Very pleasant service from your dining room staff to your room service. The breakfast meal was tasty and well cooked for me. My favorite was how comfortable your bed was and a good night sleep I had.

Nice view and comfortable.

Being more compassionate towards guest and they needs.

The general manager Kevin and the hotel staff were very incompetent. I was double charged for my room and instead of being apologetic and helping me resolve the issue he was very rude and did not offer any feasible solutions that satisfied me. Even after telling him what needed to happen he processed the return incorrectly which has since spiraled into a even bigger inconvenience for me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone do to the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I was hung up on and several of the hotel staff had attitudes when answering the phone and I explained to them my concern. It has overall been one big headache.

Great place and great staff.

Checked in a little after 5 o’clock with my wife. Got to the reception, told her I was checking in, she asked for my ID and a credit card, asked why she needed a credit card and she said just to verify. Checked my account later and there was a $25 hold on it yet to drop off, checked into my room, first thing we noticed was a smell of smoke in that room, called the reception to ask if we can change the room and what she said was “all our rooms are non smoking” and I’m like are you changing the room or not? As a customer when I smell smoke in a non smoking room and I let you know that’s not the response I need from a guest service rep, it was like she could care less or like so what should I do kinda attitude? I proceed downstairs and she already has a key for another room for me, mind you when I was booking the reservation I had stated I wanted the highest floor as a preference and she gave me a 2nd floor. Her demeanor and everything was negative. Very rude and straight moody. Finally changed my room to the 4th floor and when I asked why she didn’t give me that room initially her response was it shares a door with another room and I’m like that’s fine, that’s a decision you leave to a guest. Don’t assume a guest will or will not like a certain room.

For all occasions! This hotel is spotless and superior customer service! Room service was great and affordable. Check out at noon! I wish I could bring the pillows with me! No complaints at all! See my pictures.

We made a last minute reservation. When we arrived, as a rewards member, we received an even better discount! Courteous staff, fresh environment, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Breakfast staff very friendly. Overall one of the best stays I’ve experienced with IHG!

Still have another night but don’t see it getting better. … Inside is nice, staff is courteous and efficient but my problem is with security and location. My truck was broken into in the back parking lot. There are no cameras for the back lot and the security gate is broken. Per the GM, “several days” before our arrival and is currently still not fixed since we arrived on Wednesday, 6/20/18. Kevin Raper, the GM, moderately seems to care, as he was quick to fill out a form for me, but inaction on the security and dismissive attitude seems to be closer to how he feels. “Crimes happen in New York and Houston too”. Do your due diligence on this area before booking, a simple crime search should aid you. Good luck in Greensboro.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately there isn't a free breakfast bar included. However there is a hotel restaurant that offers the choice of a breakfast buffet or menu options. Prices are a little high but at least you can eat until you're full at the buffet. I believe we paid around $11 per person for the breakfast buffet. Children under 12 eat free with adult purchase.

This hotel was great. It's located near restaurants and quick interstate access. The front counter staff were exceptional. One particular young woman and her coworker a young man set the bar high by providing exceptional customer service. I was there looking for a place to live. I'm moving from Florida and Google was my only friend there. The young lady gave me the name of an apartment complex that her friend resides at and I must have looked a 10 apartments before checking Millis and Main out. I will be residing there in a couple of weeks thanks to her.

Nice new hotel. Convenient to I40 and Greensboro Coliseun. Limited parking but enough. Nice big rooms. Intelligent in layout. Super friendly front desk staff and nice breakfast. Very clean beds! Most important.

Better make time to go eat breakfast
And if you enjoy standing under a drip for a shower after a long day then this is most definitely for you.

Stayed last night for business. The hotel was nice and looked newly updated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food from room service was simply basic. I was less than impressed with the pasta I ordered. I order coffee and fruit to be delivered at 6am this morning. At a quarter after, it was still not there. I was on a tight time line and had to shower. They called while I was showering to say they were delivering it and I had it by 6:25. However I was not able to enjoy most of it as I was a time crunch to make a meeting. If not for the food, I would have given them 5 stars.

I just wanted to say that the staff is just amazing. On 4/8/18 after a 10hr trip from NY to Greensboro I got off the bus and realized my phone was dead. I walked across the street to the hotel to charge up and I was treated like I was a guest staying at the hotel. I just wanted to thank the staff for being so courteous to my Daughter and I.

Excellent clean room… very pleased with stay. Staff were great. Would stay again if in the area.

Very Clean and new hotel. Close proximity to Coliseum area.
Although we had to wait almost an hour past check in to get into our room which put us behind in getting ready for the concert. Also, did not get the King bed we reserved. Hotel was "overbooked" according to the front desk. Doesn't seem like the hotel can keep up with a full hotel and accommodate all customers needs in a satisfactory way.

Centrally located hotel… very modern… beautiful outdoor pool… wish it has been warm enough to use it… restaurant on site… bar on site… fitness center on site… rooms were stylish and comfortable… very nice staff… would absolutely stay there again and recommend!

The price here is a little higher than nearby hotels. However, the lobby is well designed, the rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly. There is a bar that opens for happy hour every night, and the kitchen offers breakfast, and dinner. The fitness room hosts the usual (sparse) set of equipment. Other guests happened to be somewhat noisy for a few minutes in the middle of the night. Not sure how they got so wound up, there is literally no nightlife and nothing to get excited about in Greensboro, haha!

This hotel is incredibly nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff worked until late, had to spend the night in house because of the snow and then back to work before 6 am and were still just as happy and helpful as they were the night before. The food was very tasty also. The room was extremely clean and very well appointed. LOVED the glass enclosed rain shower! This hotel comes highly recommended by me.

Front desk staff knowledgeable courteous and helpful. Lobby clean warm and inviting… exceptional fitness center and cleanliness was seen and smelled clean throughout… wonderful for my asthma… shower extremely clean and great power head… TV clear and great channel selection was able to enjoy all my sports… lounge chair very stylish and comfortable… lighting great… first trip excellent accommodations…

Was in Greensboro from Germany visiting relatives. Had booked a room for the entire week. The receptionist Renetria and Ashly were very helpful and nice along with their night Manager. They all were professional and provided excellent customer service. My room was large and comfortable and house keeping personnel insured it was clean and fresh each day of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Greensboro.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful! Clean and lovely space with a comfy bed. Close to the highway, with a nice little restaurant and fitness facilities. Everything you need in a hotel!

Rooms were nice and clean. Food is good. The whole hotel was good for what you pay for it. However the gym is am excuse of an gym. Even the bench doesn't work very well. The worst thing about my stay was that my A. C. Used to cut off in the middle of the night, 3 nights in a row. Making me wake up in the middle of the night and trip the thermostat to start the A. C. Working again. This really compromised my sleep every night. Hence the 3 star.

The day shift staff at desk super friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff friendly and very kind. Food was great. Night shift desk staff very unfriendly, we spoke and older man and woman didn't even acknowledge us.

We got to the hotel late Saturday. Las chicas at the reception were so fast, helpfully, awesome! Room… impecables! Housekeeping… on the point. Beautiful holiday inn!.

Love, love, love staying here. The staff is fantastic. We are always treated like family. We stay here every year for a convention. It gets better every year.

The room was nice and clean, check-in was quick and check-out was even quicker. We weren't at the hotel much as we were there only to sleep after a concert, but it fit our needs fine. Only thing that could have been better would be free breakfast.

Alright, So we stayed at this hotel because I was in town for business and I decided to bring my family along. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff on the day we checked in were very pleasant both at check in and later that evening. However, the staff on the morning we checked out were anything but. It had rained that night while we were asleep, we woke up went and got breakfast down the road, because the breakfast at the hotel was Not Included, and very expensive. When we came back it was a little overcast, but not a drop of rain anywhere around Greensboro. I asked the front desk staff if she could have the pool opened. She abruptly responded with we do not open the pool on days it has rained. Rain, ok not lighting but just rain. I asked if I could speak to the manager that seemed weird. She walked around the corner and quickly walked back and said Yes the pool will not be opened today because it rained last night. We went the whole process again. So, on the third time I asked if I could speak to whoever she was going around the corner to talk to, if I could speak to them. A gentleman came around the corner and proceeded to explain that the front desk person was wrong, and that it was in fact closed due to lighting. Once again, There was no lightning, rain, or storms anywhere around Greensboro, however this explanation did make more since than just being closed due to the fact it rained the previous night.

Stayed here for the weekend, my whole stay was perfect from the very hospitality staff during check in, room service, breakfast buffet and check out! I know where I'll be staying when I return for A&T homecoming in Oct.

Great hotel. Clean, comfy, and food sized room. Close to some good restaurants as well. The only issue is that breakfast is $11.99 instead of complimentary. Its hard to justify 12 bucks for some eggs and bacon.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was so kind and greeted us each time we left and returned. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms/bed are very clean and comfortable.

It is place is nice, elegant and the attention is friendly, but at the time of entering the bathroom I found crawling animals and it was not just one, the first time they were and and every time I lit the light for they were I was at least a couple of them, so I doubt their cleanliness as they were of those small and as they say for each one that time there is 100 that no time …

Rooms are fantastic and spacious! Showers are overhead rain fixtures. I'm gonna miss this room!

Comfy bed, slept like a rock. Great bathroom, clean as a whistle. AC worked like a charm, couldn't ask for much more in a hotel room.

Gorgeous pool and patio. Spacious workout area. Full restaurant with bar. The rooms are huge with fridge. Actual coffee cups in room. Desk, lounge chair, tons of lighting options. Snack area with microwave area downstairs. Lobby is spacious with business center. I have stayed at other hotels like this that charged me 1.5x more. Absolutely thrilled.

The hotel visit and the staff at the front desk were nice, however, either someone in housekeeping is extremely dishonest or a poor cleaner because I accidentally left my Microsoft Surface tablet in the room on the day of check out and no one has seen it. I know for a fact that I left it there because I only pulled it out of the case once to look at alternate driving routes about an hour before leaving the hotel. The next day when I unpacked, I realized that I had the case but had forgotten to put the tablet back in it. There were no stops between checking out and arriving home, therefore the case was not left unattended anywhere else in order for the tablet to be taken out or stolen. It was left on the bed in the room and apparently it's vanished into thin air. Oh, and when the supervisor left a message on my machine, the housekeeper that cleaned the room was unavailable for questioning and wouldn't be back at work for 4 days. How convenient, I'd say. Lesson learned… check, check and double check your room. The hotel is not responsible for your items and apparently not for hiring honest or perhaps competent folks either.

Staffs are friendly, rooms are tidy. Okay buffet breakfast. The lobby lounge although is small but is a great area to relax at evening. Very convenience area, a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood.

Wife and I stayed one night. Great friendly staff. Very clean I mean clean awsome. Very convenient to everything. We recommend and will stay there any time we are in Greensboro.

Remodeled and nice, but breakfast was free and now they charge over $12. Big difference in office from my last stay.

I thought this was a brand new hotel, but it's apparently a full renovation. You can't tell. Everything is new.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've every stayed in. Great customer service as well.

The location is great, and staff is really friendly. The rooms where really nice.

Had to change rooms due to issues. Cannot change TV brightness. Really dark. Food nothing special. Thin walls.

This is a brand new hotel & I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. The showers have no doors. And no curtains. Just a big opening that guarantees that your bathroom gets soaked. Cheap design & the customer suffers for it. I'll never be coming back here again. Don't waste your time with this hotel. There is a much nicer & equally affordable doubletree just down the road.

This is now a BRAND NEW HOLIDAY INN! Completely Renovated in Feb 2015. Older reviews reflect the previous property. This is a fantastic state of the art Holiday Inn and is the closet Hotel to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
