Comfort Inn was a nice hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a Jacuzzi tub. The fitness room was small but they have a nice cable machine to work every body part. The complimentary breakfast was very good also. Unfortunately we happened to be in Saratoga Springs during the races and every hotel room was just about double the rate. This was true for all the hotels, not just Comfort Inn. We were pleases with our stay overall.

Fix the mechanical issue in room 205, new carpet, except the LC card, new beds.

Nice, clean and very accomdating.

Can't say much for the place, water pressure was rather poor. Not the cleanest, but was better than some. Pool was way too small, big enough for a few kids. Pillows entirely too soft.

Friendliest staff I’ve ever had at any hotel stay! Rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable! Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to SPAC!

The staff at this hotel is awesome. Very friendly. The hotel is in a great location in the same lot for food. A walmart across the street. The lobby was super clean, my room was a little dated but also clean. I haven't checked out yet and they did give me a 1:00 check out. The price was also better then most places in the area. Also they have great parking.

Amazing customer service! Great front desk and hotel staff. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. Went above and beyond for the guests. Clean nice rooms, nice pool area and conveniently located.

Wonderful experience, I would defiantly stay here again. My husband and I were in town for a family event and booked a room here along with several other members of the family. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The hot breakfast was excellent and the young woman working it was efficient and very friendly. As you walk in there is a warm little fireplace with a couple of cozy chairs that quickly chased the New York cold from my South Carolina bones. The pool was smaller than expected, but well maintained. There is a drink vending machine on the first floor but the snack one is on the second floor; unless I missed an additional vending area on those two floors. The staff is what really makes this place great. Mark, who checked us in, was very personable and had us laughing even after a flight into Newark and a drive trough Jersey. Brittany, was extra helpful and so gracious when a few of us returned from a Saturday night on Caroline St. (Less than a $10 Uber ride from downtown to the hotel. ) I witnessed one of the two women working the front desk this morning, walk an older gentleman to the lobby computer and patiently assist him with his search. Every staff member we encountered had a friendly smile and a hello or good bye for us. I'm thinking the reason this 2 star hotel has 4 star reviews has a lot to do with the employees… And the breakfast.

The hotel had a good breakfast and was close to where I was working that week. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The price is almost right. Pros: -Service/customer hospitality -Amenities -Location near many restaurants, stores and interstate highway -bed was comfy -The breakfast was outstanding from other hotels-the donuts were “Amish sized. ” -Numerous plugs for charging your equipment -In one of the pictures I took, I received a thank you bag for being a Choice hotels member. Not all Choice hotels do this! It included 2 bottles of Saratoga Springs water, a bag of Fritos, and a map of Saratoga Springs. -When I entered the room there were 2 mint candies on the bed. And they were delicious Cons: -Toilet lacks power, couldn’t flush (not just because of #2) -Remote for TV (this one really drove me nuts…) may have lacked battery power because I could press the volume, channel, or power buttons several times in different positions that pointed at the TV and would not get a signal -wallpaper in bathroom not caulked correctly and is starting to peel up -cracked sink -TV set on the right side of a king sized bed (keep it centered! ) Overall, it was a good experience, I think if the toilet had more pressure I would’ve given them 5 stars.

My husband and I checked in late, around 1030pm. The computers were doing an update so for the inconvenience the man at the desk gave us a suite at a discounted price! It was a nice room, nice warm indoor pool that we took total advantage of. It was quiet and comfortable. Will def recommend to anyone looking for place to stay!

Friendliest staff at any hotel! Comfortable, clean rooms… an indoor pool, exercise center, and a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, you-make waffles… also hard boiled eggs, cereal, beads and pastries! All this while being one of the must reasonably priced in Saratoga Springs!

The young ladies at the front desk are wonderful when arriving she remembered us from last year. Room was clean breakfast was great young lady was out front asking to help if needed thank you.

The comfort inn was a lovely homey place with an invitingly warm atmosphere. The pool was warm and welcoming on this cold November and I would absolutely stay again for some more of those apple cinnamon waffles.

I stayed here 2 nights to attend a wedding. Reasonable price, rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was a bit low, but the water got nice and hot. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast — — waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. Short drive to the fun stuff in the area. The staff here is really friendly! I'd stay here again if I had to come back to the area.

There was a bus full of tourists staying the same night we were. The breakfast int the morning was very busy. The person working the desk came over and made sure the breakfast was taken care of. She made aure everybody had what they wanted. What great aervice.

People were nice. Breakfast was excellent. When we checked in, we arranged a late checkout of 12:30 for the next day. The next morning at 10:00, housekeeping knocked on the door and woke us up, then he let himself in. Even earlier than the 11:00 regular checkout time would have been.

The people at the desk were mean and arrogant as hell and my phone was broken the whole time I told people at the desk that it was broken I spent three days there and not one time did they come in to fix my phone I would not recommend going there the housekeepers are nice but the people at the front desk suck Granite it's pet friendly but my husband went out to the lobby and a dog almost attacked him I would not recommend going there if you have children that are afraid of dogs the breakfast attendant was amazing she was really nice and made sure we had hot food the next morning and the housekeeper's did a good job in my room.

I stayed in a master suite here last night with my boyfriend. I woke up at around 4 am. With extreme burning and itching on my ankles I was terrified to look. I turned on the light to see bed bug bites covering both my ankles up my legs and later noticed some on my stomach! When I went to confront the guy at the front desk he was very young maybe early 20s was not accomidating, they had no extra rooms, and told me I was giving him anxiety and he has 'panic disorder'. Um hello I just woke up covered in bites and bugs!?! He proceeded to scream in my face as if he wanted to hit me when I replied by saying I will call the cops unless he refunded my boyfriend completely and washed and dried our things to pick up the next morning. Which he did. I also spoke to the manager and he was fired. Do not stay at this place!

The bed was so comfortable, I lost control of my bowels. Things… happend after that.

The staff are great. Would definitely recommend it. We already booked for next year.

The location is great, right in the heart of things. Restaurants and amenities are close and easy to get to. The state park is also quite close, perfect for day trips. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and willing to lend a hand. The breakfast was hot and fresh, a good variety of warm food and pastries /bagels. Overall I'm very happy with my stay and would book a room here again.

This hotel was a wonderful value all around! Upon entering, we looked at each other because it was a relatively small lobby, but the staff with their warm and welcome, immediately made us realize they were big on service. Our room was clean and extra bedding was provided for the pull-out bed. It had a a mini coffe maker with free coffee and tea, a microwave, and a fridge. The kids had a ball in the pool-it's good for playing or relaxing, but too small for someone wanting to do laps. We were especially impressed with the variety of breakfast offerings, including eggs, bacon, make-your-own waffles with available fruit topping and whipped cream, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and a wide variety of hot and cold beverages. It was very close to Skidmore, for our college visit. We will definitely return if our plans take us to the area again!

Very nice hotel. Clean and large rooms. Close to restaurant and shopping mall. Ideally located.

Free breakfast, free shuttle service to and from the City Center, great staff, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, all reasonably priced, and overall a very pleasant hotel. The only drawback is that it's 2 miles away from the center of the city.

We had a trailer with an Harley on it and the parking lot is very secure. We will definitely stay there again next time I am in the area!
If you have a chance to try the one in Fredericksburg Virginia, this is very nice too. I feel like I was in LasVegas :-)

Stayed for a weekend. Very clean. Great staff, very friendly. The pool was perfect! And the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Wish I could give more stars. Kaetlynn at the front desk could not have been friendlier. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. KC in charge of breakfast was equally as sweet and accommodating and put out a wonderful breakfast. Best eggs I have ever had at a buffet. My 16 year old was having a tough weekend and the two of them never missed an opportunity to try to boost her spirits and as a Mom, I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated that. Would go back to that hotel just to see the two of them. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, everything I encountered was clean and perfect. Wish I could give more stars. Any future visit anywhere near this hotel… We are staying at this Comfort Inn!

We enjoyed out stay. The breakfast was great. They had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, apple and orange juice, coffee, pastries, etc. The room was a good size. Bed was a little stiff. TV was good and had the usual cable/satellite menu. Bathroom was a little small, but had everything you'd need. Shower head was a little low for a 6' 4" guy. All in all, not a bad place to stay and close to town. Also it has a Walmart right across the road. There's also a Golden Corral right in the parking lot… if you're into that.

Well on the OBHS crew teams trip to Saratoga Springs when we got there we only had two channels that worked and one of them was Porn which is not right for a bunch of young teens after that there was a loud crashing sound from across the hall it was not a pleasant experience because we keep finding weird things in the room (paint covers, vape heads, and e — cigs) the room was not very clean and it took a long time to get there it sucked but I would go back.

The OBHS crew team stayed here for one night for our regatta. I would say that the hotel was nice. The beds were very comfy and it was plenty of room for four people per room. The breakfast was also very nice the employees did not mind us taking all the food. One of our team mates Daniel took a lot of peanut butter. Three complaints that I have was a potato was sleeping in a room across from us, there was a Golden Corral across from us and too many kids were vaping NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE WINDOW BROKE NOT OUR FAULT I SWEAR BUT IT WAS GREAT. our regatta went amazing it wasn't too cold but not too warm. The only problem it was way too muddy. I would recommend eating peanut butter and almonds to eat it's really good. Drop off guys.

The OBHS Crew team stayed there for a night for a regatta. We walked in and five seconds later we noticed a broken window. That was the sign of a good night. There was an insident in our room but the walls our so soundproof that our coach, Jay, who is 28 even though he has an impressive bald spot, slept soundly through the night. Dreaming of getting rid of us The microwave seemed like a good way to get rid of the sense of vape in the room, but it burned our jolly rancher. We ended up giving it to our teammates' wall, so in the end it all ended up okay. My only few complaints are that there was a POTATO staying in the room down the hall. He was watching the Mets and just lower in the IQ of the entire hotel. The other complaint is that one of the vape God kids kept coming into our room, kicking his feet up on the tv, watching impractical jokers, and eating our snacks. He even managed to get a hotel key! There was a series of tragic events, heartbreak, and a great sense of disappointment. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, but the water was crusty. One star. Wain up.

Perfect stay if you're on the road and need a place to stay. They have a pool, complimentary breakfast, rooms are clean and very nice for the price. They also own some of the nearby restaurants and you get discounts when you show your room key. Staff is super friendly and even went out of their way to drop us to a garage to check on my car before taking us to the trainstation so we could head on home. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Location was fantastic, staff were exceptional. Also got an upgrade for being a choice rewards member. Great stay.

Stayed one night place is animal friendly hallway floors are plywood you can hear people walking the halls can also hear the dogs in the hotel very noisy place. The next morning I found a pile of dog crap under the chair in the corner I never asked to be comp I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great location with great rates. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Excellent if you're too tired to continue driving. Very close to the highway, close to a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter gas stations etc.

Saratoga was AMAZING! LOCATION… Location… Location! It was right across from Walmart and near a great deal of stores and restaurants and the Executive King Suite was a beautiful and roomy with an amazingly comfortable bed! Arthur and Kevin were EXCEPTIONAL! 1 bad experience with Katelynn but for the most part everything was geat except the Wi-Fi… Wifi problems connecting made the trip a little more difficult — called for help and spoke to Katelynn-I was VERY specific and said that I had tried to get help last night with Kevin but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting my phone I explained I had tried password every way possible, logged out and shut down and had been working at it for over an hour but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting me withing a minute or two and it would take 10-15 tries to get back logged in just to have it disconnect me again… she basically didn't listen to the words I was saying and only kept repeating the basic troubleshooting tips-and talking to me like I had no clue… if she only would have actually listened to me and just said she was sorry and admit she didn't know why it was happening instead of speaking to me like like I didn't know what I was doing. It was a little more than frustrating that in today's world that the Wi-Fi connection was this terrible… I needed to verify several things and print tickets so did not want to enter my credit card info on the computer in the lobby… Wi-Fi is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
