There were no towels, the rooms had roaches, the room was VERY hot, I think 79 dollars a night is a little to much, maybe they can make it go down to about 64

Room was not ready. We waited outside our assigned room for almost two hours to have it cleaned. Front desk was no help. They claimed to call housekeeping but we just saw her on the phone. Once I myself found them, housekeeping was helpful. Room was supposed to be non smoking yet someone had been smoking in there the night before. When we went to the front desk for a replacement key, it didn’t work once we got to our room. And when we got to the room, we had ONE towel. One. Yea maybe a bunch of hand towels as well. But ONE regular towel. Terrible room, terrible service.

The staff barely spoke English if at all and were not willingly helping us, acting as if we were rudely waking them from their beauty rest, aka playing cards and smoking cigarettes. Our room was never cleaned nor beds made, it looked like a barfight went down when we walked in. The towels were disturbingly sticky and blackened in some places, looking like someone thoroughly cleaned a small chimney, then poured corn syrup on them and threw the towels on the rack. The beds were very creaky, the tables were sticky and the TV would make a horrible screeching noise when we turned it on. Would not recommend to a friend or go there again.

I really loved staying in this hotel because for one the people are super nice they are friendly like literally and they help you if you have an eight and you don't have the money to get something to eat one of the girls did help us she was so nice to me and she gave me some stuff to eat cuz I had just got off of work I didn't eat for a while so she gave me something to eat she gave us extra gave me extra shampoo and conditioner she gave me she was very very nice I recommend this place to anybody that wants to have a places to stay or something she the beds the beds are so comfortable and they're so soft and so firm and so nice that you don't want to get up after that the showers the showers are so clean and so nice like literally nice they don't even look like a motel if you're not even like a hotel it looks like a mini you home I think its the best place I been.

Awful! Booked a non smoking room and got a non smoking room that wreaked of cigarettes. Even worse was the cockroaches we saw all over the bathroom vanity. The minute we turned the light on over the sink you saw them run for cover under the coffee pot or anything on that vanity. So ended up leaving after a long day of traveling and went elsewhere. Hopefully they care enough to fix this problem cause the lady at the front desk didn't seem to care much at all. When I walked up to check in she was asleep in the chair. Just wish people cared more about their jobs. Will not be staying at super 8 ever again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you would like to take roaches home with you. The room was totally disgusting, went to take a shower and there were roaches in the tub and on the walls. The heat did not work. I had to place a towel under the door because there was a big gap in it. I understand this is a cheap hotel but that doesn't mean it should roach infestation. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! I wish I could give 0 stars.

We were looking for a cheap place on a budget. Overall the motel was not bad. Few things needed to be updated. The service was great. Never saw any roaches in the room. The beds are nice and comfortable and I loved the art work above the bed. Don't pay extra for a room with a sleeper sofa if you plan on using it. I think there was a murder on ours. The pool was nice and fun. We normally don't stay in these types of hotels. So it was a change for us. For the price, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. Hopefully they will continue to update the rooms.

Good location, excellent price/service, good size room, although it smells like tobacco.

Had a nice working a/c, comfy beds, cleans rooms and bathrooms. 10/10 would stay here again.

It is clean and simple things that are in the middle of a good day to be in a bit of time with my family.

After getting screwed by red roof near here we found this place. It was a great find. Great staff, comfortable bed, with a good breakfast. I would recommend this.

Very nice staff. Room was great! Trucker parking a +! 《the first time! I stayed last night and everything was fine this morning when I called down to the office to schedule another night/then my boyfriend calls me n says I didn't pay for the room. I call the office again/long story short, rude ass dude answered the damn phone told me he couldn't charge my card of I'm not there n my dude had to go. I kept saying it's no problem but he's the 1 who got a attitude for no reason! I'm so glad I'm in laredo cuz if I was there. Shut wouldn't have been too pleasant. I hope he's still there when I get back.

First, we were given a room all the way at the other end of the building… which is fine IF you have your own automobile and can park in front of the room since there are no luggage carts here and aren't a driver stranded when your truck is in the shop. Second, the door lock didn't work after we hauled all our luggage (8 bags and 2 kittens) to the room, and had to go back and get a new card, it still didn't work. Got a new room… supposed to be non smoking and pet friendly. Got inside and it was one of the worst smelling rooms I've ever been in. Smelled like smoke and mildew. There was animal poop beside the refrigerator. We called a different hotel and got the heck out of there. Will definitely be warning our company about sending our drivers here.

I spent a weekend here twice before, this is my third weekend here. The first two times were fine for a one star hotel, nothing exceptional besides the hired help who were pretty great and down to earth folk. This last visit however was two thumbs down. For starters, it was 25 degrees in San Antonio and the heater doesn't work in my room, the basin doesn't drain and housekeeping will replace towels but won't clean your tub. I was told three different times that maintenance would tend the drain problem but no one ever did. While it's nice to find a discount hotel for extended stays, theirs nothing nice about taking your guests for granted.
