Filthy, dirty, bed not made, pee on pillow, ashes everywhere on floor and furniture, syringe cap on floor, curtain rod broken the lust goes on. Took pics for my employer gave key back to clerk and left. Sub human conditions!

Microwave equally well dirty, the room is small so that the old women who are cleaning do not
Keep with the general cleanliness that you must have, there are nomas walking. Apart from the armchair that is in the room was full of dog hairs.

Nice accommodating staff. Great price. Wish they had USB plugins closer to bed.
No complaints. Have already stayed here twice. Will again next time I'm in town.

The manager is super rude and despotite she treats employees like trash and make lot of drama plus they steal hours to the employees and make bad comments of them and in their backs they should fire her it just makes the hotel looked bad.

Our rooms were great, grills and pool out front. Nice staff and walmart stores close by. Semi truck parking. Will be back.

Nice place clean rooms and very nice beds.
Only breakfast schedules and having more variety than others is very good.

First rate service at front desk. Nice, friendly staff. Building, grounds and room a little run down, but clean. I compared the room to an old jacket that a friend loaned me. A little worn but comfortable. I stayed for two nights and would be glad to come again.

You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an amazing hotel experience, this isn’t for you. If you’re on a budget and can live with some discrepancies from what you’d expect. It’s just right. I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms over the course of the past week (truck broke down) and the staff on site have been very nice to me the whole time. Being so close to everything including retail shopping, it’s hard to say this is a bad choice. I will be coming back If I find myself stuck in Laredo again! Update: my truck has been broken down for too long and the people here have been SUPER nice to me during one of my worst weeks on the job. I appreciate each staff member more than I could ever express. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING HOSPITALITY! (Changing from 4 stars to 5 simple because of how well I’ve been treated! )

This is horrible place to stay! The room had a very bad smell I booked through Expedia and it looked decent but once you get here you know your got scammed by the pictures online.

Horrible. Rude hostess poor house keeping. Managers keep lying and never able to give good answers to your questions asked. Never again will I be staying here. My wife almost electrocuted by a bald wire on the iron in the room. Took 4 hours to get a replacement after going down myself to Tell them at the front desk. It was like oh well. The attitude I got was very poor.

We loved our stay. We just rented for the pool but our room was neat and well kept.

Quiet and also has friendly staff clean rooms soft beds. Nice lobby lounge. Definitely good for the price. Not so far away from stores and shop.

Extremely satisfied! I had a great stay and met wonderful people. The pool was relaxing and they have a lounge where you can meet with colleagues which I did very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean & quiet room with no complications. We will recommend without hesitation.

This is a great location but sadly this hotel has been neglected and is in need of a general overhaul, we have stayed here a few times and find the staff are very congenial and helpful they also have a simple breakfast. The beds are very comfortable.

A very central hotel with excellent pools.

Good service, close to the road, easy to get into, very nice beds, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, clean and close to various places like Wal-Mart and Whataburger. Close to food as well. No issues, will be back.

The rooms are nasty the staff are rude. I would have given them a lower score but 1 star is it. Would not havestayed here but my company is paying for it.

Washer and dryer don't work properly. Was better when they had the shuttle bus.

Well I wanted to just get away, had a blast, I'm not a fancy guy so I can have fun with out finding fault with everything, room was clean, staff was outstanding. If you are a five star person, then this is not for you, but if you are fun and chill. It's great.

We were traveling through Mexico and got to the border and needed a place to stay. It was cheap and about 15 mins from the border. It is safe, clean and cheap. They do offer breakfast and they have a pool. It was also quiet for a Friday night. I felt safe and it was clean but it was very basic but served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Good pool for a low cost motel. Clean enough rooms for sure. On the whole satisfied. Good restaurants nearby and situated not too far from town.

It's decent inn, the rooms were clean, service was good. Great location near gas station and stores.

Room smelled like mold, one small towel in room. And front desk woman real rude. If it was not for my company paid for my 2 days, I would have found something else. Wish my company would change motels.

Every year we go we stay there, because we know and we like, do not give 5 stars because I still seem elevated prices, even when others are the same.

Room was clean, that's all I care about Close to stores, great Mexican food gas station, wine store, & plenty of parking. Today one year later I'm back super nice front frack and staff close to wine store Walmart and dozens of restaurants a truckers fave Joanna at the front desk is an Angel!

Excellent place and relation price, good breakfast also, the only thing that if you have to keep in mind is that if you have a car a little low you can roll a little strong at the top of the entrance and exit.

Rooms: ok, with TV and Wi-Fi. Breakfast: good. Customer service: very good at the front desk.

Good place to stay. Comfortable beds spacious rooms no smoking room. Truck parking great staff. Right off the interstate.

Staff was great shuttle was great room was clean. But u have a pest problem at least in room 157 killed 2roaches. Not going 2b back.

I found rust around the bathroom and some parts of the room needed some maintenance. But at least I was comfortable staying there.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Outside of building is old and needs updating. But a good place for the price. Close to eating and shopping.

Beautiful rooms, very clean hotel! I didn't expect that nice hotel. Good service, with extra friendly receptionist on the main desk. Very luxury rooms with huge beds. In general the hotel looks very beautiful.

I always stay here in Laredo. Never had trouble getting my semi truck and trailer parked and really enjoy the evening hot dogs, nachos and beer.

Really enjoyed all, well cleaned rooms and good staff.

Free breakfast/Happy Hour foods… clean comfortable rooms at a damn fair price … fantastic pool … need I say more …

Good place to get you a night to follow of shopping in laredo.

Room was reasonably clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They let me borrow a phone charger and a sharp knife for cooking as well. It's nice to have the shuttle service. But it does take alot of time to get where you need to go. Not bad for a free service though. I would definitely come back.

Rooms were very clean, staff was accommdating. Had a toddler who wanted a room on the second floor directly over another room that we booked and they made it possible for her! Breakfast was filling and ready to go!

Worst worst worst worst place to stay in highley not recommended it was a big mistake to stay not even worth it to spend $60 this place shouldnt be in business but like I said not recommended at all save your money and spend it some where else.

This is a terrific hotel. It is somewhat dated. Bathrooms are old and the walls are a little scuffed up. However, it is very clean. My room was spotless! It is hard to keep an old place clean and the service staff should be commended for an excellent job! There is a small fridge, microwave, and hairdryer, all worked great. There is a laundry for guests. They offer free breakfast, consisting of cereal and toast, coffee, etc. About what you would expect. The staff were ALL smiling and considerate. The Lady driving the shuttle is polite, and made me feel safe in the van with her. The beds are really comfortable. I will be back. Thanks.

I am very happy with this hotel. The shuttle service was awesome, we had the manager pick us up only because the original driver was sick. But she was awesome and great to talk to. The room was very clean and smelled almost like the pool which I liked. It's within walking distance of several places like walmart and a great frozen yogurt place. Overall this has been the best stay in Laredo.
