NEVER AGAIN! Breakfast bags are gone within an hour (6 am). Staff completely rude and unwilling to provide any solution. Refused to call upper management. Provided another room’s receipt with confidential information. High deposit. Loud location. Toiletries just good for one guest.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here. Our room was so so nice! It was very very clean and all of the staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very spacious and clean very happy with room I did have one thing that upset me was the front desk I have twins and it said when booking rooms can provide cribsand well when I asked for some she said in the king size room couldn't get one that I needed to get 2/queen size room but then changed her story and was like I couldn't get no cribs for neither room so I'm upset bc on the orbitz ad it says provide cribs and first it was a Yes but I had to change rooms but then no I couldn't so I had no choice but to go spendthe money to go get my twins play pen but oh well but rooms were wonderful.

My family and I loved our stay here. The room was nice and clean, the staff were awesome and accommodating. The location is perfect and next to everything so you’re not driving too far. I will definitely be staying here again when we return to San Antonio.

Great breakfast always have hot foods. Wish they would do biscuits and gravy more. Great room. They are upgrading the place right now. Looks good so far.

The best stay ever. Extremely well customer service. The manager was very kind and helpful. The room was neat and clean. My kids enjoyed breakfast and free speed Wi-Fi. Loved it. Will stay again here.

I will always give this hotel 5 ☆ because this has been my safe place for the last 3 years. I love staying her always have. Highly recommend. I'm the other hand I do sometime have trouble with staff seems like they're turnover rate is very high. This last stay the housekeepers were my issue. Very rude and demanding. One cussed at me in Spanish lime it was ugly. But like I said the hotel is well worth it…

Don't judge a book by its cover. Rooms seem to be recently updated. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows just how we had asked for. Good complementary breakfast. Would of rated a 5 but theirs renovations being done around the hotel and also by front desk where you have breakfast and every morning you can still smell the paint or varnish that they are using. Props to the lady taking care of breakfast. She had to keep up by herself refilling and restocking the breakfast bar.

Very nice rooms. Looks recently updated. Close to San Antonio that many attraction are not far of a drive. Nice pool and a good coplimetry hot breakfast.

Visit this location for memorial weekend and when I tried to check In my reservation was cancelled. Expedia had over booked them they didn’t have enough rooms available. The reason why am giving this is 5star is because the Hispanic lady in housekeeping that helps out in the front was so helpful. She went above And beyond and still stayed after her shift was over to make sure that the rooms that were available were cleaned. I called several other places and they were booked. It was a road trip with my best and I and the kids I definitely didn’t want to be stranded with the kids in a town we didn’t know. She was very helpful and got us into a room I didn’t catch her name but I hope she gets a raise.

We were in town for my nephew's graduation from Basic training at Lackland AFB and this was a perfect location. We were only minutes from the base as well as our other activities including Sea World. The room was perfect for our needs and staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return again.

This was the dirtiest and worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. The room booked, although not specifically mentioned in the reservation, is a smoking room (we didn't even know those still existed). Everything else at the hotel was full, so the room could not be switched. It was filthy, smelled horrible, and there was even a rusted safety pin found in the carpet. The breakfast was minimal, with poor service and not enough seating for everyone; forcing my children to eat with their plates on the floor. Not one person working here attempted to remedy any of these situations. When we left, we requested our money back for the second night because we could not stay there any longer. We were promised a refund for both nights, but still have not seen such. We stay exclusively at Best Westerns and are reward members. I hope corporate gets a hint of how awful this place is and makes it better and our situation right.

This is my second stay. Rudimentary. Yet sufficient. Friendly, hard-working staff, rooms with necessities, honest to goodness awesome breakfasts, clean pool. Everything works from the coffee machine to the air conditioner. Great location too. I will return again next year, Lord willing.

Horrible, the manager Roy is rude, arrogant, booked online, and when we arrived was not ready, which was not a problem we could wait, but we treated very badly we speak in a very bad way, almost until we hit, just because I said I had bad attitude towards Customers, and better Cancelmamos, would not return even if it were the last hotel in the world.

Good location for northwest San Antonio. Nice outdoor pool area surrounded by the hotel. Adequate parking available near the hotel. Parts of the hotel are being remodeled. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet other than occasional jet noise probably from military airbase in the area. No fitness center. Daily paper provided.

Stayed here for 8 days for work. Even though there weren't many people staying, they ran out of breakfast food multiple days. We stopped trying after day 5. The first day we requested to not have our room serviced as we had driven a long way and wanted to rest. The cleaning staff took that to mean we never wanted them to come back. We had to call out to them and list off exactly what we wanted them to do each day. One day they didn't come at all. I added one star because I don't think the manager realized much of this happening, and was quick to help when I mentioned what happened.

Exterior is nice, breakfast was great, customer service was great. Smoking room 141 had unfinished paint on wall and wall was poorly built carpet at entrance was torn door looked like it had been kicked in green mold looking stuff behind toilet tank. But everything else was great. I tried to get another room at best Western plus but it was full. I’m sure other rooms were nicer.

This place is clean and spacious. The staff were awesome and breakfast was nice. Thank you, Adrian, for your kindness. This stay was great and very convenient. We just couldn’t drive anymore and we stopped to get some rest. I will be staying here again!

Was impressed with layout. Breakfast area. Courtyard pool area (too cold to use). Suited were well laid out. Parking near rooms. Right on 410 loop. Very nice place. I will use again when I have multiple guest in town.

Pretty decent place for a night during our road trip. The staff was very nice to price match the one we found online. Free breakfast and nice layout are extra pleasant surprise.

11/19/17 Our experience here was terrible and unsafe. We got into our hotel room 120, turned on the heater, started to unpack, and then we started to smell smoke. The fire alarm went off and we rushed to turn off the heater because that is where the smell was coming from. Next, the fire alarm continued to go off while other guests came down to see what was wrong. We frantically called the front desk and Shelby came down to check on the room. She was very courteous and respectful, while she told us that the room did smell like smoke and she would call the manager (Raj Patel). She told us that the manager said he wouldn’t come down to check it out and there was nothing that he could do because the hotel was all booked. We asked her what to do and she was very unhappy with the manager’s comments but she said the only thing to do was to call customer service. We called customer service, spoke to Doug, and they said that the room was alright to stay in but we did not want to stay in a room that could be a fire hazard. At this point, we were tempted to call the fire department and have them deal with the issue but the customer service finally said the only thing that they could do was for the front desk to call the owner. So, we went to the front desk, different employee was there (Adrian), and he called the manager (Raj Patel) AGAIN and he told Adrian to do the exact same thing that Shelby the other desk person told us.

It is a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Ingram in San Antonio TX USA.

We had two rooms. Great price good value for money Staff friendly stayed oct 4 till 9 Now people understand this is not an expensive elite hotel you would have to the pay price for that. But for what you pay per night this is worth it. NO bed bugs and did I say clean. Clean stayed 5 nights for graduation at lackand Well worth it. Ate breakfast there everyone morning. Helped save money. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE The only thing I could see wrong was the green pool. Raj get your pool guy to shock your pool with liquid chlorine. That will take fare of it.

Overall a good experience. I have not used Best Western since it changed management. Sometime ago. So this was an opportunity to see how the hotel has fared in new hands. This hotel at Ingram Park is owned by an Indian couple. I had a nice clean large room with double Queen beds. All amenities worked well. The air conditioning is a wall unit and worked very well but was very noisy. Bed was nicely firm and very comfortable. My main problem with the hotel is the outside appearance and maintenance. The current management is neglecting the aesthetic value that certain customers put into selecting a hotel. Outwardly this hotel is nondescript and unattractive. The garden and swimming pool at the central area are not well-kept and could have been a great favorite for guests if they were properly managed and maintained. I also saw a few hair strands in the bathroom which was a serious gross factor for me. Overall, good value for price compared to other similar hotels. However, I believe that the owners are not maximizing this great investment property.

Wonderful place! I checked in on 9/11 around 9:00 at night. I was greeted by a gentleman that was probably the nicest front desk staff I have ever encountered. Nice rooms. Great location. Would definitely recommend to all. Thank you Best Western for never letting us down! You all are amazing!

I was coming on from El Paso and had to delay my reservation due to Hurricane Harvey. The staff was amazing and helped me out the whole step of the way. I didn't even make it there due to weather and I can already tell you they were kind hearted and compassionate. Thank you guys for making this situation a lot better for me.

Chose this hotel because it was close to Sea World and Six Flags. The savings vs a package deal from Sea World allowed me to buy the perks I would have used if I had bought the package deal. And then we got upgraded to a suite for free, so that was nice. As for the room, it was nice and clean. Only negative I can come up with is that the air conditioning units are a bit run down and don't look so great, but they work fine.

The pool was very green when they promote on their hotel pictures that the pool is clear blue. I asked the staff if I could go to a different best Western hotel near to use their pool only and was told the hotel was privately owned and franchise. Then they told me lies that the reason why the pool was green was because the tiles were green which they weren't because I cheked and they were white. The exterior of the hotel looks very old. The evening staff was very rude. The breakfast was good and the cleanliness of the rooms were good too. But the style of the rooms were a bit old style fashion as in out of date.

Amazing book now. My wife is know for being ridiculously picky but even she loved it. Nice modern rooms, great restrooms/shower space. Channels where awesome, staff where very cool and all had good attitudes. Only downer would be the traffic in the areas can get bad depending on the time of day.

Our suite was nice. The first morning housekeeping came through and just emptied the garbage. No fresh towels, the beds weren't made, coffee wasn't replaced. After complaining to the front desk they sent someone with fresh towels. Carpeting was sticky. The pool was cloudy and there were bugs floating all over. Want enjoyable experience.

In 40 years of travel with USAF this MOTEL is in the top 5 of the worst motels I have ever stayed at. It is over rated, staff are rude and lack basic customer service skills. There customer service is basically "oh well, that is what you get" I tell them I am going else where and they say that is your choice. Desk clerk Raj is by far the worst of the lot. I give it 2 stars because Breakfast was good and pool was good. I recommend Drury Inn and Suites they were fantastic even offer free dinner drink and evening complimentary meal. Breakfast was superb and staff wrote the book on customer service. I will never stay at Best Western again. They can have there free night, after what I experienced I guess that is what it takes to get people to come back. I will never come back.

Stay here every time we come to SanAntonio. Love the pool atmosphere with the palms and baby pool area. Rooms are comfortable with fridge and micro. Friendly, helpful staff. Great price when you consider Free hot breakfast with eggs, meat, cereal, rolls, waffles, yogurt, fruit, about anything you can think of. Reserve early, book up fast.

Enjoyed our stay for Basic Training graduation! Room was clean and staff was friendly. Housekeeping staff worked hard each day maintaining the room supplies. Breakfast was good with several options. Pool was nice and kept clean. Convenient to Lackland and many restaurant options. Only one washer and dryer for the whole complex which made laundry a little difficult. Otherwise a great stay.

The room was very clean. The pillows the right firmness. The bed was so very comfortable. I enjoyed the shower each morning. The breakfast was perfect. I'm a Vegan and had no trouble finding enough food. I have not received a copy my bill. Could you send a copy of my bill, please. Jackie Wolf.

Well to say the positive first the hotel was nice and spacious we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. It was located relatively close to eveything we had planned to do. The bad was that we got there at check in time which was at 3 pm and the clerk said that it would be about 20 mins to check in. So we run for a few supplies, when we returned they apparently cleaned the wrong room so we had to wait another hour before we could get in our room. It was smoking which wasn't bad but for the first 2 days we were there no ashtrays. After asking repeatedly we finally got them. If not for the few minor things it could have been a nice stay.

We stay here every year we are here. Love the staff. Love the rooms. Especially the family suites. Thank you Jonathan for your help. Love this place. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Please DO NOT trust the online post and pictures of this hotel. We booked this trashy, crime infested hotel with a company called Go Global. Led to believe that this hotel was a four star with positive reviews, we arrived to the hotel and there was police tape sectioning off a portion of the hotel. The hotel was old, trashy and dirty with very visible criminal activity. Please know that I believe in posting positive experiences and would not usually post such a negative comment; however the hotel had the audacity to refuse a refund as we expressed our concern about safety and the condition of their facility. This hotel should be re-rated with the lowest rating possible.

All of yall that gave this hotel low stars recently. I don't know what yall room were like but room 112 was very nice and clean and just after one night house keeping came and cleaned our room and gave us new towels. Breakfast was nice and parking was good and didn't get to try the pool bc we went to Seaworld but a lot of ppl were in it. It's in a awesome area, they have a go cart indoor next to them and chuck e cheese right before you get to the hotel and walmart, target, academy and other shopping and restaurants (we went to Cheedars) 5mins down the street.

Very clean comfy beds. Small room and bathroom but just needed a place to sleep. Great pool. Has microwave and fridge n room. Nice ppl. Quiet location! free good Wi-Fi. And free breakfast!

Bed bugs! bed bugs! dont stay at this hotel! I was bitten like crazy! I had the worst week of my life last week because of these bed bug bites : (so terrible! my family and I stayed in room 224 and room 222

This is the worst place. I do not recommend it. I call to make the reservation 2 months in advance for my son's Air Force graduation. I had told the man I needed a handicap shower for my mother who had a stroke. When I got there we found the room dirty and no handicap shower. I was told they can't move someone else. So I help my mother get into the shower only to find out the tub is slippery. No safety strips in the tub and no hand railing to hold onto to keep you from falling. I complained to to desk and they didn't seem to care.

Hard to get the room you want but very nice rooms and most of the staff is very friendly… Except the one with braids doesn't know wth she is doing everytime I deal with her there's a mistake made or she cant accommodate simple request.

I would leave a review with no stars but I guess I have to at least leave them once. Didn't even make it to the hotel. Reserved for April the lady was very nice she was a bit under the weather so I let go the fact that she might have forgotten to email my reservation to me which I need for taking off from work. Since then I have called on three other occasions. First of all the phone rings a good twenty times before being answered them two out of the three times my calls were answered by rude women. This last time I decided to just cancel and guess what… I got my cancellation within five minutes lol. I couldn't believe it. Guess they didn't want my business and guess what… I'm ok with not giving it them! Rude staff. Never answering calls. Not doing what they say my stay would have probably been a mess. I was actually bring my Autistic son there to go to Sea World for his birthday. Won't let this ruin our trip though!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend in San Antonio. I booked through a travel website and found some great rates. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for no extra cost. The service here was impeccable and the room was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking. :)

The absolute worst. I expected better than the beyond horrible room cleaning service we never received after calling the front desk all day and being pacified by them saying, "the first load of laundry is almost done then the housekeeper will bring u fresh towels, " ok NEVER HAPPENED! My family of 6 (my husband, kids ages 10, 3, 2 and 8 months old including myself) eventually left the hotel to go to enjoy seaworld but not before making 1 last call to the frontdesk to remind them of the services never received plus a replacement for a non working remote control since abt 9am and its now 3pm. Once again I was reassured she (the housekeeper) was on her way. We left. Upon returning at 11pm, the room was stilla disaster, beds unmade, trash can overflowing (also containing dirty diapers) no toilet paper, no new sheets or bedding even, but she had the nerve to place a couple of towels in the restroom and leave an extra remote near the tv. Of course I was beyond livid at the condition of the hotel after returning from a park with 4 tired children whose in need of a shower and a clean bed to sleep in especially after paying 4x what the averge price of what this hotel would normally cost becase of inflation due to the spring break holiday. This is completely unacceptable! Erica at the front desk said the housekeeper made a note that service was denied. What family with 4 children would deny housekeeping on vacation?

The location is convenient off the 410 loop. The staff were friendly and helpful when they greeted me. My room is showing its age, but everything functions well. Breakfast was ok, nothing remarkable. The service to my room while I was out was good. It isn't high end, but it is high value, which was what drew me here.

I've stayed here on more then one occasion and all I can say is this has really gotten better, aside from sum crickets which I know u cant control everything was outstanding. The service was great. I will be back. Their staff is great, the man thats works night shift I believe his name was matt, was just a great help for my family and i, he went above and beyond his duties to see we got what we needed and were happy. If I wanted coffee he'd make us a fresh batch. One night my child was crying for milk and I asked matt where the nearest store was and he insisted I didnt have to drive at 3am for milk and he brought us two cups to our room. Now if thats not great service I dnt know what is. He was very nice, yes sir no sir type of guy. Not sure what you guys pay him but im sure he deserves more. Thats the kind of employee a company should recognize and reward. Thanks to him best western I will definently be coming back. Thanks so much. From the gonzalez family.

Bed bugs! And the absolute worst customer service. As an active duty Army member I drove hours (WITH a reservation). They tried to say I didn't have a reservation even tho I had receipt and number in my hand. They told me the only room they had was their largest suite and I would be charged double. Since it was after 11pm I accepted. I only had 2 days to travel from deployment and couldn't spare any lost time with my 2 young kids. When I got it the room — I saw a bed bug crawling on the corner of the bed spread. I immediately went back to the front desk — checked out and drove to a LaQuinta. The WORST place ever!

This hotel was amazing. They had the perfect family suite. King bed in one room and two queens in a separate room. Bathroom was set up with two, not one, but two sinks outside the toilet area. Perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and included make your own Texas Waffles. Yummy. The staff was kind and accommodating. The location was convenient for SeaWorld and the river walk. On future trips to San Antonio, we will absolutely make a reservation here again.

Thank you very much for the laundry. Wish there was another set for such a large hotel but glad you had one. The breakfast was good. And cute texas shaped waffles. Great view from our room to our truck and belonging thank you the toilet is a tight fit. But I like the sink not being in the bathroom. Kinda pricey but I guess for the location it is understood. It was a nice stay. BUT house keeping barely knocked and came in while I was in shower, : (not ok. However, overall clean and pleasant.

I will never stay at this hotel. I stated on the phone I needed a reservation on the 28th. She stated that she had no availability then except a higher priced room. I said ok. Then the reservations person stated, "ok you are set for Friday" which was the 27th. I said, No ma'am the 28th. She didn't think, and neither did I, to go back see if the 28th had a cheaper room rate. But more importantly, she did not state the hotel's cancelation policy which I assumed would be up until 6pm on the day of arrival like other hotels. Their cancellation policy is 24 hours before check in! Best Western Customer care center stated that their reservation people are trained to advise customers of their hotel's cancelation policy. I guess this hotel's employee skipped that part of the training. The highway was closed due to a snow storm so I could not make it to the hotel. I called in the morning of the reservation to cancel. They kept my $102.68 I paid when I made the reservation three days earlier. They don't even have e-mail confirmation. Their policy is not to provide one. The manger, Roger, never returned my call.

Do not stay here. Owner/manager his name is Roger doesn't post your rewards points for staying here. Rooms have bugs coming into room at night. Loud at night around pool area. After 10:30 can't be outside your room getting fresh air. Manager patrols grounds questioning everything and everyone.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean, I especially love that there was no nasty comforter, just a nice clean sheet on top of the blanket. The people who work there were very helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the smoked sausage. My son and husband had the biscuits and gravy every morning.

I like the room and service, very friendly staff, rooms were clean and updated, safe parking and spacious room with microwave and frigobar, lively comfy beds, I'd come back anytime.

I work in San Antonio and I have tried many different hotels. Best Western Ingram Park is the best. I like the design: all the rooms open to the beautiful court yard, not dark hall way. The room is clean and smells clean. The lady, Ashley is very friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfortable that I sleep very well. The staff are very courteous and always try to help.

I stay here a lot. I only wish the breakfast had bacon and saugage. Other than that it was great! I like the waffles and yogurt. The room was very clean.

My family and I had a wonderful time. All of the frontdesk people, especially Brenda and Mr. Shah, were very friendly and extremely helpful. I must mention how helpful they were to our elderly uncle who came into town from San Francisco. Not only did they arrange from a room near ours, they went out of their way to assist him in any way he needed. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and it will not be the last.

I was very impressed by the service. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed that the room had previously belonged to a smoker. My roommate for the trip is highly asthmatic, so I checked with the front desk to see if they could switch us. Without hesitation, the young lady smiled and quickly accommodated us. Not only was the room smoke-free, but she also switched us to a room with two beds so we would not have to share. The cleanliness of the room shocked both of us; we travel A LOT with our music group and have stayed in many disgusting hotels for much higher prices. Our room was spotless, very organized and neat. And it smelled great! Had a giant closet with hangers, an awesome mini fridge that was pretty big for a "mini, " and two huge, comfortable beds. I never had trouble getting to sleep! Oh, and the breakfast. Oh man. Hot breakfast: HOT, freshly made biscuits, eggs, sausage, and the gravy was amazing. They also had cereal, cold yogurt, and a hot waffle iron, among other nice breakfast items. Most of the hotels I've been to have offered a "hot breakfast, " but this is the best hotel breakfast I've probably ever had. I would recommend this hotel a million times over. Thanks everyone for the great stay.

Stayed here 4/3 through 4/6. The customer service was great. The rooms are older but very clean and updated. We had a large maybe 47 inch TV in our room, and the only exception was the room above ours it would sqeak when they were moving around up there. We would definitely stay there again.
