Condo Hotel

The location of this hotel is very close to all the shopping, souvenirs, convenience stores, food trucks and restaurants. It's a very nice, clean and easily accessible hotel and the staff are very friendly! P. O. G. Juice in the morning! (passion orange guava).

Nice place to go with family. Better during off season, less touristy. Lots of fun activities and the beaches are right there!

Timelss design. Well maintained. Close to beach and beachwalk.

Best things going are Great location, close to beach, everything & the very nice, accommodating front desk staff. Place is not well maintained or well cleaned. Room not in good working condition — TV's, dust, sliding dividers, badly chipped furniture. Bathroom glass shower door gross, chipped plaster in conspicous areas. Halls, elevators, front entry poorly maintained. Again great local & staff.

It's a good place but with a very generic look to its rooms and hallways.

Rooms are nice and clean. Service is lacking, but they had advised us of this already. Location is a bit secluded, but nice.

The actual condos are the only average thing about this place. Management and the workers here don’t care about you or anyone that is staying here. My family had our phones and wallets stolen out of our car here and the front desk would not even accept a package to hold for us that included our new credit cards and phones. Very rude and very disrespectful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Go to the Hilton Hawaiian village or the Sheraton if you want to have a great hawaiin experience.

The regency is mostly a time share though you can usually rent a room for a few days. There is no bar or restaurant inside the main building but plenty of fine food and drink right downstairs. Rooms are nice and you are a 2 minutes walk from the beach.

Nice place that's well kept up and is close to local attractions. The only issues I had was that it only has a queen sized bed and the air conditioning is weak.

It was loud since it is in a big city similar to Seattle. However the walk to the beach was about 2 min and there was plenty of good food and drinks nearby everywhere.

My favorite resort on the island. I was here on business so I only went to the conference center and went shopping around there. Always hear great things about the rooms.

Great location. Easy didtance from everywhere. Clean and basic judt wanting to sleep here.

Went to Ginza restaurant. The person who handled my phone call and greeted me at the restaurant may not have spoken English very well, but he had repeatedly mentioned that the meal was "all-you-can-eat, " but another kind waitress intervened and informed us that only the sides were unlimited, not the protein. We politely excused ourselves outside for a moment to debate the price. As we debated outside, the host came out to ask us if we still wanted the reservation. It was rushed and a bit rude, despite there not being very many people seated (and no one else waiting) but we again politely declined and suggested he cancel our reservation.

My in laws rented a kitchen suite here for three weeks. Clean and comfortable, there was a great view of the fireworks from the 7th floor. The balcony was very spacious, and the dishwasher was so handy after a long day of adventures. The pool is off site, a short walk down to the Outrigger, and were very accommodating and not much of a hassle. I'll definitely be recommending Regency to friends when they travel to Waikiki.

Located 5 minutes walk from the beach, this place is very nice. They have a full kitchen, a nice bathroom, two balconies, air conditioning, and more. There is a laundry room but you need to pay in quarters and it's pricey. Front desk is very nice though and answers to all our needs! Overall, very nice hotel.

Wonderful dinner options and great view of the ocean.

Starting from the front desk check in I received a bad impression. The lady at the front desk Marjury couldn't be bothered to say hello, hi, aloha, ill be right with you, nothing. We just stood there at the counter wondering if the person who was ignoring us actually worked there. We got our room and took our stuff upstairs the bell boy was helpful. Our room at first glance looked good mainly cause of the great view of the ocean. Once done looking outside and settling in we saw all the dirty surfaces. Layers of dust on the furniture, dirty handprints on cabinets, dirt rings from dishes in the sink, someones earing backs on top of the dusty headboard that higlighted the filth in the room. I pulled back the pillow to find a half drank water bottle underneath. Instantly disgusted by this point and hadn't even made it to the bathroom. We called the front desk and they sent someone but they quickly dismissed us took the bottle and said that house keeping was gone for the day. We asked for credit off the cleaning fees for the room and was told to take it up with the front desk. Seriously disappointed. Update: We stayed the night as there were no more rooms to change to. The walls are very very thin. Heard the stairwell door and elevators in our room all night long. Shower never got beyond luke warm and I underestimated the dirty floor, seen cleaner at truck stops. We ended up calling and changing to the Embassy Suites next door.

Not on the beach but just 1 block away. Room was OK, friends ac didn't work when we arrived.

1st day here so for so good.

Nice lobby. Liked the shops.

Great apartments, a little on the expensive side but Waikiki is always expensive.

Good accommodation, big apartment and reasonable living area. Have access to all of the resort facilities of outrigger.

Great accommodations! Great staff.
