Housekeeping is very poor and they have mold. We were told it was our fault there was mold. This place is disgusting all the way around it used to be okay but it has gotten bad.

Very friendly service, clean rooms, helpful staff and good food.

This place was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable (like a puffy cloud), the staff was accommodating, and it was affordable. The soccer team stayed in the next hotel over for twice the price without even a fridge in the room. We had a full kitchen and cruelty free soap (that’s important to me). Would stay again for sure!

The room was clean and recently remodeled. My check in/out service was very quick and easy! The staff was very friendly and professional. My bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good! I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious rooms, the staff is always great and what makes this hotel. Some of the rooms are starting to show there wear, and it would be nice to see some continued investment to keep all the rooms in tip top shape. Overall a good affordable option for those extended stays.

Top Notch staff very nice and clean place super comfortable beds breakfast is top-notch and the older black lady that works breakfast in the mornings is super nice be sure to give her a tip could not ask for a better place or more comfortable place to stay me and my wife will definitely stay there on our next vacation to Greensboro area.

Very nice! Room was quiet and the AC worked wonderfully. There is a small kitchen, which is perfect for someone staying multiple nights and coming back to the room with leftovers. There was plenty of hot water and glorious water pressure, which I value above most things when I stay outside of home. There were minor problems — the door to the room would stick, so it took about 3 tries every time I tried to enter the room, but it was just an annoyance. I did come back to the room to find a huge puddle, the front desk person felt that it was the air conditioner but there was too much water for that — it was likely the torrential rain that had happened that day. Either way it was bad, soaked my luggage and my clothes. It was an okay budget hotel, but I may be looking elsewhere in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, Saturday — Monday. The staff is really what makes this place great, the front desk attendant especially. We had a room on the top floor so it was very quiet, and the room itself was clean. Breakfast was pretty typical — eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal etc. The nice thing about the rooms is that they offer a small kitchen, so we had plenty of room for our leftovers and always had utensils when we needed them. The rooms definitely need to be updated though (ours did at least). Our door was pretty difficult to open and shut, our bathroom light took a couple seconds to turn on every time, and they use some kind of Dish network for their TV so the slightest wind gust would make it lose reception. Both nights we stayed here it stormed, so we didn't have TV most of the time. These aren't items that would prevent me from coming back because the staff was that wonderful. I would take a kind staff and clean rooms over updated amenities any day.

As a retired motel manager I can be a difficult guest! I tend to inspect rooms like I did when I worked and my motel always got high marks for cleanliness. I just stayed 4 nights at this motel and I was impressed. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Having a fridge and stove with a microwave is really nice when out of town. The only thing I saw that was not 5 stars was the elevator — was always very warm and just needed a little more "attention". The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. I would not just recommend this motel I plan to use it again.

Love the kitchen set up in the room. Plus they serve breakfast. And the fitness room is on point. The staff is very professional. Ms. Barbara and Ms. Sharon, the breakfast ladies, are sweet with the upmost of Southern Hospitality. I always enjoy my stay and every time I'm in Greensboro, I stay there.

Nothing too fancy, but it was clean, the staff was polite and friendly, and I really like the kitchenette in the room. They serve a very limited hot breakfast and it wasn't especially tasty, but it's better than the gluten-only offerings at many hotels which I can't eat. Overall it was a good place to stay, and I'd stay there again.

The gym was Not clean, the equipment visibility dusty, and not working properly. There was no clean towels, disinfectant wipes to use before or after your workout. Breakfast options were limited at best. We were here a year ago, (family in the area) and it has not improved at all. This time we do have hangers in our room. But it's also the last time we will use this facility.

Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff. Easy to find close to the airport.

Visiting my son who attends NCA&T in Greensboro, NC… Enjoyed my stay here and will stay again on future visit. If you get a chance to meet Ms. Barbara she's awesome and goes above & beyond for customer service…

Very friendly place, room was clean and very nice setup. I like the fact that they have a grilling area and a gazebo for seating. The smells of people cooking in the hall was strong be did not Come into the room.

My stay here was excellent. It's close to the airport however on the outskirts of Greensboro. There were some good dining spots nearby in High Point, NC.

It's a pretty nice hotel especially if you're going to be staying for a good long while. The rooms have a kitchenette with plates, pots, pans, silverware and even a dishwasher for it all. The front desk also has board games and movies that they check out to you for free. As for the cons. Well the sheets are rather scratchy, and the beds aren't particularly soft and have indentions worn into them. All of that combined with a free breakfast makes it a pretty solid place to stay.

Nice and clean. I like the new decor. Too bad they don't have gift cards in the main lobby. I heard the hotel staff gets them for free.

Very clean, execellent breakfast, friendly staff would recommend for any type of stay with family or with friends.

If it wasn't for the prostitutes running men and drug dealers in and out this would be a great hotel. When you see someone drop a needle and other drugs it makes you want to get your family together and leave. I do have to say management was quick to act but I do think they need to train their employees signs to look for to keep this activity out of high-end places. I won't be returning here not just because if the activity but when you are paying $118 a niggt and the toilet paper feels like sand paper and when you are pregnant this can be a major issue. I would think a high-end hotel would have softer toilet paper. This is the only one that uses the same kind as a low end hotel.

This location is clearly one of the more dated in the Hawthorne family, but still a nice stay. The management was very friendly and the room was clean. No complaints.

It’s a place to sleep. I would not recommend it unless there is no other place to stay. The lobby hallway smells like bleach but as you enter the elevator to any other floor (I was the 2nd floor) it smelled like food throughout. The room smelled liked old food. The refrigerator kitchenette is literally in the same room as your bed so all you hear is the rattling of the fridge until you turn the A/C unit in and then that rattling drowns out the fridge. I chose to check out and the management didn’t charge me. Staff seemed friendly enough.

Simple, low cost extended stay hotel. I stay here frequently, most rooms are more then adequate. Some rooms are troublesome, with smoke detectors beeping, broke or constant running AC units, etc. The staff is friendly and hotel is accommodating.

Good location if you're working in High Point like I was if you have a car. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants off highway 68. Clean rooms, very hospitable staff and convenient for long stays.

My stay was nice. The suite was extremely clean and the staff was helpful. My one negative is that The cable didn't work. I'm sure it could have been fixed but I was only there one night and I chose to watch Netflix on my laptop instead. The Wi-Fi is very fast.

Great Customer in all the staff. They drive you around in 5 mile radius. All the rooms have a refrigerator, kitchenette and microwave which is great to save money in cooking than eating outside all the time if your going to have a long stay.

Really enjoying the stay thus far. Clean facility with basically anything you'd want around. A nice getaway for me and my better half.

Upon arrival our room was a handicapped room, which was fine but not necessary. Our room smelled horribly of industrial cleaner, so much so it made our eyes water. We immediately opened the windows and started to try to settle in. Our kids were playing around and suddenly my daughter says, "hey what's that? " We look over and she has pulled from under the sleeper sofa some sort of drug paraphernalia. My husband took it from her and went straight to the front desk. The front desk was immediately apologetic, comped our night and moved us immediately to a new room. We won't be staying here again. I'm glad we didn't have a small toddler with us or that the glass object didn't break or cut one of our children. Regardless of how well it was handled it was obvious the room had not been deep cleaned and was dangerous. The breakfast was lacking as well and again while the breakfast staff was friendly and efficient, the food was just not good. The location is pretty Central and within walking distance to a Ruby Tuesday's.

The rooms are very roomy and spacious. Loved the kitchen with stove and table so I could cook if I chose too. I also loved that they offered free breakfast every morning as well as lunch Tues thru Thurs at no extra cost. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and accomodaying. Don't hesitate, book with them now, especially if you like having room.

Pro: Clean rooms, good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Good location, very close to airport and other businesses. Con: Continental breakfast starts clearing up around 9am, Wi-Fi never worked during weekend stay.

Clean and fairly comfortable. Desk had two office chairs, but room didn't have any other reading chair, although there was room for one. The bed was placed against two walls (unmoveable) which made it difficult to get out one one side. This was a noisy unit — — nest to the stairwell, across from the pet unit, and loud music in the next room. Things quieted down at midnight, picked back up at 5:30 am. Breakfast was average, but service there and at the front desk was excellent.

Hotel was booked via Priceline bid for one night stay. Overall hotel was OK. Rooms were clean but older and bed and pillows were average for comfort. Breakfast was average for this class of hotel. Likely I would not stay there again given the option.

Easy access, but about 15-20 minutes from most places. Clean comfortable room, larger than what we really needed (stayed for local wedding). Shuttle service available and timely. Check out Sarah's Kabob Shop which is a little drive but delicious. Would definitely consider staying here or at another Hawthorn suites again.

It was a nice place to stay! The front staff was a little confused about the wedding shuttle situation. But all in all it was very nice!

Teriable experience I whould highly suggest not ever going here room service was Teriable got me the wrong room 3 times in a row then over charged me for a worst room over all a bad experience idk these other people prouably paid.

Top notch staff. Stayed for 3 weeks while waiting for new home to be ready. Accommodating, kind, welcoming. Had a 2 room suite that felt like a small studio apartment. Highly recommend.

Great service and extremely comfortable suite! I will be making this my home away from home when I'm in Greensboro NC. The location is only a few miles from shopping and a variety of restaurants. There's a gym and laundry facility. Great fresh breakfast is served. I loved this place!

This hotel can be found on Priceline Express Deals for cheaper. So this review is based on me paying $50 instead of $80. The hotel had decently sized rooms, the room had a kitchenette with a full fridge, dishwasher, stove, toaster, and sink. The overall decor was simple but nice. Nothing fancy but definitely not trashy looking. Lcd tv. The room smelled sort of like old fast food and wouldn't go away over the course of the two days we stayed there. For $50, this was a pretty good hotel room. The fire alarm did go off in the middle of the night apparently because someone got drunk while cooking and fell asleep. I imagine this happens a couple times a month since they have kitchens in each room and there will always be stupid people to do stupid things. The main downside with the hotel was the fitness center. The equipment was straight out of the 1970s. The only decent piece of equipment was an elliptical, but even that was falling apart and very old.
