I had called prior to reservation, they said they served full breakfast which they do not. The fixtures in the bathroom were corroded and breaking apart/already broken. The glass in the window had a hole, could hear the chatter outside hours before my wake up time. To top it all, the toilet had poop in it when I checked in.

The beds are comfortable, great working AC and standard breakfast. Despite being by the freeway the room was quiet. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. However, bathroom is extremely outdated, floors looked like they were not vacuum and sink was backed up.

The rooms were fine and enough for two people. I appreciate the free ice that is given for me to use. However, a flaw that I found is that there is no elevador or incline to carry tour luggage, although there are only two floors, some people may find this as a small flaw. Another minor complaint is that they don't give you free breakfast.

I loved my stay it was very peaceful and clean. Also the breakfast is great.

This place is alright I guess. Like you honestly can't really stay here unless you stay here at least longer than one day, but who's to say. Anyways, this place is kosher to say the least. It's quaint. It's scrumptious. I think you should look at this place even if you're thinking about starting a business againts it.

As you are urged a remodel to this ancient hotel. And beware of the final price if you pay with Mexican card. Not to go except in case of a vile emergency.

Very friendly staff and rooms are clean and comfy. The decor is updated and nicer than other la Quintas that I've been so that was nice. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, toast and waffles. You also have Denny's at a walking distance. Over all a great stay.

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. So outdated, the bathrooms are pshyco movie scary, bed linens were damp, and the worst was no microwave, or fridge and when I asked about it at the front desk they said only select rooms had those amenities even though it didn't say that on the web site. I paid the same for my room as I would for one with those amenities which to me is not right. All of these issues placed this hotel among the worst I've ever stayed at, almost on the level with super 8 hotels. This hotel is a stain on La Quinta's reputation.

Breakfast is hot waffle and cereal. Still very good. They have space in the back off the street for one tractor/trailer combo, maybe two depending on how the drivers park. Right off 35. I will stay there again.

The room was outdated and there was no microwave or fridge in my room although there was suppose to be, not to mention that because I went through booking. Com they couldn't tell if that was true or not. However the staff was extremely friendly. Definantly was the worst La Quinta I have ever seen. It was dirty as well, my floor hadn't been vacuumed and the tables were not wiped off. However the stay was well. I stayed in. A single king size non smoking room on send floor.

This super sidewalk and the rooms are very well.

The rooms are remodeled, the decor is modern and nice, but the bathroom leaves much to be desired, the bath tub old and worn out very bad looking.

Comfortable clean and very spacious.

Staff friendly. Room did have a few items that needed attention, but nothing that disrupted my stay. Over all a good place. And even better a Dennys on property.

Outside needs update. Great updated rooms. Still need restroom renovation to big boy toilets. However, all and all a great room at a fair price.

Did not like the shower fixtures or knobs to adjust the water temperature. Could not get a warm temperature. Had to decide between a cold or a very hot shower.

Nice updated bedroom and bedding. The bathroom tub/shower needs updating. Didn't feel comfortable showering. Nice breakfast selection but very dirty. Trash overflowing and counters dirty. They need help keeping up with dirty lazy guest.

Good Service in general. The place is cheap, it's a very good option if you go shopping in Laredo. They Have hot water, very comfortable beds and complimentary coffee. In the bad things, it depends on the room, but some have a very strong smell of chlorine, it speaks well of cleanliness, but it causes inconvenience.

I could be biased in my review. I'm a truck driver and this hotel sure as heck beats sleeping in a truck weeks on end. I stay at least two times a week here. There's no truck parking, however I was able to park the truck elsewhere and take a short taxi ride here. Short walking distance to Denny's. No airport shuttle. Never had a bad experience at this place. Beds are decent, much softer than a truck sleeper bunk. Bathrooms are much cleaner and more sanitary than the truck stops I'm used to. Never tried their breakfast tho, because Denny's is barely 100 feet from the front door. The bilingual staff has always been helpful and accommodating. Security guard on duty around nightfall.

Hotel not in hood conditions for your priced. We had to switch rooms 4 times because there were issues with rooms. Very disappointed.

Bathrooms were disgusting, blood on walls. Bathtub yellow and stained. No power in the sinks. Toilet made noise all day. A. C. Made noise, loud due to being close to highway. Felt safe however we had a guy walking in the parking lot at 1130 at night trying to clean our car and using the hotels water faucets. Pool was not clean. Breakfast was boiled eggs and waffles. Outdated and needs paint for sure.

Clean good place RECOMMENDATION prior to stay check availability for internet this if you want to save a few dolarillos.

Clean Hotel, easy to relax in Laredo. The breakfast included is continental.

We stayed over three nights due to evacuation of hurricane. At first I want to thank for that I was able to ensure the security. there is no the refrigerator or microwave in our room to be dissatisfied with the facility. The cleanliness of the hotel that the restroom shower should ensure the check of the cleaning not to have a problem with dirtiness particularly the restroom letting us check in. Toilet stool being a dirt in toilet. Of course the management letting us check in means everything has to be ready. Therefore superviser of the house keeper have to work and think that it isvery serious. The price doesn't deserve to be.

Room was clean and just right, staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative thing was pool needs a lot of attention. Pool deck has broken concrete which you could cut your feet. Inside of pool was dirty and had broken tiles. Needs a good scrubbing of tiles. Pool chairs for sure need some repairs or maybe some new ones. I booked this hotel because of the pictures of the pool. I was disappointed with the pool. One suggestion to management is run fishing line from roof tops across the pool that will keep the birds out and less poop to clean around pool. They do this in all the hotels on the beach in fla to keep the pools clean of birds and poop. Price was spot on and close to where I needed to be. I would recommend.

Arrived and checked in and left to attend birthday party. My wife got food poisoning and on arriving at our room discovered toilet was stopped up. She had to use the restroom in the lobby. No other rooms available and they had no maintenance worker. Miserable night and no discount or did they even seem to care.

Service is good as it gets for the price. The hotel is dated, but my expectations were met. The staff is great and friendly. The security guard was helpful in finding is a place to park.

All was well except the children could not use the pool because it was dirty. We did not use breakfast area, had a business meal. Staff was outstanding all around, very courteous and informative. Reservations by phone went smoothly.

Nasty. Separate a room from a previous day and upon arrival I delivered to a room of smokers, there was no more options, and in an area of the hotel is nasty, the last building. There was No more options… Room with cobetor dirty, bath tub burned by cigarettes the same way the ancient bath. I definitely do not recommend the Hotel. Very expensive considering the type of hotel.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast sufficient, the internet could be improved. The breakfast also but the denny's on one side help.

Very good hotel, quarters for all type of families, from 2 people up to 6 without problems. You give the breakfast and have good Wi-Fi which is a point to his favor and of location not is talk, as is within an of them avenues important of Laredo and you is near the mall, wal mart and several restaurants.

The drains were clogged and the breakfast wasn't anything special. The redeeming aspect was a clean room, good customer service, and being right of the interstate.

The staff was friendly but not vary accommodating when asked for an extra room key and pillows. The rooms were slightly dirty and it was more apparent in the bathroom, show and sink area. I rate this hotel 3 stars because of the things that were right. The walls were not paper thin as far as I could tell and the Hotel had a pool which I had not checked out. The AC even though it may be in need of maintenance did cool the room nicely and the internet access was sufficient. The hotel was located around food, gas station, and shops so if location location location is your thing consider this hotel. The parking lot is also staffed with security and was overall vary quiet.

The staff was as helpful as could be, but I rented a room with my 10 year old twin boys for four nights, paid $340, only to get to a room that had a semi functioning AC. I called the front desk my first night and they offered to switch me to a "smoking" room. I declined and roughed it out the first night and they said they'd correct the problem the next day… my boys played a baseball game and I coached it in 100*+ weather the next day when we came back into the room it was hotter than it was outside. They again offered to move me to another room, went and checked it out, AC had the same malfunctioning problem. There was no manager on duty and the front desk called the cops on our other baseball parents that were experiencing the same problems! We'll see if we get a refund in the morning for the remaining days! Never staying here again!

Near the bridge, the hotel was clean and the bed comfortable.

Excellent service as always, I have visited and more than 15 times in the last 10 years and the attention always is expected.

Stayed 2 nights only for sleep. I didn't check anything out. Very comfortable and clean. I stayed in the family room. It has an extra room with an extra bed totalling 3. Also the extra room has its own air conditioning unit and TV.

We asked for a crib and they never brought it, even though we reminded them a few times. The girl the front desk finally just said we weren't getting a crib, so we asked for an extra blanket and pillows so we can try to make something work. They said they didn't have any extras. What kind of motel doesn't have any extra blankets? My baby refused to sleep in our bed, and cried for hours. We finally had to lay her little blanket on the floor, and she SLEPT ON THE FLOOR. In the morning we discovered there were ants on the floor as well. I am very upset, if they had told us right at the beginning they didn't have a crib for us I would have even gone and bought one. But what am I to do when both kids are tired and it's late at night? We are elite members because we stay at la Quinta so much, so I was very surprised at their lack of customer service. Our experience is usually much better. I should have spent more to stay at the nicer la Quinta in town but we picked this one because it was closest to the cemetery, as we were there for a funeral.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is highly recommended, but American type arrive early isn't a great place for lunch.

The room was fine but is nothing special.

In the rooms that have touched me, since I've been several times, generally are of good size and clean, the bad thing is that the breakfast area is very small in relation to the number of rooms. I recommend you make reservations via the internet, since once the didn't and I cost more expensive not to do it on the internet. Once they gave me room for non-smokers and believe me it smells very bad, demand for non-smoking.
