All of the above but most of all the staff. House keeping was awesome and the front desk was spectacular.

When clients are in crisis due to the Coronavirus shut down and unfortunately would not be returning to their jobs after a vacation and will not get paid. My clients wanted to have at least the resort fee waived as they want to be able to save some money just in case it takes longer for daily operations to return to work. The managers on site Rachel and Daniel are no up at all. I received better help from the account associate Liz that is located in Omaha. Clients already paid $10, 000+ for a trip they planned last year and only wanted resort fee waived… NO Help was even considered. I would NOT recommend this location as they are inconsiderate on clients especially during this COVID-19 crisis.

Great ambiance for a banquet and Diana was amazing and very accommodating as our event coordinator. Food was so tasty!

The hotel here seems new or recently renovated, which I love. The staff is amazing from the bell boy, to the concierge, and even to all the service staff. Our room was clean and well maintained. The size of the room was MUCH bigger than anticipated which is always a plus (our room was the two queen beds, scenic view). Although the location is not very close to the beach, it is still a prime location for food and shopping!

Nice clean, modern hotel. I liked the reusable water bottles given to us and we can refill out water with filtered britta fountains around the hotel. Only con is that the pool is about 2 feet deep.

My husband and I spent our 30 year wedding Anniversary in Hawaii. (July 2018) It was our first time visiting Hawaii. Hyatt Centric was Amazing! They exceeded my expectation! I requested a suite with an ocean view. I got the Ocean and Mountain View. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying @ Hyatt Centric Waikki Beach.

Good hotel, nice clean, spacious and modern rooms. Service was solid, the lounge in the lobby is very nice just to chill and relax. Really like that they give you your own water bottles and there are filtered water station throughout the hotel so you don't need to buy and keep your own water supply. The location is also excellent, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, next to bus stops and only a short walk from Waikiki Beach.

Great location, room was small, “ocean view” was not really an ocean view which by the way is extra. The pool was whack. It’s literally 14” deep and very small. More like a pond. The worst part is at checkout you get hit with $39 a day parking fee and a resort fee of $29 a day while they already hit you with several undisclosed incremental charges on your credit card. It’s not a bad spot but the pool and charges were deal breakers for me.

This is a really nice hotel! Great location, well within walking distance of shops and dining. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but that's pretty typical. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shopping. There's a Starbucks at street level for a quick breakfast if you're on work travel. The resort fee also includes two Hyatt reusable water bottles, which is nice. I'm told valet parking costs the same as parking yourself, so use it (parking garage in the same building).

Doesn’t live up to brand name or price point. Highly recommend staying elsewhere. Has put me off ever staying at a Hyatt run property again.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located to everything and most Excursions and tour pick ups are right out side this hotel. Making it very easy to plan your day. Beach is only a small walk from hotel. The only bad thing I would have to say about hotel is the pool is small and only 12" Deep. Yes I said 12 inches deep. Would of given 5 stars if it was deeper like 4 to 5 feet deep.

What a beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. We are travelling with a one year old and they were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. The pool is fantastic for small Kids. Our daughter absolutely loved it. The location is great and the little touches of the water bottles and filtered water stations set this hotel apart from other similar hotels. Excellent value for money and we would recommend to anyone.

Great property! Flight got delayed and decided to stay here for one night. This property has been thoroughly renovated and have beautiful coloured furniture that goes very well with the room. Location is really good because it’s a lot closer to busy downtown — close to mall, stores, restaurants. Getting ice or water might be the only downside because there’s only certain floors that offer water station, vending machine. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but they’re nicely decorated inside and outside patio as well.

The pool sucks is 9 inches deep on one side and 14 on the deep end!? The restroom is big but the the bath is really small, the bathroom looks outdated comparing with any other hotel. Stayed in a so called “Suite” on the “penthouse” levels and it was not worth one bit! Room is above average but there’s nothing really there to add to the value! Views of the mountains are really just views of other buildings from different angles. And the gym is about the size of a Cubicle with hardly any equipment.

The service at the front desk was exceptional and they made our stay feel very welcomed. The view from our room 1211 was looking at the water. No noise and great windows that were blocked out when the sun was rising. Excellent service.

Beautiful hotel with a great location in Waikiki. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. They had books and newspapers every morning and beach accessories available for use. One thing to note is the pool is not really a pool, more of a wading pool. Overall a great experience here.

Great hotel in the middle of Waikiki. We stayed there for about a week. We really appreciated how nice the staff were and how helpful they were during our stay. The pool was more of a wading pool and we didn't use it for much of the stay and there were a few days where it was closed because of the weather. They have live music on some nights and the performers are really good. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. I do appreciate the hotel being environmentally friendly by implementing a credit to the bar in lieu of cleaning the rooms. Also the hotel gives you a water bottle and has filtered water fountains. However, each room uses a Keurig coffee maker which contributes to waste. I do like that the hotel gives you beach towels and chairs when you go out. I wish they had a beach bag as well to put everything into it. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Great contemporary hotel with friendly staff. The room was newer with great views. The bar had good drinks and the $50 excursion voucher came in handy and was very easy to use. The location is close to the beach and they provide you with towels and chairs.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach! I had a Diamondhead View room and thought it was fantastic. The room had a very chic, modern appearance and a great view. Had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel!

From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Especially enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and live music on Wednesday nights. It was a quick walk to the beach we could see Diamondhead from our room and the sun rise.

We went there for our honeymoon and got booked in room 1506. This room was great during the day, but at night when it came time to sleep, the bar across the street (Tsunami’s) was SO loud and we hardly got rest. The noise kept up until well after 3am some nights and the rest of the nights it was loud past 1am. Our stay was from Wednesday to a Thursday morning and we waited until Tuesday or so to bring it up to the front desk. The girl there offered us another room as an ‘upgrade’ but we had to pay MORE money for it since all of the Mountain View rooms were booked. She wasn’t accommodating and we just beared with the noise for the remaining two nights. We loved Hawaii but we won’t be staying at a Hyatt next time we visit.

Cons — Needs to take detour to go the beach (There probably would be a short-cut, but I couldn't find it — — need to walk 5-10min) — Pools are mostly for kids. Too shallow and small. — Lobby was at 8th floor, so borrowing bath tower was little inconvenient and no beach mat rent.

Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. But it's pretty loud at night. It seems to be coming from the rooms next door, rather than the outside, but I can't be too sure. They do provide ear plugs though to help with this. The location is pretty prime too, but not on the beach, which was one of the reasons we chose it. There is tons of shops and good eats close by.

Great hotel. This was my home for 11 nights while in Honolulu on business. The location is a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything I needed. The staff were all great (valet, front desk, bartender, restaurant staff). The room was very nice, big, and clean. I loved the huge bathroom with a big walkin shower. I would definitely stay here again. I only knocked the 1 star off because even though the views from the large windows were great, it would have been nice to have a lanai to sit out on in the evenings.

I had a corner room on the 10th floor. My room was amazing and was perfect for what my wife and I wanted. The staff are very friendly and were very helpful with local knowledge.

On top of your daily room rate, there's a resort fee of $25/day, and if parking, another $37/day plus tip. All together, about $80/day additional on top. Next time, ill be renting a condo away from Waikiki, which will be much better and less traffic.

Enjoyed my stay with them. Although, twice they threw away my hot Cheetos when they weren't all the way finished… almost but not quite. Lol. The housekeeping always came back to tidy up even if we didn't leave the room until the afternoon. Only thing I wish was different, was to have a pool that was deeper and a microwave in my room.

Brand new hotel in a building that used to be offices. Wonderful and friendly staff. Restaurant is great, with a view of the pool and the city from the 8th floor. Only problem is the resort fee, but many places near the beach have this charge.

Beautiful place. I didn't stay here over the night, just came for an event at the pool area. Pleasantly surprised by the look of the lobby. Nice example of inviting functional contemporary design. Will be coming back just for an inspiration.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Every one of the employees are extremely polite and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool and occasional live music at the poolside is very relaxing and never over crowded. The restaurant is nice as well. Very nice veiws, especially ocean side. And even the elevator was nice, and very fast. Great over all experience already!

What an awesome hotel! The views of the beach and Waikiki were awesome. The rooms are big and we'll appointed. We were on the 22nd floor which was great as well. The shower and bath wall was glass and if you open the blinds you can see the beach and ocean while you bathe. The staff is friendly and quite attractive, which is not important but a bonus. The decor is contemporary and clean.

The staff at the was very friendly and nice. I got upgraded to a ocean view room which was really nice. The room was very spacious. The bath room was really nice. The Lanai Bar and restaurant is amazing the breakfast was very delicious and dinner was excellent. The cocktails were ono I love the strawberry mule. Overall everything was Great.

11.14 G. Was a Good hotel. Close to the sea. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. If, leaving the hotel, cross the street and go right, then after 15 meters there is a street café. Breakfast at 5, 6$, there are fruits and cocktails. The hotel is convenient because there are rooms with two full-kopeck piece for a company is very cheap.
