Unclean and run down. The towels were damp when we went to use them. Stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor was filthy. Price we paid was higher then quoted on line when we made the reservation.

A bit worn down, if your lolling for a bed for the night they have one cheap. If your looking fort more thann that look elsewhere.

Very basic and in desperate need of an update. Dirty carpet. You get what you pay for. It's a place to sleep and nothing more or less.

I do not recommend this place. The room was dirty there was hair in the bathroom. The breakfast bar was not stocked at 7:00 a. M. The office manager was hard to find.

I stayed in a first-floor room with a king bed that was worn out with a body crater in it. The bed was uncomfortable because it was as hard as a rock. I would have slept better in the front seat of my pickup truck. I had three pillows two of them were flat and the other one was Lumpy so this made me very Grumpy because I only slept a few hours.

Not the sharpest looking place in the world and the rooms are not very nicely updated but the beds were reasonably comfy and the staff is friendly.

It is difficult to find lodging for larger families these days! We were happy to get a room with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed! So much room for the price — truly a great value.

A classic motor Lodge with really friendly staff and the perfect downtown location. Our room was simple but comfortable and clean with a fridge, microwave, and TV with premium cable. The breakfast was the lowlight, but par for Budget accommodations.

Not impressed. Spider webs in room with a doorway handing spider to greet us. Water damage in bathroom and dirty carpets, hard bread for breakfast. Higher price for low quality.

Pool isn't heated. Hot water wasn't working. Decent for the price.

King suite nice large bed well appointed clean and very comfortable I would reccomend it as I travel for work and this is by far the best hotel for the $ that I have stayed at in over a week. Also was referred to a restaurant around the corner that was amazing. Highly recommend.

NASTY! This is the worst, most disgusting place I've ever stayed. The bathroom has mold forming on the wall, cracked tub held together by screws. The room smells of cigarettes and cat piss and is filled with dead bugs, dust and cobwebs in every corner and you can't even see through the peep hole in this shady town. The breakfast is OK for continental, pool is OK but surrounded by ants and yellow jackets with no bee traps in sight. Also most of the pool furniture is broken. This motel has no accommodations for handicapped, they gave us a second floor suite even knowing of disabilities, then downgraded us to a crappy first floor unit that was half the price with no refund. I'm filing with the BBB as soon as I get home. And no Wi-Fi.

Definitely a cheap hotel, but the room was clean and staff was very friendly. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room was a bit small, and the covers were a little worn, but overall it was comfortable and pretty nice.

Wow. I am appalled. Not only did we call ahead, and were misquoted by almost $50, the room wasn't AT ALL what was described. The beds were horrible, the lights didn't work, the fridge froze our goods. And the manager is a JERK! And CONTINENTAL breakfast? Dirty waffle irons and some cereal is not a full breakfast. I wouldn't ever stay here again. Not until management is fired.

5 stars for service and what you get for your money. Just checked in at 12:30 at night. Hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. She even had the heat started in our rooms prior to when we arrived. She got us all excited for the breakfast and helped us with arrangement we needed for the morning. Note* this place has rooms with two queens and a separate room with nice bunk beds. We really didn't need to book two rooms.

Good sized room. Good Wi-Fi in the room. Satisfactory breakfast served in the dining room.

Clean rooms with cheap rates. A decent motel for a quick rest while traveling. Their 2 room suite was perfect for our big family and was definitely cost efficient.

The motel is a bit older, but was clean and the bed was comfy. Check-in and out was very fast. The price was very good.

The room and the receptionist at the Pendleton, OR location were great. I spent the night very comfortably. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because the bread was hard in the breakfast.

A really good value especially for the 2 room suite that has 2 queens and 2 twin beds. We have 6 in our family so it's really nice to find a place that has a room large enough for all of us. Basic rooms no frills but it was clean and quiet so it was perfect for our one night stay while traveling. We didn't have any of the problems that other reviewers mentioned. We will stay here again on future road trips.

Stayed here about a year ago, and got kicked out because I complained that the hot water went cold in my shower. Then saying that I had a guest. Which I didnt, it was me and my girl friend we both checked in. Our visit eneed with cops and the owner was VERY RUDE. Wish I could write more about our visit, but I won't. It honestly got even worse then that. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. You will be kicked out for no reason.

Nappy. Rooms smells like old sweat and only top sheet is replaced leaving the first layer sheet with stains and tons of hair in it. Super gross.

The worst motel ever the owner is so rude to ever one.

Coming to this hotel was the biggest mistake. The owner of the hotel "Rajiv Bhardwaj" was extremly rude to us and sexist. A small misunderstanding occured and he had not only cussed us out, and upset my 13 year old daughter, he also had kicked us out of his hotel rudley and accused us of lying about not having children when I made an honest mistake booking the room online. He wouldnt listen to me. I have never been treated that way trying to get service from someone. The workers there were unfriendly I would strongly encourage to go to a different hotel with more respectful employees. Other than that the rooms were alright, and the pool was very small without a hot tub. Not only that, but he was greedy and had discouraged us from using Expedia because they took half of his product he made per customer. He was trying to charge me money for having a service dog and a extra 10$ per child.
