I took my family on a weekend vacation to Fiesta Texas. We stayed at Red Roof Inn, my account is listed below. I was charged over $200 a night per day per room. I registered 2 rooms. I requested to speak to the Manager for 2 days and the desk clerks said that she was not available for the guest. I showed pictures of spider bites we encountered in the rooms along with the spider and trash underneath the beds. What happened to the rediclean we were promised in the promotions and online. I finally had a housekeeper come to the room and pull a broom underneath the beds and pull months of trash from underneath the beds and said oh my Gosh. I don’t believe this room has ever been clean while pouring the liquor bottles all over the floor, she swept but never mopped. It was disgusting.
