Very nice, spacious, really cool atmosphere. This place I recommend to anyone. Love it.

Beautiful, spacious room! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Clean! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! Dinner at the LookOut was phenomenal! Great experience!

My husband and I stayed recently. Loved the room. The food was great. The front desk were not friendly. Too busy on their cell phones. Housekeeping people were friendly but neglected to stop the second night. Overcharged on my credit card the day I left with no explanation. Will have to dispute this. But it was a nice room and a great atmosphere and great to get away. Just beware the charges!

I booked the Interior King room for my best friend's honeymoon. I had called the reservation line and was told the whole hotel was booked. So I looked online and there were multiple room available. I booked it. My friends showed up and the staff "couldn't find the reservation". Eventually they found it and informed them that they would have to provide a $100 deposit, I have already been charged the room fee. This was not stated anywhere in the deposit policy. My friends finally get to their room and it turns out they were given the wrong room, none of the amenities that were listed were available. After the staff had waisted over an hour of everyone's time, they had finally given them the correct room and had given my friends an extra 30 minute's for check out. If you enjoy being blatantly lied too and given poor service this is the hotel for you.

We had an awesome time! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom…OMG! was amazing 🤩. The patio was enjoyable as well. The food selection and taste was not good at all. Enjoyed bowling at Fishbowl. The staff was very customer service oriented.

Absolutely beautiful place, customer service was horrible! Very disappointed! And for the price to stay there you would think they would have more amenities in the rooms.

The room was awesome! Absolutely loved the room and porch looking into the bass pro shop. But… there is only one elevator and it's a long way from some of the rooms. No stairs to use except emergency ones outside the building. Lack of info on amenities of the lodge. Lack of any info. Staff just doesn't seem to care. And for the price of the room (over $300/night…) I expected much better service. This place has so much potential! Just not quite there for the price…

Amazing place to stay! My kids didn’t want to leave the lodge to sight see bc there was so much for them to do there! Definitely exceeded our expectations! We just wish they had a pool! The terrace bar is phenomenal and family friendly!

We spent our 21st anniversary at the Big Cypress Lodge. The rooms were huge and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve every slept in. The resort was very quiet. Security was also a top priority. I highly recommend this for all sportsmen who are looking for a romantic getaway.

Upon check-in our 2 nd floor room was not cleaned. Bed was messed up towel on the floor.
1/2 the candy from welcome basket was eaten with bag on the floor. Light had been unplugged so we could not see. We were in the Fishing Pool Suite paying $420 / nite. Very disappointed & concerned that our room was cleaned and someone had snuck in? Or the maid missed the entire upstairs of a top dollar suite. Manager not helpful offered 25% off our first nite only — we were staying for 3. Restaurant understaffed, food & tables were dirty when we sat down. We left early. Would never stay there again.

Gorgeous and comfy lodge-looking accommodation. Big beautiful spa bathtub and shower. Couldn’t ask for more.

My Best Friend stayed in one of the Suites and she absolutely loved it. The first thing she had to do was use the Beautiful bath tub. We came to visit and loved the people and the Rooftop Restaurant was Beautiful but the Steak was mostly fat so I sent it back and got the filet mignon and it was just ok, very tender which was good but really had no flavor to it. Otherwise it's a Beautiful place to stay or visit and everyone is so polite and friendly.

Definitely will be coming back! Beautiful rooms; upgraded amenities; nice bar; the perfect getaway!

The rooms are very big and beautiful. We waited downstairs at big bucks to eat. Waited 25 minutes before being asked our drink order. Seemed as though 10 staff on the floor with 5 customers but no one would make eye contact with us. Finally after we were acknowledged to order. One of the waiters snatched my husbands phone because he said he didn’t download the menu correctly and proceeded to bring it up impatiently acting like a frustrated parent. We ordered and then 3 minutes later the same waiter asked did we want to order. We’re both confused? We told him yeah we just ordered from you. “Oh” was the response. An HOUR later we received our food. Cold. And soggy. Not seasoned and I couldn’t eat my sandwich because the bread was so burnt. The room a/c unit had a ticking noise that kept us up all night long. 6:00 A. M we woke to the smell of the sewer. Overall not accommodating! Not worth the price! Considering everything is closed bc of Covid but still advertised online! The look out bar had great service! Only perk of the place! Upon getting my car out of valet I overheard another Customer that she’d been waiting 45 min for water and coffee that was never issued to her room after request! Will never pay this price again or be back!

Bellman JASON was awesome! The so called shuttle service is a joke. We tried to go down to Beale St. Shuttle was 45 minutes away. When we tried to come back to the hotel. The driver was “on lunch”. We booked 4 adults and one child. Was assured we would get a rollaway bed. When we arrived, the hotel would not provide a bed for our child due to fire codes. 3 towels for 5 people? Uncle Bucks Restaurant is HORRIBLE! Motel is pretty cool but for the rates they charge a LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE.

Room 325 Our only issue was the cold water in the hot tub didn't work well.

This was our second stay at the Big Cypress Lodge. Our first trip was in February 2016 and I would have rated it 5 stars. Everything was perfect! I am disappointed to say that was not the case this time. The resort is still a unique experience with excellent accommodations and wonderful service, but we spent two days fighting off killer mosquitoes this time. All the guests were complaining; the mosquitoes were everywhere, in the guest rooms, restaurants and lobbies! The hotel workers acknowledged the problem and said, "They are working on It. Unfortunately, l ended up having a reaction to the bites and ended up with large patches of red, hot and throbbing bites that made me miserable. One bite on my hand swelled so much, I couldn't bend my knuckle. When I asked for insect repellent at the Bass Pro Shop, I had to search for 30 Minutes to find it. While I understand that it is August in the south and there are going to be mosquitoes, I feel that the hotel should have provided all guests with insect repellent, or at least warned us to protect ourselves. I absolutely love visiting Memphis, but I feel for 300 a night, we should be somewhat protected from mosquitoes. It was not a camping trip! A shout out to Corey at the front desk for being very helpful and to Jeffrey our driver who was also very personable.

Spacious room with lots of amenities. The view from the Interior is absolutely amazing, and there's just so much to see and do in just the Pyramid. The staff was super friendly (especially Bryon, who checked us in and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation. ) 10/10 would recommend to others!

I'm a big fan of this place, and I've been telling everyone about it since I was able to visit in April of 2018. Will make it a point to fly back and stay longer next time. There's just so much to see, from candy stores, to hunting shops, alligators under the lobby bridges, and more. This place is out of this world, with world-class accommodations. The in-room cookies were to die for; what a nice touch as well. The staff was extremely courteous; everyone from the valet, to the bellman, to the shop owners, to the elevator attendant in the tower. My favorite part was the bathroom; so luxurious, and the architecture and room decor were like no other; again, world class. Will have to come back again soon!
