We stay here every time we are in town. The staff is the best, always clean. You can't go wrong.

I asked for a late check-out and appreciated their willingness to accommodate me. I also thought their breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean. Breakfast ended at 9 though and I wished it were a little later. But great experience!

Mod design. Helpful staff. Rooms were fairly clean. But there were a lot of sugar ants in our bathroom. Other than that small annoyance, stay was good.

Nice place, it was a little hard to find, but worth it … everything is every clean and everyone is so helpful. Thanks for an awesome time. Will be back soon.

It’s very clean and customer service was great I’ve stayed at the Fairfield 3 times this year and all the 3 times had an outstanding stay.

I was visiting someone who had a room here. I loved the high ceilings in the rooms, the infused free water. Very clean.

Located about 1/5 a mile from the highway. The room has a high ceiling and was very spacious. I didn't stay long enough to use their services as I was a visitor rather than a guest. Overall not a bad hotel.

Had a positive experience during a difficult time with the passing of my dad as we all were attending funeral services. But Victoria and Matilda were very helpful in getting all of my family members rooms on the same floor. Breakfast was good and housekeeping kept everyone's room nice and tidy.

Very friendly hotel very clean big rooms nice place to bring your family for a vacation the breakfast is incredible I would highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott to everyone they also have a fitness center and a pool and spa I had a very nice day.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they have 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel.

Loved it. Room was clean. Breakfast as you would expect and staff was friendly. Gym was also good. Better than most. They at least had more than one elliptical and treadmill.

Fantastic & friendly staff, from the front staff to the housekeepers. Always clean, well maintained. Very accommodating to my odd work travel schedules. Great breakfast! This hotel is my home away from home. I'd stay there even if I was on vacation. I won't stay anywhere else for a work trip!

An excellent hotel. It is in a good place and easy to go to downtown. Several stores around and food options to eat. The rooms are clean, the receptionists are very polite and helpful. I recommend.

Nice new hotel property with a very attentive staff. Clean amd friendly and close to many good dining choices. A hiccup with a noisy water system resulted in a middle of the night room change, but was handled very well by the night staff (I am sure they will resolve thia issue).

We booked this room several weeks ago. Room was for handicap person. Call to get moved and front desk staff was extremely rude. Asked to talk to manager and it was the same person. No accomodation to change. Go to holiday in express just down the street or Laquinta right next door.

Receptionist was courteous and helped with getting my room quickly prepared. Room was was nice and clean. Modern TV with plenty of channels.

Front desk staff was great. I forgot a couple of toiletries and they provided free of charge. Breakfast spread was nice and they even had turkey sausage in addition to pork. All around great experience.

Room was better than expected. Had a minitiature fridge and microwave. Plus they had a weight room, pool, and full breakfast in the morning. Which included bacon, sausage, eggs, omlets, choice of flavored bread, oatmeal, waffles, man it was good. Would definitely go back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The service provided by the staff was great. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available to use. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

We booked and paid for our stay in FULL days before check in. We are from East Texas and took us nearly 6 hours to get to San Antonio with our 2 kids. As we pull in to down town and the river walk, I get a automated text message saying there was an issue with our reservation and we needed to call ASAP. Long story short, Fairfield Inn over booked their rooms, cancelled our reservation, and this was Spring Break so NOTHING else was available at any other hotels in the area! So we ended up having to drive back home. The front desk seemed to not even really care about the situation what so ever. I would use extreme caution!

I stay here at least once a month for 3 nights and have always found the staff to be very polite and attentive and the rooms to be spacious and clean. Because this is a new hotel, they are still building their clientele and consequently it is not always busy enough to maintain a decent breakfast. Hopefully this will improve over time as this hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and bars.

New hotel, everything was fresh and in proper working order. The Brita filter water bottle dispenser was a great touch. (Just wish it could have been chilled. ) Easy access to the hotel and it's relative proximity to my customer is a major plus. Friendly and caring staff too. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

My family and I stayed here for my daughter's graduation. Service was amazing from the time we booked with the manager until after we left… yes, it continued even after we checked out. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk knew who I was. Every time we left, we were spoken to by the staff at the front desk and greeted each time we saw them as we arrived. About an hour after leaving, I realized that I left my wedding rings! Upon calling, the staff looked and found it. They were honest and trustworthy, which means so much! When I arrived, she gladly returned my items. A few days later, I received a call that we had left 2-3 more items. Each of them were returned along with my daughter's sandals, which were nicely placed in a bag. As far of the rooms, they are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy. There was security watching over our cars each night. The hotel is in a very nice area close to many restaurants, stores, and things to do. It also very close to the highway. I would highly recommend!
