Was in this hotel 3rd day and generally enjoyed it. By the way, I was very happy to see the coffee maker in the room.

To be honest, it's pretty good. There is only one snag, some rooms do not have very good lighting. Although maybe the norms of light were enough, I still sometimes felt discomfort.

The most beautiful thing is of course the location (right in Times Square! ) and a nice Wi-Fi in the room. Although they didn't just make me smile. Breakfasts are also on top).

Rooms were great — the size was comfortable, beds, beds were large, recently refurbished so it’s modern, and has all your basic amenities. Only thing it doesn’t have is a mini fridge. Selected a room on a high floor and the view is stunning, including being able to see the hustle and bustle of Times Square below. Prices are reasonable for its location. Overall, it’s a good place for value.

This place is amazing! Me and my family went on a wonderful trip to New York as my mum is from Long Island, and this exceededmy expectations by miles. It was in an incredible location with great views, fantastic food and lovely people who are always happy to help. The person at the front desk helped us with our bags and went out of her way to make sure we were pleased. The only thing that was disappointed is we asked for a trundle bed to be put out whilst we were out for a couple hours, but when we got back they weren’t there and we had to call. Other then that, a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a family trip my fiancé and I had. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I expected it to be good but it was more than that. At check-in a fella named Isaac was extremely kind! He made sure that we were comfortable with our room being on the highest floor due to some people not being fond of heights. Explained where everything we needed in the hotel was thoroughly. Going that extra mile really made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean, I didn’t have anything to complain about considering that I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a few hotels when traveling this is my top 5 favorite! The food at breakfast was amazing! During check out we also had a lovely encounter with a wonderful woman by the name of Victoria! She also made sure we enjoyed our stay and made great conversation. It’s all about a warm welcome and a fond farewell they provided just that. Thank you again so much for being so accommodating!

The hotel being located in times. Square is extremely busy. Nonetheless the attention to detail given and the level of customer service is amazingly outstanding. The prices were a little high for the drinks as my rum and coke was 14.00 but overall an amazing g experience.

I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting. It was also very modern and updated, with interesting decor. My biggest issue with it is it's a pain to get from the street level up to your floor if you have a stroller or wheelchair. You have to shuffle between elevators.

Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhatten is within a maximum of the center of New York with exits to Broadway and 49th Street and just a few meters from Times Square. The lobby is on an intermediate level. Our rooms at 42. And 44th floor were on the so-called IHG Elite Level, distinguished by great views of New York and huge televisions each. A glazed shower was installed in the Badezimner and the amenities that matured there were replaced daily.
We had not booked the hotel breakfast, as with around 30$ pP quite lush and the surroundings of the hotel offered enough alternatives. The hotel standard is clearly worthy of 4-star stars. The hotel was frequented over Easter essentially by New York tourists and has an enormous envelope. At the reception there was always a tremendous casserole through check-in and — Out. I would only recommend this hotel if you really look for the hustle and bustle of Broadway.

Very centrally located, i. E. Mitten in the action, but still quiet. Right in Times Square, to every direction the metro station. Back out the food mile! Until now, good rooms have had very comfortable beds. Because we wanted two double beds, we had very small beds and the carpet stank really dibly. Service good but without minibar speak refrigerator but on every floor there is an ice cream machine (ice cubes).

Really nice hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Quiet room. TV has nice selection of channels. Right in the heart of the theater district, in fact Chicago is playing right across the street. Walking distance to Times Square and so much more. There's a coffee/pastry bar in the hotel along with a nice breakfast buffet that offers a full hot buffet as will as a less expensive cold buffet option. I chose the cold option and was very pleased with a toasted bagel, cream cheese, cucumber and smoked salmon, pineapple and melon, cheese, a chocolate croissant, fruit juice and coffee. The concierge was helpful and check in quick and painless. I did ding tht Crown Plaza one star because they actually CHARGE guests to use the computers in the business center. What?!?! Also I've seen business centers better stocked with notepaper, pens, staplers etc but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic location right next to Times Square. In hotel valet parking was a better deal than I expected and comparable to other garage rates in the area. The food was very good. An in room fridge would have been nice. The hotel and food was pricey but not bad considering the location. The buffet breakfast wasn't great for the price but everything else was good.

Ideal location on Times Square. Bar, restaurant, everything is carried by hand without need of transport.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I booked a room for a one-night business trip and my personal card was held for incidentals — — normal. Then my personal card was charged for an extra night. When I called on the weekend to clear up the charges the operator was incredibly rude, telling me that no one could help me and to call back between 9-5 during the week. Before I could ask another question, she hung up. I called the Accounting department multiple times this morning after 9 a. M. And was sent directly to voicemail. I then called the operator for assistance. The operator, Donna, was even more rude than the person the day before. I explained the situation and requested her to please transfer me to a specific person, not the general accounting department line. I was then transferred to the general line! I called back, said there must have been a mistake and re-explained the request. She didn't say a word and transferred me to a line for a staff member without telling me their name or title, whose mailbox was full. How am I supposed to know who she even put me in contact with so I could leave an adequate message or know who to call back at another time? I called back a THIRD and FOURTH time, both times Donna let the call through but did not speak, so I was sitting with dead air for about 30 seconds. She would then transfer me to another random line with no one to pick up on the other end.

Simple yet nice hotel. Was no problem getting a high up room with a good view. Good staff, simple but good bar. Would reccomend for a quick trip if you are busy all day. Gets the job done but no crazy amenities.

The hotel is in the heart of New York City. The windows were right in Times Square. But, to be honest, almost all hotels here (a break with it) are the same. I was already in three different and strong differences did not notice. Except that there was good Wi-Fi.

The room is decent and roomy. I was disappointed in the cleanliness, seeing hair on the ceiling in the shower room and some sort of liquid residue on the wall near the door entrance. Daily service is supposed to provide 2 bottles of water daily and I haven't received even 1 by my 3rd day. Location 8s great.

The location is great. However, I wouldn't want to be in Times Square for my next New York trip. To overflow and very noisy.
To the hotel itself: the room was very spacious but somewhat in the years and quite noisy.
In part, man had to wait 5 minutes until hot water came out of the shower. In addition, the rooms have been quite in the years.
The Wi-Fi is very fast.
Breakfast was not included in our booking. However, we still ate at the hotel restaurant. The buffet was OK… However, the shock came with the bill. We had to pay $88 for a 0815 breakfast… A cheek!
In addition, fees are charged which are not apparent at the booking.

First time here and not impressed at all. First impressions are very important and as soon as we pulled up got ignored by the valet. He told the car behind us to pull up and took care of them. I had to actually get out of my car and go up to someone. He looked at us like what were we doing here. Rooms are extremely small no fridge no microwave. Shocking for such a supposively high end hotel in NYC. The staff as we entered the hotel were surprising nice which after the valet experience I was not expecting this to be an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was probably the best thing about the entire stay. The icing on the cake was spending $500 for one night and being told we could not take a picture of our children in the “private pool”. (Yet we are members). Will most likely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel in great location a bit pricey is very impersonal. The rooms are very large but they would need a modernization.

Hotel in the heart of times square! Unfortunately… shower not easily adjustable, up to 15 minutes waiting to find hot water! not very ecological… about soundness, it is a catastrophe. We hear absolutely everything. Hairs and hair in the bathroom and linen with tasks… cleanliness to review seriously! On arrival we were added taxes for the pool, etc… even if one did not wish the used an amount of 30 dollars per day is charged… Shameful…! I will put my comment on TripAdvisor also so that people do not get caught.

The location is worth everything. The rooms are spacious. The proposal for breakfast in the room that you buy inside the hotel is very good, rich, varied and reasonably priced.

It is a beautiful hotel with super comfortable and luxury rooms. It has a unique location in the middle of Times Square close to many tourist spots.

Very well located, not very pleasant. If you just want a den to sleep you get this hotel, if you are looking for something more I would advise don't go there. The staff are busy all the time, they treat you the same way you should expect McDonald's help. The Breakfast does not worth $6 Dollars besides you pay $25 per person. Parking is not included besides they make you feel it is, $70 parking for you to add to the price plus $35 Dollars per room per day of service fee. Be aware.

Location is great — minutes from Time Square. The hidden nightly service fee of about $30US is horrible (their excuse is you can use their gym, makes calls with their phone and have 2 free drink tickets… Really? I don't want any of those… How about you let me keep the $30 a night instead? ). The walls are paper thin, so when your neighbor use their washroom it sounds like they're using yours because the walls are so thin. If you have noisy neighbors — good luck. If you're the noisy neighbor… Then be aware that everyone else can hear what you're saying… so you might as well just be considerate of others and keep it to a whisper.

Very nice hotel, but the location is the main thing, worth what you really pay for, the views to Time Square are a marvel, and you access to many places of interest walking. Recommended.

It's a disastrous hotel, when you check out you invent monetary charges, they are a disgrace. They claim to charge the Wi-Fi…

It's centrally located and the rooms are spacious. It has a great bar and restaurant. The service can be a bit slow so as long as you are not in a hurry, you are good. I only gave it 2 stars This time because on my 2nd night I had bugs these tiny little bugs that appeared in my shower. When I checked out and told the desk clerk he acted very put off. I told him they were just tiny little things but he acted like I was the issue or something. First time as I have stayed here before.

Location is perfect. Right on Broadway. Minute walk from Chicago theater, Caroline's, Juniors restaurant & cheesecakes (BEST cheesecake ever! Try apple crumb) City view is amazing! Downside, indoor pool is a lap pool. You have to wear swimming caps & be ready for the pool to be in use by pro swimmers doing laps. Not a leisure type pool. No microwave or fridge in the City view King bed rooms. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! Clean everything! Staff was awesome, from check in, housekeeping, elevator help, to check out. It was worth every penny!

Ideally located, the Crowne Plazza unfortunately suffers from an obvious ageing.
Travelling in pairs with 2 children, we took a room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious.
The room doors Let the sounds go by. We hear pretty much everything that happens in the room when you're in the hallway.
Having been afraid to have too much light with the view of Times Square, we decided to take a room that looks out the back of the building… watch out for the opposite!
When we arrived, the household left badly to be desired (bottles started, soaps open, vacuum cleaner visibly not past… vestiges of previous tenants, we had a doubt about the changes of the sheets…), false not unforgivable for a It's a four star establishment.

Good Hotel… The room was not the prettiest in the world, but it was cozy enough to stay 3 or 4 days!

Very clean and tidy. The entrance is a little hard to find. The rooms are quite big considering time square. Price is not too bad off peak. This is the heart of time square and everything you need from restaurants to various subway stops r nearby.

117 dollars a room + 30 dollars for Internet + gym + pool. The location is good in Times Square near Broadway! At reception they are very unkind, they are on the defensive: when you ask for more information, they send you to speak with the manager. They do not make at reception any effort to make you feel welcome. The pool (1.20metros) and the gym are not from the hotel but from the franchise "New York City Sports Club". The gym has treadmills, elliptical, bicycles and dumbbells in equipment and dumbbells are enough. The pool is 4 lanes (you have to arrive early to find a good place). Attention and food in the hotel's "Broadway 49 bar and lounge" restaurant should improve considerably: the attention of the waiters should be faster and more friendly; The hostess must do their work and cater to the diners who arrive looking for a table (the hostess does not make any effort to get table for diners), the food could have a better taste, a competitive price and quality. The staff at the Broadway shows locker installed at the hotel is very friendly!

Hotel. You pay the location, nice hotel, very kind staff, who tries in every way to meet you, the entrance to Times Square could be more cared for. It costs a lot to have breakfast here.

This was a great Hotel enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast. I purchased a voucher for the breakfast when I made the reservations so it was much cheaper then paying for the breakfast individually. So ask when you make your reservation if there's any vouchers available for buffet breakfast. Nice hotel, good staff a lot of restaurants and bar inside. Bed was very comfortable, room was very nice also clean. 5 stars!

Really nice hotel in the heart of Times Square and the Broadway distinct. Can't beat the location if you're going to a show (or two) … otherwise, I don't like staying in the area. Anyway, very nice clean hotel with great views and very quiet given the location… except if the other side of the bed, there are the service elevators! Called down to the front desk and got a new room in minutes. They even sent a bellhop up to the room with the new keys and a luggage cart to move our things. They also know how to treat their Platinum customers with free or discounted breakfast and a free drink in the bar! Very, very nice.

This hotel has excellent customer service. The room was decent, beds comfortable, nice shower. Could have been slightly cleaner, but I have a very high standard for cleanliness ☺️ I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. Also, the location was great. We had a view of Times Square from our room.

This is The second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. This year we brought some friends. Everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The food at their restaurant was very good. And though my wife and I were unable to enjoy the free breakfast, our friends enjoyed it.

Very good service and price, something that should be included is the breakfast for the guests, the rooms seemed comfortable and clean.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice. The room was very cold for our entire stay. We did report it to the front desk and they sent someone up immediately which was good but they didn’t manage to solve the problem. The only slight criticism is that they need bigger towels in the bathroom. Apart from those minor points the stay was good and the hotel was clean and would stay again.

Concierge is difficult to locate! Staff could be more friendly. Else, this is a typical 4-star New York City hotel. Won't go wrong booking a night or two here. For economy travellers though there are better and cheaper places available in New York City…

Blazing hot rooms in the winter. With the air circulation on and heat off, it was a balmy 76 degrees at night. A window can be opened to cool off the room so you have a chance to sleep that night, but maid service closed ours after leaving it open that morning. If you plan to sleep with the window open, be prepared for lots of sirens: both police because NYC and fire as the station is less than a block away. Aside from the heat, the bathrooms show a lot of wear. The toilet paper holder was barely clinging to the wall and the last bathtub vinyl coating is peeling away. On the plus side, the downstairs restaurant is great.

We visited the Crown Plaza Times Square for the weekend. The trip was fantastic. The stay started with a complimentary upgrade to a corner room with a great view of the city. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. If we make it back the New York City, I'm certain that we'd stay at the Crown Plaza again. Thanks for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!

Was not impressed with this hotel at all. We paid extra to have a city view of time square and they put us in probably their smallest room they have facing a skyscraper with little to no view of anything. Employees were pleasant in the beginning. Then the hotel charged my card for the the total 3 times and when I called to speak with someone about this the man answering the phone was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken with. They refused to transfer me to a manager. This problem still has not been resolved and I'm still out all the extra money they decided to charge me. Would NOT recommend this place. For the price you are paying here you can stay somewhere nicer in the city.

Employees here were amazing! Great service. Room was clean and our maid even tidied up every day for us. My only negative is that we could not turn the air on. Room was way too warm. They opened the window for us, but it never got below 73 degrees in the room. That is too warm for sleeping! My daughter and I are both sick as we return home because of this. We were told that heat was the only option since the hotel was running heat. Never had this issue at a hotel before. Must be an NYC thing because all the shops were super hot too. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving.

We got the corner panoramic room. All rooms have great views. Very nice workers and hotel amenities. Also the mattresses are so good we ordered the same ones when we got home.

It is a hotel that is in the heart of "Tisqare in Manhattan". To walk day and night all very nice month, and in the hotel is very nice.

I was VERY underwhelmed with my experience at this hotel on my recent two night stay in a King size bed, high floor, Times Square view room that cost ~$450 per night. I stayed from October 21st to the 23rd. Here's a short list of things to consider before booking a room at Crowne Plaza: -Bed was very uncomfortable -Room had no fridge -Room was oddly shaped with large hallway and was small -Bar staff was rude and Breakfast staff didn't serve us at all after they found out we had prepaid for our meal with the room All in all, Crowne plaza deserves a one star rating for letting me and my guest down with the low level of accommodation for such a high priced hotel. I would expect this sort of treatment from a Motel 6, not from a hotel charging $450 per night. The woman at the front desk and the "taxi and luggage manager" were both very helpful and friendly though, thankfully.

Awesome reception by a friendly and professional desk person. Rooms are clean and decent size for NY. Have slept quite well since we arrived. The bar is also quite good. Highly recommend a stay here.

Booking was easy, room was clean. Not ALL the elevators go to all floors, and no signs are posted — that was a little confusing. Wish they had more people willing to grab you cabs outside, but we waited patiently and were helped.

The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating BuT the room is bad. There are food crumbs all over the floor. There are hairs in the bathroom. I just checked in. After asking 2 times for a thorough vacuuming and getting nowhere I approached the front desk. They were so apologetic and I was happy with their response but the fact remains that the rooms need to be maintained better. Wall paper is peeling off, there are stains on the sink and dirt on the doors and walls. I feel like it’s unfair to the guests to not keep the rooms up.

The only thing good about this hotel is it's location! Booked a handicap room, and on the net they were pictured with a fold down seat and grab bars. Got to the room and the bathroom had neither plus the shower light did not work-very unsafe. In addition the bed side light had a broken switch, and the drapes were off a broken track and would not close. Asked for a wake up call and they failed to call. Asked for extra toilet paper, cause we ran out, and was sent toiletries. To top it off had to wait 45 minutes for a porter to pick up our bags on the day we checked out! Granted when I complained, manager comped us breakfast for two mornings and points on our rewards card, but would much rather prefer a good room and good service!

Located by times square, you might get lucky and get a times square view room! We initially had issues with our room, but after some communication with managers, they were all resolved to my satisfaction. Fridge not in rooms by default, something to keep in mind if it's a must for you. Generally speaking, staff are pleasant enough.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff really friendly. We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Not once our bed sheets were changed although we asked to be changed twice. We could tell with a pen stain on our sheets. Hotel charges a service fee for the pool and gym $30 US a day. The pool looks like a dirty bath and we didn't use the gym once. So becarful when booking and ask if any extra fees.

Been here multiple times. It is a consistent hotel… rooms good size. Whilst rooms need a bit of an update, they are more than adequate and comfortable. Good facilities in the hotel, and so proximate to times square. Wifi setup which ia free, is a bit annoying but then works reliably without needing to reconnect each day. Useful coffee shop available by the elevators and opens early each morning.

I made a date error when booking a last-minute reservation. The reserved date fell therefore outside the normal cancellation period. By policy, the hotel management stood their ground, took my money, and gave me nothing. In other words, I paid over $250 for nothing, because the hotel was not kind enough to allow for human error. Now any return is unlikely. Whatever was gained by the hotel in the short-term, may have erased the possibility for a greater return — and a positive relationship — in the long-term. Really sad. Don't agree? Consider this: The booking app, which did nothing wrong, gave me a gift card to say sorry for the behavior of the hotel. Now that's customer service that is worth emulating.

Booked 3 rooms. Got here at 6pm. One room wasn't ready. The first room we went in had a bad a/c and it smelled horrible like someone took a bath in baby powder. The second room was fine. 2 hours later they still cannot fix the smell and they never called on the third room. I finally go back to front desk get my third room and the key reader on the door is broken. Now I still only have 1 functional room and I am paying for 3. Completely awful. I travel for business and this is worse than most third rate hotels in the middle of nowhere.

Outstanding service led by MD Niles Harris makes this my home away from home. This has become my main hotel when travelling on business or pleasure with its awesome location in Times Square with access to Broadway, restaurants etc, facilities (including access to Sports Club gym, a great bar and restaurant and friendly and courteous staff who now know my family and I because we stay so frequently. The spirit of service comes from the top and its not unusual to see MD Harris come out and meet his guests. Of course it helps that I am an Elite Priority. My most recent stay was awesome and the Hotel makes it a point to recognize repeat guests. I have stayed at the Sheraton (both), Marriott, Hilton and while they too are good properties, the Crowne Plaza is extra special. I will be visiting again the end of the month to meet up with relatives and celebrate our Anniversary. The picture below is my brother and I at the Lobby Bar.

Wow, staying with family at 4 we had a great holiday and the hotel is set! We were on the 21st floor and regretted not being higher up but as soon as we got back in the room we noticed that the view is still exceptional!
Small city noises But the hotel is in itself very well insulated.
The location in the neighborhood is a real asset, we really enjoyed going down and finding ourselves in the center of Times Squares.
The cleaning is carried out every day with thoroughness and care (including carpeting! )
Our favorite: The little shower gels every day!
We can ask to change the sheets for free. The floors are very quiet and the decoration is neat. The staff are very welcoming!
The service was perfect and the hotel fully contributed to the satisfaction of our stay. We had booked via British Airways and there was no problem with the Check-in.
Don't hesitate!

It is very CPR homepage but to eat it is a bit expensive and it charge taxes so who thought it was included in the taken.

Very well maintained room and gracious staff. The escalators were so fun ride. I like how even though I am not moving I am still moving. I even saw a lady yelling at her kids. I will come back again.

Very good location to explore the city.

Spacious wirh great vuew of Tines Sqyare and quiet considering the area. Beds were cheap however so I did not sleep ny best. Plwnty of bathroom soace. Room service was quick with bottled water (none in room) and cocktails whuch came in plastic glasses (kinda trashy looking don't you think. )

I came with my Father for a short visit to New York City. He secured a good deal on Hotwire for $200 a night during Memorial Day Weekend, Sunday afternoon to Wednesday morning. The lobby is a nice area to meetup. The hotel bar has a nice view onto Times Square. The hotel gives you two complimentary beer or wine drinks. My room was on the 36th floor, away from Times Square, so it was quieter. Had a nice view of Manhattan and the Hudson River. The room had enough space for two people. The exhaust fan in room 3604 is very weak in function, and needs to be fixed. Maintainence man would not acknowledge my problem with the exhaust fan. At least the housekeeping had air refreshner after using the bathroom, LOL! I came back to the hotel late around 2:00 am, and the bathroom was closed for cleaning. The bathroom custodian is on probation and it takes him over an hour to clean the Men's room. He needs to find another line of work. My biggest issue with this hotel are the bathrooms, that is why I rate the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square three out of five stars!

Our room was very spacious. The view was awesome. We were right in the middle of the heart of Manhattan. Great service. And the hotel broker got us tickets for the rangers!

Central location, easy to get to, and plenty of room. Had several meetings which all went very well. Would go back again. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced too.

We were in New York to get married and stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the duration of our holiday. We were treated so well by all the staff but in particular, Keith and Jason the bartenders, and also Rodney the Food & Beverage Manager. They were all wonderful and bought us some celebratory drinks. On our wedding day, Rodney sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries up to our room as a surprise. Keith and Jason were very friendly and their hospitality made us come back to the hotel bar every night. Our room was on 36th floor and it was wonderfully spacious and very clean. The housekeeping service was first class. The bed was huge and the pillows were amazing, we both slept like logs… Even the night before the wedding! Our stay here made us want to come back at the earliest opportunity. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

Good food, nice location, nice view depending on your room and the people which work there are polite. Recommend this to anybody who is interested to stay next Times Square and who is willing to wake up at 2 in the morning hearing people who just came out the pub. But for me it was a solid 4 stars.

Service was good but a little slow though it was rather busy. Some food on the menu like the turkey club was delicious but other like the chicken and waffles was meh at best. The food was pretty expensive in general but not unrealistic given the location. Inquire about the size of a meal as they vary widely.

We've stayed here many times and always have a great experience. Victoria at the front desk is so nice, as are the rest of the team. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will stay there every time we visit NYC!

Before arriving to the hotel that morning I've called over 20 times to speak to the front desk. When I finally got ahold of someone I asked her what time does the front desk open and she laughed at me with no apology, I told her that I've been calling since 7 o'clock that morning until 10 o'clock when someone finally answered the phone. I told Ariel or Angela that I need in my room to be feathered free because of my allergies to feathers. When we arrived at the hotel at 8:10 p. M. Friday our room has not been done I thought that was totally unacceptable especially for the amount of money we were paying per night. Anthony at the the desk was apologetic. But I think something else could have been done. Breakfast was not included. They charge you to use to use the business center. They charge you to use the pool and the gym which is unbelieva the bathroom was the bathroom was outdated. You can see putty all around the sink. We are a LGBT couple and felt looked down upon here. During checkout the desk clerk of Indian decent didn't care to look at us in the eyes ever asked how the stay was. Just a horrible place! The only good experience about the hotel was that it was in a good area for Times Square and the bed was comfortable. I should have stayed at the Hilton.

Thank you Karim Sharif made this night's meaningful experience, we love it. Bar and drinks were great, no is the feeling of black shops. We enjoy a dinner, food and wine, while enjoying the view of times square. The staff very polite. Crowne Plaza Hotel to thank our wonderful experience, enable us to enjoy the celebration.

Wow 30etage! Good service, some gap at the level of the household, but nothing serious. Valet parking service.

Cons: Noisy — both from outside (guess they can't silence crowd on Times Square), and inside — my room was near the elevators, and every time elevator arrives to the floor one can clearly hear a loud "ding" in the room. Bill included unexpected "service fee + tax", something around $20, in addition to all other items (night rate, guest charge, city guest fee, NY tax etc) — didn't try to fight it. May be it is declared somewhere on their site, but was a surprise for me. Be aware. Pro: Clean, good Wi-Fi, tea/coffee in the room, valet parking (a bit pricey — $60 / day, but very convenient), perfect location. Unique to this hotel — TV HDMI / AV/Audio inputs are connected to the easily accessible panel on the side of the desk, so if you want stream the movie from your phone / tablet all you should do is to connect HDMI cable. Conveniently placed USB charger for phone and tablet (even with one micro USB cable — don't know if it was supplied by the hotel or just previous guest forgot it there).

Unprofessional customer service couple of front desk people instead of calming a situation seemed to help escalate one of my relatives complaints. Do these people not understand when we stay at your hotel this is our temporary home & after a LONG day of sightseeing my expectation was NOT to get more stress. The front desk person have us drunk vouchers for inconvenience & when we went downstairs to lobby bar we had to deal with more horrible customer service from the waiter. Restaurant manager was kind & helpful but dear God the wait staff & front desk are unacceptable. Then the morning of check out we wake up to a LIST of Fees for use of things we did NOT use. Bottom line don't stay here unless you want done sort of drama on your vacation to NEW YORK. I'm Done with this place.

The hotel is nice but the rooms size needs improvement as well as the rooms decor. A bit of outdated to say the least. The bed is very comfortable though. The service was good and warm.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable. The issue was that there was no hot water in the shower! I have called few times about it and they told us they would send someone up to check the temperature. The issue was resolved only at the end of the day and we didn't had hot water for almost the entire day. For the money we spend there I would expect much more.

Top Hotel, really flawless in everyway. Added value: view of Time Square.

In the heart of times square and that's what I came here to do, experience nyc as a tourist. Very nice room and staff!

Service was very good, with the receptionist Antonio M making up for the lack of room service with his exceptional service! He's a keeper! Keep people like him around, and watch your business satisfaction ratings soar.

Location: TOP, better is not doing, equal to a subway station near the House, view from the 21st Stok in the time square, besse is not about! No noise was heard through the window! Equipment: we had it without breakfast, are gone but still have breakfast in the lobby, but very very expensive! Room was clean, the beds rather small: — (the staff was very friendly, the staff very nice and tried. ) Would sofrt book this hotel again.
