The stay was good. I was beside the laundry room and kids kept knocking on my door. The breakfast was the typical waffles and assorted breakfast items. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. Not to mention there are a couple restaurants in the same parking lot.

I just left this place, honestly it’s one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It all started by booking for the wrong date with another wyndom hotel and they had no rooms available for my correct date and offered this Ramada hotel since they were w wyndom as well. Once we arrived it was okay, besides getting bumped to a king size bed instead of the 2 queen room I was reserved for. We make it to our room tired and exhausted from being st seaworld all day. The bathroom still had toilet paper inside the toilet, public hair is in the shower and on the toilet seat, the bathroom sink had someone’s tooth paste still stuck all on the inside and also let me not forget about the makeup stain on the pillow sheet! If you stay at this hotel I suggest you to bring your own blankets like we did thankfully. So not worth the money to stay here! Oh also to add, it’s right next to a fire station, and it is a active one! So if you plan to sleep this definitely isn’t it. This hotel is in a horrible location and not safe!

Welcoming & friendly staff, clean rooms, good location with restaurants and stores nearby, easily access highway, and they even have a pool! Good rates, too. Stayed here for 6 days with my family and was pleased.

Rented out two rooms for a large family. The rooms were average. I wasn't wanting to spend a lot of money on a room because we were only going to be there to sleep. It was affordable and clean and I was satisfied with that. But the reason I gave the Ramada a 5 star rating is because my daughter in law forgot her James Avery bracelet and ring. We made it to Houston and realized she forgot it. We called and initially they couldn't find it so we gave up trying… I was certain someone took it and kept it. Well I got a call 3 days later and Treaty, a Ramada employee confirmed they found her bracelet and ring and they agreed to ship it to my home address — billed my card but nonetheless, we recovered her bracelet! Not all hotels will do that and not all employees will bother to follow up. So that's why I am giving them a 5 star rating. Thank you Treaty! And Ramada, she deserves a recognition of some sort.!

Clean room. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was alright. A step above basic cold pastries with the waffle maker. I'll give it another shot.

Neat little place, not elegant but it was nice and clean. I chose it because of the overall reviews and breakfast option, only to find out that they stopped cooking breakfast, no more eggs, no more biscuits, only toast, mini bagels, waffles, apples and coffe what you see in the photos. Will not stopped here in the future. If they start saving with eggs, maintenance is next.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, traffic is a bit much getting into the hotel, overall everything was fine with our stay.

Michael was the person that checked me in when my family and I arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He's the main reason for my rating. Other factors: clean room, decent parking and nice breakfast options, all only about 7 miles from Lack Land AFB.

This is the worse hotel we have ever been to. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower water doesn’t drain either. There is also stains on both bed sheets on both beds! GROSS! This was a mistake… especially considering the price… 1 night was $210! Didn’t know how gross this would turn out or we would have paid more for a better place! DO NOT COME HERE!

I recently spent a few days in a single room. Everything was really clean and neat. I had the luck of the handicap accessible room so my bathroom was large and very well cleaned. They have onsite laundry, ice machine and soda machines with limited but not costly in lobby necessity store. My three night stay was very affordable which included the continental breakfast. This location is very close to sea world and has many restaurants very near by including Ingram mall just down the road. The staff is very helpful and very kind. They were better than some staff I’ve run into at high priced vacation hotels. It was a treat to stay there and I will recommend and return if the need arises. Thank you guys at the Ramada San Antonio.

Had excellent bed and room was clean. Other than people who felt compelled to slam the room door for no reason, it was quiet!

Good place, but right across from the fire station… alarms throughout the day AND night.

The night staff is kind and courteous. Rooms are clean bed was nicely made with fresh sheets. Lots of places to eat and a police station blocks away.

Very nice hotel and the staff since you arrive are very friendly and attentive and the cleanliness in the room is impeccable.

We just got here and the man working is awesome. Made us feel comfortable. We will be back to this Ramada more often. We travel alot. Room is nice, we got a nice view. Keep up the great job.

Excellent hotel to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. It is closed to the Ingram Mall and there are many restaurants near by. Sea World is also close by.

My overall experience there was good, except the house keeping aspect. The room cleaners do need to pay more attention to the rooms and not cut corners. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful. Michael helped me check in and personally brought me the change of sheets I requested in less than five minutes, because ones on bed were stained. I was very impressed with Michael's positive, cheery attitude. The room was had lots of pluses like small coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, mini fridge, microwave and flat screen tv. I was surprised at how much I did not hear. Didn't hear the other rooms, didn't hear the traffic and didn't even hear the rain. So even though the room had a few issues, which were resolved, I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel itself was decent for just an overnight stay. The front desk man was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. They served a hot breakfast and it is free for guests. There it's even a little"ramada store" in the lobby for items u may have forgotten to pack or if u need snacks. The only reason I'm not giving a better rating is bc the location feels and looks kinda sketchy. Not to mention the room needed a lil maintenance.

Rooms my family stayed in were grungy. Sink fixtures in my room were loose. It's just a crash spot so not pissed at the price but expected better. The area is pretty run down around and it is right across from a fire aND police station so good luck sleeping without meds.

It's not half bad. The bathrooms and rooms are quite clean. They have a pool and free breakfast, but I stayed just for the night so I didn't take advantage of these perks.

Nice hotel, rooms weren't super sized but how much room do you need when you're just sleeping there. They could use a few updates, maybe some fresh paint, but everything was very clean, employees were very polite. Location; everything could be driven to within 20 minutes.

This motel was not well maintained. The room smelled moldy and the bathroom actually had mold growing on the ceiling. The entire facility requires a complete renovation. The amount paid was too much for this place. Didn't try the free continental breakfast because we didn't trust the food if the rooms represented how they maintain the motel. The free Wi-Fi was the only positive experience. The guests on this specific night were also very loud and the entire area just looked shady. I won't be staying here again.

The room dvd service were good, but not great. It is a good deal for the price. There were police sirens on way too many occasions and at all hours.

Nice hotel to spent a night. I really recommend it. They have everything that you need on the restroom also in the bedroom.

I've spent a few nights a week here for the last month. For the price and location it's not bad. The staff if very friendly and helpful.

I would never stay there again. Not only did it stink but the rooms had mold in it and the bathroom was incredibly small. We made the mistake of staying there for my daughters graduation from BMT. I don't recommend staying there ever… also the night desk girl was very rude. Also couldn't get extra towels, was told they just didn't have any… worst hotel I've stayed in thus far.

Room was decent but didnt like the bed spreads. I didnt eat breakfast but it look like they had an ok selection. Rooms could be updated a little but they're clean… They also have ridiculous fees 20 for early check in when I got there 30 mins early… 20 for paying cash although I had a credit card on file.

We reserved a room for my sons BMT graduation a few weeks ago. We checked in during the afternoon, but did not go in the room at that time. We wanted to visit the Riverwalk and Market Square with our daughter because she had never been to San Antonio. We got back to the room around 9:15 that night and as I was entering the room, I saw a dead roach lying in the doorway. We turned the lights on and my daughter saw a bug (looked like a small roach) on the cabinet under the TV. Then I saw one crawling up the wall, while my husband opened the drawer and seen another one. My daughter is Autistic and started yelling that she couldn't stay there. Rather than to have things escalate, my husband and I decided it was best to check out of the hotel that night. I went down and talked to the personnel working and explained the situation to him. He was very nice about the whole situation and offered to give us another room. We did not accept and I asked if he could leave a note for the manager to give me a call. I called back the next morning and spoke with another employee and explained everything again. She told me they cancelled my reservations, but would have to charge me for a nights stay, which I didn't find appropriate since we were only in the room for 5-8 minutes at the most. We came home from San Antonio and I called the customer service number and explained the situation to them.

Awesome price! Excellent front desk service. Rooms were impressive and spacious! Hot water (with great pressure) and real fresh towels. With restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for a night in has very good facilities very clean and comfortable with breakfast in the morning excellent choice :-)
