It is nice and peaceful very good Wi-Fi.

Good and quiet place to stay.

Overall, I would recommend this place. However, I always happen to be in a room surrounded by loud couples and loud children especially late at night! Smh… It seems like there is no consideration for people who actually would like to have peace and quiet!

My first visit in SC. This hotel is awful the sheets are dirty, the bathroom has hairs from previous tenants. The floor is sticky and the TV channel only works in Spanish. It's a very uncomfortable room. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't stay in this Hotel its not worth for the price.

It's the nicest hotel to stay at. Very friendly staff. And very safe place to sleep and clean Most of all. Love Francis.

Where do I start? Maybe the room first, if you're ever enjoyed sleeping in the woods on a wet misty night, than these rooms are for you. The air conditioner works great but doesn't remove the moisture. The train that goes by at night will only blow its horn 3 to 4 time, after the 3rd or 4th train you feel like your on Thomas the train. We are lucky the right side of the hotel is well lit, but the left side is a little scary. There are guys over there that kept putting things to their mouth that looked like gazoos. Whoever did the remodeling in these rooms should feel guilty about the workmanship, in fact who signed off and paid them. I feel the word quality should be removed from Quality Inn to just… Inn.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking area, but it did smell like a party of 50 smoked all night long over there. There was cigarette ashes everywhere, even on the linings of the bed. The police was looking for someone potentially dangerous. All of that made us feel really uncomfortable and we decided to leave right away and find another hotel. Even after our 4 hour drive. The lady in the counter was very supportive and understood what we were talking about. She gave us a full refund. This place looks like a cheap motel more than part of the ChoiceHotel family.

This hotel was wonderful! We checked in late and the desk girl was plenty helpful in helping us find somewhere to eat. We came back, the room was very clean, stocked well and the bed… OH MY GOODNESS! We slept like Royalty. As a matter of fact I called back and spoke to Joe who was also very helpful and we are buying one of these mattresses. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

It was ok. Had to save a little girl from drowning 3 different times because her parents weren't paying attention. Not sure I would recommend this place to friends and family.

My stay at the Quality Inn was amazing. The breakfast was great and Ms. Penelope made you feel at home while eating. Not only was the service great, but we forgot some items at the hotel and they called to notify us. Overall it was a good experience, and for the price, I would definitely recommend!

Last month we went to Charleston, South Carolina to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Joe, at the Choice Hotel in Goose Creek assured us that we could use our Choice Hotel gift cards at this location. At check out they were not quite sure how to redeem the gift cards. Marsha and Rush spent about an hour on the phone with the fulfillment company until they had all the information they needed to pay our bill with the Gift Cards. We were very impressed by their desire to make sure we received first class service and greatly appreciated their effort. In regards to our room, it was clean, quiet and perfect for our weekend get-away. All of the employees that we came in contact with were friendly, efficient and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. (From the breakfast waitress, the room attendants, to the check-in/check out staff). We will definitely stay at the Goose Creek Choice Hotel again.

Dirty very dirty do not clean the floor bathroom curtains susias dirty and stained litters smell sigarro even if they are not smoky rooms.

Rooms were very Smokey. Said there was a problem with the ventilation and the smoking rooms. Should have told us that when we checked in. We were traveling with a child with severe asthma and they did not seem to care. Very disappointed in their lack of concern. We were upper floor. If smoking rooms were on bottom they may want to rethink that.

Front desk was very helpful with booking a room and very friendly as well. Room was nice and clean aside from the dog hairs which were on the sheets of both beds. This was quite an issue due to the fact that I am allergic, so it was not an enjoyable stay. All other things considered it was a nice stay.

Exceptional and warm service, fast Wi-Fi, good breakfast, and spacious rooms! Highly recommend! There was dog hair on my outer comforter, but I didn't get an allergic reaction so it was still a great stay for me.

Fivestar all the way! I def. Will be coming back. The pool looked amazing. Can't wait for the summer.

Amazing Stay! Not sure if only people who cannot be satisfied leave reviews here or maybe people who just dont get their way… but I cannot believe the friendliness of the staff and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. We stayed for 2 weeks at this location and never had an issue. Breakfast was great, Scrambled Eggs, Waffles, Sausage Gravy n Biscuts. The housekeepers kept our room clean and comfortable. Maybe we are just easy to please… and others are the type that cannot be pleased… but this hotel was 5 star for the rate we paid. Thank you Quality Inn, we might be back in the future.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! First rooms we were put in were filthy and reeked of smoke after we had requested no smoking so they moved us. Too 2 more broken down, mold smelling rooms. We left very unsatisfied.

Roaches and trains blowing their horns through the night. You have to sleep with ear plugs. Nasty looking bed spreads. Don't want to think what could be on them. Walls are very thin. You can hear everyone who shares a wall with you. I expected more for almost $100.00 a night.

I accidentally left some of my jewelry in my room and checked out, when I came to ask about it there cleaning people had it at the front desk for me in case I returned, I will have no problem recommending that hotel to anyone.

Well… came up to see family for the weekend, and stayed in rooms 126 and 127. My parents and aunt stayed in one and my family in the other. Nice updated rooms, but the down comforter was dirty and had to ask for another and found spiders on the wall and on lamp shade at the TV. The room was to be a non-smoking room, you could tell it had been smoked in. And when we got here yesterday and checked in… the owner had his VW SUV washed and waxed and was taking up two spots in the front of the hotel, where guests are to park to check in. I asked the man at the desk about that car taking up two spots and his comment was that particular spot the owner considers it one spot, his spot. I took a picture of it and will be sending it to corporate for them to see. If the owner thinks that two spots are one he needs an attitude adjustment!

Very Nice rooms, beautiful and comfortable beds, our room had a mini refrigerator, microwave, large flat sxreen tv, desk every thing we needed. Staff was so kind and breakfast great. A great place to stay I highly recommended. Overall experience was a 10.

I went to stay at a Quality Inn in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The pool area was nice and clean. Everything seemed well kept. It was just a little bit run down. The staff was very friendly.

My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel on August 21st and 22nd. Easy access to Charleston and in the path of totality for the 2017 solar eclipse! We had an amazing experience! This is a pet friendly hotel, and the staff allowed us to check in early because my kitten was feeling a little sick from the heat. The room was very cool, clean, and smelled nice the beds had fluffy pillows and a warm thick comforter. My sister had a little issue staying cool because her bed was farther from the A/C unit, but this was not a problem after we switched beds. All the staff members we spoke with were incredibly friendly, attentive, and prompt to fill any request we had! I look forward to staying here again for future vacations to this area!

The room could use a little updating, however was clean. The staff was awesome, especially JP, who made our stay very enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking, and was very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely would do a return visit to this hotel our next visit to the east coast!

Staff was very nice. The hotel needs upgraded toilets. They have the soft flush ones that break easy. Had four grown men holding number 2s until 10 am the next day.

Room appeared to be clean and bed was comfortable. There was a weird smell. Maybe you need to clean carpet in room 117. Musty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pool! Feed back?

Maybe not a fancy five star hotel, but very clean, comfortable. Staff is awesome. I would stay here again.

The bathrooms were very small for larger people, not to mention house keeping didn't clean my room once in 5 days. The breakfast was very nice always hot and fresh. And the front desk staff was always there to help with any problem.

I'm only giving this two stars because the customer service was good. The rooms were disgusting. The bedding had stains, the floors were sticky, the shower leaked everywhere and the bathroom needed a complete gut — it was gross. The picture above looks nothing like the actual hotel. When we went down for breakfasting in the morning we seen an employee pulling food (unwrapped food) from a box that was sitting on the floor in the laundry room. Your choice to stay here but you've been warned.

My daughter and myself were attacked by bed bugs while staying in room 109. I'm positive that is what it was because I found them between the mattress. I spent two weeks in pain trying to recover, not to mention the doctor bills and prescriptions I had to pay for. Management was nice and moved us three doors down and gave us two nights free but I don't know what step were taken to get rid of the problem. They rented the room out two days later.

First let me say the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely nice. However I had a some problems while I stayed here. There is a amtrak train that runs all day and night and if you don't like noise don't stay here. The room overall seems alright. 2 out of 6 of my pillows were dirty. The bathtub was disgusting. I cut the water on and black dirt came from out of no where. Then there was hair all in the tub. Not sure about the bed sheets but my husband's back was irritated and had been very itchy all night. Our room was a double non smoking and so he went from one bed to the other to get comfortable. They say the beds are a queen but we have a queen at home and these beds seem more like a full size bed. Now the parking is a hassle itself. If you don't get back to the room by a certain time you might have to park by the street. Overall it was ok to stay here but I definitely would not go back.

The location was bad had to do a u-turn to get in from our location evrytime. Rooms were pretty bad especially the bathrooms. And I was bothered by the staff during a nap in the afternoon.

Ok for one it is clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. For the price I don't think we could have got better. Great for a night or 2 and only 20 min from charleston.

My fiance and I stayed here Easter weekend. We had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, the hotel staff was very nice and the location was great. For the price, you honestly cannot beat it. Thank you for the great visit! We will be staying here again!

This hotel was wonderful! Stay there was nice and quiet. Rooms are small but the customer service makes up for it. Rooms are clean, housekeeping was great. If I ever travel back down to Goose Creek this will be the hotel I check into.

Toilet overflow wouldn't stop running had to put a towel down to keep water from running into the room out of the bathroom call front desk. He bring mop, towers and pliers to turn off the water supply for the toilet won't stop running. It took him 40 minutes to clean up the mess, he advise me to call back and. Talk to supervisor next day. He wouldn't even give me a discount blame me for it. I'm not stupid he dais I may have put too much tissue in the toilet really. He would have to call me back later after he check with housekeeping, never call me back ♡All about happiness♡

My daughter checked in today and needless to say when I called earlier to speak to the Hotel the lady I spoke with then was very nice and helpful. So it seems that when you book through priceline, that they check you in with the nastiest rooms, my daughter checked in (she has very serious allergies) and they placed her in a room with a very dirty carpet and the stench was unbearable, she sent me photos of the room itself, when she tried to ask the gentleman JP to switch her room, he was pretty nasty and would not do it, even after I called to explain to her allergy challenges, I could tell in his voice he was deliberately saying he could not switch her room. I think if Quality Inn want to make changes on their reviews they should be more customer focused and care about them enough to go above and beyond with customer service. Clearly this was the wrong hotel. We are sorry we made the decision to book here.
