Reviews of Sheraton Greensboro 3*
My third time here. Great and helpful front desk and the restaurant is consistently good. Even had the chef visit our table.
Good service. Food choices could be better. Drinks are A-1
Had a great time here. I just love this hotel and I can not wait til I go back.
Was very friendly and a clean place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! I recommend this hotel to everyone who stops in North Carolina…
Chef Kelvin at Joseph's Restaurant has incredible culinary abilities! When you're here, drop by and enjoy some Shrimp toast or a steak and pimento cheese sandwich! Everything is good, so you won't be disappointed!
Traveled from out of state here and would never stay again. The room is pretty basic and for the price we paid it really was not with it. At check in I slid my card to pay which showed approved but the staff said it did not go through and to slide again. Well, there is now a hold on my account for $700. Their response was “it will go back eventually”. Great, so I was out of town and had no way to buy food! But they offered me a solution: just get room service and bill it to the room! Seriously?! Well it’s day three after this took place, money is still being held and the worst part was they refused to accept responsibility, blaming everyone from the booking site to my bank when the problem was with their computer not recognizing the first approval! Thank goodness I refused to slide it the third time they wanted! No compensation, no real apology. Tragic. Never again! I’ve had better experiences at $80 hotels!
For the price. They need a FEW more Restaurant choices… But over all… ok…
Very good and friendly staff.
I would like to know why the PBR guys are being treated differently than a regular guest. They are told they are being fed the same breakfast as everyone else which is a lie. Then when it was called to the attention of 2 so called managers nothing was done to fix it. The guys were told it because PBR pays a discounted price for rooms however when we look up the price ourselves for a room it's the same. I would hope the GM would correct this as there are other places where they would and have been treated better. I doubt you'd want your family treated the way these guys have been treated.
The hotel is so amazing perfect place to stay very convenient area.
Do not go here! Jake and Joe have horrible customer service! Big huge man babies that’s all :)
Beautiful place! Everyone was nice and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Amazing hotel! I love it! very professional.
Nice hotel. Would stay again in the future.
Was robbed while staying at 4 Seasons in Greensboro. Room was cleaned, reset before checkout… all my luggage, toiletries and meds taken. GM was insulting and acted prejudicial. Will never stay there again. Was attending a medical conference… lost money and time.
Tried to check in at 2, no king rooms available. Tried at three, again at 4. Finally left at 4:30 to get a room across the freeway at Hampton. Was told that the conference of bankers weren’t checking out until 5pm. They were given a late check out time. I asked to see a manager, was told they were all in a meeting. At check in time? Nope. They don’t deserve my business. We are here working with P&G, they suggested we stay there. I will be sure to let them know.
This is what passes for a drink on the rocks. And no I haven’t even touched it. At Bar Down Under. Just completely disappointed.
Beautiful hotel. Everything was good except it was somewhat chilly in our room and the water didn't drain properly after taking showers. Wished there was a microwave for late night popcorn. Other than that great place to sleep. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. AaaaaaMaziiing!
Very nice place, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and friendly people.
All but one thing was wonderful at this hotel.
They have NO microwaves at all! Not even a break room with a microwave. I had to go over to JCPENNEY next door to buy one, but they also had none. So I ended up buying a small toaster oven. A suggestion please invest in a few microwaves or have one on each floor near the ice machines or something.
Great hotel accommodations and location.
This is absolutely the worst! No microwave, guest services, room service, and front desk are all rude and unhelpful. I can’t sleep, or get a transfer, or get any assistance with addressing the 2:00 am partying in the room next to me, or the nudity running up and down the hallways. My room has only been cleaned once in the seven days, despite asking front desk every morning to please do so. I’ve put a call into corporate to see if I can get some fresh towels and trash removed this week. — Titanium Elite Status Member.
Great rooms, great services, great amenities!
No microwaves. When you’re charging people $140 a night all customers should be comfortable and be able to warm their food they do not have to eat in your restaurant. One of our church members found a tick on her bed. Rooms are too small.
My experience at the Shearaton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons was amazing. The staff were helpful and super friendly! Rooms were comfortable and super clean!
Just arrived. So far so good. Expecting nothing less than the best. Very helpful staff. Easy check-in.
Very nice and spacious room. Lounge foods are yummy friendly staff.
Absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend it when you r in the area.
This hotel is a beautiful and wonderful place and I recommend visiting it.
Had a relative work there for a day or two. After hearing her experience I can never imagine setting foot in this place. The place may look very nice and tidy but you are only looking at the cover up of how it works. The area where the employees work cleaning up rooms it's absolutely atrocious. Employees working in a very hot room doing laundry and not giving a clear schedule and can only leave when they are told they can. I may take a look at the area so I could give a review regarding the business. But for what the employees have to go through it is definitely one way to drive a customer from coming here.
Very nice, very big hotel with comfortable beds and up to date appearance. Multiple restaurants and bars in property and a ton more within a few miles. Stayed in room with a balcony overlooking indoor/ outdoor pool/ courtyard area which provided a really pleasant view. Overall one of the better hotels in the area.
I love it. Small things missing. Maybe they are cutting cost but I enjoyed every bit of my two days here and I still have two more days to go so I only can give what I thought they were very efficient and bring us a refrigerator to a room once we switch rooms in the new room didn't have one but the moment they didn't knew that it was needed for medication they bought it with upstairs in 10 minutes and I think I was great I want to talk that up from great Hospitality down south everyone will sell food joke. Just make a person smile not today was sad but just the personality of them for Joy so I'm just going to let you know I enjoyed my time here I still have two more days and that's that God bless and be blessed by by.
Honestly, wasn’t that impressed with this hotel. It’s pictures are definitely a lot more impressive than the actual hotel. The pool is actually pretty small. The building is definitely on the more dated side. The decor didn’t really make sense. No mini fridge, or anything like that. The staff was very friendly though.
No microwave and no fridge! Ice machines either empty or missing! Housekeeping and maintenance banged on our door 3x before 12 and the last lady basically tried to walk in without knocking! Our "view" was looking on top of another building. The only positives are they the room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located. But for the price, I could've stayed one of the many 2 star hotels down the street and got all the BASIC amenities I want. Definitely won't be staying here again.
The worest hotel I’ve ever been to! Manager didn’t really know what was going on, they’re rude. My husband and I stayed there for a quick getaway. Turned into a nightmare. They charged our account whenever they felt like it, it felt like. Then we checked out with a ZERO balance. And we checked out accounts this morning and they changed us AGAIN! We called and complained once again management didn’t know how to handle the situation, so we kept getting transferred. Needless to say finally within 1-3 business days we should have our money back. The area isn’t the best, the pillows sucked. And again it seems like they just like to charge your account whenever they feel like it. Enter at your own risk!
We stayed here for the second time this past weekend. They were so accommodating, let us check in early at 10am after a 12 hour drive in, I called late in the evening for extra pillows to elevate my swollen feet and they came promptly. The room was nice and big, very clean, the staff were so kind. The pools were fantastic. We asked for a mini fridge and had by the time we got back to the room. Only disappointment was we couldn’t have a balcony room because they were all being painted. The balcony rooms over the pool area. Joseph’s restaurant is also delicious and reasonably priced.
Though being there with a teen conference rooms should have been taken care of much better. In our room alone one bed was never made. Never got enough towels or wash clothes for number in room without going to desk or calling several times.
Beautiful and large. Overpriced for what it is. Lots of food options and endless Lobby space for group gatherings. Close parking is tough. A bit dated in the rooms and every time a door closes from another room it seemed to slam, so it made sleep a bit rough. The employees all maintained a serious expression. A friendly smile will go a long way.
I just checked into this hotel and what a horrible experience… at check in I asked if I had been upgraded the lady looked at me then said let me see if we are doing upgrades today … I guess the criteria here is what you look like versus the fact that you are life time gold and currently platinum status. She then decided to call, then page a manager… and she was like the manager said she will call me back. I was like really do I am just supposed to stand here and wait after a long flight? I then told her to just check me in as I was too tired for all this run around… when I got to my room I called to speak to the manager on duty and she called me 20/30 mins later only to engage in a screaming match. I realized the conversation was not going anywhere given the shouting and I said to her clearly all you want to do is scream and I am not your child so good bye. What a welcome from this hotel. Thanks to Marriot we will have more options and can forget such hotels and staff!
We recently stayed at this hotel for a school event and it's definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. Extremely clean, no weird smells or questionable stains. The lobby has a lot of places to sit, and the ballrooms and event rooms are clean and tidy as well. The only issue we had was with elevators getting full too quickly and being unable to go up the stairs instead. Extremely easy access to the neighboring mall and provided a very comfortable stay!
I love it's a beautiful place and good service. It also sleeps a comfortable one and enjoy the discounts of the restaurant and bar inside. Congratulations Wing Sheraton Company.
I have stayed here for years and it has always been great until now. This time, the hotel has really not had their act together. We tried to check in at 3pm and our rooms were not ready. We came back later, still not ready. I think we ended up going back four or five times in efforts to get into our rooms before we could finally carry our stuff up (mind you, we were on a schedule. ) Finally, we got our room, which I admit, was nice. When we went back after putting our stuff in the room, our keys didn't work. Down we go, 12 stories to the reception desk, only to find out that our room has been changed without our knowledge and our stuff was still locked inside the old room! The manager refused to give us any kind of discount for the late check in. After pleading for our original room back they finally reset our keys. A lot of this day was wasted trying to get the hotel to do their job instead of focussing on the work that we came for.
Large and beautiful hotel that provided us with a very nice breakfast. Room service did miss our room one day (was fine anyways) but came the next few without fail. The front desk even called in to make sure we got our service.
Beautiful hotel right in the city center. Very close to everything. Upscale accommodations. The conference rooms are gorgeous & there are plenty of them. It's a big floor layout so its easy to get turned around, but the staff is well trained and service is top notch. Don't be put off just because you think it may be out of your price range. I've often found rooms here to be very competitive with other hotels in this area.
The building is a little dated, but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gift shop is WAAAY overpriced so either go to store or make SURE to bring own. Complimentary razor, toothpaste, toothbrush available. Convenient location.
The Sheraton is a fantastic place to stay. The attendance were kind, knowledgeable and really wanted to help us have a great day. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and the place is just absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this hotel again.
Great Hotel Chain. Clean rooms. Updated rooms and bathrooms. Rain shower head is excellent. Two sinks great for families getting ready at the same time. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room service is reasonably priced. Bar and resturant downstairs. Starubucks at the Cafe. I only have one major complaint. The beds are horrible. Well the rooms with double beds. Everything else is great. We ill stay again. Kid friendly.
The hotel is set next to a shopping center. Restaurants are present in the hotel also in the certain of commerce. The rooms are a bit large, the same as the bathrooms. The rooms are clean and orgnized. The services are expensive but very good.
Great place for a conference or just a stop over for a night. The parking lot has some of the best lighting that should be a plus for any hotel.
I was at the Sheraton for two different events. I truly enjoyed my experiences. The banquet hall was great and the food was served quickly with no issues. The event ran smoothly as well.
I was at the Sheraton for a conference event. I didn't stay in a room so I can only speak to the service provided for the event which I found to be excellent. The staff greets every attendee as they enter the hotel, immediately confirm whether you're registered for the event and point you in the direction to register if necessary or to check in if already registered. Throughout the event, staff were available at every turn to help guide guests to the various rooms that were hosting presentations. The luncheon provided for the event was excellent as well. Overall I felt that it was a very professionally handled conference event, and the hotel staff did a great job.
Great location as it's walking distance from the mall, cinema and restaurants. However it might be dangerous to do as such due to the heavy traffic circling the hotel. Restaurant offered good food at not unreasonable prices but was a little lacking on presentation. My green beans still had inedible stems. Comfortable beds, very well thought out bathroom. Loved that in the double, there was a bathroom sink and outside sink. Laundry is pricey at $3 per wash and dry.
The hotel is huge with large meeting rooms. It has good service in the bars and restaurants. Room service should improve. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway.
I got a 4th floor room in Tower 1. The lobby was huge and reminded me of an airport. There is a bar and cafe there in the lobby so getting up in the morning was convenient. The room was average but the sheets felt very nice and the shower was decent.
The location is great with plenty of restraunts in close proximity and a mall walking distance away. The rooms are very nice with incredible cleaning service. I really enjoyed my stay and would do it again.
Been attending conferences here for a few years, 5-6, always was a pleasant stay. Until this last stay back in November I️ had a very unpleasant experience with a front desk clerk. She was extremely rude to myself, my wife, and multiple people in a party of ours. We reported it to the front desk manager after our stay Over the phone, only to be given more attitude. Then after having negative experience with him, spoke to the GM who I️ was told is a very respected gentleman in the city and displays high integrity and character. After being on the phone with multiple people for hours of my time I️ was able to get a hold of the GM, Mr. Milani. He seemed to be shuffling through paperwork while I️ was attempting to convey the utter rudeness we received from the individuals in the hotel. He finally gave me a moment of attention, said he would look into himself, took my name and phone number and said he would be getting back to me. This is now been over 2 weeks, still have heard nothing back. Over the last 5-6 years we have spent close to 30-40 nights there averaging at least $150/night, that’s $4500-$6000 dollars. The best they said they can do for us was give us 2000points which would equal around $25-$30. I’ve never left a negative review in my life for anyone or any company, as I think it is a display of bad character, but this is our experience and I️ am appalled with how it was handled.
I had great customer service from the manager, maids and janitor and bell hop. But when I called to complain about ladybugs flying in the room my call was dropped twice. I had to go down stairs to the front desk and bring the manager with me. My 11 year old was a bit concerned about the bugs. I don't blame him. This use to be a five star hotel. I have been coming here for years and had great experiences over the years. This is the first time I have not had the best experience in many years. So because of this incident I'm giving it three stars. I hear that they are going to be redoing that tower after thanksgiving. I hope that they get rid of the bugs too. Other wise it's a great hotel and I hope to be back in the future. Minus the bugs.
It is a beautiful, elegant and luxurious place, excellent to take the children and share with family, the conference rooms and conventions are magnificent and with great amplitude, first class service.
I spent a few days here for a professional conference. The facility was generally very nice and had a lot of space to offer, but a lot of the closer details lacked. In some of the conference breakout rooms, the vinyl and metal chairs that were set up were very disgusting. I looked at the back of the chair in front of me and it was splattered with something brown and crusty. The chairs were also unnecessarily linked together, which was really awkward and uncomfortable for grown adults in suits. It sucks being crammed on top of a stranger. Another issue was the bathrooms. The automatic soap dispenser was not very responsive and only spat out a tiny amount of soap foam. Some not at all. One of the sinks was backed up with toilet water and some of the faucets never turned on. The event staff were friendly, but did not speak much English and it was hard to ask for things like coffee or creamer at the meals.
For work related conferences, I've been to this hotel several times. Well-oiled machine. Great rooms, clean. Wonderful meeting facilities and amazing meals for hundreds. I can't say anything negative. Went to a fiction that required a piano. They provided one. Tune it, please.
Stayed for a conference. Convenient, clean, and pleasant. Personally, I prefer a place with a small fridge for water and a continental breakfast. However this location has everything you could need. Just plan on paying for the convenience.
I booked this hotel for my wedding and I have to say, they went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs! I had to plan everything from out of town so it helped that the staff was helpful. I did not get married here but had my wedding party and some guests book their stay here and they all had nothing but good things to say. An extra thank you goes to Rebecca Foley for being very responsive and making sure I was well taken care of. Our room was very spacious and was exactly what we needed for the day of to get ready. I would highly recommend this hotel and def speak with Rebecca for your room block needs for any type of event!

Nice Hotel! The rooms were not what I expected. The service was good. Overall a good stay.
My stay has been super comfortable! Beds are comfortable and clean, but squeak very minimally if I move around a lot in bed. The bathroom is pretty! I enjoy the rain shower (don't really want to get out of the shower bc its too good! ), and small toiletries that come with the room. I was able to rest well in my room after long day with no problem. I will keep this place in mind next time I come to Greensboro!
Very large indor and outdoor pool which is usually empty during the day with a few people entering here and there, also a hot tub which can comfortably seat 7-9 people. Very beautiful architecture on the inside and out. Has small shops, a Starbucks, am ice cream shop, and an eatery inside the building. Is very close to the local mall, and is over all a great place for trips for large and/or small groups.
I spent a very pleasant 5 days and nights here. The room was beautifully arranged, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the walk-in shower was spacious with an excellent shower head. The lobby was spacious and the dining areas were comfortable. The food and food service were excellent.
As a SPG member, I have stayed at many Sheratons across the country. I used my points to book a last min (spa) room after a long day of physical labor and it was perfect! The room is super comfy, clean and quiet! The only things that occurred that did not give this Sheraton my five star rating was little details that could be fixed and this hotel will be a return for me. The lighting in the room is too bright and there were no options to dim the lights or lamps with lower watts, there is no door that separates the living space from the bedroom and the elevators take too long with having four of them. Staff was nice, jacuzzi tub was amazing, lively vibe in the lobby, great location, and free parking!
This is a fantastic place to be. I'm from London, United Kingdom and tell you the truth. The Ballroom on the ground floor is compared to nothing. The swimming pool is super.
This hotel is nice but will be much better if room would have microwaves and refrigerators. Also would be nice to offer North Carolina State Employees discounts.
One of the better small convention centers I've been to — easy to navigate.
Horrible service way to expensive for the low class treatment you get.
Just finished putting on a convention at this place. Great service from banquets staff to the sales staff. Will return in the future.
The lobby is big, bright and beautiful. They remodeled the hotel last year and it shows. The registration desk person was very nice. She was putting us on the 3rd floor with a balcony to see the pool, but I told her I wanted a room up high she gave us the 23rd floor. The room was beautiful, king bed, 2 chairs by the window and a very nice bathroom. There was also another sink outside the bathroom. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The pillows we're so soft. I slept thru the night. Went to one of the restaurants, food was very good, so much food I couldn't finish it.
Nice rooms clean… Very big hotel… Good for events… Nice mall across the parking and in a great location :) …
The rooms are nice and well kept but the staff could use some costumer service training. I came with a group during a conference. My room was not available for check in until 6 pm. There were apologies but no compensation or empathy for the situation. I missed dinner waiting for the room because I had a meeting set at 6:30 and hoped to change in advance. I asked at one visit to the desk to check availability if there could be a food voucher or something they could provide and at another visit suggested they could send cookies or something to my room for the inconvenience. Both times there was no response. After leaving I realized something was left from one of our rooms (student trip). I contacted by phone and only was able to leave a message, I followed up with an email and have not yet received a response from anyone. Professional courtesy is to respond in some form within 24 hours whether there is a resolution or not. When the nature of business is a convention center, staffing should be prepared to handle large groups of people so that everyone can receive service by the appointed check in time which is 3pm. Some concession should be made when that is not possible and the customer is inconvenienced.
Very large halls and meeting rooms. Was great for our meetings! Quite classy too :)
Popular place for large conferences and gatherings. Very nice details in design, good security, overall nice place.
The hotel staff here sucks. Super inconsiderate. I've never met more rude people in my life. Miserable…
First and last time at this hotel spent 2 nights addending a classic car auction. First night was stuffed in a room behing the elevater shafts. Woke up in the am to take a shower and found that the shower was broke, called the desk and was told they would move us to another roomFine we thought. Moved rooms and showered and went on with our day. Came back to the room that evening only to find that there where no clean towels to shower the next am. Went to call the desk and the phone was broke and not working. Personall went down to the front desk and explaned that there were only 2 towls in the bath that we used that morning and they said we had signed up for some green eco club where you dont get clean towls for 2 days. I laughed and said I will sign up as soon as you go green with windmills and solar panels. They later sent up towls. Great, Right. Went to dinner and found about 30 to 40 cars unloading with young college kids. They ended up right above our room and partied all night. Finally at wits end and had to call the front desk with my cell phone because the room phone was broke. They then said that they would move my room again. Just what I wanted to hear at 11PM and also the fct that I had already changed rooms leass than 18 hours earlier. This is far from a highend property as they claim on their website. Avoid this dump at all costs. I have had better rooms at half the price without all the hastles and aggrevation.
I attended a convention at this location. The rooms were clean well equipped. Everything I needed was available, and the staff was very friendly. The location is convenient to I-40, restaurants, and a short walk to the food court at Four Seasons Mall. Parking was plentiful. The cafe near the main ballroom was well-stocked and handy. There were plenty of places to visit and sit inside the lobby. Recommended for conventions.
Nice. Place to sleep eat. Evething its nice. En clean…
This Property was completely renovated in 2014. All guest rooms, suites, exterior are completely renovated.
This hotel is lacking in basic amenities and services. It is the only SPG property I've visited that charges for drinks during cocktail hour in the club lounge. Worse, they hide this info in small print on the menu and the bartender doesn't mention it either — he just asks for your room number after you have consumed them — which felt very deceptive. In addition, the safety flashlight in our room was broken, the front desk was unable to provide an envelope or postage (the UPS store had closed at 3pm) and there's no fridge or bath gel in the room. Service was mixed. The gym was the one highlight of my visit.
I booked a suite which was supposed to sleep 5 with a balcony. I was extremely disappointed because the pictures of the hotel online looked impressive and the details of the room were in my opinion "false". It is extremely overpriced for the size of the room. It is more for a business meeting vs a family hotel. The room itself was supposed to sleep 5. There is no way 5 people can sleep in the room, it was extremely small. We walked in and barely had room for two suitcases and were practically on top of each other. It had two bed and a chair. I immediately called the front desk because I thought maybe they mixed our room up with someone else by accident. I ended up talking to the manager because I felt it was false advertisement and couldn't understand how 5 people could fit in this room. I was not rude but explained this room does not accommodate 5 people. The manager immediately stated that since we booked through a 3rd party that there was nothing they can do. She was a little rude then stated that she will cancel our second night. I knew there was really nothing I could do because of the cancellation policy. I figured I would just bite the cost of the hotel and go somewhere else. I ended up calling the booking agency that I booked through and let them know what I experienced because I was extremely shocked of what I experienced. Thankfully they were able to cancel my entire reservation and get me somewhere else.
Please make sure the air conditioner works in your room before making reservations. If not, you may want to pack a fan. I was told by staff it was my fault for not allowing a male maintenance man to come in my room to repair the air at 2 am. Poor Poor Poor Management.
The hotel was okay, great for conventions. The rooms are a nice size the views are okay and they look good but I will say their beds are not the most comfortable and I left my Kindle fire in the room, I know I left it there and they said that it was not there. Ultimately it was my fault but I would hope they could hire more honest staff! I was disappointed in that and they made zero effort to rectify the situation. More or less like too bad so sad for ya. Then I had some $7 erroneous charge on my account, not sure what that was for. I have stayed in much better hotels in my life but it was convenient to be able to go from room to classes with out going outside. The restaurant in there is fantastic and the prices are not bad at all.
I was here for a conference. The rooms were nice but on the last day (today) I went to the restaurant for breakfast and got poor service. Stated I was unhappy. Basically was told it was my fault. It was so rude that I will be staying at the double tree next year. 1) I get a better discount and 2) I have never had bad service at doubletree. Sooo I forgot a dress in the closet so I called and was told well "we don't do lost and found, house keeping keeps track of lost stuff" so I said well how would you contact the last guest answer-we don't we wait for you to contact us. Ok.
No continental breakfast? You're kidding, right? Nice spot, but without some of the perks that have become SOP on the industry. Mini-fridge available by request at no charge (for us anyways).
I was there for junior olympics for track and field, from California. Construction started at 7am, thats 4am our time. We asked five times to stop or move our room. They complied only at the time of our daughters race at a&t and said we must move you right now. My girlfriend cut her foot in the process, and my samsung tablet disappeared. The hotel "looked" around, never made a police report, never responded to any phone calls in a timely manner. We left disappointed and taken advantage of. Awful management.
No fridge in room despite what was promised on website. Was here for five days with thousands for large conference, and restaurants worked hard and successfully to accommodate us at meal times.
I have never left a review for a hotel like this but after our weekend I decided this would be my first. My wife and I this past weekend traveled to Greensboro for a trip to a concert and a night away to ourselves. First our reservation and the hotel website said check-in was at 3 pm. We arrived at the hotel around 4:30-4:45 pm and we were told we could not check-in. In fact we were told we would have to wait another 30-45 mins before our room (standard king) would be ready. To say the least it was frustrating to learn that over an hour after check-in was supposed to start that our room was not ready and we would now need to load our stuff back into our car. Secondly, after the concert we arrived back to our room around 11:30 pm. We needed a midnight snack so we called room service, since the hotel says they are open and take orders until 12 midnight. By the time we decided what we wanted and got through to them it was 11:55. During our call as we placed our order the room service staff continually said to please hurry you only have 5 minutes at least 3 times trying to rush me on the phone as if they had no time to take our order. They were very short, pushy and seemed aggravated that we would dare order food at 11:55 pm. The last thing the told us was, "we guarantee your food in 30 mins" but "we are slammed so there was no guarantee.
