I loved my four day visit from the moment I walked in the door. Sabrina went above and beyond to welcome me during a difficult time for our family. The accommodations were excellent and the staff very professional. This service is the reason that I enjoy being a Marriott Rewards member!

It is close to SeaWorld and they have very good bar and bistro. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. It is a very nice place.

The rooms are really nice spacious really clean within walking distance of a steakhouse, a movie theater, a taco Bell / KFC. Main lobby is really nice the staff is very friendly.

Very nice room with large comfy bed. Couch instead of just an arm chair which is nice. Mini fridge as well as microwave!

Our favorite bartender Michelle always so pleasant, friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you leave with a smile.

The staff was exceptionally helpful! We were looking around the lobby for a good table to play a board game when the concierge noticed and jumped to offer to move a table from the bar to the couches for us. We were extremely impressed with her attention to our needs and proactive willingness to help.

Great spot, no complaints. Really nice room with all the amenities; coffee maker, television, mini fridge, small closet and drawers. Very spacious lobby and breakfast area with Starbucks coffee served fresh everyday.

Quiet and clean rooms. Restaurants within walking distance. Right off the freeway. Slept sooo good in a nice cold room and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We came here after fleeing the Red Roof Inn down the street because of bed bugs. The black lady who checked us in was very nice and professional. That Spanish lady was kind of weird with her tone. Anywho, loved this hotel! I never paid $208 for one night ever in my life! But it was worth the peace and comfort! This hotel was very quiet as well. The indoor pool was amazing! Spa nice and warm! If I happened to come back to the San Antonio area this will most definitely be my first stop!

The rooms were more gorgeous and comfortable than I expected for the price. They have a great restaurant in the lobby, and the employees are very accommodating. My initial room key wasn't working and they fixed it immediately. Also the carpet cleaner they used messed with my allergies, so they immediately came to vacuum when I asked them to. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.

I'm a Marriott hotel fan of all their brands. This was my second recent visit to San Antonio. Last visit I stayed at Springhill Suites about 1.5 miles away. Reason I mention it is in comparison the Springhill is the way to go as there is a Free breakfast spread nicer than most and a free coffee station set up all day and night. I picked Courtyard this time as in Paris it was a great experience being best Mariott stay ever with a nice restaurant meals included. So this is clean and has a starbucks / bar but no free amenities in above mentioned. Check in was allowed early and staff friendly. Bottle water missing. Don't know if this is first Marriott without but noticed that odd. Landscape lacks care which makes me judge the hotels care.

Very nice. I wanted to bring the couch and bed home with me because they were so comfy.

I'm very picky as to where I lay my head. I checked everything thoroughly. And all I came up with was water calcium in the coffeemaker, common. I would stay here anytime I'm in San Antonio.

The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean. The room was also clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Very nice, clean hotel. Walls are thin so ne sure to book quiet side of hotel if there is one. Appeared they staffing was extremely short handed but the available staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Nice enough… dated… beds are comfy if you like a soft bed… they feel old. Very noisy… asked for a blanket hours ago… still not here. We can hear the people above us… no free anything… not even coffee… very pricey. But its clean for the most part.

As a Marriott associate I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the room. I usually stay at Courtyard properties when traveling. The room was very dusty, the mirrors, coffee stand, microwave not clean, fridge dusty, desk etc… the best feature usually with most properties was the bed. My grandson needed a breathing treatment for his allergies, due to the dust. Hotel was at 100%,. So I didn't ask for another room. No courtesy water? That was not a good welcome. Overall we just stuck it out with the morning traffic noise.

Unable to get crib for my baby, thermostat would not regulate and refrigerator didn't cool. Other than that our stay was good.

Not exactly the friendliest customer service. Rooms are nice, but fridge was left open when I first got in the room. No toiletries either. Beds are super comfy though and although the area isn't all that great, lots of restaurants nearby. Will probably stay at a full Marriott on my next visit. Or a different courtyard.

Clean, comfortable and well worth the price. The staff was very helpful and made me want to stay longer. The amenities are great as well. I will have to try the Bistro and see how it is.

Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I did come away feeling that the experience was a little sub par for what I would expect from a Courtyard, however. The rooms have been renovated, but the quality is questionable. I've never been a fan of the bistro, and this one did little to change that opinion. And the surrounding area is sketchy at best with a poor selection of restaraunts choices in the immediate vicinity. Not a bad trip to the airport, but ultimately if you're visiting Sea World, the Westover Hills location would be a better choice.

Good stay. Extremely comfy beds. Good service. Great friendly staff. The knobs on my air conditioning weren't there to change temperature but it was on good temperature. But otherwise, great stay!

Booked this place last minute because we are renovating my house and due to the oil paint they used it wasnt safe for my kids to stay at home. But the staff is very friendly. My kids enjoyed the hot tub, our room was right next to the pool which was great and above all the rooms were nice and clean. Definitely will book this place again when they do my floors next.

The courtyard Marriott is not a fancy or large hotel. It will not impress you. However, unlike some larger hotels I have visited recently, there are no crucial problems. TV works, internet works (though slowly) and staff are very curtious. I found the rooms had a pleasant aesthetic to them with no major functional issues. For once it's nice to write a review judged by the kind of hotel it is, and not by massive flaws encounter. If you do not need all the pomp and grandeur of a fancier hotel with lots of amenities, but rather want a Hassel free stay in some place comfortable, I would recommend this hotel.

Like this place and have used it a few times now… have found the staff to always be courteous and friendly. The rooms are good, however the ones on the first floor can get a bit noisy. Will definitely use this place again.

Overall great stay. Friendly and helpful front desk. Hotel looks like it's been recently remodeled (lobby). Rooms were clean and had modern decor. Bathrooms look a little old but still clean.

I loved it. The hotel was clean and the customer service Cheryl provided before I even booked the room was spectacular. I was looking for specific features for the room and she took the time out to show me different rooms before I made my final decision. It was because of her customer friendly service that I knew I wanted to book here. Thank you Cheryl for taking the time out to help me make a special night even better.

My director had booked a room at this hotel, we are going to work on a film in this city. I went to wait for him in the lobby area & I was immediately harassed by the manager. She was a white woman, and questioned what room that I was staying in, and to give her my name & id information. There was another white male that arrived but she did not harass him as she did to me. The manager is prejudice and a racist and my director has cancelled the room that was booked & taking our services to the Holiday Inn next door. Do not stay at this place, it seems that the manager hates Hispanics or people of color. We have a couple of local media & news spots coming up soon, and I will certainly make sure that we bring this information up & hopefully they'll do a story that shows how racism still exists today, even here is San Antonio at The Marriott hotels.

Nice room, trendy and clean. Loved the shower. Lovely atmosphere and very polite staff! Location is great and close to good shopping, movie theatre, Sea World, and restaurants. Definitely would stay again! I wished the hotel sign was not located near the exit that was repeatedly locked without notice, causing us to miss our turn in on a one way stretch.

Booked this location several times. It is so peaceful. The room and decor colors are calming. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is s plus.

Clean place, excellent servicii. But the pool inside this very girl, does not go with the expectation of Courtyard.

Great hotel to stay at on any kind of gettaway. Loved the smell of fresh blankets tyou can even smell the detergent on them, very clean and to top it of great customer service surely will be staying there again.

I booked this hotel for my son's port removal surgery as a crash pad. One morning I woke up, and my battery had died when I was supposed to be at the HEMOC to be with my son.
I was desperate to get to my son, and Diane Megason came to my rescue! She helped me jump my car so that I could get to my sweet boy.

Everything was perfect, the people, the room, the pool, from the moment the staff greeted us until we left everything was perfect.

The staff were helpful and accomodated all our needs for the week. The stay here revolved around our son graduating from training at Lackland AFB. The location was central to any style of dining you could ask for. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many hotels in the area and I felt satisfied we received a good value for the money spent.

This hotel is perfect! Miss of the reception is very friendly, rooms are perfect, the price is affordable.

We stayed here after my girlfriend and I were getting our apartment cleaned for moving day and it was awesome! Food was great and staff was friendly. The price is perfect for my gf who labels herself as the 'inexpensive money saver'. She loves to save money lol it's weird but good. When we stayed here it was like 4 months ago and I forgot to review sorry, but we are going to stay here again. This time I have high hopes for our night I might move to the next step and go to the riverwalk and surprise hoping for a great 2 day get away. Can't wait to see you all in a week! Were stoked.

Stay here several times a year. Staff always courteous and makes me fee at home.

Front desk courteous and rooms clean. The challenge is the bistro. Extremely slow. This is my second Marriott experience within a month whereby the bistro experience was disappointing. To make it more aggravating, a manager sits at the high top table working on her computer oblivious. (Only providing commentary about news streaming online).

We were in town for an Air Force graduation. It is 10 min away from base and it was a very simple, quick drive there. Just a couple exits away. It is close to Sea World too.
The hotel staff was very cheerful and accommodating! We came back to hotel one afternoon with food and another family and our Airman and they let us use the dining area for everything we needed. It was wonderful. Great spacious area for that.
Rooms were bigger then we thought. Very neat and clean and comfortable beds.
It is a quiet, family hotel in good area! Theater, mall and restaurants all close by. About 20 min from river walk.
I looked hard for a great hotel and definitely found it! We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I are very picky about hotels and cleanliness. We normally stay at the Hilton, sheraton, hayatt, doubletree, etc to avoid problems. This hotel was just as nice as the Hilton hill country hotel here in San Antonio. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, good food, comfortable bed, convenient location, what more could you ask for? One thing I really liked was the microwave and mini fridge in the room, as well as the laundry room accessible to guests. Great for extended stay. We booked through orbitz and got a great rate. If you have kids they have an indoor pool that they are sure to love. There are many option for snacks here because there is both a restaurant that stays open late and a little shop with snacks and necessities. Picky travelers, this is your hotel!
