I shivered all night long, in a king size bed that barely fit in the room!

We had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely go back!

Clean rooms, great staff, awesome breakfast.

My husband and I stayed in a king suite for one night. We were just passing through on a move, and were able to get a room without any reservation. Including taxes and fees, we paid about $200 for a night. The room was very clean and nice when we got there. It had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and other amenities. Our car was totally packed with stuff for the move, so ot was important that it was in a safe and well lit area. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There were a ton of choices, many of which were healthy and quick. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight. Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near an airport. We heard several F15 leaving the area. I love that sound but you may not. It wasn't frequent and I didn't hear any planes leave at night. Located next to a Sizzler, so dinner was taken care of. Breakfast was good and beats the compilation.

The amenities were very nice. Everything was updated and new. My only complaint is the hot tub time. I'm an adult I should be able to use the hot tub after 10 P. M. Other than that, I had a very nice stay.

Check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. And the staff were a pleasure. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of variety. I would stay here again if I am in this area!

Either a new building or newly remodeled. Very clean and nice. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and absolutely no issues. Today Holiday Inn Express breakfast… Eggs, bacon, cereal, basic fruit, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, toast, mini bagels, coffee, etc. Overall a great experience. If you've been to a decent Holiday Inn Express before this one is a cookie cutter. You know what you're getting!

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and quiet, the pool area was nice but very crowded. The staff was friendly, especially at the front desk we received some helpful tips for our road-trip. The breakfast was very good as well.

Clean, modern hotel with everything you need for an overnight in Klamath Falls. Friendly staff and overall an excellent stopover. Breakfast is adequate, nothing spectacular but fit the bill to get us on the raid quickly.

It's okay… Holiday inn Express always yrues to be same. This one a bit more dated than most. Seems to be a bit short housekeeping staff as they're trying to encourage you to not take housekeeping service… Wifi marginal.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple nights for work in the area. It's clean, well maintained, and quiet during the night. Staff, especially the front desk, are all very friendly and helpful which is great after a long drive through the mountain to get here. Didn't have a chance to explore the surrounding area too much but there's a sizzler within walking distance across the parking lot for a quick dinner.

Clean and spacious rooms. Awesome breakfast items. So many grocery stores and gas stations around. Close to Klamath falls basin and tule lake…

Pretty dissapointed with this room. I travel alot and usually Holiday Inn is a reliably nice place to stay. Normally I book online to get the best rate, but this room was marked up much more than was quoted to me through the online booking app. It wasn't until after I reserved my room that I got the final price. And at that time I would have been charged to cancel my reservation. When I finally got to my room the plumbing controls in my room seem to be reversed for some reason and my window is facing the back of another building. Being such a rural area I doubt this hotel was fully booked and should have been offered something nicer from the start. Later on while combing the halls for the ice machine, I was told by a staff member that my floor is the only one without one and I would have to go to another floor. Staff was friendly and room was clean but the stay was overpriced and I'm left feeling unsatisfied. With so many cheaper options in the area, I will not be coming back for another stay.

Jacqueline has been especially wonderful during our stay. We spend a lot of nights in this chain of hotels and she made this trip so sweet. She took extra care of us in the breakfast room, opening early so we could eat before work, keeping the coffee hot and fresh, taking an interest in our lives. It is these little things that make a business memorable. Thanks for great morning conversations and making us feel like family!

Nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, modern amenities. Had a women's basketball team with 5 rooms total. No complaints.

We had a room with 2 queens and a pullout couch. Room was spacious, clean and really nice. Hot Breakfast was good and plentiful. The kids enjoyed the warm indoor pool and also the hot tub. Rates are not the cheapest, but worth it. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I stay here for work each week and I've never felt so welcome at any hotel. They have the friendliest staff, great rooms and an awesome breakfast. This is definitely the number one hotel in Klamath Falls!

Always a pleasant experience staying at this hotel chain. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet is very good with plenty to eat. This is my go to place to stay, regardless of what town I'm in.

Nice and cozy. But as a Platinum member expected to get upgraded for all the 3 rooms. Even when there was a room available, didnt get upgraded for more than one. Otherwise friendly staff at the lobby, breakfast and room service. Breakfast was the same every single day, would have been good to change the menu slightly.

When my family and I visited this hotel on our trip from Kuwait, we expected to be staying at somewhere comparable to Ritz-Carlton. We were pleasantly surprised. This place is super nice yo. Fresh staff, fresher sheets, freshest continental breakfast!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was great, clean, and spacious. There's a warm indoor pool where my children had lots of fun while I relaxed in the hot jet tub. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to Oregon.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were accommodating. We were able to use the breakfast area for a birthday. Pool was clean and not overly clorinated. Good stuff.

Best place to stay, clean, nice free breakfast, plenty of towels, bowls, plates and cups in the room. Love the hidden closet! Not to far from crater lake.

Great place to stay. Rooms are great, staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice breakfast to start you day. Definitely will stay here again when we are in the area.

Beds are the best. Wired and Wi-Fi stable everywhere in the hotel. Outlets are decently placed and abundant. Bathroom is ornamented and water pressure is fire hose magnitude (if you're into that). Breakfast is so-so although there is variety.

Very nice property. Very clean, nice rooms. FULL size pillows! (When was the last time you saw that? ) Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Nice selections. I would stay here again in the future.

Holiday inn express has lost a customer. A few days ago I booked a room for tonight. The lady on the phone (in her broken English) said that because I was booking early I would pay $185 instead of $200. So I paid the $185. My plans changed and I needed to cancel my reservation. When I called I was informed that I booked an advanced confirmation so I was not going to get a refund because it is considered a deposit. If the first woman would have told me I was making a deposit I would have paid the higher rate. I feel like I've been cheated out of $185, and I will never be staying at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Best Holiday Inn Express I've personally visited. Super clean and up to date. What makes it exemplary is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We arrived here because our vehicle broke down and was towed to a local dealership. Every single staff member has gone out of their way to make us feel at home — — from offering thoughts on local eateries and activities for our boys to sharing a potluck meal and cupcakes (! ) while I was waiting on my vehicle after checking out. A special shout out to Marie, the Front Office Manager who sets the tone, and Deandra at the Front desk. You guys did something special — — we didn't feel stranded, instead we felt at home. Thank you to you both — — and others whose names I don't know — — thank you for caring so much.

This Express suites consistent with your Express suites experience. Breakfast is the same like any other. Beds are comfy and cozy. The rooms are very clean. Price is adorable too! Location is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and nearby Wells Fargo.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I had an extended stay here for work and I had to leave every morning at 6am, the kitchen staff came in early to start breakfast for my coworkers and I so we could grab something before we left. We were all very impressed by the hospitality we were shown. The rooms are also quite nice, very nicely decorated, modern and clean. I will definitely stay here for future business trips!

Very nice location. Large double queen room. In the room it had a kitchen area & they included paper plates, bowls & cups to use. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Downside no vegan options for breakfast.

The gal running the breakfast really needed a second person to help her. She was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Even through all of this she was friendly!

Checked in with a less than enthusiastic employee who Put up a sigh she waa helping a guest although she was in a room near the office with a coffee in her hand leaving us to stand in the lobby 10 min.
No sooner settled in egged a family with a kid cafe in over us. Kid kept running and jumping, called the office twice where saying employee huffed and said she'd call them. Sushi bother calling a third time as our was pointless.
No cookies and she seemed snobby about today after the previous three Holiday Inns had them and we tried joking about that but she waa disgusted that they did and it didn't fit their brand yada yada…
The bed waa soggy with a low spot where guests slept, the previous three had firm mattresses, pillows looked sloppily shoved into the cases. Just wasn't comfortable or happy.

We liked the friendly atmosphere of this HIE location. The entire staff was helpful and seemed to really enjoy their work. They gave excellent dining recommendations and even suggested things to do at our next destination. We like HI /HIE properties and rewards but we especially appreciate friendly, helpful staff the Klamath Falls folks exceed expectations. Regretably the pool was out of service but we were only there overnight. Bonus was that there are many convenient dining/shopping options within a short walk.

Little far into the city. Great beds. Great sevice. Small pool and gym. Standard holiday Inn breakfast.

Great rooms and I love the pool and the hot tub they are open late. They have free breakfast and the Internet is fast.

The rooms are amazing. Breakfast was decent enough. The gym isn't the best. The bike is broken and the treadmills are run down.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was nice. Nothing special but a good place to go.

We stayed in a suite. The room is spacious, the hot shower is very pleasing, and the room is equiped with a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee maker, a kitchen sink, and some one-time use bowls, cups, and even spoon/forks. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained. We even used the laundry room (two wash machines and two dryers, with a machine to sell detergent) on the third floor which is tidy and pleasant to use. After three days' camping, it is nice to rest and clean up here in this hotel.

Girl at the desk was really nice. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Location is typical for a holiday inn, next to a highway. No noise though. Unfortunately klamath falls is such a hole.
