This motel is truly a gem. It looks modest from the outside, but the rooms are beautiful and big. They are clean and very quiet. They have kitchenettes with large fridges. The bathrooms are huge! The staff is amazing and friendly. I was so happy with my stay. They have definitely made a customer for life!

It's the best motel in town it is very clean everything has been remodel I give it a 10

Ultra CLEAN room with wonderful beds and bedding. Nice size room to enjoy and a plethora of television stations to watch. GREAT, no AWESOME people that have created a GEM in Klamath Falls. The owners have planted beautiful flowers all around and made this a wonderful place to stay. Did I mention the rooms and grounds are spotless… a lot of hard work has gone into this Motel. Even were given terrific recommendations for meals. Great people, amazing facility, and very comfortable… THANK YOU FOR HOSTING US! We are so pleased we visit… we should have stayed longer. Fantastic experience! The owners (Raj and Pinky) were accommodating and very welcoming & friendly. The room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. As animal lovers, we were thrilled by the fact that the motel is pet-friendly. We were very happy and the Townhouse instantly became our go-to motel in Klamath Falls. I will definitely recommend this motel to any of my friends and family that come to the area.

The rooms are excellent. Very clean and well kept premises. Beds are comfortable and the service is outstanding. Could not get better for the money. A rare gem find.

I was extremely surprised as we pulled into this quaint motel. Even more so when we got such a great room for a great price. The owner and staff are very accommodating and the rooms are very clean… the beds are very comfortable. I will definitely recommend the Towmehouse Motel to my friends and family. Found this place after many hours on the road. Could not be happier, this has got to be the best hotel in the city and the owners are an awesome couple with a well maintained place. I highly recommend this truly amazing place. The couple from Omaha.

Stopped here after long drive and the owners were super friendly. Room is awesome! Just like a little home away from home. Would super-duper recommend to anybody looking for a motel in Klamath Falls. This is a hidden gem. Richard & Katherine Doucette Omaha NE.

We booked a room and it was not the room that we booked the room was nasty and had roaches and they refused to give a refund this was the most nastiest weirdest place that I have ever been and I've travel to Kentucky to Oregon on this trip and the lady told me first come first serve and I told her I booked the room and this is not the broom I booked what do you mean first come first serve but guess what I end up getting my money back anyways so it's on you these Indian people are ridiculous I would not even send my dog or my worst enemy to this place. No lies, real roaches, real nasty. Don't recommend to anyone!

The managers were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was amazing with a full kitchen. I am considering going back and renting the same room for a month.

I appreciate all the hard work the staff at TownHouse put into making the rooms look extremely nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are newly renovated and extremely clean! The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We were very comfortable and happy beyond my expectations! The Fraziers.

The room was very lovely and very clean, even the bedsheets were lovely. You can really tell that they thought of everything. It was so nice to soak in the whirlpool bathtub, and it was so convenient to have a full kitchen with a grocery store across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

It felt like a one bedroom apartment, one entrance from outside opens to a downstairs room at Bottom of stairs and a door to room at top of stairs. Open the door to an entryway with a bathroom and another door for bedroom. Staff was very friendly and hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable and TV was nice. Only complaint was a slight odor similar to a litter box seemed to pass through the room from time to time. I stayed in a few crappy motels in central Oregon, this was not one of them.

The Staff here are the BEST! Helpful & treat Guests like Family. The room was lovely, very clean, and beds comfortable. We will be booking here for ourselves and any Friends & Family that go to Klamath Falls.

My boss expects me to want to stay in one of the larger motels, but I choose the Townehouse every time I come to Klamath Falls. I have stayed here multiple times, and the rooms remind me of little apartments complete with full kitchen or kitchenette and lots of light. If I didn't have a home 75 miles away, I would be happy enough to live at the Townehouse. It's set back from the street, so it is surprisingly quiet. I like the apartment style walk up to a room at the top of the stairs, and the ground floor rooms are just as cozy and private. The price is a great deal, and the location is so convenient! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. The Townehouse feels like home.

Absolutely the best stay in Klamath Falls under $100. The owners are wonderful, polite and genuinely care about your stay. Clean and comfortable beds. They even put the delicious coffee in jars to limit plastic waste! Try the Jacuzzi room ;)

This place rocks! I travel a lot. Every time I'm in klammath Falls. I stay here, it's a home away from home feel. The management is awesome. I highly recommend.

Awesome rooms. Verry clean great people. Weekly rates for a kitchenett were very helpful. Loved it.

The accommodations are wonderful for the price. The owners are nice, had good information about the area, and I enjoyed our conversation while we checked in. The room was clean and had a full kitchenette (fridge, stove, oven, coffee pot, microwave, sink). Water pressure in the shower was great, and the bathroom was clean. We slept soundly with plenty of pillows and blankets. Our vehicle was safe overnight, and there's a mom and pop pizza place next door. Also, it's pet friendly (I couldn't tell from the room, but I saw a sign at the check in desk). I'll totally stay here again next time I'm in Klamath Falls.

The office is open late and again early in the morning. They make sure that you really feel taken care of. I absolutely love the rooms with two bedrooms that close off from the other. Its like a suite! The prices are so reasonable for such a nice clean and pleasant place!

My girlfriend and I originally planned a 2 day stay, then we required another night. They were very kind, and had no problem checking us in again. After that, we decided to stay for 3 more nights, and they were so kind to put us into a room with a kitchenette, so we could save a bit on food in the area and cook our own meals. The kitchenette included pots, pans, bowls, plates, and more. All you could need! Super friendly staff, with room service offered daily. Coffee pot in the room, with a jar full of grounds was awesome. Nice low rates, for nice clean rooms. I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else in Klamath Falls! Their business card doesn't lie, you enter a guest and leave as a friend. Thank you :)

Was told a room with two beds was $89. It turned into $265 with a deposit for two rooms. Kept it spotless and was told we could not get our deposit back because some of the towels were dirty. The guy walked into the room at one point without knocking as well. Will not come back to this place.

Very nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. The staff made me feel like I was at home. Gus was very nice and made me feel like family. I would recommend that you will enjoy your stay here!

You don't get just a room but a small house for yourself. A fully equipped kitchen with dining space, decent bed and bath. Top of that it's great customer service that will impress you more. It's because of their suggestions we get to visit most beautiful places (not much known) in Oregon. I want to give half star less because of mosquitoes and flies. Other than that everything else is just awesome for this price.

This is the best hotel ever! and the manager or owner greeted us when we were outside, he is so super friendly even walked us to our room. And we got to the room I was surprised just how cute it was it was actually a mini apartment decorated so cute! And it was a very good price would totally recommend this place! On our road trips this is our favorite hotel and the nicest customer service everalso we were greeted with a verse from Jeremiah for me and my house we shall serve the lord I knew I was in the right place.

The room was very clean. We were there on the weekend before the eclipse. I rented the room from the motel itself. When I recived the conformation I emailed back and confirmed there were 2 beds. The return email I received said there were 2 beds for 2 nights for 329.00. When we got there because there were only 2 of us not 3 as we expected when we first rented the room, he locked the 2nd bedroom, and asked us if he could rent the other bed to someone else if they were around our ages. We said no and asked him to unlock the door on our second bed so one of us could us it. He wanted an extra $40.00 for the second bed we had already paid for. Which we had to pay for again to use the bed.
He has a verse from Jerimiah above the office door. As a Christian I am sad to see him representing himself as a Christian when he is so dishonest. I would not stay there again, he took advantage of a very busy weekend to line his pockets. Finding another room would of been almost impossible.

Had the best sleep! We do a lot of miles transporting shelter dogs to their new lives and often have to stay in towns we have never stayed. Found this hotel on "TripAdvisor" and so glad we did! Owner was very nice and our fur friends were very welcome. Will definitely stay here again! :)

Family ran business. Raj and his wife are not just friendly they are awesome. Kitchen is nice. Bathroom was brand new and awesome. Bed was soft, air-conditioning worked. Overall would recommend if you need one night or 15!

Love this place! The rooms are clean and quiet, and the owners are super friendly and helpful. I was working in Klamath Falls for a couple weeks and this unique little motel was perfect. The rooms are spacious and cozy and setup almost like an apartment. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family just moved to Klamath Falls and is currently staying in a room while waiting to close on our home. We have been staying here for about a week and a half and plan on staying for another couple of weeks. So far we have had absolutely NO complaints. Raj and his wife are some of the nicest people you could meet. Our room has everything we could possibly need and is very clean. The unit has a VERY nice shower that looks newly redone. Another plus is the cleaning lady is extremely kind. We would highly recommend Townhouse Motel to anyone coming through Klamath Falls.

For 102 dollars it was not what I expected. Poor remodeling of the rooms with a musty odor. The owner seemed to be a nice guy, but this place has the feel of a cheap motel. There's food close by, but not very good options. It's a 2 star 2 star hotel. Would pass as a 4 star 1 star hotel.

From the road this place looks unassuming but it is definitely a hidden gem. Rooms are big and we had a whole kitchen. Raj and Pinky (and their adorable two boys) went out of their way to make us feel at home and set us up with great recommendations for crater lake. We drove up from San Francisco and stopped in Klamath falls before heading on to crater lake and Portland. This motel felt like a little piece of home on our trip!

What a gem! Big, clean rooms that were recently remodeled. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Lots and lots of TV channels and fast internet. Very quiet rooms. Rooms have full kitchens. There is a supermarket across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. Raj and Pinky (the owners) treated us like longtime friends. They know the area really well and can give you great local pointers if you're a traveler. We got some good pointers on crater lake and hot springs in the Umqua Forest. If you're in the area would highly recommend you stay here.

Pros — Very clean. Spacious, hardwood/tile floors (no gross carpet! ), FULL kitchen, good shower head/water pressure and lasting hot water, AAA discount. Close to restaurants ect. Cons — Nothing major. No hairdryer. Basic toiletries. While traveling cross country on a motorcycle we have stayed in A LOT of motels and hotels. Townehouse has so far been the best AND most affordable! We stayed in suite 9A. The suite included a full kitchen, king size bed (comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding), table and chairs for two, comfy recliner and average size bathroom. Good shower head/water pressure, and the hot water never ran out. Nice towels. The owner and his family were very nice and offered the kind of attention you don't get at major chains. Parking was right outside of our room's front window. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed 4 days and were very happy with the room (6A). A recently remodeled room, with a nice bathroom and a great FULL kitchen. Good for short stays, excellent for longer visits to the area. With a grocery store across the street, this is perfect for a long stay. The managers and staff are really nice people too.

Not very quiet, uncomfortable bed, water pressure drops a lot when flushing the toilet. Worse yet, no hot water in the morning. I had booked for three nights based on the reviews I read. I checked out after the first night. I was charge for 2 nights even though I had no hot water. I will be working with my bank to get that extra $65.39 back.
