Very run down. Rooms were ok. Cigarette burnt marks on comforter and on toilet Seat as well shower. People smoked outside our room and in all rooms around us from 10pm to 3am. Not much rest as they were loud and music. Just a rough group and not a good experience. Pool was down for maintenance but we didn’t know that when booked. We left after one night. Front desk was nice and customer friendly. Yes inexpensive but very low poor quality and not a spot to stay with kids. We stayed because dog friendly and well we got less than expected!

Staff is pleasant but they aren't able to polish the reality that their resident vagrants that live there stink up the rooms and scare off repeat customers. Rooms reek of incense & dank smoke & air fresheners that only compound the issue. 7 foot hallway ceilings show the building's age and its floor feels as if it's about to collapse. Nighttime noise levels are insane because the people that reside there have no respect of others. Groups of people gather outside the doors for smoke sessions that resemble AA meetings. Shady people hang out in parking lot and rendezvous with others that are inside. It's the peak of summer and the outdoor pool is drained. Have a feeling this place won't survive much longer as a motel, and just turn into a homeless shelter or drug den for squatters.

My experience during my stay was perfect. The staff At The front desk were exteremely friendly and nice. The room was very clean and the renovations to the the rooms and the hotel in general are wonderful. I had a very pleasant stay and will be coming back.

Very clean comfortable and awesome staff! Will stay each time we are in the area! We arrived after a 2 day drive very tired around 11 am, usually we have to wait until 2 to get into our room at most places, this one let us go right to the room snd we had a very nice rest on a comfortable bed. Thank you Motel 6 Greensboro you have one of the best places and we stay at Motel 6 all over the country.

This motel 6 has been the best motel 6 I have ever stayed at! All the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome! This motel 6 was also the cleanest motel 6 we have ever stayed at! Very pleased with our stay! Staff members even helped us save money by setting us up with a weekly rate instead of payinh the nighty rate!

Best motel 6 experience ever. Remodeling of rooms — well done! TV perfect. Wi-Fi excellent. staff — friendly & helpful. Room — very clean. Shower — so nice I hated to get out! Wish I could have stayed in Greensboro longer.

For its price category, Motel 6 Greensboro Airport does a great job. The remodel is very nice. The staff are very friendly (RayShunn, Ruby, Quayla). Its a clean, safe stay at a killer price. Well done :>D.

I am loving the new design! Hardwood like floors accent colors and comfortable beds! Housekeeping is amazing!

Let's start with the good; the staff. The front-desk clerk was great; very personable and helpful. Several minutes after arriving in our room, we received a phone call from the front desk if everything was alright. Simple but great customer service. Also housekeeping on the second floor was good. It is an industry norm for rooms to be stocked with only two sets of towels. But we were three so we asked for some towels. The staff gave us three complete sets which worked out well. After, we found two towels in the room that had hair on them but we had replacements. The room was very minimalistic with contemporary colors. The floor was a simulated-wood lament. It made the room seem open and clean. I went back to make sure that I booked a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke wasn't as heavy in the room as in the hallway, which had a dirty-looking carpet. When reflecting on our "non-smoking" room, I though well there wasn't actual smoke in the room. Of course having ashtrays in the room didn't help the matter. We were there for a "college" event and rooms seemed to be a premium that weekend, so we felt stuck.

Dirty dingy stairwell. Door handle and lock to stairwell was broke and wouldn't read card. Horrible smoke smell in the hallway. Did not clean, make beds or replenish towels. When called the front desk to ask them to bring more towels was told we had to come get them they didn't have anyone to bring them up. But she would see what she could do. She did get us some towels a little later on. No blow dryer in the room. Only good thing I can say is the staff was nice and the beds were decent.

This comment is in regards to an employee who works there by the name of Ruby. We were visiting from out of state and she made our visit very welcoming. The hotel overall appearance wasn’t too good. But dealing with an employee like Ruby made the stay more comfortable.

Front desk (Ruby & Lizzie) were so kind and helpful. Maintenance man Anthony was available when needed! They are the reasons I happily return when in the area!

One thing I would like to see changed is your practice of charging people to use Wi-Fi. There are many motels and restaurants and other places that have free Wi-Fi, and it definitely is a "minus" for consideration of where I might stay, if they are going to charge me extra for using Wi-Fi, as this one did (or would have if I had taken it).

Rashon was at the front desk and was awesome and polite and helpful. That was where the pleasantries ended… the one of the stairwell doors was missing a handle and could not be pryed open and the other stairwell had dried blood on the stairs… it looked as the entire hotel hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. The stairwells and hallways leading to the room reaked of weed smoke as well as cigarette smoke. The room bathroom had hair in it from some previous user… overall very dissatisfied with everything other than Rashon at the front desk.

Me and husband have stayed at this hotel many times and ive always been satisfied expect tonight at 1am the guest way down the hall has been screaming for hours thanks to the front desk everything is now quiet.

Friendly staff clean beds remodeled rooms everything smells very good the service was very good I was very happy with my stay at the Motel 6 in Greensboro. The only thing that I wish that had was breakfast.

The place has been renovated however I could not sleep for all the screaming and yelling on 2cd floor all night long. The law was even standing in the hall way however they were nice. The last time I stayed here, the room they gave me on first floor had been wrecked by an unruly person that had been smoking in it tearing firealarms from ceiling etc. The time before this, I had a good room on 1st floor. I guess it is what it is in this section of town.

Trayvon communication and work ethic for a third shift representative is outstanding. Trayvon was alert and seems to check the hallways/outside often. Which allowed me to know this location is secure and isn’t like other competitors I have booked at before.

Very, very basic accomodations. NO shampoo, no body wash. No coffee maker in room. Clean, relatively quiet building. Have to pay for Wi-Fi.

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely beautiful. The best part of my 3 day stay here at Motel 6 Greensboro Airport was the front desk manager Ruby! She is truly an asset to this Hotel. Professional Courteous and always has a smile. Housekeeping staff is excellent. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I had a wonderful time there. It was clean and neat. I will be coming back to stay.

WORST PLACE EVER! Drive 15 hrs to get there needed to sleep 5 hours, cause had another 4 hour drive East of Greensboro to go. Reserved 2 days knowing I could stop an cattch some sleep there. Stayed 2 hours! $50 to stretch my legs, could've saved the money an done that in parking lot! Place was beyond DISGUSTING! … You name it, that was the problem! Can not believe this place isn't shut down! … Reason for 1 star, the front desk clerk was very nice!

I had a gift card to use and the patience of the front office staff to help me was priceless! They also remembered my son’s name. Will be back definitely!

I took the surprise that the hotel was in remodeling, and that the room was not as the photo they show on the internet. No desktop or screen HD. The TV was ancient. But what is MORE SERIOUS is that none of the two beds were clean sheets. I had to order a set of sheets. But worse yet, they were not to change, I had to go for them at the reception. In addition, the TV remote control had no batteries and I had to go by them also. The first day I just cleaned the bathroom and did not make the beds. And the second day and the bathroom cleaned. What an unpleasant surprise. I hope these comments serve to improve. Even though they are in remodeling, there are services that should not be missing in any hotel as daily cleaning of the room and on all BEDS CLEAN.

Legitmately may be the worst motel I've ever needed to crash at for the night. We were "guaranteed" a nonsmoking room with a mini fridge/kitchen, which was confirmed by their front desk representative by phone while we were driving from D. C. Walked up to room where we were assigned a nasty, dingy motel room with stains throughout, because the front desk attendant told my boyfriend there were only smoking rooms available. Went back to the front desk to inform them, and wouldn't you know it? A "nicer", non-smoking room was suddenly available! Let's add insult to injury by getting a room with a toilet that squeaks and doesn't flush properly, food crumbs under the beds and on the nightstand, blankets on the bed complete with cigarette burn holes, and a sink that doesn't drain. At all. Keep in mind that this is the "nice" room, per (who I assume was) the night manager that was on duty. The front desk representative who just switched on shift was condescending, rude, and unapologetic about the whole experience. If I wasn't so tired from a long day of driving, we'd be heading home. Hooray! Can't wait to see how the shower works in the morning. Don't book here if you value your dignity. I've frequented many cheap motels before to save money, but at $108, a clean, functioning room would be a nice start. This place is disgusting and needs a complete revamp, from the facilities to the staff.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Checked in Friday night, leave & come back & they had put someone else in our room. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to get another room ready. Leave the next morning & come back that night to find that the room had not been cleaned & we didn't have any clean towels. We go to ask for clean towels only to have the door shut in our face & told to find the manager. They send someone that doesn't even work there to bring us 2 towels even though we have 4 people in the room. The manager finally shows up an hour later. There was drugs, alcohol & prostitution going on. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be shut down or put under different management at the very least.

First let me say, my room was nice, house keeping was great. Front desk clerk very helpful. Now with that said, one half of the management is wonderful, but the manager name Lisa very rude and disrespectful. U need to learn how to talk and treat people. Her alone make that Motel 6 look bad. If she remains a manager, Motel 6 will lose money and customers because of her additude. To the rest of the staff, continue to do good work.

Only reason I'm giving one star is because your front desk clerk was very nice other than that everything about my stay sucked, from the weed smell all on the second floor, stains and hair all over the "fresh sheets" which we slept with our blankets, if I could of gotten another hotel I would of but due to evacuating for the hurricane noone had vacancy. Bathroom had mold all in shower, not to mention when you took a shower you were practically taking a bath too called to have tub drained, not once did anyone show. I felt as if me and my family were at a dope whole motel. We will never be back let alone refer anyone in desperate need to that property.

I was there on a business trip. It was a great stay. The room was clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The hotel desk clerks (Ashley and Aralia) are friendly, welcoming and professional. This was my second time staying at this hotel location. I will definitely stay again.

Everyone was friendly and kind, despite a sold out night and pretty intense rush at 3pm. Pet policy is wonderful and fair; my giant mastiff was treated kindly, and I was able to come and go from the motel without having to cage him. Room was clean, everyone smiled, and the staff made me feel like a long lost family member, not a stranger. One of the best motel 6's I've been too (and I've been to a LOT) and absolutely better than competitor brands.

Stayed for two nights and had a very pleasurable experience. My girlfriend and I needed an affordable place to stay for a couple of nights and the Motel 6 turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Room was very clean, staff was helpful and attentive, and the pool was well cleaned and chlorinated. And to top it off, due to my work schedule we really needed our check out time pushed to a bit later in the day. The manager was very kind in allowing us to do just that. He really kept us from being in a tough spot. I would definitely book here again. Thanks again for a relaxing stay. And for the record, no I'm not an employee nor friends or family of anyone employed at this or any other Motel 6.

The room was ok. Not anything to brag about though. The room I had was on the second floor. The hallway floor felt like it was ready to collapse under my feet. Considering the fact that this motel charges around $100.00 per person per night, I find the state and conditions of this motel appalling. I will probably not go back to another Motel 6 ever again. They can "leave the light on" for somebody else.

Good location. Great pricing, fast check in with friendly staff. Room clean, and nice and cool even with record heat in July. No frills, but well worth the price.

Was pretty nice when I walked in but then I looked closer… the TV was old and barely had any channels and when we went to sleep all night was itchy, I even found a bug in my hair. And you could hear every move made from the upstairs guest. But for 40 dollars a night I expected it.

Expensive. Smells like Cat Piss. Dirty. save yourself headache — — go elsewhere!

GO ELSEWHERE! AVOID THIS CRACK MOTEL! Would not have stayed here but it is where my company put us. After checking in We found a used CRACK PIPE under the bed. We checked 5 different rooms before finding one with a tolerable smell. The Manager JAMES was a complete ass to my fiance. Front desk clerk Ruby was friendly but kinda slow with intelligent thought. I got to watch a drug deal in the parking lot. And listen to a ghetto fabulous couple argue profanely and obnoxiously loud almost every night for the week we were stuck here. Oh. Lets not forget the available hookers that hang out in the parking lot! This is a no BS review!

The cleaning ladies were cool, the front desk attendance were not, the new General Manager who's name is James Brown acted unprofessionally and one of the women that works here, her names Ruby. She acts like she has attitude and is quick to decide with the new GM when they know their in the wrong. They charge $5 a code for internet and you can only use one code for each device (3 devices =3 codes = $15. ) On top of the $50 a day for rent, they have no grab n go breakfast either. And now they've asked us to leave because of asking a little too much. For those who are coming to for DO NOT STAY HERE!

Arrived after a 12 hour drive and was met at the door by a Professional, friendly night Manager Anita who wasted no time getting me checked in and a wake-up set for the AM, she was great and it cost only $36 dollars, Talking to my fellow Inspectors the next day most paid at least double that rate!

Stayed here because they were a pet-friendly hotel. Price was great. Staff Very friendly. There was a strong pet/cleaning smell in the room, BUT it wasn't bad enough that I wanted to switch rooms. I do wish the beds were a little more comfortable, but overall it was a good experience. No problems, area was fine.

It was cheap but nasty. It looked like they didn't clean the rooms. The towels all had stuff on them. It smelt bad, it was just a you pay for what you get hotel. And Wi-Fi is not free. The staff was great though.

This place was terrible. We chose to stay here on our way to Myrtle Beach due to the positive reviews online. The hallways smelled of urine and the room was SMOKING despite us requesting a non-smoking room. I could not even breath in this dump. Got about 3-4 hours of sleep because I couldn't breath. I had to keep getting up to go outside for a while. Absolutely terrible. The room was also marked on the door as non-smoking but their was an ashtray in the room. The next day my clothes and skin smelled like smoke. The bed was hard as a rock and made loud noises at every flight movement. I emailed the hotel chain about this an all I got was an I'm sorry. There is no sorry for this! Disgusting — needs to close down!

Staff was very friendly, however the room had problems… the bed was broken, the internet was VERY slow, the phone hardly worked. However, in their defense at the end we were told that ther were in the process of remodeling and updating everything. We were in town for a few days meeting with our Broker and looking at homes in anticipation of moving back to North Carolina. One day we left out in the morning, got back around 3pm and the room was not cleaned, had to get them up there 3 times to get them to finally Vacuum, change the beds out, and take out all of the trash, they were good at changing out the towels and wathcloths, they did that everytime they were up there… as we are traveling with 4 children ages 8 to 4, having to keep leaving the room time and time again got old… apparently if you have enough problems you geet to meet the GM at check out, the one we met was very nice, and understood our concerns, and did everything he could to keep out business in the future, he did give us a coupon for a free stay, which will probably be used as I am flying in for just one day by myself for the closing on the house.

Great price and fairly clean motel. Big big room with kitchen includes fridge and microwave. I'd stay again.

Recently stayed there for one night during the week. Affordable price, adequate accommodations, and great location. Also, the staff was nice and helpful during my stay there.

JUST DRIVE ON THERE HAS TO BE BETTER! ROACHES! Too bad all the neighboring accommodations are booked solid! Okay it's late and we're super tired so we are staying but this place is sketchy for sure. 1) the door has been kicked in and doesn't shut properly without the deadbolt being thrown. 2) it's obvious that this place has major problems during a rainstorm as the ceiling has been patched multiple times. 3) the rug is rippled from water damage. 4) the residents and yes they look like residents are scabby and very loud! If I hadn't already been driving for ten straight hours I would have pressed on! Thank goodness for the chair that's now wedged against the door and the K-bar at my side! Name should be changed to motel 666.

I stayed at Motel 6 because I just moved in town and needed time before I could find a place to rent. The room had all I needed: kitchenette, bed, bathroom and a desk to work and research online for places to live. Staff very friendly. Good value for money. Room not so clean but good enough for a week.

I've stayed at this motel twice. Room 115 was clean but I could feel the bed springs in my back. Room 106 was clean, the bed was better, but the room had a nauseatingly stale smell to it. Neither room had a small refrigerator nor a microwave oven. If you want Wi-Fi you'll have to pay $3 extra. However, the Wi-Fi bandwidth is slow. There is a laundry and ice machine room there. This motel allows pets. There is an outdoor pool as well. Overall, for just $40/night I'll give it 3 stars.
