Couldn't get on their page to make reservations, but had no problem getting a room when we arrived!
Front deak attendantat was very accommodating, and checked us right in! Room was clean and neat and bed was comfortable! Have stayed here several times and never been dissapointed!

My Grandmothers expensive camera was stolen right out of our room. Along with $300 in cash. Although the staff was nice, they were absolutely no help. No cameras, no access to logged entries on the locked room. A housekeeper told us that another housekeeper was known for stealing. The same housekeeper that was pushing us to leave because she was "Bored and your room (our room) was the only one I (she) had to clean today". Be careful of your belongs and remember there is no cameras.

Stayed here in mid June for two nights. Nice place, clean rooms and friendly staff. Very close to Saratoga Springs State Park. If I ever visit Saratoga Springs, definitely staying here again.

Really nice hotel, close to downtown Saratoga. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a delicious continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Plan to stay again!

Best location to the track, easy in and out exit from the track to hotel. Close to everything and Gary on the graveyard shift will hook you up quick with a card if you loose yours or if it doesn’t work. Boo ya ka sha!

Staff very eager to help and want to make sure your stay is fantastic also they have a great breakfast.

I've stayed here before. The woman at the front desk in the evening is wonderful — welcoming, friendly, accommodating, professional, efficient, etc. A bed in our room was dirty, we let her know, she immediately moved us — absolutely no hesitation, and happily — and it was clear that the problem would be sternly addressed with the staff. She has been wonderful every visit, and so has the front desk folks in the morning. They all make for an extremely pleasant stay. This is a BW Plus, so the rooms are an upgrade from the typical BW — kind of like a Hampton or Hilton Garden. Very roomy and comfortable. Finally, despite one bed issue, this place IS very clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and do recommend it.

This was a leisure stay to attend a concert at SPAC. Great location. Hotel was nice and well-staffed. I travel a lot for business so I stay a lot of nights in different hotels. This was a great property.

I had paid for rooms in February and they tried charging me again the following morning found my account charged not once but twice. When we arrived in room the floors were not vacuumed, urine was on the toilet seat. For the amount of money we paid for this room, we should have had a better experience. Will not recommend the Saratoga Springs Best Western hotel!

Attentive and caring staff, had a room ready for us fairly quick. Clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing!

Clean hotel, good location near downtown. Sarasota is a lovely place to visit. Breakfast staff was excellent, helpful and very nice.

Our second time staying at Best Western Plus in Saratoga Springs. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. It is in a convenient area, with easy access to the highway. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Because rooms don't face the road, they are quiet, as well. If we are in the area again, will definitely stay here.

I called corporate and they told her she had to check us into our room and we owed the hotel nothing. They placed us in a room with two-double beds and claimed it was a "queen-room. " After calling corporate again, we were informed that the hotel changed our reservation to a room with double beds back in April without notifying us of the change. Corporate tried placing a call to the general manager but he refused to take the phone call. A housekeeper was very sweet and kept checking in on us and told us that this is a common problem with the general Manager. There is something very shady going on with their business practices. Beware before booking!

Okay but mattresses were quite lumpy. I think the eggs at breakfast were made from a box of powdered eggs. Just terrible.

Rooms where a bit dated but nice place. Great breakfast, clean and tidy.

It is a clean and safe place to stay for concerts and the racino and racetrack right around the corner from both places as a great BBQ across the street, yes it's about 5to10 mins. From town but you are getting a better price during the busy season in Saratoga. Great breakfast in the mornings and the desk people are great and so are the breakfast help.

I prefer and have stayed here countless times. It's well located off the Northway and downtown Saratoga Springs, It's rooms are spotless and comfortable like the rest of the Hotel. Reasonably priced, it offers a hot breakfast, free WiFI and newspapers — perfect for me!

Stay one night. Everything looks good before I found someone dirty sock. Are they vacuum before new guest?

Had to wait for a few minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. After we got our keys, we had to return to the desk since the door wouldn't open. We were told the battery had died. After about 15-20 minutes we finally got into a room. After all of that trouble I would have appreciated an upgrade of some kind, but that didn't happen. Breakfast was good. A few cereal options, pastries, bagels, and even waffles. Coffee and juices were available.

Great breakfast! You can have pancakes, waffles, scrambles eggs, bacon, sausage and a variety of other breakfast foods. The service here is great too.

Room was cleaned and trash cans left empty, old towels removed and not replenished, bed sheets not redone. Convenient location to all areas of interest, outdoor pool and hot tub weird for a hotel in the northeast.

Very nice hotel. The hotel is clean and seems to be fairly new. I would certainly stay there again. But note that the pool is outside, not indoors. Also some rooms, such as the one we were in, are in a separate, adjacent building.

Great place to crash after a fun night in Saratoga Springs listening to music. Room had fridge and microwave for after party snacks, great restaurants that delivered! Place was very well decorated as well!

The staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. The room we had was a little cramped. Toilet low and a high step out of the tub Room was clean and the breakfast very good and lobby comfortable to just sit and read.

It was a quick stay for me, so I didn't really use any amenities here, but the staff was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. I found the bed to be very hard, but everyone has a different preference on that. The pillows were great. It's very easy on/ off the highway, but not too far out of town.

The Best Western in Saratoga is the place to stay if you don't want to pay a exorbitant amount of money for a good quality hotel. It's a short, easy drive from downtown, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's my "go to" hotel whenever I am in town.

Close proximity to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center. (Approx 1 mile). I wish I knew the name of the woman who at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and from the area all of her life, so she was able to give me advice and suggestions regarding travel and shopping. The hotel was spotless and it had a nice outdoor pool. We slept through breakfast, which was disappointing, but at the same time it meant the beds were more comfortable than expected.

Hotel was close to Saratoga Race Track, the Saratoga Park and Spa, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga Springs downtown area, very nice for sure. Room was large, egress was difficult, but manageable. Inconsistent staff helpfulness / dedication. Pool area nice, pool nice, hot tub nice, need more than 1 table and chairs around pool area. Possible later hours at pool for use of pool and area, hot tub.

This is the place to stay if you are in Saratoga Springs! Quality service, immaculate conditions, great breakfast and the friendliest, most helpful staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at! You will NOT be disappointed!

We loved this hotel! It was close to the track and casino! Clean and friendly! Great breakfast! Nice and quiet! I would come back next year! We've stayed here 4 times now!

Hotel is pretty clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and it was acceptable. No counter top in the bathroom. Weird and pretty annoying. Wife couldn't even set her contacts on the sink because it was sloped. Price was right and it was close enough to the track and downtown to be convenient. Would stay again.

My bed had hair in it. I went to the front desk and was told they couldn't move me the woman at the front desk was very friendly and nice and did offer to change the sheets. She kept saying that it was likely a problem that the person who cleaned the room didn't wear hairnet. She then asked me if I want to clean pillowcases as well. After she left my room I also noticed the toilet hadn't been cleaned either. This was by far my worst hotel experience ever.

So upset. When we left we accidentally forgot our 3 jackets in the cupboard and when we called back a few hours later was told nothing was found to check our own belongings. I'm no fool I know we didn't get them. And they and housekeeping are the only ones able to get back into the room. Be honest hopefully they enjoy wearing someone else's clothing. I myself work in housekeeping at a hospital and when I find something left in a room I turn it in. Glad I'm at least a trustworthy and honest person. To think I even left the housekeeper a tip for what. Will never stay there again or recommend it. All we want is our coats back. Also the windows on bottom level don't lock.

We were on our honeymoon. The power was out for more then 75% our stay. We went out and came back to our room in total darkness. The security door was propped open with no staff around to meet us and tell us what was going on. No flashlights or help of any kind was offered. We could not charge any of our electronics, or even shower. There was supposed to be hot breakfast in the morning and only cold pastries were put out. They offered nothing in the form of compensation. Not even a discount off our next stay. Obviously they can not control a power outage but the way it was handles was not professional or patron friendly.

In town for a quick 2 night business trip. The man at the front desk was nice. The rooms we had are dusty. Like they just did a bunch of sanding in our room. The door knobs. The headboards. Dust. You get the idea. There pieces of tape on the wall where repairs are to take place I imagine. Overall it's fine. You know what you're getting. It's a bed and a shower and overall the place is fine, just needs a little bit of light cleaning and work. I'd come back, who cares.

Rooms were nice and had great amenities. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Had a slight pricing issue I was not made aware of by staff when they had to upgrade my room due to a booking issue on their part. Overall a decent experience though.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, even the mirrors lol. Alot of places we stayed they weren't. Very good heat and didnt run out of hot water during shower. Will definitely stay here again.

The accommodations are clean and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful, the bed was really comfortable, and it is pet friendly, a home run for us! In addition, being "pet friendly", we have NEVER noticed any odors, stains or other issues. The rooms are always clean, fresh and very comfortable.

Best Western Plus Saratoga Springs was a great place to stay even though I stood there just for one night. I had a great time. The service was great, the rooms were amazing, and the people there were very kind. I only wish that the Wi-Fi in Best Western Plus Saratoga Springs was better. The Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting me. But overall my experience was great.

This hotel was incredibly expensive and not at all worth the price. The front desk staff was very inattentive, slow and bordered on impolite. We arrived at 10:30 p. M. Very tired and had to wait at the front desk for almost 10 minutes while the one person working had a conversation with a patron that was clearly unimportant, not time-sensitive and which consisted of much personal story-telling. All the while, the employee didn't even bother to make eye contact with us while we waited or to even address us in any way by letting us know that she would help us shortly. The same staffer had refused to let my husband check in an hour before me (we were arriving from separate places) because the room was in my name. When he asked if she could just call me to verify, she said that it was against hotel policy to do so. Aside from that, the room was ice cold when we arrived and the supplies were not adequately stocked. Check out at 7:00 a. M. Was an equally frustrating and unpleasant experience (with a different staff person).

The room was large and quiet, and the free internet was surprisingly fast. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, check-in/out was easy and quick, and the free breakfast was top-notch. Very surprised this is only a two-star place.

When I checked in to this Best Western I entered my room to find hair shavings in the bathroom sink. Upon further inspection of the bathroom I found pubic hair all over the toilet an in the shower. Immediately went to the front desk and told them of my problem with the room and was told by the person at the front desk that "that is the reason they don't stay in hotels. " The next morning I spoke with the front desk manager who told me the "most senior person that worked at the hotel" had cleaned my room and that they did not believe me. When I arrived home I called Best Western's Headquarters and disputed the charges. Because all Best Westerns are privately owned, customer service could do nothing to help me get this problem taken care of. I now have to pay $429.35 for one night of complete filth and unsatisfactory service. Never again will this Best Western or any Best Western in that matter EVER get my business ever again.

Great location, close to casino, racetrack and state park. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Full breakfast is included which was a nice surprise. Pool and hot tub seem a little old and was only open to 8 pm.

The staff was wonderful! Each and every one of them greeted me or spoke to me when they saw me. Anything needed was provided and it was obvious their main concern was their guests.

Nice rooms. Nice bed and pillows. Nice staff. Helpful with finding places to eat.

It was completely unremarkable, nothing really sick out to me for the one night I sleep there but the breakfast was high quality.

My first time in saratoga and I decided to stay here… absolutely loved the customer service! A woman named Kathy was wonderful!. Since it was my first time here she told me all the right places to go and I had a wonderful time. I've been in customer service for many years so I appreciate good service when I see it.

We were in room 122 and woke up at 12:30 AM covered in BEDBUG bites.

Unsatisfied. We went to check in right at 3:00. The woman at the front desk said in 15 minutes it will be ready. A little annoying since check in was at 3 o'clock. 45 minutes later the line was at the door and our room was still not ready. She let people check in that showed up after us because apparently the rooms are preassigned. She eventually changed our room an hour later. In the morning the water was not working. The toilets would not flush and we could not shower. I will not be returning here.

We stay here every year for Saratoga Jazz Fest at the end of June and it was fine, no issues! breakfast was good, service was good! rooms were clean, also its right across the street from PJs rib shack which is awesome. And after a long day at the jazz fest its great to just drive 5 min threw the park to our hotel!

Quite depressing… keys did not work on exterior doors and we got drenched from rain going back and forth to main lobby several times. The answer we got was the keys "often don't work". So was that our problem? Smells pervaded the hallways. No HD TV in our room. Breakfast was so-so… coffee pots were not filled quickly. Room was OK but two tiny pieces of soap and scratch towels did not merit the room price. Look elsewhere.
