The help at the front desk would rather fire off texts rather than check you in efficiently. The wait staff at the "Bistro" rambles on and on to one group of guests at the bar rather than check on and serving other guests. Customer service here is a joke for such a "Premium Brand".

Since I purchased a room in advanced and did not cancel within 24 hours of booking I will not be refunded my room costs … I saved a whopping $20. My wife and I caught the flu 3 days prior and we were told not to travel to prevent spreading of the flu. I called the Marriott rewards folks and told me nothing they can do. I do not recommend to any service member if this is the policy… they just want your dollars at all costs. I am sure they filled my room at the double of the rate. I made a choice not to spread a sickness … guess that is not good enough. What makes it worse I did not get a phone call like I asked instead I received a bland email!

Hotel staff was super nice and helpful! Our room was always very clean and smelled great! Proximity to restaurants, stores and Six Flags Fiesta Texas was awesome. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great location, close to downtown but away from most traffic. And the best breakfast offering I've ever had. Try the Eggs Your Way, they had amazing breakfast potatoes and I can't wait to go back.

I love this place. If we go to SA this is where we always stay. Rooms have a balcony and not many hotels do. This is great especially for a smoker like me. The yard and pool is awesome and welcoming. Service is great as well. Very clean and close to everything and price is descent.

Such a beautiful and well maintained hotel. Staff was wonderful and helpful checking us in early. Room was fantastic for the small social having a usable kitchen and full size fridge!

The front desk lady worked from 1 p. M. Till the following morning when I checked out at 10 a. M. She was still there that's dedication.

We had a Queen Suite with a balcony our room was amazing. The entire hotel was clean and very well maintained everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again!

We had a great stay here we just stayed one night for a concert at 6 flags that's right across the street. The hotel and our room were very clean and well managed. There's plenty of shopping and food nearby. Great location. Very nice area.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. It was difficult to figure out the entrance when we first arrived because it is not well marked. Even though there were softball teams staying there while we did the hotel was very peaceful. Layout of the room was spacious. Bed was on the harder side but still comfortable.

It is a good hotel! The pool is fun to play in! The location is good to go to Six Flags. I just don't like the whole, like, vibe of the place. I mean, it was a good hotel. I just didn't have that good feeling about it like I do with other hotels. I still liked it!

This was an exceptional stay last month! Having been traveling for several days on a Texas speaking tour in Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio I checked-in to this hotel and had the distinct pleasure of meeting General Manager, John Bryan. He was kind, helpful and authentic in his desire to make my stay as memorable as possible. Not only did he go above and beyond at check-in, including offering me additional amenities and personally offering to help with my bags, but he also resolved food delivery issue later on in the evening. Being someone who travels often, I can say that I will remain loyal to Marriott and will always stay at this hotel on future visits because of the exceptional experience with Mr. Bryan! Thanks again!

My toddler and I stayed for a little mommy-dughter weekend and loved it. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They all interacted so sweetly with my daughter and as for the decor, my daughter said, "the decorations make me feel happy. " It was cold and rainy so we did not get to use the pool, unfortunately. We will definitely stay here again.

Great looking establishment with modern decor and a clean feel. The room I had was nice but the door frame in the bathroom had something on it that looked like it needed to be cleaned off and something weird going on with some wood panel by the fridge. Looked either water damaged or like it needed cleaning, too. Was disappointed to find the fan in the room's air unit could be set manually but would go into auto randomly. It is so loud that it turning on and off all night kept waking me up. I would rather it just stay on low all night instead.

I was there for a Soldiers Ride sponsored by the Wounded Warriors Program. During my stay, the hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and courteous, making my stay that much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Good hotel, people treat you with a lot of respect, the atmosphere is very quiet and the rooms are very comfortable.

Probably the best Marriott Courtyard I've experienced! Super clean, organized, and we'll run. The GM, Troy is a great guy, very down to earth, and helpful. They have a full service Starbucks in the main lobby, and plenty of lounge areas. Highly recommend them if visiting San Antonio.

Hotel room was big and rooms were clean. Breakfast portions we're big so never felt like I needed more food, which is good as breakfast was not free. It's about 5 mins from fiesta Texas which is where we we're going so that was perfect. Parking might be a bit tight if the hotel is full. Overall great experience.

Newly remodeled and we were able to enjoy the larger double queen. It's literally across the street from Fiesta Texas which was good for us. Starbucks on location and many stores in walking distance.

Clean and comfortable. The employees were great! All were helpful and polite. I would gladly stay here anytime.

Long streets below, but corner rooms have amazing views and the rooms have great knockout curtains and the Esquire bar is right across the street.

Courtyard no longer have a complimentary continental breakfast, so I'm sure that's an issue for most. I'm not a breakfast person so it doesn't bother me, but it does matter to the rest of my family. They do have a bistro, and that's good enough for me…

Small but clean rooms. Microwave is in the lobby. Shower leaks all over the floor. Good for one person one night. But bring earplugs you can hear ppl coming an going threw the night.

I loved this hotel, it has a Starbucks, and it is well clean. The beds are comfortable.

Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio is an amazing hotel. The staff id friendly and they are very professional. The establishment is clean, and for a social event, they have a nice venue. I haven't stayed over night at the hotel, but their conference rooms are very nice.

Good location in reference to 6 Flags and eating places. We got the king suite and it was smaller than expected. Water should be complimentary. Shouldnt have to pay $5 for it in the room.

Very professional and courteous front desk attendant. Plenty of parking. Nice smell to the property. Rooms are clean and there plenty of towels.

The room that we stayed in was perfectly set up. We had a king bed with a small couch that pulled out into a full-size bed. I especially loved that the television had the option of us using our own Netflix information to watch. The Bistro in the lobby had a great selection and it was an added bonus that they brewed Starbucks coffee. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We did not take advantage of the outdoor area, pool, or gym, however they were nice options to have. It is close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, which was our goal for the visit. The only thing I would recommend is having a shuttle to there and possibly Sea World. All in all, this hotel is a great value for the price.

Nice clean hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms & friendly staff. No safe in room but available at the front desk. Would be more convenient in the room. They have a nice cafe that serves until 10 with a variety of food. I was not able to take advantage of the full breakfasts they offer as I was usually running out but they do have grab & go items. Overall, am enjoying my stay there.

It is close by six flags, surrounding stores and restaurants. How ever some rooms are bigger than others. We paid the paid amount as some one else and got a smaller room. The staff is friendly and the pool is cool and lights up. Would visit again.

The most disgusting stay in my life. Whole night the A/C compressor is making a horrible noise and when complained they say they can't do nothing. And the front desk just likes to sit and relax whenever asked for something they just make faces. Moreover anything done by housekeeping for the cleanliness. Never stay here even if they give you a free stay.

Great room for the price. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was very basic in amenities but what I generally expect for that price range.

It was a great spot to experience many places near the hotel. The service was exemplary, rooms were very clean and organized. Loved it overall and would definitely come back the next time I make a trip to San Antonio!

Rooms are nice but all food costs a high amount. Even breakfast items that are normally free at other places cost money here.
