Good breakfast, clean room, good parking. Pricey!

Absolutely one of the cleanest Hilton properties I have stayed at and that had been many.

If you have kids DON’T stay at the hotel. If you want to take a shower DON’T stay at the hotel. We stayed one night 7/12-7/13. We had 4 in our party my mom, me and my two boys (9 and 1) They put us on the 2nd floor right above the lobby. We checked in around 230. By 330 the front desk was up at our room saying we had complaints from all around us. They also said that we don’t want to lose business and we don’t want to have to kick you guys out. Mind you there were maybe 10 cars in the whole parking lot and this was the first complaint. Again we’d only been there for an hour. So we apologized and said we’d try to keep in down but that’s hard with a one year old that’s been in the car for around 6hrs. A couple minutes later we called and suggested that maybe we could get moved to the bottom floor just to keep everyone happy. She said there weren’t any other rooms available. That night around 7 I told my 9 year old to shower and by the time he was done (he takes super quick showers… maybe 5-10 minutes) the same front desk came up banging on our room asking if there was a leak. We said no but she said there’s a ton of water coming from right below our room. I’m so confused how that could happen. He was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Now we are getting charged $350 for water damage and noise complaints! I’m so pissed! It’s ruined our vacation! I am now out $350 which puts a HUGE burden on me. I’m so frustrated, One shower and there’s a huge leak!

Stayedy here durning corovirus outbreak. For overnight trip room is very nice.
couldn't swim or sit in hot tub for they were both getting fixed. No hot breakfast either, just grab and go with the social distancing etc
No hot chocolate packets in the lobby to drink. Not coffee drinkers either. The housekeeping was supposed to stalk them. So my husband ran to the store to buy some. Lamp by bed doesn't work. Burned out bulb. Nice place, comfortable beds and very clean!

We stayed here last night and it’s was very relaxing and clean. Our room was nice with white bedding and very big bathroom (for a hotel). Definitely recommend over the Wildhorse casino as we stayed there Friday and our room was disgusting and gross which is why we switched to this hotel for the rest of our stay!

Bed bugs. Do not stay here. I felt uncomfortable upon walking in and noticing the outdated carpet and yellowing comforter. I woke up after my first night and found a cluster of itchy bites on my back. I wasn't certain if I received these bites at the hotel or elsewhere, so let it go. On my second night I woke up at 1 am to feel something crawling on me. I flipped on the light to see a BED BUG crawling on my arm. I immediately put the bug into a cup and took it to the front desk. The girl at the front desk was kind enough, though she denied it was a bed bug. She told me she would gladly refund me and I found another place to stay. The next morning I woke to find a receipt from Hampton Inn, fully charging me. I called to verify that because my room had a bed bug infestation that I would be fully refunded, as the front desk had told me. I was told that she was new and that a refund couldn't be guaranteed. I am livid at this response. I have called the health department and an inspection is in line. This bed bug infestation is on top of security concerns. I had left my key in my room on the first night. I went to the front desk, and without asking for an ID, or even a name, she handed me over a card for the room number I specified. Absolutely terrifying as a woman traveling alone.

Housekeeping stole my pillow and blanket that I forgot and left on the bed. Call to see if I could get it shipped to me but no one had seen it. Really it’s not like it’s some tiny thing that you can’t see. I left it on the bed.

We arrived and they did not have our reservation. I showed Marion at the desk my screen shot I took of the reservation but she was not interested. She seemed like she was out of it and kept talking to me like I worked here and should know everything. I ended up rebooking and it costs ten dollars more than my original total. She was indifferent about everything. We asked for a luggage cart and she said, “They could be anywhere. The parking lot, elevator or sometimes in the hallways. ” So, our responsibilities included searching for a cart, while she stayed behind the counter helping nobody at 10:30pm! Wi-Fi would not connect and we called Marion, who indifferently informed us it happens all the time and gave us a number to call for a “special” password to get Wi-Fi. Why not just fix it?! Checking in took about 15 minutes too long tonight after riding our motorcycle all day. So, I cannot recommend this location.

Very friendly & very helpful the staff was very kind.

It's a very nice hotel, the front desk ladies were very nice. The included breakfast was great. It's a very steep hill down Nye, and was currently under construction, but if that's the only negative thing I can think of, then I'd say this place was wonderful.

We LOVE our Hampton Hotels! We are always greeted with friendly staff, clean facilities, and it's a great place to rest after a long travel day!

As for most Hampton Inns, clean rooms, helpful staff who are knowledgeable of local fare. It was 96 degrees when I checked in and the room A/C wasn't on. Not that big a deal. Room cooled quickly. Easy to find off I84.

Regular Motor inn friendly employees but nothing special. Tend your own luggage in and out. Just a nice place to stay. Wild Horse Casino furnishes a free Shuttle to and from their Casino.

This place was the best. Clean and comfortable. Pool was a little too hot for my preference, but still nice. Breakfast was fabulous and the coffee was HOT. Just the way we like it. Jordan was so sweet and funny. Thank you for making our passing through Pendleton awesome.

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. When I called to make the reservation the call dropped. When I called back I was told there were no available rooms. I then was able to reserve a room on line using the Hilton honors app. It was the second time calling for reservations while on a trip that the call center managed to get the information wrong. The hotel was just off the freeway and very convenient to get to. We didn't use the pool or fitness areas. The hot breakfast was adequate but not spectacular.

Easy to find location, right next to hwy. Spacious room, however room 410 cleanliness has room to improve. Staff are quite friendly. Breakfast is good, toast, scramble eggs sausages… etc.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Beds are super comfy and everything was clean. Complimentary breakfast was also delicious! Would recommend.

We booked the last two rooms. They were very nice with good beds and very clean. The breakfast was good.

We have been here since Thursday and have been very happy with the staff. They are friendly, helpful and willing to go the EXTRA mile to make our stay more enjoyable. My problem lies with whomever is in charge of allocating money to do the deep cleaning. Both my husband have awaken in the morning with swollen eyes, stuffy noses, headaches. I suffer from asthma, I have not had a asthma attack in over a year, I have had 3 in 5 days. The fine dust coming from the heating/cooling system under the window. I opened it to find a filthy filter that I am guessing has not be maintained properly. Clogged with dirt which carry pollens. We will not be returning to this Hotel again. This filthy filter isn't the only housekeeping problem. Hampton Inn's are generally immaculate hotels.

I love staying at the Hampton inn. It is clean, friendly, pool, hot tube, continental breakfast and so comfortable.

Thieves! After checking out 20 minute past checkout time, because we were loading the car for a long trip, this hotel charged us a $50 late fee! Which they failed to mention to us while we were standing at the desk. When we called to resolve the issue they refused to return our money. This is no way to treat a diamond hilton honors member let alone anyone! I would only stay here if you like being nickled and dimed.

Clean, quiet. Decent breakfast. And a pool and jacuzzi!

The bed was the best Hampton bed we encountered on our cross country road trip. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean and well maintained and appointed. Breakfast was good, and the puns on the breakfast bar did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

The Room was Clean and Quiet. The Staff and the Complementary Breakfast were Fabulous. The Kids loved the pool.

I come here for the bed and atmosphere. The beds felt like used motor 6 beds. Crappy shower. Not at all what I expect from a hampton. Especially for howmuch I paid.

Booked a room on Wed 11/15/2017 at 5:00 p. M absolutely furious to find out my credit card was CHARGED TWICE and charged a additional 26$ for who knows what. This hotel is grossly mismanaged and staffed by thieves and idiots. If you want to get ripped off and stay in a way overpriced dump then this is the place.

Staff is courteous. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Hampton. Easy on-and-off access from Interstate. I've stayed here a couple of times and every time it's been a good stay.

The room was good, but the parking is cramped and the doors to the back lot don't work so we had to walk around the building at like 3am in the freezing cold. It then took the front desk clerk about 10 minutes to get off his cellphone in the guest lounge area and realize we were there to check in. The room was good though and a decent size, just would've appreciated a mini fridge for our road trip waters and coffee.

The rooms are nice and clean, indoor pool is nice for the kids, and I love the waffles at breakfast. Only wish they had two waffle makers. Can get a little crowded.

The hotel is close to freeway and close by car to quite a few food options, gas, etc. The hotel staff was courteous but I wouldn't say they went out of there way for pleasantries. Our room was clean and comfortable and served us well after a very long day of driving. We had a microwave and fridge which we needed.

Easy off, easy on I 84, reasonably priced, very nice beds and bedding, quiet, even by the elevator, helpful staff, good breakfast. Neutrogena bath products. Shower head was a little drizzly and hard to adjust, TV didn't produce any channels.

Beds and comforters were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, loved it. It would have been perfect if the tubs were not full of grime. My door lock was also broken. I don't know how they could let a room be ready like that.

Great stop on your way to Portland. Rooms were decent, staff were very friendly. I would say it is nothing fancy but very comfortable.

This is an okay hotel. It's a good property for the price, but don't expect luxury. It's not a new hotel. However, it's clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is alright. Go ahead and grab a room — it's a good place to stay.

Very nice place. Very clean and people friendly. Room even had a lap board for using laptop or tablet while sitting in bed. (We were able to have fan run all night. ) Coffee pot in room but lobby always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We would stay again.

Newer Hampton Inns, including this one, have room conditioners that do not allow you to run the fan independently of the A/C or heater. When the room reaches the specified temperature, the entire units shuts off. I dislike this as I rely on fan noise to drown out external noise.
