Endangering guests with black mold in their rooms! How disgusting! They should give their guest a refund so they can take their business elsewhere!

My room has black mold. There isn’t anything they can do because all the rooms are booked up. I’m out of luck and sadly I can only turn to social media to post my dissatisfaction. This isn’t acceptable conditions to sleep in and moving to my co workers room and sleeping on the couch is my only option. Don’t stay here. 3308 isler street

My in laws stayed there and the Air conditioning controls did not work the AC ran all night and the room was freezing. Other than that the hotel was fine. There is construction all around the hotel so it looks like it is in a construction zone, but once inside the hotel was fine.

Clean, nice rooms. Good atmosphere. Good breakfast. Only negative was the bed was kind of lumpy.

Good location close to other under construction hotels. Believe its a growing area. Friendly staff and nice restaurants close by.

My Husband Kelly Foster is currently staying in this crime riddled unsafe area/hotel due to a job assignment. According to reviews this is a great hotel and location. Shame on the liars who made these false statements. My husband's work truck has been vandalized 2 times within 4 days of his stay. The last time the truck was parked in front of the lobby right in front of cameras. There has been police reports filed, but owners and staff refuse to review footage on camera days after theft. I personally think at this point it is an inside job, I bet some friends or kin of the thieves work in this establishment. I have worked in the Hotel business before and I know we would be reviewing cameras and trying to help the guest as much as possible. At this point at least a couple of thousand if not more $$$ has been stolen from his locked work truck again parked in front of cameras at the front lobby. Never stay here, they do not make the beds and clean rooms properly either. *****The maid has a habit of putting a do not disturb sign on your door so she does not have to clean the room. Jf.

Nice enough room, but with broken ice machines and an unuseable pool because of a layer of oily sludge… we simply cannot justify the price! Very disappointed! :' (

For the price the upkeep of the hotel could have been better. The construction at the entrance makes it hard to find. The restaurant info in the rooms is out of date. But I would give it another chance in the distant future.

We stayed here while in town for our nephew graduation from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical college. The staff at comfort suites was very nice. Their attitudes matched their appearances. Our room was nicely cleaned, and fresh smelling. Service was great overall, and I really appreciated them taking the time to wrap each apple individually for safe handling and eating in case it was dropped on the floor. Keep up the good work.

This hotel is infested with bugs. The general manager would not respond to my complaint. I was also double charged and the hotel would not cooperate with my bank to remove the charges.

The only reason this hotel is even getting 1 star is the super sweet and nice lady that worked the Breakfast bar. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in, there were hateful looks and attitudes from work staff. I was then taken to a room that was not CLEAN! Had open bars of soap in the tub and a half drunk plastic cup of water that my 2 year old picked up off the counter! I told the front desk about my issue and NOT ONCE DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE TO ME for the unclean room they put me in or the inconvenience. Everyone was snappy and short. I was so displeased. No compensation or APOLOGY for crying out loud. It was so unprofessional. I then received a bill that was 30 dollars more then the final bill they slipped under my door the next morning that did include taxes! Waiting to hear back as to why this has happened. So all in all, rude staff, sorry hotel, spoke with not 1 but 3 hateful and disresepectful employees, dirty room and no customer service or satisifaftion. Sorry hotel.

Area around it was under construction, so driving through that was interesting, but not thier fault. Check in was smooth, room was clean and nice sized… tho website said 2 queens… definitely 2 Full size beds. Breakfast was good — kids loved it. Nutella on thier waffles!

Comfortable beds and fantastic service. Ask for Ms. Shirley while eating breakfast! She is incredibly upbeat and friendly, offering delightful but not intrusive conversation.

Hotel is behind a construction area for two new hotels and the driveway is pretty well torn up. However the hotel itself is nice. Clean, well maintained mini-suites with sofa beds and added space. Pretty good hot breakfast and friendly staff. Indoor pool, fitness room, and spacious and well equipped business center. Close to numerous restaurants and the Koury Convention Center, but I'd suggest against walking because of the nearby construction. Overall, a great hotel option in Greensboro, especially with the added space of a suite at reasonable rates.

My stay was just one night but I was extremely comfortable and secure. The staff was excellent in hospitality and doing their duties, especially the woman who handled the breakfast! She was most helpful. My room, although right by the elevator, was clean, comfortable and secure. My only issue was the road leading to the hotel. Construction made it difficult to travel, but that wasn't an issue with Comfort Suites. On my next trip to Greensboro, I will be staying there again if necessary.

Paid extra for a hot tub room because my back was hurting. The hot tub did not work. I was told by the front desk that a maintenance person would be up in 20 minutes. Half hour later they said it would be 30 more minutes. I had to go to the desk to get the truth. I then find out that the person that I talked to had left for the night and there was no mmaintenance people on call. They refused to reduce our room rate unless we changed rooms. My wife was asleep after waiting so long to find the truth and I did not want to wake her. A week later corporate headquarters reduced th bill by twenty dollars. Too little, Too late.

The pool is very dangerous for adults! The bottom drain grates stick up from the pool floor at least 3" or more. I tripped over cousing me to submerge my young daughter under water! Another adult guest said he did the same thing! This is not acceptable! The pool is the main reason we chose this property! The location is in the dark side of the block, behind a new hotel being built. Very very confusing at night, you think your pulling into the construction area. Rooms are the typical great rooms I enjoy from the Choice hotels network.

The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and they had a good breakfast spread. Staff were quick and efficient to address concerns. The road is a little bumpy getting in due to construction next door, but well worth it for the wonderful experience we had.

The hotel is great. But I was a little disappointed that they did not clean my room on the second day. Also, the remote control in our room was broken and the TV was very difficult to operate. Other than that it's a nice place to stay.

Hotel rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful, quick and efficient at their job. We had a great nights sleep.

Better than average Comfort Suites. Friendly staff anf clean rooms. The TV could be HD. Breakfast could be better. I definitely recommend for affordable business travel.

Checked in using a booking app on the day of check-in, well into the evening hours. This was a seamless process, considering the hotel had our reservation prepared last minute without human interaction. The room itself was modern and it was a cool temperature upon arrival; a very nice HD flat screen and all the other amenities awaited. Breakfast was good. All the employees were professional and pleasant.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. The hotel staff was really nice. The rooms needed a more thorough cleaning and could use some type of room refresher.

The hotel itself was nice once we got a room that wasn't located directly above the pool (which was musty and loud). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The woman at the front desk was rude and not very helpful (how do you not have ANY extra linens for the pullout? ) But I've gotten pretty used to that no matter where you go. Over all I would stay here again.

We appreciate having two queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the pull out bed mattress is horribly uncomfortable and drawer space is very limited. Only three drawers are provided and one of them is broken. The pool is cloudy. The breakfast is decent. We are satisfied overall but not blown away.

The road coming in is under construction, and I feel like a remodel might be due, but other than that it's a very clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Beds are comfy and my room always smells fresh.

It was great people were respectful the looks on their face was a little disqusted but they didnt say anything out of the way.

Used contacts left in room told me room was not well cleaned. Several light bulbs not working. Water was only warm. Air conditioner either intermittently.

Location: Easy to miss street hotel is located. Room: clean, fresh smell, roomy, bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. Service: Both thumbs down to front desk rep. Didn't show empathy towards because there computer didn't process credit card payment. Payment on reservation marked as visa but it was a mastercard. Had to use another card which was close to credit limit. Thank God I brought another card.

Booked my room online through the bookings app, and at check-ins they found my info and I had my room key in 2 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable and all my needs were met. There was also a make your own breakfast bar which I didn't use but everything looked good. I would definitely stay here again.

Would be 5 stars if the Wi-Fi wasn't so bad. I was annoyed the home gym machine was broken but I had fun fixing it. Not perfect but still good. Will stay here again.

No ice, no cable, no internet, no towels at pool, no pillows for sofa bed, o e sheet for sofa bed, mattress on sofa bed very worn and stained, walls stained and peeling in room and bathroom, carpet stained and torn, charged for a safe in a room that didn't have one, definitely not worth the price.

This Hotels has the worst service! I was told that CHECK in was at 3pm it's now 3:45 and I still haven't been allowed to check in. The front desk attendant kept saying that the rooms just need to be released by house keeping, that the rooms have already been cleaned. The hotel does appear to be pretty clean and well kept from the lobby apearance, but I'm not sure about the rooms because I haven't made it that far.

Quiet. Clean. Indoor pool. Breakfast. Plenty of parking. Accommodating staff members. Ice machines are on every other floor so it is kind of a pain to get ice.

So far the room seems fine. However it took at least 30 minutes to check in. One of the guests that needed to check in, had to find the person that should have been manning the front desk. We booked thorough Expedia and the check in process, once it was our turn, took forever. I will not book with this hotel chain again.

Very clean… bad location though. It looked closed because of where I had to go through to get to it.

The room is fine but the pool is closed and the staff does not know if or when it will re-open. Every machine in the gym is broken. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else or that they told me everything was broken before I stayed there.

Clean, comfortable rooms, parking is a little tight, okay location, garbage GMO "breakfast" that you truly are better off not eating, typical fitness center, a copy of Communist Propaganda Today at the door, friendly entry service, not very friendly exit service.

So, I go to check in and see an empty cookie container. When I ask if there are any fresh cookies, I'm told that there weren't enough people staying in the hotel to warrant making cookies. Seriously? We get to our room only to find they gave us a king instead of 2 queens, so back downstairs. Next day, the elevator is broken when we return from lunch, so up the stairs since we are on the 5th floor. Then of course, neither key works so back down and up the 5 flights of stairs once again. Then on our second night, we have the family from hell right next door. Very thin walls, you would thing they were in the same room. They began stomping around and making all types of unusual noises at about 11pm and it continued until around 2am. What happened to kids going to sleep at a normal time? While I know this isn't the hotel's fault, why wouldn't they space everyone a bit further apart, given that they didn't have many people staying here? I have to say the Hispanic cleaning ladies and the breakfast attendant were much friendlier than the front desk attendants, who just didn't seem to care at all. The hotel was very clean, but aside from that, I probably would try elsewhere next time.

Took the kids to Wet n Wild for the 4th of July. Spent the day there all day and decided to stay in Greensboro overnight instead of driving back home. Me and the kids enjoyed the stay. Bed is comfortable is which is what I needed after a long day at the water park. Clean, Clean, Clean and Clean. The front desk receptionist was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Very convenient location. We will be returning. My kids loved it.

This is an excellent hotel. Unfortunately you have to drive through a skanky hotel's parking lot to get into it, but it's very new and clean and very comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend.

AWFUL! Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful manager.

I thought for the price, this hotel was very nice. The room was big, comfortable beds, and a better than expected breakfast in the morning. Large flat screen was nice, too. I compared a lot of hotels in the same area, and I think this was the best value for the money. Everything is brand new, too.

I work for a travel company partnered with the choice hotels, we stayed at this Comfort Suites for 1 week for business and I had the worst experience ever staying at a hotel. After the first day I experienced extreme itching up and down both of my legs, and big red bite marks. It was horrific. I asked to change my room and they had a huge attitude about it and I told them look at my leg I was bitten in your hotel. The front desk clerk said you must have brought in a disease that’s the kind of guest we get here. What the F___. Could not believe how rude this hotel was. Also my doctor diagnosed the bites and said the most likely cooperate was a BED BUG. How discussing is that. Beware of this place! Respectfully, Concerned.
