Very good experience. Don, the hotel bellman, was most helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the hotel history.

This was one of our last stops on a road trip from Florida and it was by far the worst hotel stay yet (and the most expensive! ) Upon checking in we learn there is no valet or bell service which is ridiculous given the price and downtown location of this hotel! Then we learn that they had given away the room we actually booked! (Reservations made weeks ago) instead they were offering us a room with 2 double beds! My boyfriend is a big guy at 6’3” so a double bed would not have worked unless we slept in 2 separate beds. They were somehow able to give us a king room with a lovely view of a brick wall (not what we reserved)! We were told there is no longer room service which was unfortunate after hours in the car. We decided to doordash and grab drinks while we were down stairs to get our food. Well no such luck. The store down there closes at like 6 but we were informed that we could purchase drinks from the machine on our floor at the end of the hall. Well that machine would not accept cash or card. So here we are eating cold doordash drinking ice water out of cheap paper cups on the extremely uncomfortable bed! I guess there is a reason we use our Hilton account over Marriott! If you want a great downtown hotel experience I would suggest you look elsewhere!

Great service and good menu.

King corner room was fabulous. Elevator broke and we got stuck twice. The special bonvoy breakfast was nice in the club-didn’t realize you weren’t supposed to go to the two kings restaurant for breakfast. The plough im hotel restaurant menu didn’t sound very good from the menu but we ordered anyways and it was fabulous.

We had our wedding there and it was amazing they were very helpful and the experience was wonderful.

Had a great time at this hotel. Very big with great atmosphere at the scrapbook conference. Love to do it again next year.

England Events, LLC Wedding and Disc Jockey Services proudly provided DJ services for a beautiful wedding on 7/3/22 at the historic William H Montgomery House. The venue was beautiful and the staff were some of the most punctual, friendly and thoughtful people we've ever worked with! Great job by Becky and Vincent! The bartender was equally amazing!

Unfortunately, there was nothing redeeming about this hotel for the cost (nearly $400 a night). There was one bellhop for the entire hotel (333 check ins that day we were told) and the parking garage was full. Our room was dirty, the pullout bed was not made nor were there any linens despite confirming multiple times, the bathroom door handle was broken, a fuse was blown in the room so lights by the bed did not work, and the noise from the rooftop bars lasted until almost 2am. In addition, the parking pass was not active when we received it. We called for the bellhop on checkout and were told he was not available. I would not waste the money to stay here again.

Very clean, nice staff, and beautiful place to stay!

Filthy sheets, rude front desk manager, if you complain you’ll be harassed with emails when sleeping. The email said if I leave now after complaining that they will refund me. 6 hours after my complaint was made while I’m trying to sleep. They have all these Covid protocols where vending machines aren’t working and no room service but they let their guest sleep on soiled bedding. The management here needs to go. The best service I received happened to be from two ladies pushing a laundry cart, they should be running this place. Oh yea, they also accidentally sent guests to my room and they walked right in on me thinking it was their room. I called and the manager told me “I highly doubt another guest has a room key to your room” I don’t like being being accused of lying so I walked down behind the poor embarrassed family who accidentally barged into my room. Now the manager is emailing me late at night waking me up. Harassment!

Beautiful hotel and great rooms!

The amount you pay for a room is crazy for the size of the room and the bathroom is not great. People who work there are unfriendly and hardly helpful. I stayed two night housekeeping and didn’t bother giving me extra towels or cleaning my room. Trash cans are so small. No microwave in the room, they don’t clean under the beds and hardly clean the floors in the room. They forget to give you the gift bags that the wedding party makes for you. They don’t over a shop incase you forget anything like a cell phone charger and or medicine. They have one restaurant that is kids friendly and over priced. You pay so much for a room and don’t get a breakfast and nor do they have a place for you to eat breakfast beside Starbucks. My room was hardly clean. Disappointed in my stay and they were working on the pool. Not a kid friendly hotel at all, stay away from this place if you have kids. They didn’t have TV working in the men room to get ready for the wedding or ac working in the bridal suite, with all the money you pay, is not called for. The staff was unhelpful with issues and they were very unorganized.

We stayed at the Lancaster Marriott from 02/06/2021-02/07/2021. The hotel was very lovely and clean. I had read that valet wasn’t available at this time but it did not say anything about oversized vehicle parking. We were able to park our SUV In a garage a block or so away and use the bridge to access the hotel. My brother in law was not able to due to the size of his truck. He was made to go many blocks down and had to pay for parking. It states nothing on your site about th… Weiterlesen.

We are lifetime titanium members with Marriott. We have stayed with Marriott 3 times in the last 6 months. It would be nice to see the concierge room open. There was one Marriott that instead of having the room open, they had a table on the first floor that handed us prepackaged muffins and coffee, which is better than not having anything available to us. I suggest that for the rest of the Marriotts. This Marriott had nothing for us except a bottle of water. When I went into the restaurant, after being told it opened at 11:00, including the sign in front of the restaurant saying it was open at 11:00, the manager told me to go outside and read the sign. Her quote was "covid and all, we are not open until 12:00. " Not something a person un customer service should be saying. For that I give these 2, Marriott a 3*. The rooms are great. I am happy to see no more carpet. I am wondering if these two blacks, IMO, is because this is not a Marriott run Marriott. This is a third party involvement. As a travel agent, I am trying my best to find reasons to put people in Marriotts during these times.

All staff is so kind and helpful. It is very clean as well. The rooms are so nice. Dinner was amazing. Everyone is wearing masks, which is great. Overall, a great experience.

Lancaster Marriott was very accommodating when we had to cancel our room block with 40+ rooms for the weekend of our wedding. With no debate, they dropped our contract and unbooked the rooms we personally had reserved. Couldn't be more appreciative of their customer service and help during this time!

The outside and lobby of the hotel are impressive. The restaurant seems nice. Breakfast was very good. I didn't see the usual free coffee bar out, but haven't really looked around for it. Though I shouldn't have to. The room is standard fair. Maybe a little substandard? It's a good size room but the only chair is a desk chair. There is plenty of room for a regular chair, or love seat. The biggest downer is I get to overlook construction of the new addition they are building. Wish they mentioned it before just giving me the room. They did mention it to some other people I came here with. Also no free Wi-Fi in the room, if you're looking for it. 9/7/18 Update: Thank you Lancaster Marriott for reading and replying to my review. More places should. I just wanted to make it clear that this is a very nice hotel and appears to be very busy! So much so that they needed to erect an addition, which from what I understand will include a rooftop bar (? ) that will offer the best views anywhere of this awesome city! I feel my gripes are little ones, but as we know it's the little things. If I'm ever in town again and was put up here I could not complain.

Unbeatable location. Right in the center of town. Within walking distance of night clubs, dinning, bars and shops. Really friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. My forever go to when in Lancaster.

Great hotel, large and well-stocked rooms, in which it is present: an ethernet cable and vga cable, fridge bar (empty), cable TV with Netflix (NOT WORKING IN ENGLISH) and with YouTube, iron and iron, hairdryer, welcome coffee. In addition there is room service for breakfast (A PAGE). Too bad bigger WI-FI TO PAGE (11 euros a day).

Great location, which is why it gets 2 stars. But really that's as good as it gets. So much construction in the area that wakes you up (not the hotels fault but worth noting). They initially put me in a double room facing construction — even though I asked for a king room. They were able to switch me to a handicap room, with a king, which was fine. But they did not tell me it was an adjoining room — I could hear right into the room next to me (and they had kids that were very loud). On top of that, the room smelled incredibly musty. It was not a pleasebt stay and I would not recommend especially for the price.

Nice hotel and decent rates. Good restaurant in lobby. Close to several walking distance food options. Parking is in an attached garage little hard to find (only garage located on the hotel block so if you see a sign for parking that's it)

We attended a convention in the Lancaster County Convention Center which is the same building. We also stated the night, as our convention was two days. The people at the front desk were friendly, helpful and courteous. Can't say enough good things about them. (And this goes for ALL the staff which we dealt with, including the room service/cleaning staff! ) We needed an extra bed setting and they brought it up in a timely manner (They even waited at the door since I couldn't get to it immediately when they arrived. Added bonus, NO attitude either! ) The room was nice and clean. It not only smelled clean, it smelled nice. I have read some reviews where they mentioned maintainence issues. I work in facilities management and, yes I could nit-pick at little things, but, in reality, there's nothing to complain about. Overall, the facilities are great. Not going to write review here, but convention center is great too!

I stayed as an overnight guest for a conference hosted at he Marriott. The room was lovely and comfortable and the conference was well run. There is current construction going on, and the hammers starting early in the morning kept me on time for the morning session. No sleeping in! There are also no USB ports, which I found surprising. Most hotels have one or two in lamps these days.

I recommend the deal is special.

Nice convention center and hotel. My group stayed 3 nights for a convention. Our room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. Only issue with this location is lack of elevators for the amount of people it can host.

I went to attend the Zenkaikon convention. Everything was very nice and well organized.

Great property. Cool mix of historical building preservation and modern amenities. Very comfortable room with great bath tub. Located very walkable area.

We stayed for 4 days for our daughter's wedding. Two floors with our family and wedding party guests had no water, they couldn't flush toilets and had to take showers in the gym. Our room was very dark, musty smelling and the bed was very uncomfortable. I did call and put a complaint in, and they did give a partial refund. The restaurant/bar downstairs was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and huge! The bridal suite was gorgeous!

Hotel earns a 5. Wait staff at hotel earned a — 3, thus the 2. Personally, I was fine as I sat down and a had two beers and wings while watching hockey playoffs. The hour it took to her the wings made it easier for me to watch he game without feeling like a was robbing a seat. I watched three straight people ask for something be removed from their bill because it never arrived. What made it almost uncomfortable to watch was the fact that the bartender blamed the customer. Either they supposedly didn’t order it or they should have said something earlier when it didn’t come. Lots of eye rolls, not from the customers but from both bartenders AT the customers. Then, a comical discussion between both bartenders telling each other how they “told THAT person” where to go, etc. This would have been must see TV of it were an episode of “Bar Rescue”. Sad that it was a Marriott.

We had a loved one in Lancaster General Hospital. Staff at the hospital recommended several hotels. We were exhausted after driving almost 6 hours with little sleep and tolerance was pretty low. After a dreadful experience with another hotel in the area we were delightfully pleased with the location, the desk service, room accomodations, parking, location and the restaurant. Had a wonderful lunch and dinner with good food and service and pleasant staff. Just what we needed.

I was only passing through, but the place was very nice, especially the event rooms, and the few staff with whom I interacted were lovely. Valet parking was full, but an employee directed me to the inexpensive municipal garage, which is attached to the hotel by a covered walkway, so that is a definite bonus. The bathrooms were spotless.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed. Beautiful and spotless hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Location is great; only a quick walk to many great restaurants.

I was at the Marriott at Penn Square for a business seminar. The hotel is large and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, pillows amazing. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I had forgotten my cell phone charger and the went to the front desk to see if they had any suggestions about where I could get one locally. To my surprise, they had one that I could use by just leaving my license at the counter. Kristin, the bartender at the Grille was amazing. We spent hours at the lounge and she made sure that our table was always taken care of and satisfied. My colleague became ill during our stay and again the staff offered assistance. It was a busy two days with hundreds of people in attendance at our event and other events, yet they took care and time to ensure our stay was wonderful. I look forward to our stay next year!

This place is hoppin'. As in, it is busy 100% of the time. It's convention central, so you can meet some interesting folks from all over while staying here. The building is nice and in a good location near restaurants and the local market. I stayed there during a snow storm and was glad that the hotel restaurant stayed open when most of town shut down. The rooms are pretty comfortable, but I gave 4 stars due to the beds being not as comfortable as they could be. Overall, though, I'd recommend this spot, but be sure to book in advance because it fills up quickly.

I had the privilege of attending a professional organization's conference here. The accomadations were great. Rooms temp was appropriate, sound system worked great, the servers/attendants/housekeeping staff were very friendly, efficient and flawless in their ability to keep things fresh, clean.

Attended the Celtic Festival held at the Marriott / Convention Center. It was a well attended event and the Marriott was a good location for it. It was cold outside but was comfortable and warm inside. The Celtic music and dancing was wonderful as well.

Should be no star. Barely warm showers to cold showers, did not make up room, daughter got locked in stairwell — — poor design and they said there is nothing they can do about it, COMPLETELY MESSED UP reservations for each person to check in separately on their own, and charged for a room we never even were in! Plus elevators were horrible getting up and down — too many people. Parking issues. Recommend just stay at a Super 8 or Comfort Inn, etc. They usually give you complimentary breakfast. One of the worst stays I've ever had in any hotel!

Room was well appointed and clean. Original conditions room was booked under was not adhered to despite booking personally by phone and “confirming” certain conditions. Front desk staff apologized profusely and did everything within their power to correct, but based on availability were not able to do so. Would have expected a little more, however, given the price point.

It's a beautiful place. I was awestruck when I walked in and how pretty it is. We were there for my company's Christmas party so it was decorated and it looked absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very nice. I wasn't impressed with the food. I don't eat meat but people who ordered the beef thought it was undercooked. Personally, I like it red in the middle so I thought it would have been good when I ate meat my husband got the mahi and he thought it was very dry I got risotto with was not cooked very well and by the time they brought it out it was very dry and the sauce got sick it just clumps on my plate and I literally had to cut it apart. People were asking for second baskets of rolls because there was not much food to fill you up. I realize the fancier the place the less food you get but it was not enough to satisfy an appetite. They did not give you enough butter for the bread so you had to eat your second roll bone dry. The place was lovely, our servers were very nice and my company always throws an awesome party so it was a really good time. I realize the food is a big part of the party and not many people I spoke to were impressed with their meal but as I said, it's always a good time when my employer has their parties. I was impressed with everything except the main course. The appetizers were good.

This hotel was fabulous. The organization I work with used it this past weekend and it's was phenomenal! The service was great, they are very accommodating and the rooms are very spacious. The views are magnificent as well. I had a great time and wish to come back to do some more exploring in the area.

Absolutely love the ambiance and festive decorations at the Marriott. It's a fantastic place to spend the Holidays. The happy hour specials are also fantastic and a great start to the night. However, the food is lacking. We had to return two appetizers because our pita bread was burnt and the shrimp tasted like rubber. The Marriott used to be known for their cuisine but not sure what happened… lately we've had some pretty bad food experiences.

Breakfast with Santa… It was one of the worst events I've ever attended. The staff was behind on setting the event up and were not prepared to serve for 200 reservations. There wasn't enough food for at least 50 or more people who stood waiting in a buffet line for longer than 45 minutes for food to be replenished. Staff informed guests that they were not prepared and ran out of food. Service staff was obviously annoyed and frustrated, while trying to avoid guests dissatisfactions. There wasn't any management or supervision on site until long after the problems occurred. One suggestion for the breakfast buffets, consider setting up a separate "toast station". Having a toaster in the middle of a buffet line causes a slow down and does not keep a line moving smoothly. The best part of this event was Santa! He looked like the "real" Santa.

Did not stay as a guest but attended a conference event. Beautiful space with very nice and attentive staff and a convenient parking garage. My one complaint was the men's rooms; nice enough but no locks on some stall doors and the urinals flushed with the force of a tropical storm (with wet floors to match). They're automatic flush so…

All around great hotel! Very big and modern facility in a fantastic historic city with lots to see and do. Very clean rooms with modern furnishings and technology. Price is not bad and parking is ample and very easy to navigate. Friendly staff and lots of food choices. Really nice conference rooms with plenty of space for large expos and event.

I was here to work for a conference in the hotel. The hotel is nice and they are even updating the carpets to keep it looking good. The rooms are great and they have a friendly staff. The only downside is that the hotel has no free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Overall a great place to stay in Lancaster.

My room was clean and comfortable. The location is in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Took away one star for less than stellar room service, which took 45 minutes to arrive Friday morning for breakfast.

I recommend using a boutique hotel in Lancaster City. I'm a resident, and I'm very disappointed my tax dollars are helping subsidies for a hotel that does not support local residents or vendors. I called two months ago to book a block of rooms for my wedding (8 months from now) and had to call several times before I got anyone to call me back. Once I provided information to the booking agent, she said she would get back to me about pricing. I never heard from her. I called today to find the rates for my guests and was told there are no rooms available because of an out of town convention scheduled for the same weekend. She advised that I would 'have a hard time' in the city finding hotel rooms because it is a large convention. I, of course, started to panic. I called Lancaster Arts Hotel and reserved a block of rooms right away. There were several rooms available to book at via the Marriott website for the day of my wedding. I am incredibly disappointed that they were unaccommodating simply because I was not a large convention.

Very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms, good food and drink. The hotel is great location to some lovely shops and the beautiful venue where we attended a wedding while staying there.

Very nice accommodations. The building has been around a long time, but they have done a great deal to make it feel modern enough to pair with newer Marriotts. Staff is extremely friendly and proactive on upgrades and ammenities.

I was visiting here for a meeting and looked lost I'm sure. The attendant in the lobby came right up to me with a large smile in tow and guided me to where I needed to go. The building is very large and very beautiful. Would recommend for any group event.

The Marriott is a great place for meetings and events. Held our annual gathering there and it was great. Food was awesome, and the bar is good too.

Love this hotel. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very welcoming. Love that it has a small refrigerator and coffee pot with coffee, tea, and sweetener. The downside is that it's harder to get a room because it does book up fast and having to pay for parking, especially $20, feels like a rip off.

It was borderline amazing that a riot didn't break out. This is probably the 399th negative review for the Clutch/Primus show. I have a fair number of concerts under my belt and have never seen such mismanagement at the "gate" (if you can call it that). There was obvious miscommunication between the promoter (looking at u >< Chameleon Club), Marriott and the City of Lancaster. Half-assed is a nice way of saying what we all experienced. We got to the gate at 7:30 and notic…ed a queue of 2 lines snaking around the Marriot primary entrance down the hill on Queen and finishing up around the Lancaster Convention Center Hall main entrance at the bottom of the hill. WT double F? Clutch started on time (7:45 pm) & the crew that I was with did not get inside until 8:22 pm! Simply unacceptable. Inside, the venue was quite nice but overall the parties involved were simply ill prepared for a crowd of this size. Maybe this setup works at the Lizard Club… but not at a venue such as this. Totally amateurish at best. Thank god Primus and Clutch were both on their game!

This place knows nothing about how to have a concert. In fact, it probably shouldn't have concerts anymore, at least not serious ones like Primus. Between the incompetent security crew who didn't know how to direct lines or get people in on time, the guards who over checked bags and we're just shy of inappropriate contact, the one level concrete floor so you can't see anything, terrible amp system (or possibly terrible reverbed room), guards too large moving through the crowd kicking people out for probably the dumbest reason flashing lights in the crowds faces, the poor setup of beer lines right in the crowd, the "show us your wrists" (for what?! ), the smoke ticket line?, and the sheer amount of guards asking you where you were going at every door was really the core of why this place sucked so bad. I went to MSG, they got 30, 000 people in quicker than this rinky-dink hall. I will never go back to a concert there. Lancaster needs a proper venue, this won't ever be it, please stop trying, because you're ruining any chance Lancaster has to bring big real talent.

Worst venue ever. I will never see another show at Freedom Hall/Lancaster Convention Center (Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square). Staff, while polite, had no idea how to handle that size of a crowd. The facilities were completely and totally insufficient. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get in while the line doubled in size behind me. It took 20 minutes to navigate the beer lines that were all packed into the same corner. The single men's room in the hall had a line that went from bad to worse. Finally, the sound was terrible for a big room and almost unlistenable in the back half. I will never go back no matter who plays and will warn others.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable but very humid. The food has been delicious and every employee had been kind and professional. Overall, excellent. It's a hotel that nickels and dimes though, and extras are extremely expensive.

I came in town to deliver a presentation. I book a month prior and requested a room be available by 2 o'clock because my presentation was at 4:45. I was told that would be no problem with that. I arrived to find that my room was not going to be ready until 4pm at the latest and they would call my phone when ready. I checked in at the desk for update and was told that my room was ready, no phone call. On the plus side, I picked up a few snacks and went to pay at the desk. The person at the desk gave me the snacks for free for my inconvenience. All in all a good experience and I was able to deliver presentation on time.

The hotel is great, beautiful lobby and standard rooms. Minus one star for the most inconvenient/small/unmanaged system of cars pulling up to the very small circle drive where valet is and congesting the process. The drive quickly fills up with the valet not moving cars along and you are left stuck on the street just trying to pull into the hotel to check in…

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms. Staff was very pleasant and the restaurant served good food. Elevators seem a bit dated with screens that don't work in them, and we're a bit finnicky with their functioning.

I went there for drinks on a Sunday night. The place was very busy. It was cool hanging out in a place that busy. I didn't like their poor IPA selection. Also, the bartenders were average. I expect my bartenders to be attractive and quick. They were not. Otherwise, it was very nice.

I wasn't a guest but I did attend a convention at their location. The lobby and halls were great, incredibly clean bathrooms, and a remarkably helpful and kind staff.

Went for Zenkaikon 2016. Hotel service was good, staff was friendly. Friend booked two rooms at they were able to place them on the same floor (though I know that they were booked far in advance, so I am unsure as to why they couldn't be next to each other. This, however, was not really an issue). Was a bit miffed that in years past attending the con would and staying at the Marriott would give a discounted parking ticket, yet this year the ticket was full price. I do understand how capitalism works, but it still sucks. Generally my only complaint every year is that the most public restrooms by Saturday night usually end up absolutely disgusting, but this year (for the most part, I didn't frequent them often this weekend) The staff seemed to be on the ball and working as quickly as they could to ensure clean restrooms. However, it is completely understandable for (in years past) them to fall behind cleaning which such a high volume of visitors. Aside from the little things, the stay at the Marriott was pleasant as usual, and we will hopefully be returning soon.

My daughter and I attended Zenkaikon at the Lancaster County Convention Center which is attached to the Marriott. This convention fills both areas with the thousands of attendees. The staff and facilities are excellent and we always enjoy attending Zenkaikon there.

I was here for Zenkaikon. The hotel and convention center were great. Beds were comfortable and the space is great for the con.

I was meeting a colleague to discuss work. We met in the lobby area. It was very clean, very welcoming, and perfect for us to have a casual conversation.

Great location. Close to restaurants and sight seeing spots. Concierge service was amongst the best I've seen.

Was there for a Cheerleading compitition. Had an excellent experience.

The nightlife in the Rendezvous lounge is phenomenal. Great time especially when DJ Salinger is spinning the tunes. Definitely one of the BEST DJs in Lancaster County.

Some of the furniture wasn't as modern. I loved the costemer service though.

Good lobby waiting area. Got seated in a timely manner. Good service. Great food. No complaints!

Super for family overnights. The pool is great, the location is fantastic right downtown. Easy parking, and adequate bar+restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We've been visiting this one for a long time and will be back.

Really cool view of Lancaster city if they let you go to the top (which I've heard they don't anymore, which is a shame, but I understand why). Very nice inside. Was a giant waste of money that was built with lots of tax money.

The location is perfect for walking to all the best places in downtown Lancaster. Right across the street from the Central Market and there are a whole bunch of restaurants (good ones! ) all around. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very pleasing. My two complaints would be the cost of parking (although it was easy to just leave our car there and walk all over), and the fact that you have to pay $12 per day for Wi-Fi in your room. In this day and age, that is a travesty, especially with the overall cost of the hotel. The fact you have to use your card for the elevator was annoying, but considering it helps with the safety of the residents, I can't complain too much.

A coworker of mine had to call the Mariott in Lancaster to confirm their Worker’s Comp insurance company. She was transferred 3x before anyone could answer the question. The person who was finally reached stated multiple times that she is the “Manager of Security” (in condescending tones). At first she did not want to answer any questions because she was very adamant that we have a contract with them – which we do not. We explained that we could certainly set up a contract, and again – she commented with a lot of attitude. She searched emails for several minutes, unable to find any information. Our employee then stated it should be hanging on the wall (it’s the law). The manager rudely interrupted saying “YES! I HUNG IT UP! ” (So why not just get the info from there rather than sifting through emails). We firmly believe she doesn’t understand Worker's Comp and should not be allowed to handle such phone calls. (She kept saying it is “Interstate Hotels and Resorts”) …. Your employees need to learn how to speak with people, especially those who are trying to take care of YOUR injured employees. I sincerely hope that this “Manager” doesn’t treat everyone the way she treated my co-worker. 1/24/15 @ Aproximately 3pm (Next time if she really doesn't want to help anyone over the phone, a better answer would be "Please call back Monday").

The Hotel Itself Is Beautiful And Offer Wonderful Things. On The Other Hand Some Of The Staff Are HORRIBLE, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

I am one of the people that used to like the Marriot hotel facilities for its environment, customer service and prestige. However, I had such a bad experience last Saturday, November 1st 2014 in its restaurant lounge. I was with my wife celebrating our four-year anniversary being married and in the hotel’s restaurant that evening the Marriott happened to have a DJ that night. There was a very good expected crowd except for a couple of guys that were there completely drunk and making trouble by pushing people around and causing discomfort to the Marriot customers that were in the restaurant that night. To make this complaint short, I was one of the people that got pushed by these antisocial delinquents while dancing with my wife. We decided to leave the place to avoid any problems and all of the sudden one of those guys punched me on the face right in front of my wife who was terrified by how this guy assaulted us. After my wife screams for security one of the bar tenders finally called security who came and took us out of the restaurant and kept us outside by the lobby leaving those guys inside doing nothing to get these guys out of the place. Because of our request the police was called who showed up 15 min after the scene. Apparently, security didn’t want the police to come close because they did not want to have “bad publicity” and “everyone would leave” words straight from the security guard at the Marriott.

Had an excellent experience here, stayed friday night an caught a show at the Chameleon Club. The room was clean and the staff was pleasent. The hotel lobby is amazing as is the rest of the building. Cant wait to come back here! Such a great stay.

Stayed here in June and really enjoyed the hotel. The hotel itself is really nice and the staff helpful. The fee to park is pretty high for valet or self parking. The hotel has a nice bar setup with a good selection of beer. The views from the upper floors are really nice.

First, the good. The rooms and bed were very comfortable, the lounge was exceptionally large, and most of all the shower had an awesome water force and you could alternate between handheld and overhead waterflow. (I hate showers where the water just trickles out). The staff were mostly friendly. The bad: The restuarant food was sub-par and expensive. The "spicy" steak tasted as if they poured half a box of salt on it and the rest of the food was tasteless. It would have been nice if there were a coffee bar in the lobby that was open beyond 10 am where one could purcharse coffee, (or even maybe get a complimentary cup). The parking was $30.00 per night for valet and around 12.00 I believe to self-park. The housekeeping staff did not hold back their annoyance with us when we asked about an extra mattress for the roll-away bed as the one mattress was too low for one of our family members. She clearly did not understand our request and kept bringing up mattress covers and when she finally understood what we wanted she basically threw the mattress on the bed, shouted "Oh my God! " and left. The room was not cleaned the next day and the roll-away bed was not made but the bathroom sink, toilet and tub were cleaned and fresh towels placed. The second day housekeeping was in the room for about 5 minutes, no clean glasses were placed, the woman said she cleaned the bathroom but I saw no evidence of that and heard no water running, the towels were askew in the bathroom.
