The perfect place to stay the rooms have lots of spacious very clean 110% satisfied you can’t beat this Stay at Quality Inn Suites Sevice Desk At check in she was very friendly was 110% Excellent greeted us Welcome us With Great Attitude. Will be sure next trip to stay here.

This is a very nice, beautiful and clean hotel. Felt like home away from home. Front desk manager Jackie was very nice and courteous and fast to accommodate me and my family. Very great service.

Bad service from lobby area when we went for breakfast the gentalman with long hair and very rude to my children and I. For what it's work manager was at time f check in very polite and nice and offered us cheaper ticket sales for sea work and fiesta. Only thin about this place water was kind of weird when we showered I bring my own shampoo from home and body wash as well but we we showered everybody complained about their hair and body my hair literally dried out badly.

Late night custoner service was excellent. Left happy and relieved.

Lock your doors watch your stuff my TRUCK was broken into! TV coaxial cable was broken so it didn't work. Lamp shade was also missing.

Nice big rooms and very clean it was peaceful and just a great overall hotel.

The hotel was nice. It was convenient to the downtown area. The rooms were kept fairly clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice. As far as the people at the desk They were totally rude when you would ask them something and when my daughter and her husband and sister sat in the lobby she told is we had to sit in the breakfast room. Why do you have a lobby then… she was very rude and just kept staring at us. It could be updated some what. But I wasn't there just for the hotel. I had better things to do.

Very comfortable room. Very spacious. What I liked the most was that the room was big enough that we added two extra inflatable beds, because we brought extra family members. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The eggs, coffee, and waffles was delicious. I look to return to this hotel in the future.

Room was clean and well furnished. It's not a 5 star hotel, but I never expected it to be. I've no complaints.

With Traveling being apart of my job its always nice to receive Good customer service, its unfortunate I will have my company take this specific hotel location off our booking for staff/clients. Jackie "Front desk manager" was rude and very unprofessional. She seemed to be in a bad mood, mid transaction she stopped to scold one of the employees, the other employee seemed very embarrassed… when I asked who the manager was she smirked and asked if I had a problem … I don't think someone like this should represent the front desk… she continued processing the transaction while mumbling under her breath.

Bad experience. Second time this year I could not use a choicehotels gift card at Quality Suites. Staff including manager was not helpful and acted as if they couldn't care less. On top of this the room had a bad musky smell. I will not be staying at Quality Suites again.

Checked in at 9pm. Woke up to a well fed bug crawling on the sheets next to my face. Talk to the front desk and they were very rude and disrespectful. I DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Pool convientently closed for cleaning for three days the first day we got there. Actually we had just checked in not long after check in time and we got our bathing suits on and were just about to go outside to the pool when we were informed that they just closed due to needing to be cleaned. Are you freaking kidding me? My husband had a roach crawl on his face while we were sleeping and thankfully he killed it. Breakfast was probably the best thing. We booked 4 rooms at the same exact time over a month in advance yet we were spaced out in the hotel which we didn't understand. 3 rooms were on the second floor with 2 being right next to each other and the 4th room was directly above the 3rd room at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor. We didn't like that at all. The elevators were hot. The third floor wasn't too cool. Overall if you don't mind the pool being closed even though you're with 6 kids ranging from 4-10 years old who really wanted to go swimming and a roach crawling on your face then not a bad hotel. We probably won't be going back.

I do not recommend this hotel. The bed was so hard it hurt our backs and I ended up on the stained loveseat to sleep. The room was hard to cool, the ice machine on our floor was broken. One of the lamps was broken. The toilet handle was cracked and made a loud noise when flushed. The shower rod had a broken end. This hotel definitely needs repair. We will not be returning.

Our room was nice & clean. Staff was very nice & helpful. No complaints will use Quality Suites again.

We've stayed at a couple quality suites during our vacation. They were very clean. Service was friendly. Amenities were more than adequate for what we needed.

For being on this side of town the place was amazing the room was pretty big, actually really big compared to most hotels for what you get for what you pay and the only thing I did not like was the small tiny space they had for breakfast area and one of the guys that actually work behind the front desk was really rude however the housekeeping lady was awesome I ask for a late check-out because my computer was updating and I could not unplug it and it was taking longer than expected well the guy at the front desk was very rude and told me know basically in an ugly way but when the housekeeping lady came up there she was totally understanding and said she probably won't get to that room for another hour anyway. So if it wasn't for the queen downstairs I probably would have given this higher rating.

Very well kept place and staff was awesome to me thanks guys ;-) beds were very comfortable slept like a baby.

Large rooms, clean rooms for that, shower was nice, close to stores and food places, good location for it being south side San Antonio.

One of the few hotels you still have smoking rooms. Also the rooms are clean and well kept the staff cannot be beat everyone is quite wonderful. In fact I don't want to stay anywhere else when I go to San Antonio because they are so kind to you. When you have been traveling on the road for a long time and pull into a place late at night. Then you are met by a very kind night clerk it makes all the difference in the world.

Front desk was very rude an judgmental. Simply because I asked them why prices online were different than what I was getting charged with. She started yellow from across the hall at me. When I was getting help from 2 friends taking my things up to 3rd floor. I felt I wasn't wanted at this motel so I simple ask for my money back an took my business else were. We're I was treated respectful an kind.
