This is our hotel when we come to San Antonio! The front desk clerks are always super nice, helpful and make our stay fun and enjoyable! Jose is awesome and accommodating! Have never had a bad experience here!

Nice place freindly staff close to food and store.

Everything is nice. The pool, however has a green color and looks very unappealing! We will not be using it as planned before coming.

Had a phenomenal week here. Staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast bar was ALWAYS well-stocked.

Great hotel. Stay here often. Always clean and staff is accomodating. The only complaints I have is the treadmill in the workout room slips when you take a step and there are no free weights. Otherwise, hotel is great.

We had a 2 room suite at a very reasonable price. 2 king beds and full size sofa bed. Our room was clean. Free breakfast was adequate. Nice for a family with children. The hotel staff was A-1, from the various desk clerks to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly and helpful.

Great hospitality! They helped check me in early so I wouldn’t have to wait 6 hours at the airport. Definitely will be coming back when I’m back in Texas.

The entire 4th floor and my room smelled like an ashtray. And I'm a smoker. My room was non smoking. The food was mediocre at best. I will not be coming back to this hotel ever. Staff was ok not very enthusiastic.

Customer service sucks. Talked with the night shift worker and informed him the AC wasn't working. He flat out told me there was nothing they could do. That the hotel was sold out. It will be a hotel I will never stop foot in again.

Good service, the a/c unit in the room was a bit loud. Well lit parking lot. Cleaning was done promptly and well.

Staff is very friendly, room was great, breakfast was delicious but there was NO WATER in the pool! Only reason I got the hotel was because it had a pool! We're in Texas w no pool! C'mon now. Was told EVERYDAY of my 5 night stay it was going to be fixed but never was. Myself and my daughter were extremely dissapointed. So much for all ammenities included.

Noisy Hotel Not super good sleep. Deserves two stars, but Mike, the receptionist deserves a star on his own. So three.

My stay for two nights was very pleasant. The room was clean, staff very courteous, easy parking and a large television. I would definitely stay here again.

All in all, good hotel. Reason. For 3 stars were these reasons: room was very small, and did not accommodate our family well. We did not at all like the room layout, tiny shower and toilet room, and sink in entry way. Not convenient for a family, fine for a single person. Breakfast was typical hotel, but this is extremely important to me, and I prefer to stay at hotels with better breakfasts. It was to be expected, good selection of breads/pastries, cerials, waffles, fake eggs, sausage etc. Typical for price. Lastly the pool was closed all week, so the kids and wife were extremely dissappointed and bored all week while I was at work during day. They had reasonable prices, and were in fact 100$ cheaper than compatible hotels around the area during rodeo week. Room was always clean, and everything worked. Hallway was always strangely very dirty, looked like people were emptying pencil sharpeners on the hallway carpet. It was always cleaned up the next morning though, till it happened again. Bottom line, I would want a better room at least for a family. Single person working all day would be fine.

Everything about my stay was great! The staff were very personable and helpful, the breakfast selections were tasteful, and the room was awesome. We really liked the fact that we had access to free On Demand movies. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be staying there again the next time I visit San Antonio.

On railroad tracks… bring ear plugs. Bring your own larger pillows. AWESOME breakfast. Great cheap price. Nice renovation. Great friendly efficient staff. Circa $64 for Queen bed, $83 for 2 double beds. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. Clean rooms, lobby. Good breakfast selections. Loved the Texas shaped waffles. Easy to find on Google maps. Would recommend and stay here again.

Customer rep at service desk did an amazing job welcoming me and was very professional and answered all my questions.

I am a returning visitor to this hotel. This hotel rooms were extremely clean. The décor was pleasant to the eyes and presented an atmosphere of calm that enable you to gently fall asleep. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were sufficient to meet the needs of 3 occupants. This hotel is assessable traveling on I-35 East or West. The breakfast was outstanding. There was a variety of entries on the breakfast bar and the coffee was simply delicious… outstanding! If you are arriving in the evening there are several in walking distance of the hotel. I had an exceptional experience at the Waffle House and the steak house next door to the hotel.

So they can use a privacy fence around the pool. The bed is uncomfortable wake up through the night with a bed spring or wire poking in my ribs and hip They can use king beds I'm 6'5 and feet were hanging off the end of the bed… but staff was great always in a good mood and helpful was supposed to stay for 3 and a half weeks ended up staying 3 nights… Message to owner u should really invest in new beds could of gotten 5 stars supper 8 even has better beds with no Springs.

Location is industrial mostly. No scenery from hotel. Pool is tiny and I overheard guests complaining their eyes burned after swimming. Laundry is broken. If you forgot toiletries, go to the convenience store across the street, BW only has toothpaste and razors. Room cleanliness is so-so. Found garbage behind every door, hair in tub, no extra blanket. On the plus side it doesn't stink, Whataburger is next door, it's 2 blocks off I35, a less than 20 minutes to Ft Sam visitors center. Employees — only saw desk clerks, they were all friendly. There's no restaurant but they have the usual free breakfast.

Reservation was incorrect. The front desk guy's shirt was filthy. He thought our reservation being incorrect was funny. Offer me snack instead of points. Window air conditioning unit like a motel. Never stay there again. We had just start back at giving Best Western a second chance after years of not stay at their properties due to these same things.

Just 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio, the location is decent. What is not however, is that they serve smoking guests. The fourth floor is split between room types, but of course smoke knows no bounds and it permeates everything. Booked for business, and completely full, I had no say in the matter sadly. Would not recommend based on smoking being OK.

The beautiful hotel is located on the Riverwalk — — just walk downstairs. The suite had a separate bedroom and a large living area that was clean, well-appointed, and had a refrigerator and coffee maker. All the hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Additional, free benefits included a very good buffet breakfast and an afternoon happy hour that offered 3 free drinks and several, substantial food choices. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This place is killer I stay in alot of motels and this is my favorite clean rooms and the front desk service is great.
