Desk people very accommodating and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable.
This all adds up to very HAPPY!

Excellent place to stay. Would recommend staying here for all travelers.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Pillows were great! Breakfast was awesome. Plus there was soup and salad at 4 and cookies and milk at 8?! Everyone was very nice.

Everything was so nice. The rooms were clean and roomy. Love the layout of the room. Love that the sink is outside the bath/shower and toilet area. Especially when you have two to shower and do hair and makeup. Lol
Kuric coffee in each room is a big big big plus for me.
Cookies and milk are provided for guests in the evening. And the breakfast buffet in the morning is the best I have had.
I will always stay there when I travel that direction.

Complimentary coffee in lobby 24hrs, continental breakfast with soup & salad in the evenings. Interior is aged, but nice wood work & stuffed animal heads in lobby. Fitness center has some dumbbells and the usual machines. Hot tub was tepid.

We stay here when ever we come through Kalamath Falls. Great staff. Good amenities. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Room was modern and bed was comfortable. The fresh cookies and milk in the evening was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again if in the Klamath Falls area.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and beds were comfy. They had cookies and milk at night which my boys loved! Very accomidating. Breakfast was big and very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent place to stay within Klamath Falls. Unfortunately not on any main road if you are traveling through, so it takes a detour into town to reach the hotel. The pool is outdoors, and it was too chilly to use when we stayed there in the first week of June. Our room was comfortable, but smaller and a bit less special than the "regular" Best Westerns we stayed in — so I'm not sure why this hotel is called a "plus". Breakfast included, with the standard fare found in most Best Westerns.

There's a small dinner provided, just soup/salad/sandwiches, but it's a nice perk. Rooms are nice, but it can get noisy if the place is full. Overall, I'd recommend.

Nice room and staff. Currently remodeling front entrance. Hotel offered light snack i. E. Chili & cornbread muffins @ happy hour time; fresh baked cookies with milk @ 8pm and am breakfast.

Nice room, CLEAN, microwave and fridge plus A/C works great. Lobby offers free breakfast, soup & crackers @ 4pm and milk & cookies@8pm and coffee & tea all day long. Hotel offers snacks for purchase but also there are TONS of places to eat (Sizzler… yummy) including a grocery store & a Rite Aid within walking distance. Hotel has a pool & spa, on-site laundry, meeting room and a gym. This place has EVERYTHING you could want or need. Highly recommended.

Considering the town that its in, this Best Western is the best hotel you will find. Wonderful and courteous service, the lobby and dining area is very relaxing and comfortable with an outdoorsy atmosphere, and plenty of extra amenities.

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Offer free breakfast, light dinner, and evening snack. When we stayed it was clam chowder, salad, and bread for dinner, and cookies and milk for an evening snack. Breakfast was pretty standard as complementary breakfast goes these days. Variety of fruits, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. Rooms are clean and modern. They may have recently renovated. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast, however, was the most amazing part. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, several fruit options, oatmeal with all the fixings, and so much more. It is changing to a best western plus. I hope it doesn't change much.

Very comfortable rooms and great staff. This is my favorite place in Klamath Falls for business travel. Great Wi-Fi and breakfast. There are computer and other business services available. Cookies are always available with soup and coffee all day long. The Olympic Inn makes a business trip much easier.

Perfect except the two bed room needed a second nightstand. Clean. Quality furniture. Stocked with traveler necessities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

We booked a room through Expedia and when we arrived to our room it smelled so bad I started coughing. It was like someone sprayed an entire bottle of air freshener in the room. When I went to call the front desk the phone in the room didn't work. They gave us a different room and it was the same. They were doing renovations and perhaps that was the problem. But Expedia refunded our money and the woman at the hotel was apologetic. We went to Holiday Inn Express about 1 block away. What a difference! Don't chance getting sick, and for about $20 more we got a king suite in a nice clean hotel.

I have stayed @ Olympic Inn many times in the last several years and have had a great experience every time! The rooms are always clean, staff always courteous, friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is well stocked with good food and they have soup/salad provided in the afternoon followed by fresh baked cookies! We won't ever pick anywhere else to stay when in Klamath Falls because we enjoy our experience a Olympic Inn so much!

Remodeled and easy to locate. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Caroline was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make our experience at the Olympic Inn was fantastic. She was able to get our entire reservation moved up a day and when we got there earlier than check in, already had a room ready for us so we could have our glorious shower after Burning Man. She is also super knowledgeable about the area and was able to recommend excellent places for food and places to buy any of the other stuff we needed. The pool was absolutely fantastic. The upgrades they had been working on were really nice and definitely made a big difference. We definitely will be back every time we are in Klamath Falls.

It was such I great experience I loved it there were free meals. And free is good there food was all home made and high quality. It was great.

The rooms have been remodeled and updated. The lobby has animal trophies along the ceiling. Like a hunting lodge. The rooms are clean and bright. Housekeeping staff are outstanding. The hot breakfast always has scrambled eggs and diced potatoes and make it yourself waffles. Fresh fruit. Rotation of canned fruit, mandarin oranges, peaches and pears with cottage cheese. There are afternoon snacks provided and then cookies and milk at 8 pm. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. The grounds are clean and well maintentained. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an outdoor pool to take advantage of during the warm summer days and evenings. It is centrally located in Klamath Falls We would recommend it.

Best Western Group. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. But everything thoroughly, cleanly and calmly. Our fridge was slightly defective, but otherwise all good. The staff might be a little friendlier.

This hotel was great. Staff was nice … Rooms were nice and well kept. Cheap … The food is awesome and free!

Good location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean comfortable and quiet room, no street noise. The usual amenities, but what sets it apart from any place I've ever stayed in the complimentary late afternoon soup and sandwich bar, and cookies and milk in the late evening. Nice touch!

The hotel had an outdoor pool, a continental breakfast, and quite nice rooms I have to say. Everything was clean. There were only a free wall outlets, but they were enough.

This place is great. Very nice rooms, clean, has a rustic feel you don't usually get from larger hotels. Also, they provide a killer breakfast, and around 4 they offer complimentary soups with either salad or sandwiches. Then milk and cookies at 8! They really take care of you here.

Solid location near downtown and near stores and restaurants. Cool rustic décor. Good breakfast and cookie hour. Rooms are pretty good and full cable is appreciated.

Walk in to the lobby and you are greeted by taxidermy animals hanging from the wall. You could smell the delicious scent of cookies, but they aren't there which is a little disappointing. Then you check in and the ladies at the front desk are very helpful. When 8:00p. M. (aka cookie time) rolls around, fresh baked cookies are set out for anyone to take. Cookie time was lovely and then we went to bed. It was a little to warm so I suggest using the max ac setting. Th next thing you know it will be 5 a. M. And your dad's alarm will go off and wake up everyone but him. Bye bye.

Convenient location, nice room, friendly staff, good wireless access. The only small negative is that the showerhead settings aren't great — but that might have just been a problem in my room.

The Olympic Inn is a great place to stay in Klamath Falls. They have one if the best breakfast spreads that I've been able to experience and I'm a frequent traveller. They also offer soup in the afternoon and cookies and milk at night! At the corner of 6th and Washburn (both main roads in Klamath Falls), the road noise is there, but not enough to disturb my sleep. They have upgraded the rooms over the last several years which is very nice.

Great service! They serve a complimentary hot breakfast (waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, etc) as well as a light lunch and fresh-baked cookies in the evening! Clean well appointed rooms with mini-fridge and microwave. Pool and hot-tub are located outdoors.

We have been blessed to stay in many hotels throughout the United States. This Inn by far has the best people we have encountered, very personable, kind, considerate and truly know how to help a guest relax. The food is amazing, breakfast is just like you eating at home. If you are traveling through Klamath Falls or just visiting I would recommend you stop by for the night. You will not regret it. We stay December 21, 2015 on our way to visit family.

My extended family stayed there the night of July 16, 2015. After reviewing some of the reviews I requested a room to the rear of hotel and as close together as possible. All of this was taken care of and I really appreciated that. We weren't hungry so we didn't have the soup and sandwich but we came at 8:00 for the fresh baked cookies. The room was spacious and quiet for all of us and the beds were something to dream about. The a/c worked perfectly. The bottom line is the next time we pass through Klamath Falls I hope the Olympic Inn has room for us. I will make my reservation well ahead of time to be sure. Thank you Olympic Inn and staff for a very delightful stay.

Great place to stay! Stayed two nights great staff, clean rooms, clean pool, and over all clean facility. Great breakfast. We also stayed a year ago with the same result, consistent. Family of four.

Best place in Klamath Falls. The staff, service and rooms were great. They have a nice pool and workout facility as well. The late lunch, breakfast and cookies were great. I have stayed in several hotels of its kind and this was my best experience.

Awesome! The rest of the reviews say it in spades. Needed a wine key and unlike most hotels I got a decent one to use. Real silverware and dishes. No Styrofoam here! Real size bath and body works soap with a light boy/ girl fragrance. (thought I'd just add some other points I didn't read below). Aside from those great details, we called ahead and asked if we could check in early. 1130am. And, at no extra charge, the front said " no problem, we'll just housekeeping on your room first " if you're in Klamath falls stay here.

A great place. Welcomed in evening with bowl of hot soup and small sandwich, warm cookies at 8 pm; breakfast was outstanding and high quality. Lobby and sitting room is like a lodge. That pretty. Rooms were quiet and very good. We will be back. We found this traveling; we liked it so much we are turning it into a destination for the lodging itself. Not to mention the natural beauty of the area surrounding it, including great kayak and photo opportnities.

Conveniently located, quiet, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice lobby with plenty of comfortable places to sit. My room was clean and comfortable. The room rate was reasonable. They have a good full hot breakfast in the morning. I'll stay here the next time I am in Klamath Falls.

Beautiful hotel for the price. Large nicely appointed commom area/ breakfast room. Great breakfast. Room large. Comfortable bed. Comforter blanket! Like those! Quiet. Nice amenities too. Will definitely stay here again.
