I think the $56 non-refundable pet fee is ridiculously high. It's really not necessary to charge THAT much, even if there is a stain or odor to clean up afterwards. Could at least make it refundable back to the card after the fact if there's no "damage. "

For this to be a pretty new motel. We were not impressed. We had to stay here 3 nights due to our air conditioner went out in home. In our hotel room the bathroom had not been cleaned very good. My husband got a house keeper that was on our floor to come and clean it again. The supervisor that was over housekeeping asked if we were pleased after cleaning. We said yes but had not looked at bathroom after she cleaned until 30 mins later and it still wasn't cleaned that good. I told hubby just leave it alone. I did not want any kind of retaliation from house keepers. Also it's a little expensive. You do not get any kind of breakfast free. No free coffee for guests in lobby. Nothing. For 2 people it cost 395.00 for 3 nights. I dont recommend this place.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our week has been at the Greensboro Garden Inn Hilton. The staff has been a complete delight from the front desk to housekeeping we have been treated so well. I have the hardest time sleeping and usually toss and turn while waking up several times a night but this week I feel like I have been sleeping on a cloud, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Last but not least the food here is consistently prepared perfectly and the servers are so polite and always provide service with a smile, in fact every employee always has a smile on their face and a warm greeting for the guests. We are beyond thrilled with our stay and will be back everytime we visit Greensboro. If you want a wonderful experience I highly recommend The Garden Inn Hilton. Definitely a 5 star experience that is affordable and luxurious.

Nice hotel. Very clean and good area. My key card to my room wasnt working. My roommate was knocked the hell out in there sleeping and couldn't hear me knocking. So I asked the lady at the front desk to reset my key. It is policy for them to need you ID to make a new card for a guest. But my wallet was in the room. Of which I could not get into. I ended up having to sleep in my car.

Me and my husband love this hotel … we been traveling a lot lately and have stayed at numerous of hotels. But this hotel by far was the best … the staff treated us like family and the comfort of this hotel is outstanding! Bernard & Priscilla McCallum.

Typical garden inn, good breakfast and free if diamond. Plenty of other places to eat in walking distance. Nice patio for cigar people.

We had a spa party for my niece. & the staff was great. We felt very welcomed and the breakfast in the morning was awesome. The Grits are completely amazing! wonderful place to stay! I will definitely be using them for any family events & anytime we need a hotel.

A courier left a letter for me at the front desk containing a gift certificate. My name was on the front. The manager OPENED it. He never called to tell us it was there or had someone bring it up. We went to pick it up and he handed it to us and told he opened it up to check it out. What in the world!

Decent hotel, was there for a meeting. Spacious, friendly staff, dated decor in the lobby and banquet/meeting room. Parking could be better, and finding the driveway was a little challenging, signage could be better.

It was very clean and comfortable. The young ladies at the desk greeted me promptly upon approaching the desk. I had an extra early morning check-out and couldn't get a receipt in hand. This was my one issue.

I loved it, but the wake-up calls were not correct two mornings. Thursday they were an hour late, and Friday they were an hour and a half late. I reported this to the front desk in case their system was having issues in hopes of it being helpful!

The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. And if that wasn't enough, they had great gym and pool facilities and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed… highly recommended!

The room was excellent. Everything was clean and great service. The service at the restaurant needs attention. Our food was not warm and then we had to track down a worker to pay our bill after waiting well over thirty minutes.

Hilton properties has always been my preference in my business and personal travels. This pass weekend was just another example of the unique and pleasant people of Hilton properties. We used the HGI at Greensboro airport to house a wedding party. This was the third time we had used Hilton properties for wedding, and while each different property was great, HGI in Greensboro was extremely fantastic. Andrew Gorman and Julie Clinard treated my family like royalty, and made our child’s wedding day a joy.

Clean, bright, and quite pleasant! The nighttime staff at the desk and at the restaurant are wonderful. I usually eat away from my hotel when I travel but I don't regret it. Staff: Entertaining, polite, and perfectly social. Food is delicious! For the lady at the desk (I forget her name), guy in the bar (I think his was John, started with a J), blonde lady and guys cooking and working in the kitchen — they're all awesome, and it eases the stress that comes with travelling to have staff that gives a pleasant experience. The housekeepers do a great job of making the room smell great, too! Keep up the great work!

Check in and out was efficient. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Love when it's a walk-in shower and not a shower/tub combo. Convenient location, will stay again the next time we're in the area.

We had 5 adults and 3 children. We had 2 rooms that were more than sufficient. The entire staff were MORE than friendly. The breakfast was great for all of us and the waitress was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Clean rooms and entire building. Definitely give you 5 stars.

We got upgraded to a suite. It was super nice. Big bathroom. The breakfast was good as well and it was reasonably priced.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. I'm kind of shocked at how many restaurants were near by. I'm not saying there's a lot but there's a decent selection.

I have been here for a week. I was renting one of the Meeting Rooms. This hotel is very clean. Excellent customer service. Coffee was always warm and they kept it on a schedule. Everyone is nice and helpful. There is plenty of room for parking.

‪Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro NC was great. Ms Kendra, Ms Shawnee, Ms Kaley the Front desk personnel was fantastic. Very helpful with directions and site suggestions. The pool was AWESOME! The housekeeping made the stay relaxing. The tea selection was GREAT! All in all I have to say this hotel ROCKED.

The rooms were comfortable but why would the desk agent assign me to a room that has a massive flood light partially pointed at my window. It was so bright the darkening curtains didn't work. Look at this beautiful view (that's not camera flash, it's a flood light).

Was only in the conference room. They are very accommodating and the service is on point. The lunches are not bad at all.

We stayed for a girls night out and all of us found the accommodations excellent and the staff superior. When you can please 5 different personalities all at the same time, you have accomplished a great deal!

Didn't have the best service at breakfast. Waiter said original person to work was off and he was filling in. Overcooked eggs, had to return them. He forgot to bring them to me and l had to go get them. He put in toast for me to toast but forgot to get it. I ate my husband's toast. I wish there was a hot tub. That would have been awesome. Other than that rooms for clean, staff was friendly. I gave 4 stars due to the breakfast experience.
