serve. The price a little expensive as Laredo is not a place that has so many attractions as so much hotels charge but it is the only thing negative I see.

Been here 6 MONTHS and loving it! In fact I have made it my home cause by the time you pay rent and utilities you will not get a better deal than this please (plus you get free maid service, daily fresh linen etc) Also I have stayed at expensive hotels and they overcharge you and their breakfast is NOT worth the price! Also their security is the best its like a fortress at nigh! Which for a lady traveler this is very important… Recommend it highly!

Was worst experience I have ever had I live in and out of hotels for two years never been treated like this the manager was rude and un reasonable wont work with you and told me and roommates we cant stay in the room because we had 3 people when clearly the sign at front desk says 3rd anf 4th adult are no additional charge and still kicking 3 customers out telling us were are only alowed 2 per room that have stayed for just under 6 months here on work in my eyes is un fair this hotel has been un reliable always cancled room cards had to beg to change out trash and had to get our own towels every day.

Really nice location. The rooms are basic but the design is really clean and modern. Good spot if you are visiting someone at the university or hunting in the area.
