Room was clean and updated, staff were friendly, breakfast was good! No toiletries in the room, but we had our own. This was a really great value for the rate.

If you want to spend good money on a bad room this is the place. Carpet was dirty and stained and did not want my bare feet on it. The ceiling above the A/C unit had dust balls hanging from it. The couch was thread bare and very uncomfortable to sit on. Not all table lamps worked. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Not our most positive experience.

Large room, quiet, clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast included was the best we have had of late… hit eggs, biscuits sausage, gravy and pancakes. Helpful staff.

Fabulous place to stay! Great amenities, excellent staff. Quiet and lots of convenient places to eat, get fuel. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay! Room amenities were not super fancy, but they were in good condition. Room was comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Excellently strong shower. Loved it until we got ready to leave in the morning and I saw dog hair on the couch. Glad I didn't sleep on the couch.

The hotel in general was not bad. It was the people above us who thought it was ok to have SEX all damn night long, and when I say ALL NIGHT, I mean it,, and they were not at all quiet about it. Request a top level room. The pool was nice, staff friendly. The beds were ok, but could use some padding on them. Definitely had springs in my back. Bathrooms can use some updating. Overpriced for the room.

Very nice clean hotel, just a stop on a journey north on towards Bend and Columbia Gorge. Would stay another time. Elmers on proper and Dutch Brothers cross the street.

It's a quiet little place. The rooms were good and the beds were clean. The shower was a little tricky ky to figure out. Ample parking space. Starbucks is just beside the hotel. We stayed in the farthest building from the lobby and we couldn't get on the Wi-Fi. Other than that we enjoyed staying here. Edit: Replying to the management's response to my review, I did contact the front desk multiple times and they did say they restarted the router everytime we asked. But we were still not able to connect to Wi-Fi on both the days we stayed. Note that we were able to connect to Wi-Fi in the lobby.

The only upside I can tell so far is that the room doesn't smell. When we first arrived there was toilet paper in the toilet. After flushing the toilet you have to adjust the chain or it will run infinitely. Walking around at all shakes the entire room. The room heats and cools unevenly. The wall switch has to be on or none of the outlets work… and there are only two outlets. The TV is very grainy and the aspect ratio cannot be adjusted (permanently zoomed). The Wi-Fi is slow and will randomly disconnect. You can hear people talking and stomping upstairs non stop. You can hear people moving on the walkway both outside your room and the room above your floor. This is somewhat typical of motels, however, I can hear the hotel maid knocking and exclaiming "housekeeping" some four rooms on either side of my room, and the floor above. Indeed, in the morning I heard this line about 8 times before I could no longer hear her. I would describe it as an excessive amount of noise. Other than these major annoyances I would say it is good room. edit: showerhead is busted and the tub drains very slowly. Enjoy showering in a foot of water? so do I.

It's a great location, centrally located, close to fairgrounds, shopping, and most anything in town. The rooms have all been remodeled. And cozy and comfortable. Easy for a good night's rest. With friendly staff. And the breakfast they provide is fantastic saving you money while traveling. The lady working in the kitchen is so nice and helpful. While in Klamath Falls I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

For $59 a night you get a very very Plush mattress, some of the best water pressure this side of Denver in your Shower. A breakfast bar that has horrible biscuits and gravy. But at least it offers some hot food. They do have homie waffle makers. With a breakfast place Elmer's in the parking lot you can get take out sausage for $3 and then carry that to the breakfast room and make a homemade waffle. Darn great breakfast for only $3. One change about 5 years ago is the business center is now in the hotel lobby as opposed to upstairs in the lobby. If you were trying to look up porn, I mean, ebay, then you will have a set of watching eyes over your shoulder.

Solid for the price. Clean, quiet, friendly. In my experience, best in category in Klamath Falls.

Clean and updated rooms. A friendly staff that went above and beyond, gave us what we needed to make us happy and comfortable. Definitely recommend the Cimarron Inn.

What a great hotel! The front office was really helpful with everything we asked of them. Awesome dog park behind the hotel so bring your pooches here! Starbucks is attached without having to get out of the parking lot. The bed also was very comfy as well as the couch. Pool looked nice from the walk to the room but I can't speak on it personally. -

Good place to stay in/near Klamath Falls. The front desk associates were very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean (a must for me) and the complementary breakfast was great. Thank you all!

Older motel but in good condition. Very friendly staff, rooms are basic but clean. Room was quiet bed excellent. Rooms kind of small but if only staying a day or two are fine. Would definitely go back. Good value.

Great place. Clean. Good breakfast, awesome soup and cookies in the evening! All the staff are professional and really nice.

My partner and I stayed one night cannot fault anything about the inn, the room was very clean and bed very comfortable, had all that we needed hairdryer iron and fridge and didn't have any problems with Wi-Fi, if we are ever this way again we will certainly stay at cimarron inn again.

Good customer service. Quick hot water with good water pressure. Firm bed and pillows. Firm. However, too many mosquitoes! This is September! Not a good sign. Too bad. Staff were nice & I like the bed and hot water, but not coming back for mosquitoes!

Stayed one night. Bed comfortable, clean bathroom, decent sheets. Washer and dryer was $1 each and you got 40 minutes on the dry time. Best biscuits and gravy I've had in awhile. The hotel outside needs spruced up some. Wifi wasn't the best… would come and go.

My wife and I stayed here while on a road trip. The rooms were surprisingly nice for the most part and the staff were great. However the outside of the place as well as the layout reminded me of a cheap motel. It was easy to hear our neighbors and anything going on outside. Honestly this place should have had a lower rate (120 a night is too much for a place like this)

To be fair the last 8 years that we stayed at Cimarron during the Klamath Bull Sale I would of gave them 5 stars. Yet this year has been a night mare! I called to book the rooms and asked for conjoined rooms which I was told they would try but couldn't be guaranteed. I then called again a month before our stay and asked for conjoined rooms which I was assured "Wouldn't be a problem". I then called again the morning we were to arrive and they told me they couldn't get us conjoined rooms. Since it was too late to book anywhere else we stayed, reluctantly. They now have charged me for 3 rooms instead of 2 rooms. I have now called 3 separate times and have not got my refund. 11 days later and no refund! I have talked to 3 separate people and no refund! Beyond irritated. Too bad their customer service has really gone down hill! They have now lost 3 families that have stayed with them every year for the last 8 years during the Klamath Bull Sale. House keeping staff did a great job though!

Room fittings etc were nice. Tv picture was very poor. Quite noisy overnight so didn't sleep very well. Didn't try breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Plenty of parking for cars and oversized vehicles. Walking distance to eateries. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have all the amenities to include a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is situated in a nice part of town so you're not too far from food/drinks/etc. It's not a glamorous hotel, but if you're just looking for a place for a night while traveling through, or because of work (like me). There is a swimming pool out front, and a restaurant, Elmers, literally right next door so if you want a quick bite before you go, you don't have to go far. I would definitely stay here again!

Was pretty awsome so far. No food provided but close to any dinner you could want. Rooms were very clean and they staff very friendly and kins.

Staff is fantastic, courteous, and friendly. Rooms are clean, feels like im at home. The breakfast is better than I get at home. If I had to stat anywhere when I stay in klamath Falls it will be at the Cimarron Inn.

Surprisingly nice room. Comfortable beds and a nice little TV. Can't really say anything was bad about my stay here.

I had stayed here for almost 2weeks waiting for my house to be ready for me to sleep in. I have back issues and their kind size bed was comfortable. The room is clean, great water pressure. Nice sofa too. People there are friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay.

Location is good, beds are decent. My one complaint is when I tried to plug in my roku stick to TV it lets u do the whole process of signing on but once u online and try to play a movie. It say not authorized Picture or some crap. So there for if I'm ever in kalamath falls, OR again I will find another hotel to stay. No reason to have a block on TV so u can't watch movies. Stupid!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly staff. Perfect place to stay for Winter Wings Festival! Oh, and breakfast included!

The hotel was very reasonably priced, large rooms that are clean, comfortable bed, and the shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch. The breakfast was great with eggs and biscuits and gravy, juices and coffee. There's also enough parking for trucks with trailers.

This is an amazing hotel for the price. You get large, updated rooms, and amenities that you would not find in a similarly priced hotel. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed here twice and this place is great! The price was very reasonable, the amenities were great, the rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was awesome. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean. My most FAVORITE thing was the orange scented body lotion they left for their guests! That one thing alone makes me want to go from Oklahoma to Oregon — just to get the lotion! :)

A handy place to stay if you are catching the Amtrak North early the next morning. The train crews stay there so they have a shuttle to the station.

Comfortable and clean, with plenty of room to stretch out: a couch and coffee table, a desk, a large bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap and lotion all provided, most in eco-friendly containers. Mints. Just stay here.

They are a pet friendly hotel. From our room it was quiet. Reasonable rates, very clean, comfortable, large room. Only 2 washers & dryers but no one else was using them so worked out great. We ordered dinner to go from Elmer's Restaurant (next door) which was EXCELLENT! Husband had Cod Dinner, I had Prime Rib Dinner both with tons of sides… too much food, only $35! The hotel staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

We are enjoying our stay, the room was clean, linens very clean & brkfst was good. We had to zap the gravy for biscuit & gravy but all in all good. The staff keep the dining area clean & food items were filled. This is our 2nd time staying w/them and we'd visit again. Thank you to the staff of CI.

Stayed in this hotel during July 4th long week end. Though the appearance is not great, stay was comfortable. Breakfast was a horrible experience both days of our stay. The spread was not at all impressive. They ran out of bread, eggs, plates, spoons/forks. I was totally disappointed. Luckily there was a diner right in the premises. Though you pay extra, food there was excellent.

When we first pulled up we were worried because a sign saying "Motor Inn" doesn't usually scream comfort and cleanliness but we were glad we didn't let it deter us. We were on the back-end of a long trip and the beds were heaven sent. The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was average, nothing great but nothing bad either. If we end up in Klamath Falls again we won't hesitate to stay here!

Best bang for the buck you'll ever spend on a hotel! They couldn't have been friendlier! We were greeted with complimentary goodie bag, the bed was super comfy, and the free breakfast was noteworthy: waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy! Yum! I can't imagine finding a nicer place for that price again.

Checked in at 5am. Breakfast didnt open till 6am but they let me in to early. Much appreciated.

I have had a great experience at this Inn. They have a free shuttle that will pick you up from the air port and take you around town during your stay. They also have breakfast in the morning (its actually worth eating; Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, Belgian Waffles, Bagels. Etc). The staff is friendly. I stayed in there cheaper rooms (just means they haven't been remodeled) and only spent $45 a night for a nice sized clean room. Shower was nice (heated up quick and didn't loose heat). Free coffee and coffee pot to use in the room as well. A mini fridge and a microwave. Its cozy and I would definitely recommend it.

Loved it. Got in late. Young girl working was wonderful and welcoming. Room was clean and nice. Would stay in again for sure.

We did a big road trip over 3 weeks back last year (2012), and of all the motels we stayed in, this one was absolutely the best by far. Quiet, modern, clean and tidy, with friendly and courteous staff. This place beats even the pricier hotels and motels in the area, and what a price.
