Love that they allow dogs. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. They provide plenty of towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board coffee pot, microwave and a mini fridge. The staff was nice and they offer a breakfast! If you like Mexican food there is a restaurant that you can dine in or get take out. Over all I give this place 5 stars!

This place has bed bug room 244 was eat up with them little ones and big ones was told you couldn’t get a refund back after 15 minutes this was one of the worst nights of our life’s my 8 year old nephew couldn’t sleep through the night this happen around 12am this is just a warning don’t stay here it’s a waste of money and the staff were not helpful during the situation especially with my mom being allergic to them.

This hotel is great. The rooms were very clean & up to date, and even though the hotel is off a main road, it is a very quiet place, also the staff is extremely nice! We really enjoyed our stay. Especial thanks to Johana Padilla for her kindness and good service.

This is very nice hotel that’s recently remodeled. The lobby, dining area, room and grounds were super clean. The stall were all super polite as should be. And all this for a very fair price.

Our room looked nice and fresh. Looked like the whole Inn has been newly remodeled. I liked all the color schemes chosen for the rooms and the front foyer.

Our family of 3 has stayed here 3 or 4 times this year. 5 star service always. Breakfast is great (almond milk available)! coffee is just right and rooms are always as clean as can be. Love how quiet it is, even on busy weekends. We will be back soon. One of our favorite budget getaways.

They have bed bugs and didn’t help me! They came and cleaned the room after that I found more.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Room smelled a little funky, but got use to it after awhile.

It is out dated and they dont have really clean rooms. The bed sucks and they said they were new. Also I feel like every time I walk into a best western it like I'm stick in the 80's sure I'm an 80's baby but for these rooms I wouldn't want to stay here again. No elevator. Looks like a motel 6 and they allow smoking which is banned from 90% of hotels. I just think they need to step up to the rest of the world and make their rooms more up to date or at least put some effort into making them look good and comfortable.

It was quiet, clean and cozy. The first thing I do when getting a hotel is do a quick sweep, and no bugs! It was clean, quiet and cozy. They had everything I needed. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap, all good name brand! Last but not least, the best breakfast ever! Even had chicken tenders! We didn’t have Dixie with us this time, but they even accept pets! I’ll be staying again!

From check in. To the amazing rooms. If your visiting Hendersonville, North Carolina, I'd definitely stay at Best Western! Sarah at the front desk is simply amazing! She has an amazing smile. So friendly and helpful. After a hard day work, check in was super fast and smooth! We stay here every chance we get when visiting! They offer the most amazing FREE Continental Breakfast! If you see the little short server in the kitchen, be sure and chat with her, too! Occasionally were travel with a pet and Best Western in pet friendly, which is hard to find in Hendersonville! Be sure and enjoy downtown Hendersonville and nearby Chimney Rock State Park!

Pulled in to the Hendersonville Best Western after a long day's work. At the front desk we were greeted by Sarah. In five minutes she had me checked in, pointed in the right direction, and in a better state of mind. As any traveller knows, the front desk can easily turn into a nightmare. So thanks, Sarah. I'm sure you put up with alot, just like me. Kudos for keeping a smile through everything. Breakfast was also better than expected. Roxie actually cares about the food she puts out, and keeps a clean dining area. Definite five stars for the check-in, breakfast, and room.

5's all the way! Everything was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was wonderful! Soft beds, and hot shower. Caroline was very sweet and informative at check in. Jessica and Roxie did a wonderful job keep up with breakfast. Everything was very good and fresh. Caroline was also very sweet, and introduced me to Best Western Rewards during check out. Loved it here, and can't wait to return soon. Great management. Amy does a wonderful job, and has an amazing team. Everyone was always smiling and was very helpful.

Upon check in on 5/23/18, we were informed the pool was not in service. This was a big reason we booked — for a pool. Nothing was posted about pool open or closed dates. Traveled from Michigan to North Carolina with 4 children who were beyond upset they couldn’t swim. After getting dinner, we were settling into the room, and there was a bug crawling on the bed under the blanket. My husband went to complain to management, who was hesitant in giving a refund. Management sent in maintenance to check the room out. He saw the bug, and then we noticed larvae on the opposite bed. Absolutely disgusting. He said this was unacceptable (I did not get his name. He was very kind. ) We were able to get a refund luckily, because there was no way I could stay in that hotel with my family.

Great place with an excellent free breakfast. The Wi-Fi was strong here and the price was reasonable. The staff were all very kind, front desk and food staff alike. The lobby is beautifully done and the rooms are clean and modern. It's conveniently located just off the main highway and is close to several restaurants.

As far as best westerns go, this one was a bit on the low end. We stayed one night, and although it was a pleasant stay, we would have rather stayed in a indoor hotel. Rooms were very nice though, with a nice hot high pressure shower. They had one of the most limited channel selections I have seen for some time and no other features to really offer. Pool was down, breakfast had a decent selection though. All in all pretty average, but I think it was reasonably priced for such.

Overall good stay. Quiet and comfortable room. No bathroom exhaust fan. Slippery tub and very soft water. Comfortable bed, sheets and blankets. Good breakfast bar. Unique toilet (pressurized flush). We stayed several nights. Had an issue with the door lock — had to have the manager help us with it. Overall a good stay.

Looks like this hotel still hasn’t learned their lesson. Since 2003 I have used Priceline and Hotwire to book hotels, and only twice in my life has a hotel refused to either offer for free or offer for a fee a king sized bed. In both cases, the hotel was really a crummy, run down motel, such as this establishment. The way that normal hotels operate when you book through a 3rd party is to 1. Offer you a king sized bed as a courtesy, 2. Offer you a king bed for an additional fee, or 3. Tell you that unfortunately their king beds are all taken. This hotel’s management tells you that, yes, they have king beds available, and no, you may NOT have one for free, OR for an additional fee. And they tell you this happily, with a smile on their faces. It is a clearly a spite move, when customers don’t book directly through them, and get a discounted rate on an already over priced dump heap of a room. Hospitality much? As an aside, the hotel rooms are smelly like a wet dog and cigarette smoke, the floors are dirty and the entire room appears to be covered in a fine layer of grime. Also, don’t bother trying to speak to the general manager Amy Moser, as she won’t return calls or emails. Why this hotel continues to be labeled as a 3-Star baffles me.

For the price, you get a very comfortable, clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Plan on staying here again. I will pass on the Mexican restaurant next time, food was not nearly as good as I hoped.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay here. Room decor is modern and comfy. Check in and check out process was super easy. I wish we would have known that the hotel was pet friendly because we would have brought our fur baby. If we ever come back in this area, I would stay again.

Needed a room late at night and Sarah at the front desk gave the best customer service I've had at a hotel. She was friendly, kind, very helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you Sarah!

Beds were worn out 3 years ago, bathroom design is almost unusable, and the rooms are in need of maintenance, and renovation. They are not the same outfitting in any room, and most of the showers are little better than trickels. I have stayed in 3 rooms over the month I have been here. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. There is no sound proofing in the rooms, so you can listen to every single word the people around you say. Parking lot design seems to be meant more to prevent you from leaving, as with a few cars properly, large sections become unusable. Breakfast is ready, but has no taste. If it is even edible. Stick to the things you can make in a toaster.

Pleasant stay in a nice room with decent amenity. Loved having the fridge and microwave in every room. The FREE breakfast was THE BEST. It had just about everything. Biscuits, gravy, toast, yogurt, fried apples, eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit, chicken, waffles, muffins, donuts, potatoes. It was fantastic! Decent selection of restaurants nearby and even a Walmart SuperCenter for any essentials you may have forgotten. Mexican restaurant attached seems popular and the smell was delicious though I didn't eat there myself. Highly recommend.

As a Best Western Gold member, we’ve stayed at several across the country with some being better than others. Upon arrival to this motel, my husband took a bad fall in the rear of the property as we were looking for our room, due to an inadequately marked handicap ramp drop off. After hobbling to our room, I grabbed an ice bucket to get some ice, only to find the closest one not working. I then ran up to the front desk and waited several minutes until someone finally appeared. When I told her what happened and asked if she had any ice packs, she seemed quite unconcerned and just said, no I don’t, but there’s another ice machine I could try. I then asked if they had any kind of accident/incident report that she could fill out. She said she’d check and then asked me to forward the pictures I took of where it happened to her cell phone. Upon check out the next morning, no one said a word. When I asked about it, they just told me they forwarded it to management. Never were we given an apology or any type of indication that they even cared what happened. I’m very thankful that my husband’s injury was only a bad sprain not anything worse. But the treatment we received from the staff was seriously lacking empathy or taking any sort of responsibility for providing a safe environment for their guests.

Was glad they accepted pets. Just wish there was more space outside for walking pets. Rooms were clean and beds extremely comfortable. Best free breakfast I've ever had. Would stay again.

Although the room had a strong smell of cigarettes! the truth the attention of the staff and the breakfast very good!

Easy access. This was one of the cleanest friendliest hotels I’ve ever been in. The breakfast was really good. We had no problems whatsoever. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, everything was in working order. The staff was very nice and friendly. The price was right and I would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. Having been in business for many years, I learned it is the front line that represents your company. The gentleman who checked me in yesterday and the lady on the desk this morning are two people who do Best Western proud, I don't know their names and no, I don't work for Best Western. I just like to give credit where credit is due. My only complaint is that I didn't find the pillows very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, perhaps next time just bring my own pillow.

Stopped on our way from a personal trip from the coast. We had prior reservations. The hotel staff were under additional stress because of the snow storm (7+ inches) that was happening. They were very courteous, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer. This is a pet friendly hotel and I would recommend it to anyone, with or without pets. The rooms were clean, updated and odor free. Thanks so much staff.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed are almost too soft, pillows are too soft. Shower water pressure was incredible, loved it. Room has modern up to date decor. I would definitely recommend this Best Western.

BEWARE! First and last time staying at this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was nothing but problems from the time I arrived to the time I left and still was dealing with issues 3 days later. I stayed at this hotel because it was the only pet friendly one in the area until I went to my next location for vacation. It was almost a 5 hour drive from my home to here check in was at 3 I got there at 1 I went inside to see if my room was possibly ready and was rudely greeted at the check in desk by a guy named Dan who said no it would be 3 or later. I went and grabbed something to eat and came back and checked in at 2:55 and it took me over 15 minutes to check in because he said he couldn’t see and was using a magnifying glass to see the screen and would he let anyone else help him? Of course not he was rude to them too. Finally I got to my room 112 which was nasty and extremely out dated in my opinion and the whole time staying there I felt disgusted the shower was dirty in the bottom and bathroom floor was sticky even the walls were dirty. I was only staying for one night so I tried to deal with it. The TV was constantly freezing up and the room had a bad smell. To get ice, food, etc you have to walk all the way around the building if you are on the back side which is a pain when it is pouring the rain like it was when I was there plus the drinks in the machine were all hot not cold.

Rooms were nice and clean, included pull out sleeper, King bed, flat screen TV, mini fridge. Continental breakfast included hot items like eggs, sausage, gravy, and waffles. Good quality food. Pleasant staff made getting in and getting out easy.

Everything about the hotel was pleasant especially the bed and pillows. Cisco vendor breakfast could use some improvements, like adding salsa and cheese to the eggs or some fruit topping for the waffles. Would make the place 5 star quality. Should be a plus facility.

Great place to get away from FL summers, hiking, biking, kayak, walking, tubing, swimming and breathing nice cool mountain air. The area is surrounded by parks, produce stands, mountains, dog friendly places and lots of hospitality. This hotel was rated high because of their hospitality and friendly staff. Room clean and smelled good. Breakfast great. BW is a good value if you like getting away, but not losing your savings. Hendersonville is a gem, stay at least a week and bring a peck of homegrown honeycrisp apples with you from a local stand!

The hotel is easy to locate and drive to right off the exit. The rooms are a bit dated, but still very clean and we'll kept. This has been an enjoyable stay. Their complimentary breakfast it's great!

This is an excellent hotel. The room was spotless. It even smelled clean when we opened the door the first time. The pool was clean and very nice. Sarah and Jana at the front desk were wonderful. They made my seven year old daughter's birthday even better by treating her like an adult and handing her the room keys. The two ladies at the front desk really made her day better.

We tried to book a room here through Priceline for this weekend. We called to make a room change on our reservation and Dan at the front desk was less than helpful. He refused to make a change, even though they had King rooms available, he was keeping us in a double handicapped room. Priceline was more than helpful to cancel the reservation. I would advise Best Western hotels to get with the rest of the brands and treat your customers like they should be treated. Do not book here.

Room was nice! Check in and check out went smoothly. Continental breakfast was meh, but that's how it always is. It was exactly as billed, and the receptionist was friendly.

Pleasantly surprised! Very nice, clean room comfortable bed, plumbing and air conditioning well maintained. I will definitely recommend. Good value compared to other properties in the area.

Clean room and beds. Bathroom is decent as well, microwave and fridge in rooms. Pet fee is $10 per pet. For a short stay it was a good motel. One complaint I do have is the "queen" size beds are actually xl full beds, a little longer but the width is that of a full size bed.

The room was adequate and spacious. The staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly. For my purposes, the location was ideal — near a major highway but not too far away from the places I need to visit.

Upon checking in and picking up my room keys I had walked by a few stray dogs to get to my room. When I got to my room the door would not open and I had to return to the front desk to get assistance. Once I returned to the room a second time with an associate they could not open the door through any methods. The hotel then assigned me a second room, this is when things got interesting. I went to enter the second room the hotel had assigned me and my key card would not work. I went back to the front desk yet again to get another card, the front desk attendant had such poor vision she could not correctly enter my room number to program my card, so I had to assist her with her job. Once I finally arrived at my room, with the correct key, and a functioning door, I was suprised when in saw the room was in decent shape. Then I went to turn the AC on, suprise suprise it did not work at all. At this point it was 11:00 pm and I had a business meeting in 8 hours. At this point I was laughing at how poor the service was, this hotel is a joke. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Older woman at the front desk is a real sweet heart, even called us in our room to make sure everything was satisfactory and ask if we needed anything. The room was clean. It could use updating but the beds were clean and very comfortable and the room had a nice flat screen so we were content. They provide a solid free breakfast and the Wi-Fi had great signal. Only downside is that the rooms seem to be poorly insulated so when the hotel is busy and when noisy cars drive by outside its quite disturbing. At times when the hotel is busy we'll pay a little more to stay somewhere quieter. Otherwise this is the place for us when we stay in Hendersonville.

Well, my friend is currently staying at this hotel. They have stated that "the bathroom feels claustrophobic" and the continental breakfast is "kinda mediocre" which is why she just grabed a box of fruit loops and headed back to her room. Otherwise she is quite enjoying her stay, the staff presents themselves well and it is kept very tidy. She is enjoying the pool and the warm southern air. I personally love the fact that the name of the street is Sugarloaf Road. It just makes her stay seem as though its quite sweet. Great stay place to stay. (just find somewhere to get breakfast, I suggest Cracker Barrel).

Rooms were clean as nice as any 4 or more star motel. The bad surprise was the cost of one room. A guest in front of me had 4 people that paid the same amount as I paid for 1 guest.

The facility was adequate but we stayed here because their website stated “Hot Eggs” as part of the free breakfast. Don’t believe it. The free breakfast was dismal! A hard boiled egg next to a microwave does not qualify as a Hot Egg breakfast.

They are charging $103/night. We had a coupon and ended up paying $55. I would have never paid full price. It appeared clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was apparent as well as two ashtrays. What year is this? It is an older motel with a dated remodel. Breakfast was ok. Nothing great. I wouldn't recommend.

This is a budget hotel compared to others in the area but we had no issues with the hotel or staff. The rooms are nothing special but they were clean. The rooms do face the outside of the hotel which can be a turnoff. The pool area was clean and staff members brought us towels for the kids. I would stay here again.

Worst best western I've ever stayed in. Everything is old and worn out TV door knob and pool. I should have just stayed at the econo lodge or my father's favorite, the rest stop motel a k a the rest area l o l! P. S. Their own and said satellite cable TV hello I got more channels on the rabbit ears in the seventy's.

I read the bad reviews from a couple of year ago — and im thinkin they must have remodeled since? maybe under new management? I stayed here 2-2009 and it definately didnt reflect all the bad feedback. This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, it was super quiet and the staff was very freindly. The breakfast was awesome with waffles actually made right on the spot for you (not frozen). Rates were the best I could find — I used the coupon and tried 4 other places close by. I would definately stay again.

This is a budget hotel. If you are really on a budget and will only be there a day or two, this isn't a bad option. The carpeting in our room was dirty and worn and the wallpaper was yellowing and peeling. There is a lot of road noise because all of the rooms open out to the outside. We requested a crib for one of our children and received the expected pack-n-play. Which smelled like smoke and looked dirty. We would have hoped they would segregate cribs used in smoking rooms from cribs used in non-smoking rooms. The staff is nice enough and they clean the rooms as best they can, but I caught one of the cleaning crew smoking in the supply room. With the door to the linens OPEN. The breakfast area tables are extremely small and can barely accommodate a family of four. And they had no high chairs for toddlers. They have free continental breakfast, but it is not a deluxe breakfast, and I was a bit wary of the fact that the butter and milk were not kept on ice. The pool is very nice and kept clean, but it is not an indoor pool, so if your weather is bad you are out of luck. The pool and very limited cable TV are the only activities for your kids if you are around the hotel a lot, which we were for naptimes and just some rest from the warm days. I booked the hotel online and I booked and was confirmed for a non-smoking room, but was told when I checked in that it was booked as a smoking room.
