They were AWESOME. I recommend them too anyone.

I stay there a few times a year and they are always awesome! The staff is great, the rooms are always clean, and it makes travelling so much easier.

Rooms were very clean and Staff was very nice! I recommend this Hotel.

Before I leave this post I do want to stress that I contacted the hotel about this, and the manager was extremely understanding. She apologized for the behavior of the night clerk, but I still wanted to give a word of warning to people coming in to this facility.
I reserved a room on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law for the first night of their honeymoon. When I reserved the room I was very specific in my desire to fully pay for the room before they showed up so that the… Weiterlesen.

We were just there from Thursday to Sunday & had 3 adults & our room was between 2 rooms with a bunch of kids & more across the hall! No masks on any of them! They left their doors ajar & the kids were running in & out early in the a. M. & late at night! And a guy was running thru the hall last night as well! At 11:30 I could hear more kids down the hall running & noisy! Also there was a large group that took over the lobby every night, so no one else could sit there & no one was wearing a mask, nothing was said by the staff!? The housekeeper wasn't wearing one either!? The sign in the elevator means nothing! Why would 3 adults be put in the middle of undisciplined kids? And the breakfast was terrible, a Twinkie with chocolate in it! No fruit or yogurt & no discount for no breakfast!? We've been there before, but no more! : (

0/10 would never recommend! Spent $200 for 1 night and all the front desk ladies were rude. Our room smelt like it was on fire bc of the heaters and the sheets were dirty and the bathroom was poorly put together. Left a hoodie in the room when I checked out and I contacted the hotel a couple hours after, I even watched the maid go into the room and apparently it was no where to be found. Contacted the hotel several times after that and they did absolutely nothing about it besides write my number back and tell me they were gonna call back and never did. Would not go if you want your items left behind stolen from ungrateful staff members and managers who won’t actually do anything.

Hotel was quiet and very clean. Rooms are very comfortable and had plenty of 110V AC outlets and USB outlets throughout room. Convenient location to where we wanted to go in Lancaster.

Hotel was great. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Also liked how it was pushed back from the main road. Would gladly stay there again.

Our family books a wing of rooms each summer for a special get together and we get great service.

Nice staff. Decent price. Good accommodations. Would be nice to have a Dutch Wonderland shuttle since it's not really walking distance like some other hotels nearby. Showers have good water pressure. Nice coffee machine thing and lemon water in the lobby.

The best hotel. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean, the staff at the desk was very cordial, the cleaning staff was nothing but sweet and kind… the pool could be bigger, but that is just a suggestion.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this place and will definitely stay here any time I am visiting Lancaster. Convenient to all attractions, clean & comfy, offer a great complimentary breakfast and all the people who work there are wonderful!

Very nice experience. Ever one was helpful. The head of housekeeping MaryBeth was especially helpful. I had a flat tire while there she went out of her was to help me, she is a great person, the front desk did all the calls for me to get my tire fixed this all took no more than 30 minutes and everything was good to go. Housekeeping was great. The person working in the breakfast was so nice if there was something not out for breakfast she offered to fix a sandwich, or something else, she provided everything you needed for a breakfast. Great motel. The only thing I would improve is the handicap bathroom, the water did not reach you if you sat on the shower chair. There was no place to put your grooming supplies,, need bigger vanity and a cabinet under the sink especially for a handicap person. The bathroom was cold and very dark. It was not designed by a handicap person. The shower needs a new hand held shower head. The sink water did not cone out fast or powerful enough. Everything else was great. Vivian Newton.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The general manager Jody Rodriguez is the worst person I ever met. She needs to be fired! If you stay here your staying at your own risk. Don't waste your money. This hotel is very misleading… and if you have a question about something they almost bring tears to your eyes the way they talk to you. If you reserve a room they will verbally tell you that if you do not show up your card will not be charged… but oh know they will charge your card and not refund you.

Rooms are a little tired despite having brand new carpet. Staff was polite and helpful. No complaints but I feel there may be better options near by.

Check in was easy! Room is clean! Beds comfy! Pool was relaxing! If you are coming here to Swim… The pool is a small one! It was great for us two older Gals who came to the Area for a sister's get away! The shower is felt great on the body after a full day of walking and taking in the sites! The Ladies at the front desk have been beyond helpful! Also comes w a full hot breakfast! Coffee is always on! As well as lemon water! I would come back here again! It's homey, it's welcoming and it's tucked back in right along the strip! ~Dusty.

Spent the whole weekend there in Honeymoon Suite. Had a GR8 experience, Desk staff and Cleaning staff very Friendly and Courteous. Will definitely be back and will recommend to Friends and Family. Keep up the GR8 job.

The overnight lady at the front desk made my whole weekend she the most amazing worker she’s A1 give that woman a raise so she can buy a new disney pillow since she gave me mine after I forgot mine ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I wish I could give this hotel a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! Prices were reasonable… The breakfast was off the hook! Room was clean… staff was fabulous. Nicest staff we have ever encounter! Lol! I can just go on and on and on! Lol! We cant wait to go back! Thank you Comfort suites!

The facility was built fairly recently so it is in good condition at the present time. It's very noisy in early morning hours due to truck traffic on route 30. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I did notice on my bill after I left was a safe fee along with tax and other fees. I've never been charged a fee before for a safe in the room. I find it a very strange fee since I didn't even use it.

It was clean, staff was pleasant. Standard fair for continental breakfast. Free printing was nice. Nothing over the top but a lovely. Place to stay.

Stay here every time we come to Lancaster. Great service, very friendly and welcoming. Love the morning breakfast and the room service! We always feel like home here!

We arrived the day before Thanksgiving and were greeted in a very warm and friendly manner. It was almost 10:00 pm, and she said the pool would be open until 11:00 if the kids wanted to unwind after a long ride. We were offered complementary coffee/tea/hot cocoa in the lobby at any time and were informed of the hours for breakfast and other hotel amenities. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortably spacious (two queen beds and a small sitting area). Beds were VERY comfortable and shower had good pressure and plenty of great, super soft, oversize towels. Lots of counter space in the bathroom, too, always a bonus! Breakfast was also great, hot options were fresh and plentiful, nice selection of fruit, yogurt, juice, etc. This was our first stay at this facility and it will now be our go-to hotel in Lancaster — — we visit several times a year for the railroad, Longwood Gardens and Sight & Sound … Highly recommend — — great place! =)

Stayed here several times in recent years. The hotel is very nice, with a good hearty breakfast to start your day. The staff is very nice and the rooms are very nice. Always an enjoyable time. We will be back.

The rooms were great and breakfast. But the reason I give it a 3 is because of the small pool and no hot tub/ Jacuzzi. Also my glasses got missing in my room. And I told front desk and no one got back to me.

Our stay has been wonderful. Our room was spacious and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious and was kept well stocked from eggs to sausage to cereal to bagels and toast to waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. And fresh coffee all day and night. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful, especially Lydia, who went above and beyond. Anytime we are anywhere near this area this is where we will be staying. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price, close to local attractions. There is a free breakfast available woth both hot and cold items. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were looking for a 2 queen bedroom on labor day night and all other places were closed. However, we asked this hotel and they hold one suite for the exact reason we needed a room, in case someone needs a room last minute. Lidia was the name of the front desk clerk and she is so kind and sweet. She deserves a raise.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a nice plus, large variety of food to choose from. When I visit Lancaster again, this is will the place I stay.

We had an excellent room as did our friends. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the very best we have ever had at a Comfort Inn. I liked seeing guys cleaning the rooms and serving breakfast. Good experience and we would go back there to stay in the heart of Amish country.

Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Quietly located just off the main highways but still in the center of everything. The lay out of the suites were great for visitors having a couch, chairs and eating area situated as you entered the room, which gave a sense of privacy from the sleeping area. I give them 5 stars!

Nice clean hotel in Lancaster, PA. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Good treadmill but no free weights.

Really clean! Friendly helpful staff and close to all amenities and places you want to go in Lancaster! Def will be back again and most likely stay here again. Great Value for what you get. Most of all its one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in and their beds are so comfy you definitely will get a good nights sleep.

We had most beautiful stay at this hotel… Staff is super friendly and helpful. Caytlin was so patient and tried helping us attach DVD for the kids to the TV screen. Gaile welcomed us with her friendly smile as soon as we arrived. Another of the staff spent time with us describing where we should tour. And what we will enjoy. Over all this hotel is clean, charming, great location, kids friendly. And just wonderful atmosphere. Thanks all for making our stay memorable!

First time here, stayed for two nights. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and large, beds are comfortable.

The room and other facilities were very nice. I stayed two nights on business and my only complaints about this hotel would be the breakfast and Wi-Fi. They said breakfast would be served at 6:00 but the hot food didn't come out until 6:30 — 6:45. I over heard other guest complain to the woman bringing out the food and she proceeded to mutter in Spanish and slam things around. As for the Wi-Fi it just plain sucked. My room was on the end of the building and the signal was so weak my iPad wouldn't hold a connection.

This was our second or third stay at this motel. The beds are very comfortable and the staff members are extremely friendly and courteous. They serve one of the best complementary breakfasts we have ever enjoyed. I highly recommend it to anyone visited the Lancaster area.

First time here with my hubby. Our room was fabulous, clean and staff was friendly, courteous, pleasant. Kim, Marybeth, Steven and our favorite Chef Frank was excellent and the food was to die for. We love you guys. We had a ball and will back this summer.

We came from France to visit USA and spent 2 night in Lancaster Amish country. Very nice hotel; staff was kind and professional, room was large and clean (we were 2 adults + 2 children). Swimming pool isn't large but good enough for the kids to have good fun (and learn to swim). Fitness room facilities are good. Location of the hotel is nice near supermarkets, Outlet shops, Restaurants, on Lincoln Highway.
