We had a great stay. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We always stay here when we are in town.

Easy access to the hotel from the main road. Room is very big with plenty of amenities. Breakfast each morning had been great and all the staff have been helpful and friendly.

Excellent for short or long term stays. Very comfortable quarters, great beds, and a full kitchenette with all the silverware and flatware you would need to make little meals for yourself. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night they do little evening socials where they provide dinner and give you a chance to meet and socialize with the other guests. Centrally located to many great shopping and dining options, I highly recommend this place if you intend on visiting Greenville for any time, whether multiple days or a single night.

I love this place! Every time I come to Greenville, I try to stay here. It is centrally located to a lot of great shopping and good restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Having a full kitchenette to cook and store food is awesome! The fact that they have grills tops It Off.

The staff seems a little disorganized but the room is clean and stocked. Information is clearly posted about the complimentary meals and events going on at the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good water pressure.

Very good experience, I felt like stay in my home. Kindly employees and very gentle. I recommend.

I would give it five stars for the facility and staff, but the constant drone of traffic on I-85 is noticeable all the time. Request a room on the opposite side of the interstate. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and I have no complaints. The location was great. It was near the mall and shops, Frankie's Fun Park, hundreds of restaurants, AND a Whole Foods The suite was very clean. Full frig, cookware, and just about everything your kitchen at home has including a wine opener. My kids loved the fact that the TV has all the channels they liked. The bed was comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a big fluffy pillow all night. My only issue with the suite was the bathroom is in the bedroom so in the middle of the night the kids wake me up going to the bathroom. Ok so I can't say enough about the staff so I'll keep it short and simple. THEY ARE AWESOME! From the front desk to the house keeping, all of the staff went above and beyond. They fulfilled every request with a smile and no hesitation. A very special thanks to the kitchen breakfast staff Kimberly, Kay, and Michael who made sure my family had almond milk for breakfast. Michael even packed the kids some to go boxes one morning they almost missed breakfast. We felt like family and we felt at home. This is definitely our new home away from home. Nice hotel. Patio was under construction for renovations but not a big problem because it was still cold out. My room was nice but the TV could be bigger. Marriott has them beat there with smart TVs. Breakfast was average for these types of hotels. Staff was knowledgeable about local restaurants and helped me find a good steakhouse.

It has very good things this hotel, but some very bad ones. The worst thing about here is housekeeping to the rooms because they don't clean anything right, the bathroom floors and the kitchen dirty always, I asked them to come at some time to do the cleaning and they ignored it. They do not put you necessary day by day (soap, cream, paper, shampoo, etc. ) And you have to be asking for it. Another thing, the breakfast ends very early 9:00 am weekdays and 9:30 Saturdays and Sundays, I have a baby waking up after 10:00 am I missed breakfast. Those are just a few things that for 2 months I was here I spent and all that for me was stressful as I do not speak English very well.
The only person who is valuable about this place is Adam, he treats you very well, is very helpful and enjoyable.

This is a nice area. The hotel looks as if its brand new, but the new looking microwave in the room was made in 2007. Could not find out for sure how old the hotel is, so I dont know if it just that well maintained or its brand new.

This hotel is okay. It is one if the few of the Homewood brand hotels I've stayed at that the studio was truly one room. The room felt like a dorm room. The decor was very strange and overall the room needed updating. The bed spread had a giant stain on it. It was quiet though, and the room was large.

Clean. New. Food, wine and beer in the evening are complimentary. Breakfast buffet is good. Better coffee than most Hilton chains. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. The workout room is average. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was able little drab and our rooms were never cleaned during our stay. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and the front desk staff were very accommodating.

Great place to stay. The room was an excellent size for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking all around the building. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we pass through again.

Wonderful place the only reason I'm giving this low rate is because of the hold they put on my card without disclosing when I paid in cash for the room. No it wasn't a deposit and it wasn't done when the reservations were made, and it wasn't because of any additional charges. It was charged to my bank card after I paid in full for the room in cash. They stated, after I called, that it would come off in 5 to 10 business days and I was not informed that this was normal practice for them. Well I don't know about anyone else but I can't afford hundreds of dollars at this time of year to be on hold for no reason. This needs to be disclosed up front. Had I not caught this, and made 6 phone calls to get the hold taken off, it could have been costly for me. I am one of those people that still write checks for my bills had those cleared while this hold was on it would have been very costly. When I called about it the first time they should have told me how to get the hold removed, instead I had to make 6 phones calls before I got the information I needed to get the hold removed.
The reservations were very easy and I received excellent customer service during the reservation process. The hotel was also excellent. The customer service at the hotel was not.

Wish I could give this negative 5 stars. Slept on bloody disgusting sheets not from me. Staff acted like it was no big deal. Absolutely disgusting and not okay.

Right off the bat, the hotel staff was great. So helpful and nice. The room was amazing! It had a kitchen with everything you need, including a full size refrigerator. The couch was comfortable and had a pull-out bed in it. The bedroom had it's own t. V. And the bed was just right. I checked in early and had been traveling all day, so I wanted to take a quick nap and they had something most hotels don't, Blackout Curtains! I was able to pull them down and it was pitch black, perfect to catch a little afternoon sleep. The breakfast had all the staples and was delicious. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be staying here again!

Our visit was 8/18 to 8/20. Called Manager Barry S on 8/24/17 about possible bed bug marks on my legs. He advised he was an exterminator and would have room checked and send me confirmation of same. Called him back on 9-1-17 and he said had room inspected on 8/28/17 and would again send me report. Still have not heard back from him and today is 10/25/17. Will not be back here and will share this information with friends.

This place is awesome, as soon as you walk in the door there are friendly faces to greet you. Very accomadating with all your needs. Comfortable and quiet! Love this place and will be back again.

Above and beyond would be an understatement. Every staff member that my family and I met was extremely friendly and accommodating. Ron was especially accommodating to the fact that I was unable to walk after a surgery and made it his priority to ensure we were comfortable. I can't say enough good things about how they made my family & I feel.

Did not have the best experience. Had a late check in and found that the bathroom door had a large unidentifiable smudge on it, and the pull out couch had no sheets. The newly renovated lobby looks great, but there wasn't enough seating at breakfast for all the guest. Staff was very pleasant and understanding. I'd recommend waiting until the remodel is finished.

Minus — Close to interstate I 85. Noise not to bad, sounds like stormy windy day.

My children and I had a most excellent stay at this location. My husband had made the reservation and put in a few notes regarding some special requests for room location as my boys are both in wheelchairs. When we arrived the gentleman checking us in commented on how all the notes were read and they were able to prep the room for us. It was starting to rain and the manager and another employee ran out with umbrellas to help me unload the boys and their power wheelchairs out of my van without getting the kids wet. They then helped me unload all of our medical equipment too. Adam and the others chatted my boys up while I settled in the room. It was the EASIEST transition I have ever had when getting to a hotel. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a very convenient location. Was very comfortablecomfortable starting there. Management of cribs for infants is poor. I called a week in advance and requested a crib. I also confirmed availability of a crib the morning of my arrival. When I checked in the front desk informed me there was not one available. I requested to speak to a manager and they are able to get one from the hotel next door. The next morning I ran into another family who had a similar experience but they had to go to Walmart to buy one. I was most upset about the front desk employee telling me her baby used to sleep in her bed. Don't put me in a position to criticize your parenting. The bottom line is managing those infant assets properly would have made the experience far better. I would stay here again.

Great staff. Clean rooms, great breakfast and evening social hour. Located in a great area as well. The staff here is the best I've seen and I travel a lot for work. Unfortunately we have been out of our house for 4 weeks due to repairs, but have been fortunate to stay here. Everyone from the front desk ladies, Mrs. Tasha in the restaurant, Mrs. Debra in housekeeping, and Megan in sales have been extremely accommodating to me and my family. They have all gone above and beyond their duties to make our stay great. Took great care of our kids and made us all feel welcome. Would stay back here in a heartbeat.

The room was nice, but the ice in the in-room ice maker tasted weird. The service was not good during breakfast. I felt rushed and like we were in the way of the staff. None of the breakfast stuff was ready when we got there t 9:00 (no plates, minimal food left) and at 9:30 sharp they were clearly "done with us. "

When we arrived to check in at 4, we were told our room wasn't available (check in is 3). Another room was available luckily, but they should have been able to have the room available for check in. The room was nice, but the ice maker made ice that wasn't filtered and tasted odd. Breakfast was a disaster. When we went down at 9, plates and silverware wasn't available. The food was picked through (breakfast runs through 9:30 but there was no fruit, homestyle fries, waffle batter, or juice left). When we asked for food items (waffle batter) the staff snapped at the customers and were slamming things around. No syrup or butter was available. At 9:30 exactly, staff left the area and turned off the lights (people were still in the food area picking through the cereal. They had to wait for the food originally so it wasn't their fault they were still around! ). There were no vending machines or ice makers on the floors in the back half of the hotel.

Upside: The rooms are quiet so you don't hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms. Full kitchen and a Target store close by if you don't want to eat out. Good place to exercise using the sidewalk out front or the fitness room at the hotel. There is a dinner at 5:30 PM and breakfast at 7:30 AM. You are in the heart of Greenville close to movies, dining, shopping and you name it… but back off the beaten roads enough so that it is quiet. Downside: Furniture starting to look a little dated. Marks on the floor from housekeeping using the vacuum cleaners. Touch-up paint on the walls doesn't match. I was in room.

These people are thieves! They will attempt to steal your property if you accidentally leave something! Be careful! They have terrible attitudes and treat guest poorly! We will never in life ever stay there again! Terrible experience. The entire staff are liars and thieves.

Everything was fine with most of the room. There was a used Qtip on the bathroom vanity and the glasses on the bathroom were used and put back.

Great location, nice rooms with lots of space. Has kitchenette, living area, bed, and washroom and closet area. Breakfast is included and offered decent options to eat in or for on the go!

The hotel is very nice, and the suites are quite large. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast fare. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was out, and it was a bit of a hike to get to the other elevator or the stairs.

Check in the hotel the key was not working for room 124. After my husband went back and forth five times and the key still would not work. I finally ask housekeeping to let my three year old, and one year, and myself in the room until customer service could fingure out what was going on. We received a call saying the maintenance department will be coming soon to handle the problem we waited a hour know one showed up so we left when we came back to the hotel around 9:15 pm. We went to the front office to see that a sign was up that customer service step away from the desk. We waited in the car with two tired toddlers for a several mins. Finally somebody came back to the front desk so we could get a key check in. Oh did I fail to mention my one year old was playing with a broken glass closet door that I call the front office to report. On the postive side of things the hotel is clean and very spacious.

Here, Charleston, and of course my KUDOS to Homewood in Alpharetta Ga. New manager Dee. Awesome 3, always go back to these.

Very nice rooms. I had a suite 101 but I heard the sound of barking down the hallway. You should not allow pets because they disrupt the peace of the Hotel. Still a very good hotel.

If they only had eggs to mix with the obvious fixings that had no home.

Had an excellent stay here in Dec 2014! Traveled to Greenville for Christmas shopping with 3 girl friends. This hotel was PERFECT for us, very clean and comfortable! The staff was wonderful, from the desk clerks to the breakfast hostess to the manager to the grounds crew, all the staff members were quick with a smile and with a helping hand. We will definitely return.

The staff here is outstanding! The room blow dryer died on me and they had someone up to replace it within 10 minutes of calling. All of the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

I'm staying here for a girls weekend getaway and the room is awesome! The service is awesome! The breakfast is awesome! It's just an awesome place! I will stay here EVERY time I come to Greenville. You should stay too ;-).
