Amazingly thoughtful Management, immaculate hotel that I highly recommend!

Nice clean rooms and a big indoor swimming pool.

Staff were super friendly. The room was clean and beyond comfy! Great stay and dog friendly.

Staff was extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast in the morning is a plus. Only drawback was chemical smell when entering, not sure if it was their cleaning products. Ice maker not available on every floor. Rooms had microwave and fridge.

Huge rooms that are stunningly quite. Great pillows and rooms have a fridge and microwave. The bathrooms could use and update but they are very spacious and if anything the TVs are small for the size of the room but those are minor details. The sundries shop is well stocked with high quality items at very reasonable prices AND to top it all off there is a full breakfast, including make your own waffles, each morning. This hotel flat blew away many higher priced hotels (see DoubleTree) in the area. The staff actually seemed to really care about the fact that I was there, from the front desk to room service, they were awesome. Totally changed my view of the chain from a "no frills budget brand" to a great value especially for business travelers. Can't say enough about how impressed I am with the hotel. Even the laundry room is unique in that it accepts cards so you don't have to pay $5 to wash a t-shirt and you don't have to run all over town at midnight to find quarters. I really can't say enough positive things about this hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff. They found me a room I could see my bike from, which is a positive for motorcyclists. Only negative for me is the vending machine is a cooler and they wanted $3 + tax for one soda. That's a bit much even if you add convenience into the conversation. Other than that, great place to stay.

This is our go-to motel when we're traveling from Georgia to Virginia (it's almost exactly half way). I love that it's pet — friendly, but it's also well — maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is fine, with one hot option (waffles) and plenty of cold stuff like muffins and fruit. The dark roast coffee is good, and that's saying a lot because I usually hate motel coffee.

My husband and I stay exclusively at La Quinta hotels and travel across country often. As always, we enjoy the free pet stay and rewards program, so that's still a plus here. It's also in a nice location and staff is friendly… But La Quintas are sometimes emasculate and sometimes mediocre… This is the latter. We had burned out light bulbs and our room wasn't very clean, beds weren't very comfortable. Barking dog that was left alone down the hall that woke us up. Okay hotel, just disappointing after you've seen some updated LQ hotels.

Nice hotel, pet friendly, affordable. My room don't come with microwave and refrigerator but they were able to find those 2 items for me. They just need a better breakfast to be the perfect hotel at a excellent price.

The room was beautiful and the service was excellent I necessarily did not like the waffles and they had in their continental breakfast and I do think they could have had more to choose from in the continental breakfast but it was still nice and the hours were okay I've never been I've never been to a place where there continental breakfast started so early in the morning that is a plus for people who get up very early or they may have places to be very early I have seen a lot of pilots and flight attendants there this weekend past that is a very busy hotel and they have excellent guest services.

I first want to say that I like dogs, but do not own any and my experience may have been different if we were not placed on the 1st or 2nd floors where the dogs are kept. I booked four rooms for my extended family and I did not notice that this was a pet friendly hotel. Nor have I ever stayed at hotel where every other room has a dog in it, because it sounded like we were in a dog shelter. Dogs of all sizes barked and the hallway smelled like wet dog. Fortunately no one in my family is allergic, but there are a few who are not dog people and they requested to move rooms immediately. I understand the convenience of traveling with your pet, so I will blame the hotel for putting people without dogs on the dog floor. It was not the kind of experience we want to pay for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took me to a gym for a good workout. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The staff and manager we're so nice. Room as well as lobby was as clean and inviting as you could hope for. Will always stay here on my road trip to Tennessee.

Our stay at this particular LaQuinta was a great one! It's location puts it very close to bunches of restaurants and other shopping areas which is very convenient. The staff was very courteous and there was lots of parking. I look forward to our next stay, here.

This is my first time staying in this lovely commaditity, the morning staff was lovely helpful and engaging with making sure my reservations were correct. I did notice that they did not have me sign any rules and regulations other than you will be charged 250 dollars for smoking in a non-smoking room. Other than that the rooms are clean and nice size.

Got a good price for a couple of nights. There isn't anything special, but worth the little extra to avoid one star hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect at this price.

This La Quinta Inn & Suites Greensboro is a corporate operated facility & is lacking in updated items. The heating system is in need of a new operating system. It's noisy & blows cold before & after reaching the set temperature. Totally antiquated & unacceptable. The breakfast they offer is not complete, no eggs or breakfast meat. I mean it's 2018 come on, waffles, bagels, cereal & fruit, "Really ". Pet droppings left all over. Guest should be made to pickup their dogs mess. There are signs that say "smoke free " but guests will smoke right by the doors. So what's the point, make them go at least 25-30 feet from the building. Mind you the staff is great, top notch & shouldn't be subjected to nonsense because corporate won't do the right thing & upgrade the property & address certain issues.

It was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and close to the airport, shopping and Spare Time.

I would really give this a 3.5 star, the half star less is due to the fact that the bathroom does not have a lock, and as someone with children it is awkward to not have that privacy barrier. The hotel is extremely great for the price, this star rating is heavily based on that factor alone, so if the price is comparable to say something like a Courtyard then don't go with this. I love that they allow pets because they do a great job cleaning and it didn't look like animals had been in the room. Also, it felt very safe, because 1. The rooms are interior access, and 2. If there were intruders they would have to potentially face a huge attack dog if they try to invade a room, which is a major deterrent. I love how much safer that made me feel. The breakfast was great considering the low cost of the room. Overall, some improvements could be made but this place offers a spectacular price for a great location in the triad area of NC. If you're traveling with a pet, this is the best place you'll probably find. If no pet, it's still a decent option.

I loved staying here. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. They were very accommodating and gave me a first floor room since my dog is blind. The breakfast is not the best, but there are many places to go a mile or less down the street. This was a great spot to stop while travelling.

Good cheap option for our family for a stop on our holiday travels. Checked in at 11 pm and out by 9 am. Breakfast was average, but good for the price of the room (waffles, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc). The strange thing is that there are two narrow doors that open to the bathroom, but they weren't latched. They simple had cabinet pull type knobs and we're easily pushed open. Not the most private setup. They did lend us a couple extra blankets for the night. We booked a room with two double beds and had enough room for our pack n play for the baby.

We used the conference room for an all-day training session and it was great! The staff is SO friendly and eager to help and even rearranged the room last minute to suit my preference. We had a great experience at a very affordable price. We had to provide our own TV for the presentation, but it wasn't an issue as a surge protector was waiting for us. We also had to provide our own food, but the price was so great, we didn't mind at all. I definitely recommend La Quinta Lanada for their conference room!

Overall a good stay. Early breakfast start time which was convenient. Room was nice and beds were comfy. Also pet friendly.

We recently spent the night while visiting family in Greensboro. It was the weekend of the dog show and so the hotel was filled with guests with adorable dogs. We didn't hear any barking in our room with the fan on (the children in the outdoor pool are what needed to be drowned out by the fan). Breakfast was good. The pillows were very comfortable, and my only complaint is that the bed was a bit too hard for me.

I sometimes use this place for somewhere to meet with my bride's and do their hair and makeup. It is always clean and there is always someone at the front desk, which is something you can't say about a lot of hotels. I've actually had bride's book with them after doing their trial there because they enjoyed the space and cleanliness They offer shuttle, and go out of their way for their guests. My mom stayed here one time while with my dog and told me it was a mini vacation for her. Also even walking in the hallways if someone works there be it a cleaning lady or matenience man they are all very nice and greet you. This may be a southern thing but it goes a long way.

I have previously booked with this location, and I absolutely loved it. My family booked plenty of rooms and also rented the meeting space. Now when I call to see about the meeting space, I was informed the meeting space now is used strictly for business meetings. Taking that space away from the general public just doesn't make since to me, unless it's going to be a strictly business hotel. I can understand no parties because it's not a huge space and it could disturb other guests, but something as simple as a baby shower or a bridal shower, I don't see the harm. But what can I say, rules are rules. My issue comes with fact that I called the hotel 4 or 5 times, left 2 messages (1 voicemail and 1 with an employee) asking for the hotel manager or for a call back. My call was never returned. I just had to try again and when I asked for the manager again I got the front desk manager, who put me on hold got back on the phone and told me she saw where I booked the space last year (I did not book the space last year) and that the rules had changed because they felt it worked better that way. Which is fine, but if I have called the hotel that many times I would have appreciated the opportunity to be heard, instead of her getting the phone reciting the message I left with an employee. At least I know the message was received, it just wasn't important enough to warrant a response.

Good hotel, not the newest in the area but still nice. The beds were nice, not too soft. Pillows could be a bit bigger but they were of good quality. They are pet friendly and the staff was very acomidating. There was a very difficult customer in front of us in line and the lady behind the counter took it in strides and handled it wonderfully. Get to breakfast early because it seems that a lot of airline staff stay there and they eat everything.

For starters… (James) at the Front Desk was loud and rude… Horrible customer service… Then, we didn't get what we was promised when we made our reservations. They told us they couldn't fix the issue because they were all out of rooms but since I was a I could just call before check out and they would fix it. NOT! They were communicating with each other the whole time. She knew who I was and what the issue was before I even tried to explain to her. Then the extra room I had to purchase (supposedly the last one) smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was not completely clean. After talk to a couple of other guess… Come to find out. They were given false info as well before arrival. But because of the other sold out hotels in town. We were forced to deal with the issues. I can go on and on… I've stay here in the past before. Never had this probably. The new employees are rude and mean. Will I stay here.

We stayed in room 609 last night. It smelled like smoke. They put a smoke removing machine in the room with us for the duration of the stay. The bathroom sink is very oddly caulked. The tub floor feels as if there's no subfloor beneath giving the feeling that you will fall through. The soap dish is poorly caulked back together after a previous break and a bar of soap is too heavy for it to hold. The breakfast was abysmal. They were out of just about everything by 7:30. Took about an hour for the host to come back and refill the scant choices they offered. Coffee is the weakest I've ever had. I gave it 2 stars because despite all that, the bed was comfortable, the pool was really nice, the landscaping was nice and the hot tub would've been nice if the jets were working. The staff was friendly as well. I've stayed in worse, but I've stayed in better.

I came to Greensboro. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Thee room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that the hotel offers was varied and satisfying and the breakfast time was from very early in the morning to late morning so it fits into any guest's schedule. I was more than satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is pretty good, large rooms, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor pool. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The shuttle will take you anywhere in the area and to the airport. The breakfast is lacking, only warm food is the waffle maker.

We checked into room 502 on June 3rd to water on bathroom floor from leak. We couldn't change rooms until the next day which was a BIG INCONVIENCE. Tried to talk with maid about room being cleaned NO ENGLISH! Need complimentary toothbrush they told it would be $2.14 really irritated with this hotel!

It was good, nothing above and beyond but nothing was bad either. Better than most hotels can say.

Decent place for an overnight. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast in the mornings but I'd recommend going to ihop instead.

Well for starters the they need to fix the mirror if you look at the Bottom it is chipping off. They put up a sing that say 100% smoke free. You can walk right in when your out side and they said you need to use your key.

Stay here often and always have been treated well and gotten a clean room with a comfortable bed.

We booked a king nonsmoking room in May 2013. When we arrived for our stay 18-21 October 2013, we were put in a filthy Smoking room. I mean do they still have Smoking Rooms? Well, they do in North Carolina, not to mention all the pubic hair that was stuck to the bathroom wall and on the floor. We complained and they apparently sprayed some stuff in the room that did not help, but we got to keep the hair. We complained again in the morning and they gave us a different room. I don't mind getting gauged during High Point Market for a room if it is clean. This was not! I hope they send me a survey.

The hotel over booked and bumped us, even though we made our reservation a month in advance. Upon arriving the said they had to put us in a smoking room, then a king room. We needed 2 doubles, but ended up taking the king because there was no other hotels because of market week. Probably would not stay here again.
