Very clean. Guy that worked that night was very helpful. Great service. Would stay again.

Apparently I can’t give it a 0 ⭐️ otherwise I would! This was one of the filthiest Days Inn I have ever stayed in. It started with the front desk person being extremely rude and escalated from there. After our keys didn’t work in the first room and my husband went to get those fixed we were in the room less then 2 minutes due to a grossly clogged toilet and mold. Our next room wasn’t much better. Plastic was sticking out on the box spring, the tub was filthy, it smelled of old smoke/mold, and the wall paper was peeling off everywhere. The only reason we stayed was because we had too long of a drive after a family reunion; otherwise we would have been gone. We will never stay at this place again. I wish I could post the photos on here that I took. I’ll find a place to post them though. My suggestion is to pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

This place was disgusting! Wish I could give negative stars! We had no choice but to take the last room available, which was a smoking room… it reeked. Burn holes, filthy bathroom. Was charged $140 for a $50 room at best. The desk manager was asleep in a chair when we went to check out. Next time I'll sleep in my car if this is my only choice.

Very disappointed with Wyndham sharing their name with Days Inn, in this case. My husband was more disappointed last night when he had asked for a non-smoking room and was asked if we were smokers, he replied yes and the receptionist said we had to have a smoking room because we smoke (discrimination), and my husband explained that we do not smoke in our "own home". My husband had noticed the filter in the air conditioner was dirty (replace the filter), the tub had coffee stains from the previous customer or cleaning crew (managers — double check the rooms), the curtains wouldn't close properly on the sides (have someone alter the curtains with extra privacy), the bath towels were sitting on the back of the toilet (due to no towel rack), the microwave had not been cleaned in a while (should be on the checklist for cleaning crew), you could see and feel what side of the bed was used as a seat and/or couch (flip, turn or rotate that mattress/ or replace it), and the biggest disappointment for me was the "Continental Breakfast". Or "lack of", I don't eat breakfast but I do Love my Coffee… my husband had gone to the office area to get us coffee, another gentleman was standing their waiting for the door to be opened (at 6:15am), whom ever the morning person was had been sitting around eating something then finally noticed the guys standing there, rudely took down the "use night window" off of the door (acting as though he was being disturbed) and then walked away out of view.

If I could leave no stars I would! The first room I was given the room was never cleaned beds slept in coke and beer cans everywhere! The 2nd room had mold all around the roof in the bathroom and a dead roach stuck to the wall and a used towel hanging behind the door. GROSS I was exhausted so we stayed. Unfortunately I had no other Choice but to stay another night because it was Saturday and no other hotels were available. This room was better and again I was so exhausted from hiking that I actually slept this night, both rooms had new beds but might as well slept on a board. I would definitely pay the extra money for a better motel in advance next time. I'm not classy but this place needs new management and room cleaning professionals! Spend the extra $30 and go somewhere better.

Clerk was friendly. Older facilities. Sink didnt have stopper. Bathtub and toilet were stained, but had been cleaned. Seemed fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Despite being by a busy road room/sleep was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was basic but nice; cereal, oatmeal, toast, juice, boiled eggs. We would stay here again.

Comfortable. Limited items for continental breakfast. Staff not very polite, though not rude either. All in all, acceptable.

Room was dated, clean but dated… Beds fairly comfortable… AC/heater unit was loud and didn't work very well… The continental breakfast was extremely basic and late… (Breakfast was supposed to be from 6am-9am, but the lobby wasn't unlocked until almost 7) … Cheap place to stay the night, pet friendly, but not luxurious by anyone's standard unless you just came home from prison or sleep on park benches regularly…

They were very understanding, considerate, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Service at the front desk was outstanding.

The girl at the desk was very nice, the room was clean, and the beds where very NICE and the sheets where very soft. It was very quiet wasn't loud at night at all. The breakfast bar was ok but it it could be improved but it wasn't bad. Also the TV was very nice worked amazingly.

Breakfast is lacking. All else is decent.

It’s a bad feeling when you go in to a hotel and it’s obvious the staff is trying to do as little for you as possible. Charged me 120 for one night. Tv didn’t work right. The screen was messed up or the settings where locked so the screen was so dim you couldn’t see it. I found a needle cap in the bed. Which led me to believe there was a used needle in the room which is kinda f’ed. Literally the entire night a guy sat next to my door and played with his phone. Kinda bothered me but was tired and just wanted to sleep. Got up the next morning hoping for decent food but I had a massive choice of fruit loops or Cinnamon Toast Crunch. No milk but Luke warm orange juice or apple juice. Left there went 400 feet down the road to econolodge. Cheaper by about 40% not perfect but they have a very decent breakfast and the people there are solid and at least do there jobs. I’ve been staying there a lot lately and have never seen a roach or got eaten up by bed bugs.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would stay there again.

The room was fine, until the weather drop in the teens. There wasn't any heat or hot water.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent costumer service. We arrived Saturday at 5am and had a bad experience at another hotel but the front desk agent was very helpful. I will definitely be booking again on my next visit to NC.

The room was adequate for our needs, but just adequate. There were gaps around the bottom right corner of the door and frame that let the outside air in, and also made it easier to hear the noise from outside. One of the seat backings on the toilet was broken off, causing the seat to slide if you did not sit carefully. There were some spots of mildew along the top edge of a shower that was designed for someone under 5-feet-six inches tall. So the room was in a little bit of disrepair and not thoroughly cleaned. One of the beds had a small inch-long stain on the sheet that I'll assume for my peace of mind was red nail polish. The same sheet was still on the bed the following day after housekeeping came in, so housekeeping did not change the sheets, but they did remove about a quarter of the one-gallon apple juice bottle we had stored in the mini fridge. They spilled a little of it on the floor of the refrigerator and did not bother to wipe it up. For all we know, they drank it directly out of the bottle, so we were not about to drink any more of it. They also left the TV on in the room, tuned to a Spanish-language station. When I informed the front desk, all I got was "Uh-oh, that's weird" and a vague promise to tell the manager. I told them that we left the apple juice in the room so housekeeping could enjoy the rest of it. We will not be back.

Possibly the worst check in experience I've ever had, yes I had a reservation, but the person at the desk hadn't emailed the necessary form to be signed by the person paying, so I couldn't check in til that happened, over an hour I waited and this email still had not gone through. Why? Because she didn't have cell signal to send it and was not yet connected to the Wi-Fi at the hotel. While waiting in the lobby I witness similar experiences for other people trying to check in with reservations. Onto the room. It's a non smoking room. The smoke detector has been ripped from the wall, there is a sensor on the bottom of the TV that looks like a camera or crazy anti theft device. The water in the shower was the most fickle contraption, the single knob turned around and around with no real gauge to tell what temperature you would get, after 20 minutes I found the hot water, and then a little more trickery to get it to a moderately warm, not scalding not freezing usable temperature. Turned on the heat (window unit) only to get a horrible, dizzying headache and have to cut it off and go outside for fresh air. On the bright side the bed is fairly comfortable, the pillows are excellent, and there seems to be some nice channels on TV as well.

We requested non smoking but they gave us smoking. I will take responsibility on that. I didn't check when they sent confirmation of reservation. It reeked of smoke. Someone had put dryer sheets in the vent hoping to lesson the smell. We walked into the bathroom and the seat with cover was leaning against wall. The cleaning lady should of reported it as nd if she did they didn't fix it. The manager brought it up and was trying to fix it but was having trouble so my husband did it. Would have left but not sure they wouldn't have charged us.

Very disappointed at the cleanliness of our room. Coffee pot tray dirty, hair from previous guests in sink, floor needed vacuuming and cleaning. The positive. Staff were very friendly.

Man this place was just what I was looking for its. Little dated but the rooms are. Clean and a great price.

Awful experience this visit. Last year was much better. From no towels, unchanged beds, imagine getting into bed and seeing hair (all kinds), AND the knife. Yessssss and a knife, switch blade of some kind. The cockroaches, it was terrible. We would have changed places but with the Apple Festival, all the hotels were full. Don't waste your money here. Oh, I took pictures because I thought no one believe it. I will be contacting someone at their corporate offices.

The front desk was helpful and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean, well-lit and have everything that I need. Would recommend if you need a clean well-lit place to stay.

The front desk worker was insanely rude and condescending. My gps took us to this hotel, and our hotel was next door out of sight. My roommate went to ask for directions, and came out three different times to make sure I had the right address. Only upon the last time entering did she say it's next door. Before that she gave him a rotten attitude and was far from helpful. We drove down here from Michigan. I thought there was supposed to be southern hospitality when you go down south. This woman had zero hospitality, 0/0 would not recommend.

Completely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and hostile dude at the front desk. Immediately walked out and stayed somewhere else.

Extremely unfriendly! Charges more than quoted then when we arrived there were additional markups in price. Couldn't go elsewhere because it was the day of booking already and wanted to keep all the money if canceled. After shopping for the best price, we were given the price we were quoted then on the day of we were paying more than $120 more than the neighboring motels. Even behind the door on the hotel the price originally quoted was listed. They simply jacked prices up after cancellation deadline had passed. Lady at reception desk was extremely unprofessional. Went outside into the parking to yell at the family in the car. Refrigerator was broken and smelled terrible. We had to carry the fridge out and carry the replacement to the room. All in all a terrible experience with Days Inn! Will never recommend this days inn to anyone. Spare yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

This was quite possibly one of the most run-down Days Inn that I've been to over the years. The location was good. I requested a handicap room and got it. So that was good. But the breakfast was certainly sub par and not very well executed. The staff were all very nice.

It was clean, not to bad for the price either, the breakfast was ok. Something small but nothing fancy. They were remodeling so there was so stuff missing or holes in the wall but it was decent for the price. I would stay again if needed.

Tried to get a room and a women stated that since we are local people she couldn't get a room for the price listed instead she wanted to charge $89.99 plus tax due to local people tearing up her rooms…

The ro was adequate, but they seemed to use feather pillows (I'm allergic), the sink and battle drained EXCRUCIATINGLY slowly and the shower curtain was speckled with mildew. The towels and sheets both felt like sandpaper. It worked for what I nedded, which was a cheap place to stay, but I probably won't be coming back.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Please add water to your contentinal breakfast.

The hotel price was the only great thing. However, I got what I payed for. The pictures used online where I signed up did not represent the hotel truthfully. It looks more like a Motel. At checkin they wanted to recharge my card until I ensured them that I had paid online. They charge $10 per day for a microwave / refrig. Although after refusing that offer the owner did offer a discount and only charged me $10 for both nights. Only because I was unaware that I reserved a non refundable room did I stay or else I would have gone to another hotel. Upon entering my room I was hit with a pungent order that smells like mold. I had to buy a can of lysol and air spray. I had a headache the entire stay in the room. Breakfast was instant oatmeal packets, store bought mini pastries, wrinkled apples, toast, etc. I wish hotels that don't really have breakfast food would only be allowed to state what they actually do offer to eat. I would not stay at this facility again nor recommend it to anyone. Dont stay there!

The room smelled bad. Like mold and a LOT of chemicals to mask it. There was black mold growing on the ceiling along with a lot of dirt and cobwebs. My husband walked from the bed to the bathroom and back wearing new white socks. The bottoms of his feet were black. The carpet also seemed to be damp, besides dirty. There were dark curly hairs in the bedding. It was late, so we stayed the first night, and the manager refused to refund us for the other 2 nights we had reserved. We both woke up with respiratory problems from breathing in the moldy, chemical filled air. Stay away, especially if you have kids with you. I will be contacting Days Inn Corporate to see if they can help me, but I don't hold out much hope.

We thought we saw a bed bug in room 210, and a few days later I found I was covered in bites. Checked the Bed Bug Registry later and found a report from months earlier for room 210 (the hotel is listed twice there, on both Orrs Camp and Mitchelle Roads — check both listings). Avoid.

We stopped here on our way home from Florida. The staff was friendly, even though they were standing around outside. Without shoes on?! We paid too much for this very dirty room (read: beard trimmings around the sink), and breakfast was toast and donuts still in their Aldi brand packaging, but we were exhausted and didn't have much choice. Definitely will not stay again.

Cheapest hotel in the area. For a reason.

The hotel is nice enough. It's your average 2ish star place. Watch out for the $10 fridge/microwave fee they ask you about when you check in. We said no we wouldn't need either but our room had both anyhow. I suspect all the rooms have both and they're charging those that say up front they'll use them. Shady.

The room is noisy, cheap, very dirty wear your socks and shoes on the flooring. Did not find a sign of bed bugs. I looked. Bathroom was filthy, visible mold and mildew around the inside of the tub, Along the bottom of the toilet. Hair behind the bathroom door. Roll-away bed mattress was about 2 inches thick. This was one of the most miserable nights ever in a hotel/motel. Breakfast consisted of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, microwave oatmeal, instant coffee, and instant hot chocolate. NO fruit or fruit juices.
