No Wi-Fi or hot water. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Booked with Orbitz, got there and the Wi-Fi didn’t work, had super low bandwidth and my computer and laptop kept timing out, and the shower water never got hot, only luke warm. The front desk lady didn’t deny it whenI mentioned these issues and told me to call Orbitz, which I did, but they are refusing to refund me because the hotel is lying and saying it’s fine. She told me to sue her, I’ll make sure to follow through with the city, state, BBB, and health department.
Very nice hotel with a pleasant staff. Great location in the good part of town. Good deal on my room rate. Five stars all the way.
