I liked the stay, It's a pretty decent hotel. Sure it was a bit small and cramped, but it's a great place to stay at for maybe a day or so.

Got to my room and there were roaches. They moved us to a smoking room. I don't smoke I would never recommend this hotel.

Our SUV got broken into not even 3 hours into our stay here last night. Smh. Ridiculous. No working cameras either to help find out who did it. However management said it was the 3rd time in the past couple weeks. And management says it's a disgruntled former employee they assume. That's great. Smh. We won't be staying here anymore! Wish I could give this place negative stars in the review. They aren't even worthy of 1 star in my opinion.

If you need a place to stay after work go somewhere else. There are alot of people loitering and staff will just say they cannot do anything about it other than you should lock your car. My trucks locks and doors were forced into and all my equipment was stolen. They have no cameras protecting either side of the hotels rooms, only the front check in, which is unhelpful to the clients. If you value your tools and your work vehicles do yourself a favor and go to a more secure hotel because they do not have any type of surveillance and they will just say its not their fault even if they have alot of loitering in their property, which they are responsible to keep safe to begin with. Honestly go somewhere else were you are more appreciated, were you wont lose sleep over fear of having your property stolen because there is absolutely no security here.

This motel has had a full makeover. All new furniture and new employees who are very friendly and outgoing. They wanted to make my stay comfortable. I felt like they really cared.

The Air condition barely worked and the service of new getting another room was impossible even though the parking lot was empty. Not going there ever again.

Rooms were clean, but the elevator button on the first floor didn't work so you had to climb stairs to get to your room. Other wise it was an enjoyable stay.

Kandy and Andy working the front desk were amazing! Very attentive and very nice! I will be returning! Rooms were clean and we had wonderful experience!

Really close to the San Houston military base. Rooms kept clean and nice. Room service was great. Only gave four stars because there was an occasional bug in my room.

Been here over a week now and I love the rooms they are a little small but sooo cozy. The owners and staff are awesome and always so friendly and kind. Wish they did weekly rates. Would definitely stay here again! Don't want to leave!

There is no musty smell that you typically find in these establishments. I think it is because they took out all the carpet. The bed are comfortable butnpillows are huge. Make sure you bring your own. The only reason they can not get a 5 star in my opinion was the lack of microwave or coffee pot. I don't believe I have ever been in one without something. But they are in the same parking lot as McDonald's so that was truly convenient.

Very misleading hotel! Microwaves and refrigerators only in rooms that are of the king size. No lightbulbs in bedside lamps. As compared to other red roof inn's that I've stayed in, this one is a hotel I will never stay at again, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone!

This place is so dirty. Mc Donald's and taco Bell are the closest restaurants. Train passes several times at night blowing the horn. The pool was next to the road and noisy. The best part of my stay was leaving. Red Roof Inn will never get my money again.

Clean at first glance… Sheets were not fresh… fitted sheet still had joy stains. Floor filty took off my shoes with fresh white socks walked to the restroom and my fresh white socks were black at the bottom like I just ran across fresh tar… night staff was pleasant… morning staff still half sleep.

Omg this is like a nightmare Iam visiting TX from Boston And this is the most horrible Nasty, dirty place to stay, I stay one night and I cry the next day, I left to another hotel This is not for a family or vacation staying Do not stay here!

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Nothing is sanitized or cleaned properly. The towels came with stains, the sheets were not washed, and the floors were very sticky. For being in texas, which is hot and humid, their air condition barely worked so expect to be hot all day and night. It was everything that you would expect from a former motel 6. Plus, the room service literally walked into our room with a master key, without knocking, and then accused us of staying an extra day and that it was check out time. But they were wrong and did not even apologize for it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and My Husband and I had to switch rooms. The heat was not working in the first room and the outlets were not working in the second room. The desk clerk was very prompt with switching the room, but just irritating after a long day. Their coffee is delicious, but no microwave nor refrigerators. The first room was clean the second room not so much. We brought our own cleaning supplies so we did not fuss about it.

Place was clean and not very noisy. Cannot ask more than that.

This was a great place to stay we stayed here while visiting my sister and I will always return. They had great rates and the room was clean and very spacious. It was right off the highway I-35 and had may places to eat and gas stations near by. The staff was friendly. I loved my stay.

Disgusting place. They don't change your sheets /do the bed if you stay more than one night. Hated it!

The area was off the highway and a little run down. Outside was load with the sounds off traffic and people but inside the room was niceness quiet and clean. A good value.

There are roaches all in the sink, and walls of this room. I'm not a happy customer at all.

Decent room for a fair price. Don't rent the room expecting the comfort and amenities of a main stay hotel. This place is a place to rest and get up and go.

Room was very clean and impressive. Night Staff was friendly. However morning crew during check-out was a little rude.

Staying here right now and would NOT recommend at all! The maids make bed DO NOT clean tub (bathroom) or trash (soap wrapper on side of tub, fountain drink) they don't clean at all, no FREE Wi-Fi, elevator is on brink of breaking down, it is just a nasty all around motel! Can't wait for this stay to end!

The manager was real rude and unprofessional she denied to give me her name because I want call corporate office to complaint about her because her attitude. She need to get laid.

Room was extremely nasty and had a roach problem and African American receptionist was very rude and didnt want to refund me my entire payment now i'm fighting this dispute through my bank.

The African American receptionist was very rude. We tried to get an early check in and she was extremely rude about it and even made a big deal about the fact that we came in at 2:37 instead of 3:00 like she told us to. Then when we got to the room it wasn't bad. However, the restroom was disgusting. The toilet seat didn't have a cover and it had black cracks in it as well as the water smelled awful every time we flushed. And the second bed had a giant boot print on it and when we asked for fresh sheets they never brought them. So glad we were only there a day! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nothing. Got here late the receptionist was rude. People loitering around. AC unit old and the elevator also very out dated. The room smelled and my blanket has stains. Smh… do not sleep here.

The property looks older than most motel 6, but it staff is very friendly. Room was very clean and smeeled wonderful, air condition was nice and cold. Had to turn it down actually. For the price I would recommend to family and friends. :).

The only reason I'm not giving this motel 5 stars is the jackass in room 230. The staff was great, service was excellent, the pool was clean the rates were epic. As a tour company owner here on a research trip, I was sitting on the balcony enjoying a Cigarette, getting a feel for San Antonio when this misogynist rudely informed me that the hotel policy is to not allow people to hang out out side of their rooms past 9 pm. Hello, I didn't know I checked into prison. I'm in a hotel. Anyhow, I informed HIM that I was here with my family and they don't smoke. Then the following day he had the audacity to yell at my Niece and nephews for being too loud. In the middle of the day. Apparently Captain Personality lives in a motel and doesn't know what children are. Either way, if this jerk's purpose is to make the motel a better place to stay, he's failing miserably. I was spare changed three times in the parking lot and solicited in front of his door to baby sit sooooo. Yeah.

We just needed a quick place to stay and we were worried that it wasn't going to be available. But the next day it was, and we got our room! The staff was very friendly and it was cheap and the service was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, and very close to the restaurants. We had an enjoyable stay and we will be back there again.

Stayied here 04/15/2013 I would not stay at any of the hotels in this area I would drive up further and pay extra to know that I will be safe. Prostitution is know for this area so don't be surprise, nothing against Motel 6 but made a choice to stop and rest for the night and I rented a room got a room on 2nd floor looking towards I35. I walked over at 10 pm to get late dinner at McDonalds and when I was walking down the stairs a girl walked up asking if I need a date. I only seen this in movies, I didn't know what to say so just said no thank you and kept going. After that I knew I was in a bad area. Locked the doors and tried to sleep but any noise I would wake up and see if my car was still their! I didn't get any rest at all room smelled bad I was didn't even want to sleep in the bed so I made the best of it, I later did research of the area and found out that If I drove a little further and paid more I would be in a good area.
