To recommend, again and again, was several times at the Greenville Marriott, the Shuttle Service is great, good connection to the BMW Group, shopping within walking distance, great Breakfast buffet, very friendly staff.

Nice hotel with a free big parking lot centrally-located easy access to the airport in the main Highway and local businesses. The breakfast buffet is better than most especially with an Omelette and waffle station. Also their selection also offers a fresh and calorie conscience variety of yougart, milk and fruit. The pool is nicely hide in the back for a quiet refuge to work.

This is one of the best Marriott hotels I have visited. The pool area is beautiful! Although, the gym is really small. Lots of restaurants close by. If you eat and drink at the hotel restaurant, which is good, bring your big checkbook… LOL.

Loved the Concierge club. Open all the time with refreshments even if food isn’t being served. Some clubs are closed outside breakfast and dinner or don’t maintain coffee service. Restaurant and other facilities are excellent.

Had a business meeting here talking advantage of their conference room (s). They catered breakfast and lunch. The staff was extremely accommodating with all aspects from ensuring anything was made available for the meetings themselves to ensuring those with food allergies had food options.

This hotel has the absolute nicest staff of any hotel I have visited. Each staff member encountered went above and beyond to ensure that all of my wants and needs were taken care of, from the wait staff in the restaurant who recommended food perfectly, to the concierges (at 1 am and in the afternoon) who were super friendly, the bell hops who knew us by name and offered an umbrella without being asked, and the house keeping who saw that our key no longer worked and volunteered to call the desk to fix the problem for us. (this was my fault for putting the key with my phone) Each staff member was friendly, helpful and made me feel like a truly valued client. Beyond this, the rooms were very tidy, the food was delicious and the lobby was reminiscent of an Italian Street Cafe, hosting many sky lights that lightened the atmosphere, comfy chairs and awnings. A perfect place to work or relax.

I would like to say that this is a really nice hotel. Marriott is always known for their service, but the staff at this particular location stands out. Every one on the staff is friendly and nice and they all try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I got to experience the front desk, restaurant, room service, and concierge staff, and all were great. I especially want to signal out the concierge/drivers. Very friendly, they will happily take you basically anywhere around town, and they are great conversationalists during your drive. I would definitely would recommend this hotel next time you're in town.

Friendly service all around. Rooms could use a better cleaning. Lots of dust and hair trapped in the vents and soap scum in the shower. But nothing crazy bad.

I've stayed at plenty of Marriotts, but this one has been the nicest. The breakfast buffet in Artisan restaurant is the best I've had in the United States. It includes custom omelettes, made to order waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, biscuits & gravy, homestyle potatoes, granola bars, pastries, toast & bagels, cereal, house made granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese cubes, salamis, and several choices of milk (even chocolate and soy). Well worth the $15!

Great hotel for a quick stay. Staff are friendly and eager to be helpful. Room was nice and was well taken care of. Central to main highways for easy travel. Will likely stay here in the future.

Gave it 4 stars because it's very expensive. But it's a beautiful hotel in a good location near GSP airport. Indoor pool. Good restaurant and nice bar. Room service is nice. Staff is very friendly. This hotel is always packed. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are elegant. I would stay again, especially if I could get a lower rate.

Business Hotel with many German guests. Due to the time zone, the gym in the morning at 4 is therefore very well attended. Nice staff. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is varied. Restaurant and bar maintain very high prices compared to the environment.

The service was good but parking was horible.

The hotel lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The shower in my room didn't work properly and the room door would slam very loudly when leaving. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and got a great breakfast in the lobby.

Clean hotel in a convenient location.
The hotel is conveniently located between the airport, the BMW factory and the city of Greenville. No room was sufficiently large with good air conditioning. The equipment was equipped with iron, ironing board, kettle and safe. Unfortunately, there are also rooms without windows outside, like mine. Breakfast buffet was OK, cleanliness too. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned on the second day.

I use the Marriott for work meetings when I am able. They are wonderful to us! Everything is always perfect and set up and ready exactly as priorly discussed. They are super to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Their AV company is also phenomenal. Never any AV issues, which is comforting.

A neat and clean hotel on the outskirts of Greenville. The rooms are large, clean and equipped with excellent satellite TV. However, WLAN costs extra but is in a very good quality and is equally highly welcome everywhere. A buffet breakfast with a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, sausage, cheese and toast for American standards. Freshly made Omlette, mirrors — and scrambled eggs. The pool behind the house is very nice and also the whole facility around the hotel is well maintained. Free parking lots are available. Downtown Greenville is a 10-15 min drive from the city centre.

We enjoyed the room and I enjoyed presenting in the nice conference rooms. We had a great stay and enjoyed the Southeastern Regional Conference for Phi Beta Sigma. We will be back!

I accidentally brought a blacklight flashlight, but I put it to use. I wasn't disappointed by what I found. The sheets and restroom were clean. Sheets were soft in comparison to Homes2Go suites. Friendly service. Good breakfast, but limited options. Only stayed for one night, but it wasn't bad. Alarm works perfectly, and I'm a repeat snoozer, so that's saying something.

Close to the airport, but not far from other places. Love the evening concierge lounge hostess. She always remembers me and genuinely seems happy to see you.

Great rooms and lobby area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us as we checked in and throughout the stay. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff at the restaurant was top notch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect and it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The service is excellent. The employees helped in any way they could. I had a double shower head, which was great. Overall, it was a great decision to stay there.

One of the best hotel experiences of my travels and I travel a lot. Extremely accommodating and staff was pleasant. My family ended up needing to stay with me a couple days and they accommodated our request move for double beds, put us across from concierge room so it would be easier for kids and us, sent us to neighbor courtyard for kids to swim and packed us wonderful little bags for the kids on our drive home. Thanks for everything! Will recommend and stay again.

Overall very good for the price. I paid for a suite, but it was not really worth it. The clock had to be reset and I did not know how to do that, the safe was already locked when I went into the room, the jacuzzi tub did not work — all items that I needed to do some studying while my kids went to the driving school. Also — the vent system really needs to be cleaned — it was full of dirt/dust and it drove my allergies crazy. The restaurant was excellent, however — great food and great service.

The rooms are clean, and friendly service. Dining with fine food and drinks delicious. Located all beside the offices of Michelin (tires) in Greenville.

This hotel is beautiful. The decor is pretty. They have a delicious breakfast buffet at their main restaurant. Their customer service is on point too!

We booked a reservation here for Saturday night, nov 18th. We are Marriott rewards members to top I️t all off. We went to check in and the man on duty said he saw our reservation but was sorry they were out of rooms with double beds, which is what we booked. I️t was for 2 adults and 2 kids. He said there was some sort of soccer convention and they rented all rooms out. So even though we has a reservation with confirmed double beds, they didn’t have one for us. To further the frustration, he would not call around and find us another hotel. When we asked to speak to a manger he said there wasn’t one in duty at that time of night. I️t was 630 pm! We had to leave and go to another hotel. I️ am in disbelief of the handling of this matter.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Greenville Marriott. The staff were very friendly. Location is near the highway for easy access to getting downtown or to shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Greenville area.

Nice atmosphere. Looks recently remodeled and updated. Staff is extremely friendly and customer service is top notch. Bar scene is pretty good. Breakfast buffet has great service but the food could use some fine tuning. Overall a great stay.

Doorman was super fast and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. Clean room and decent size. Room service was quick and delicious hummus plate. Easy check in and out. Would recommend for business or leisure.

Came for the solar eclipse and they had everything ready for the family. Restaurant was a bit slow but that was to be expected with the crowds. The elite members lounge was the best I have experienced. Marriott spiced carrot cake I will remember for months.

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Greenville to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed every second of our stay — — — my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. My husband and I agreed that we wouldn't do anything special this year, but I didn't stick to our agreement, thus I spent the majority of my morning trying to find a hotel with a romantic atmosphere. I ended up calling 12 different hotels in the Greenville/Greer area, and could not find what I was looking for. I had almost given up. The last hotel I called was the Marriot. I spoke with Kenya, and I was amazed by her willingness to go ABOVE and BEYOND to make our visit spectacular! She offered a couples package that included chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and breakfast for two. THIS WAS EXACTLY what I was looking for, and sadly they were the first and only hotel that offered it (out of all the hotels I had spoken to that day). We got to the hotel much later than I had originally planned. But when we arrived, we were offered a late check-out without having to request it, and EVERY Marriott staff member greeted us with smiles, and treated us kindly! My husbands exact words to me after seeing our room… "I feel like a king". Breakfast the next morning was DELICIOUS! The buffet had so many options, EVERYTHING was hot and fresh. And one more thing… Marriott Greenville knows how to make grits. They will change your life! You can trust this southerner.

I stayed here this past weekend and loved everything about the hotel. Rooms are spacious the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The room was small but well kept. The hotel was well lept. The staff was very nice and provided us free drink certificates. All though we didn't take advantage of it, the pool area was beautiful. Overall we had a great experience.

Loved the lobby of this Marriot. The conference rooms were top notch as well. The only disappointing part was that I didn't have time to use the amazing pool area.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It looks fancy on the inside, the staff is very friendly. The food is better than restaurants around here. I was so appreciative of the bill coming correctly the FIRST time under my door the morning of checkout. I didn't have to hassle with them about my free breakfast and free Wi-Fi with the Special business rate I had received. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for cyber academy of sc state testing. There was plenty of room for parents to wait, we were continually asked could we be helped. Offered bottle water and invited to make use of the cafe /bar area. Beautiful hotel very friendly staff.

The staff was excellent. Most polite and attentive staff of any hotel I've visited. The restaurant on site had great food. Go for the salmon. The rooms were a good size, comfortable beds with lots of pillows. There could be more soap, but that's standard with hotels. Overall it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Taxi service and Uber availability was lacking due to Pearl Jam concert so a very nice staff member drove us to the restaurant in time for our reservation (in a very nice BMW). Breakfast was great. Cons: One wash cloth in our bathroom… one yet we had 4 hand towels and 5 towels… (housekeeping lacking). Never have we stayed in a hotel where the hot water ran out, until now. Beds were VERY firm and the bedding seemed quite worn.

Fantastic establishment. After a very quick (complimentary) shuttle ride from the airport, I was welcomed with a very pleasant and efficient check-in process. Rooms are large, and comfortably arranged with an attractive mix of modern and classic furnishings. Though, the scenic view from a north-facing room may often leave one standing at the floor-to-ceiling window, with little regard to what's inside the room. Overall, a very pleasant hotel experience.

Updated property with great pillows. Came in during a winter storm and staff was pleasant, happy to see you and accommodating. The concierge lounge is nice and lobby area is very modern. They have robes in your closet. Sadly, when they renovated, they removed the outdoor hot tub, but they do have a pool.

Beautiful location! I am very familiar with the Marriott standard and the idea of hosting brilliantly. I just wanted to point out that Jacob at the front desk was amazing. He displayed wonderful customer service and went above and beyond to make my experience at this location one that I won't forget! Check in experience is the first thing guests notice and I couldnt be happier with mine!

Breakfast was great, restaurant inside the hotel was not bad. Bellman were very kind, helpful and professional.

Pros: The staff was friendly and thoughtful and the room was pretty comfortable. Cons: However, the hotel seemed old since the elevator was sooooo slow and one didn't work at all while we were there. There was some mold in the bathroom, which was gross and we paid extra for the concierge level of the hotel only to find out that the concierge lounge is closed all weekend yet they continue to upcharge for those rooms.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Always asking me if everything was okay. I only had one issue and was with their hotel security. I came off the elevator in the lobby looking for my wife. He observes and asks me can he help me. I inform him I'm looking for my wife and further inform him she must be by the pool, smoking. Thinking that was a satisfactory answer only to have him follow me and further grill me in front of my friends. I then tell him, are you profiling me because of my long hair (jokingly). He doesn't smile and asks my friends, do you know this person. Seriously.

Spacious rooms. Nice outdoor pool. Slow internet and less food choices. But overall good.

Consistently great service. My personal favorite when spending the day in meetings and seminars for Estée Lauder! Food is always delicious and the banquet staff very professional and friendly. I have not stayed over night as of yet but the women that always do really love it.

The apple bread was stale and dry. The bacon jam was unpleasant tasting and weird. The lobster bisque was fishy and probably not fresh. The vanilla bean béchamel was like having a sweet vanilla custard creeping all over what, otherwise, would have been an edible steak, potatoes, and spinach. Very disappointing. There are plenty of other dining options nearby. I'd eat elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was much better (and also complimentary during our stay, or we wouldn't have risked it, after that dinner. ) Our hotel stay was quite pleasant, otherwise.

Rooms are less than luxurious but adequate. Nice pool/fitness area but sauna was out of service during my stay. Restaurant and hotel bar very nice. Positive experience but a bit pricey for the overall quality.

A pretty nice, but not over the top hotel in Greenville. We stayed here while picking up our car at the BMW performance center. The lobby is very glamorous, but the rooms are a bit smaller than expected and have views only of the parking lot. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly, particularly those associated with the BMW program such as our pickup in a 7-series from the airport. Room was super hot though as the ac had been shut off for the winter and the heat was basically stuck on. Internet was fast and available throughout. A comfortable, if a bit corporate place to stay.

Any hotel can mess up. It's how they recover that matters to a guest. Tonight I checked it to the Greenville Marriot. The room had been used and not cleaned. I described the problem to the front desk clerk. The room was filled with used glasses, snack food wrappers, coffee cups, papers, pee on the bathroom floor and toilet. Not much TP left in the bathroom. Bed cover on the floor. All the soap and shampoo in the bathroom sink and shower used. I could, and should have changed rooms but I had a lot of gear and clients headed to my room to discuss the days work in a matter of minutes. Id didn't have the time to go downstairs and chance rooms and meet with my clients. The hotel sent up housekeeping. I got a guy with two sheets in his hand at my door. Funny considering the bed had six pillows and the bed's linen's wasn't my concern. I told him not to worry about it. I let him know my issues. He left, and came back. Took the dirty coffee cups, put one new roll of TP out and left. I unwisely gave him $10 thinking everything had been taken care of. When he left I discovered, pee on the floor, no replacement cups for my clients drinks, all of the same used dirty soap in the shower and bathroom. My clients arrived. Brought wine and we waited 30 minutes for clean glasses to arrive. Thanks Marriot.
