There was a rotten food left in the microwave.

The locks were broken and the door doesn’t completely shut. And there was a big bug in our bed.

Way to noisy door didn’t seem to close tight.

Friendly and helpful staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT WORHT $50 A NIGHT! The pictures they have are a lie this place is a dump idk what was worse the smell or the fear of even siting down in the room. Bathroom looked like a bathroom in a run down mobile home. Went to open fridge and the door was soaked in beer and then the front even fell off the door. I have stayed in nicer swamp fox then this place. Got my money back and ran…

Rooms were clean service was great and the location was easy to access.

Stayed. 7/21/18 in Thermopolis Wy… the staff with the exception of the maintenance man (who checked us in) was amazingly rude. When asking about a discount we were told. Check back in morning. Which we did and was told we had to wait for manager and they'd just do an $8 refund… at one point I was having issues with my phone… asked at front desk to borrow one. Was asked if there wasn't one in the room before the woman loaned me one… just rude. Rude amd ruder throughout. Entire stay… will not stay at another.

My experience with the Quality Inn in Rocky Mount Nc was great. The room was clean and front desk people and house keeping personnel made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely will be staying here the next time im in town.

Nice people at desk. But reservations caused problems where I've been over charged… how long does it take to get it fixed? they will not take notes of the problem. The time or date or hour of charges. Will only look at their computer. i have been charged approximately $650 for one double room for 3 nights. Had made reservations for two rooms for two nights. Cancelled one room cause the air conditioner DID NOT work. If the world is going to live and work only with computer records… then they could learn how to correct errors. repairs should be made to the doorways. Day light shining in the gaps is uncalled for. Especially when critters can enter it easily. DO you want a snake to enter your room?

I arrived late at night, they were so nice. Stained on 1dt floor. Room was clean. It had a small fridge and microwave. They provided a small coffee maker with coffee. I was not able to take advantage of breakfast, I had to leave early.

Showed up 12am got a room, went to room it was already occcupied. Not once but 3 times this happened same night. I got my money put back on my credit card. Shady guy standing outside asking for money as I left. Will never attempt to go there again. On a good note the lady at the counter was kind and apologetic.

Dirty TV didnt work bathroom light flickered couldnt get on the internet. The proce for all tbis too high.

Clean, affordable rooms and suites. Smoking and non-smoking rooms, buffet breakfast. Accepts small pets. Comfortable beds. Good room rates.

This is best hotel stayed in long time. There rooms are exceptionally clean. There staff are very polite and friendly and willing to help out when needed. The breakfast is the best. I would highly recommend anyone traveling threw roanoke rapids to stay at quality inn It has been great experience.

Nice stay came late stuff friendly and accommodating good continental breakfast.

I truly enjoyed my stay from the minute I walked in because the young lady at the desk was so awesome! I wish that I could remember her name but I can't. She was so pleasant and respectful and she didn't even realize this I bet, but she made my day by putting a smile on my face! Thank you Miss. Awesome! Also, my room was extremely clean and breakfast was delicious.

Worst quality inn I ever stayed at definately not the norm for this chain. Refrigerator didn't work toilet was rocking when you sat on it. Cleanliness was not found anywhere in the room or on the balconies and walkways. Nasty!

Rooms were ok, staff was great, bathrooms are too small, and the breakfast was cold.

The building is an older one but very close to I-95 for easy access. The heating unit in our room on the first floor was very noisy and the pillows were quite small, so it was not a particularly restful night. We were travel weary so that added to the equation. The courteous staff were a joy to encounter, especially the cheerful ladies at breakfast. All in all the inexpensive value was worth it.

Toilet seat was broken ceiling falling down not worth the money.

Staff and bedding is wonderful. Pool is great. Room was in a serious state of disrepair, mold and failing ceiling in the shower included. Bathroom was barely large enough to close the door. I would not recommend to others.

This place needs to step there game up. The breakfast is so cold not to mention the molded fruit they have its just time to change it up. I would also like to suggest getting light around the pool area. Its so dark and unsafe. House keeping staff was great!

I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE IN THIS AREA TO NEVER COME TO THIS QUALITY INN! My family and I were traveling back to New York and in a spur of the moment we decide this place was right. We were wrong. We were shocked to find bed bugs on the walls on the lamps and on the bed. Lucky for us we were out of there before we could even say goodbye. The room smelt like urine and the bathroom door was unmanageable. The ceilings had mold and the AC was extremely noisy. All in all, never stay here. If I was able to put no stars I would have!

Room was small. Bathroom was extremely tiny. Some noise from traffic and barking dogs but not enough to disturb sleep. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. Pool is decent size but dry towels were hard to find.

Real nice people. Good hot breakfast. Room smelled when ckd in, nothing air spray couldn't remove, otherwise room was nice and clean. Will stay here next time through. Tks for the hospitality.

I have never dealt with such blatantly rude management in my life. I stayed at this hotel out of convienence and proximity to the interstate. After traveling for 8 hours, I thought it best to check in to this hotel at 3 am. What a mistake! It wasn't until I was states away that I noticed not 1 but 6 different transactions pending on my credit card. Here I am days later having paid well over the intended amount (nearly 50 dollars more than what was advertised online) simply because the MANAGER would not refund the proper over charges and take blame for the clerical errors. Her attitude and over talking was so loud, I had to hold the phone away from my ear. What a tragic excuse for a manager. I understand the holiday weekend (thanksgiving) was stressful for all parties involved but now I have to dispute 400 dollars In fees. I will never stay at a choice affiliated hotel again.

I stayed here while traveling home for Thanksgiving. I was charged multiple times on my credit card for almost $600. The room was only supposed to be $129. We called and they said they would refund us. They refunded one of our 6 charges. The manager was very rude to us on the phone and spoke over us saying the rest would fall off. The charges were already approved on my credit card. We had to call our credit card company to get them removed. Unbelievable, what if I was someone without a credit card, and they took over $600 from my bank account. I wouldn't have been able to get home. The room was nice and very clean.

Keri checked us in and was very helpful! The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Wi-Fi didn't work, kept disconcerting as soon as I connected. However, the staff was extremely courteous and respectful. They were willing to try and fix any issue you may have had.

Most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. I have never paid so much money for a room and have it be so awful. The room was moist. Who says moist? I don't know but that's literally the feeling of wetness! The room reeked of mold and outdoors reeked even worse. The bed was hard. I didn't expect this quality at the price. Never going to a quality in ever again!

The room and the breakfast were good. It had a pool which was nice because it was 35C degrees. Only dissapointment was that the room didnt had Wi-Fi.

Bathroom is very tight to get in and get door closed. Air conditioning very noisy. Way overpriced.

Nice place. Wi-Fi is terrible though. Which is a deal breaker for me considering I have things to do.

My Aunt & Grandmother checked in and then were informed that the key machine was broken but they would get keys soon. After my Aunt asked again about their room key and AFTER unloading the car and my Grandmother's medical equipment they were told they wouldn't be receiving keys. Every time they needed to leave the room they would have to get someone to walk them to their room to let them in! They should have told them the truth up front before checking them in! Traveling with an elderly person and medical equipment is challenging enough, this situation could have been avoided if the hotel was up front about the key problem!

Stopping on our way from Jersey to Florida. Clean, comfy room; Latonya at the front desk is very friendly and polite. Can't complain. :)

Check in was quick and smooth. Room smells like cat urine. Walk in rate is much higher than internet rate. Don't like those games at all. Wifi is unsecured.

It's an OK hotel. Second time staying here. Room was clean, bathroom was small. Wi-Fi did not work in room, needed to go to lobby. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was enough for us since we hit the road early. Price was right.

I was pleased with it. I needed a first floor room and they had one. I was also traveling with my dog. I was pleased that they are pet friendly. The only problem that I had was that it was a smoking room. I'm not a smoker and the smell bothers me. I woke up stuffy. It was a good stop and I will consider t in the future.

Not what I expected for a quality in, the space in the bathroom was so tight the door hit the toilet every time you would open or close it. The shower had a little mold on the ceiling. My biggest complaint was the loud noise from the people above us at 11 pm and didn't stop until the front desk told them the cops were being called. I addressed this with the gm and she at on point was talking over me trying to deflect the problem back onto the front desk. The are not far from a major interstate (rt95) and one person to run the place at night with no security. The only good thing for breakfast was the waffle. I will not stay here again and recommend everyone else to avoid this hotel.

This place is awesome, staff extremely courteous, room is HUGE, CLEAN!
