We had an excellent stay! My only complaint is the bed was too hard for us but everything else outweighs that. Would stay here again!

A fantastic hotel, with thoughtful employees, that made us feel very welcome! Located right off Broadway and Times Square, and close to a lot of sites that you want to visit while in NY. Great breakfast at Friedmann right next door, fantastic beds and wonderful rooms, and they serve wine and cheese for their guests every afternoon in the lobby. I will def. Come back here :D!

My father and I stayed 4 nights at the pearl hotel as part of my father’s birthday week getaway. We both fell in love with it and wouldn’t choose anything else now reminiscing about it. The staff were VERY helpful and met all of our needs and more. I wish I could have given the rating a 10! Will visit and stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. They upgraded our room from double bed to King the room. The room was very good size for city standards. From front desk to door men all we're ready to help. They also had Continental breakfast. The best was all the toasters worked!

I escaped from the Stewart Hotel after a horrendous experience (review soon to come). I quickly booked a room at The Pearl Hotel for my entire trip after spending only 3 hours at the Stewart Hotel. I was greeted warmly first by William, then the very courteous and professional Ali and Ignacio at the front desk. After learning what had happened to us earlier in the night, they made sure that I enjoy my stay at The Pearl. The deluxe queen room was tidy, clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessities. A small TV was mounted for your viewing pleasure. The spacious balcony was an added bonus! Ali and Ignacio explained everything in detail and never once did they seem to be bothered or showed any signs of impatience. In addition to a wonderful boutique hotel, the staff elevated the experience at The Pearl. Bravo The Pearl! I will undoubtedly stay again next time I'm in NYC.

We had one of the suite rooms that had two queen beds and then a small separate room between the bathroom and bedroom with a single pull out sofa. That worked great so our two teens didn’t have to share a bed! The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very nice and roomy! The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast included is very nice and we enjoyed it each day. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great hotel experience! We were celebrating and when we arrived there was a bottle of champagne and a nice note in our room. We had our 18 month old with us and there was also a crib in the room for us when we arrived. Breakfast was complimentary and included a nice spread of pastries, fruits, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice, and tea. Every afternoon there is complimentary wine and cheese which also includes fruit and veggies along with other snacks. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for being able to easily explore many main tourist attractions. Everything was clean and the room was surprisingly big for a Manhattan hotel. We had a difficult time finding a hotel in the city that offered a single king bed but found it here. We will definitely stay at The Pearl again.

Awesome staff and very friendly, very knowledgeable on local restaurants! Great location in the theater district. Showers that will massage you after a long day of walking. Quiet rooms with the windows closed. And they use L'Occitane products for your shower needs!

Really nice boutique hotel. No restaurant or lobby furniture only reason for four stars. Rooms are large by NY botique standards and nicely appointed. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location.

Stayed here for 4 nights and love this place. The location is perfect. Right near times square with excellent subway links. The hotel has a great continental breakfast included. The rooms are clean and of a good size for New York. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in New York. Thanks for making my Birthday celebrations special. Highly recommend the Pearl.

The room and the bed are very comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is very good and is included in the rate. In the afternoon there is wine and cheese tasting. The staff were very friendly and friendly. The Wi-Fi signal works very well. The location is strategic. Only one point to improve, the heating at times was quite noisy, but I would still recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The hotel had complementary wine/cheese social and breakfast was also included. The staff surprised us with complementary sparkling cider waiting in our room to celebrate a sweet 16 birthday. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next visit to the city.

Tis hotel is perfect! The rooms were nice and comfy, the staff was very helpful and friendly and it was located centrally. They have a breakfast every morning and a happy hour at 4. I was more than pleased with my stay at The Pearl!

Location was fabulous — just one block west of Times Square and in the theater district. Could walk everywhere. Quiet at night. Lovely wine hour from 4-5 pm and very nice breakfast. Rooms were very beautifully updated and beds/pillows very comfortable. A perfect stay.

From pulling up to the front of the hotel until pulling away, the staff were amazingly helpful. Everything I needed or had questions about, they took care of and answered with no issues. Extremely friendly front desk and bellman. The room was clean and well maintained. We had a deluxe double suite which had an amazing spa-like bathroom. Great location being right in the middle of the theater district. Did not have to travel far to get anywhere. Will be staying here again!

A wonderful central hotel. Prefect personnel polite and helpful they can provide you with any kind of information you need. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was just the basics nothing interesting. They offer 24h snacks and beverages and every day at 16:00 to 17:00 they offer free wine, fruits and cheese. Definitely I would visit again.

The best place to stay. Right in the theater district, seriously, venues on every side. Spectacular restaurants and bars just a breath away. Quick couple of blocks to Times Square and Roosevelt Plaza. This is the one to choose.

This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel! We stayed for a week during Thanksgiving/Black Friday and the hotel is located next to everything: shopping, subway, tourist sites, Starbucks and the Eugene O'Neill theatre (that's currently playing the Book of Mormons)! We stayed in a suite (which was a very large room) and the hotel offers a free continental breakfast every morning from 7:00am — 10:00am (11? ) that consists of muffins, danishes, bagels, yogurt, cold cereal, packaged oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Staff are very friendly. When we had trouble with the fire alarm in our room (it kept beeping due to a low battery), the attendant came up to our room within 5 minutes to fix it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. What I found slightly odd, was that this hotel doesn't 'celebrate Christmas' (that is, no Christmas tree was in the lobby … no wreath, no string of garland … no sign of 'Christmas spirit' at this hotel. It's not a turnoff, just noticeable). Guys … at least put out a poinsettia plant! Something!

Great hotel! Our daughter is in a wheelchair and they made sure we were comfortable and settled in! Very friendly and responsive staff! Very quiet for the location. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Love the location and the service is amazing! rooms are suuper spacious which is nice! nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and my favorite part is loccitane provides soap to the hotel! like quality soaps! so I was very pleased. The breakfast in the morning was small but it was a quick stop to grab something. They also include chips, apples, and water in the lobby all day and night!

Booked for my birthday weekend and the stay was great. When we got there the room was ready. The front desk personnel was so nice. He mentioned we got there just in time for their complementary wine and cheese hour that they have daily from 4 to 5pm. I mentioned that it was my birthday and when we returned to our room there was a complementary bottle of wine with a birthday card. Room is clean. Great size for being in the city. Great location! Five minutes walk to Times Square.

One of my best stays in NYC, courteous staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. And you cant find a better location just off Broadway on the 49th.

A small beautiful hotel nothing was too much for staff, we bought our tickets for bus tours which was well worth it, would highly recommend this hotel.

Right Hotel, with breakfast included, snacks 24 hours, attention with wine and cheese from 4 to 5 pm but the best thing is the location. Around Times Squares and close to everything. Fully recommended. By putting a catch: the concierge… gave me the impression that it is trumpista and not listen as well to the latinos as gringos.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My daughter & I initially stayed for 4 nights last week and then our flight got cancelled in the BA IT crash. They were fully booked that night but sorted us out a room at one of their sister hotels, The Carnegie. We couldn't get re-booked the next day so needed another night and this time they had a room so back we went (not that we didn't like the Carnegie, we did but we had got used to the Pearl so wanted to return). When we checked back in they had upgraded us to a suite because they knew the trouble we were having and that says it all about the hotel. The staff are super friendly and efficient and really go the extra mile. The rooms are lovely with really comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want. Continental breakfast is great with the nicest bagels we've ever had and the fact that there is complementary tea, coffee and snacks 24 hours a day is a real bonus. Then there's the location half a block from Broadway with one theatre next door (Cats), one opposite (the Book of Mormon) and one in the next street (A Bronx Tale which we went to see and thoroughly recommend) and the rest scattered all around. It's on the same street as the Rockefeller Centre, a couple of blocks from 5th Avenue, Times Square and restaurant row and has 3 subway stations within a couple of blocks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will stay next time I'm in New York.

It is a hotel where you'll serve nicely, that is close to times square and several theaters of broadway. I can really recommend it, the only thing you need to do is to implement food at breakfast.

We stayed here April 19-24, '17. Super high quality hotel with very attentive staff and well decorated throughout. Continental breakfast was over-the-top delicious as well as the afternoon and evening snacks. Always fresh hot coffee that was amazing with huge variety of sweeteners and creamers. Super quiet and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

The location is great and everything was super clean. Our room was large for NYC standards. I read some of the other reviews and am somewhat confused. They don't advertise themselves as a huge resort with restaurants etc. If however, you want something very nice with a perfect location this is it!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… The rooms are small, as expected considering the location. The bed is comfortable with ample blankets. There's a coffee maker in the room, and also free continental breakfast. The full length mirror is a nice addition, and there's an umbrella in the room, to borrow in case of rain. There's good water pressure in the shower, but the floor is not sloped properly. This is my only real complaint, since the water keeps pooling up.

Nice hotel placed near Broadway and Times Square, the room are new and cozy but a bit too small for the price they ask. The breakfast lounge is also very small and you could find it a bit crowded.

Great hotel. Very well located, great staff, large bedroom with microwave and small fridge, L'Occitane soaps and shampoo in the bathroom, doesn't charge for receiving packages bough online. The only low point for me is that all rooms have carpet, and I'd prefer a hardwood floor, if available.

Excellent location. Just a few blocks from Time Square and even closer to the subway. Lovely large rooms with comfortable beds, great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The service has been brilliant, all staff members are friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the Pearl Hotel was outstanding. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Manhattan and the location was superb, right in Midtown near travel hubs and the theater district, but far enough away from Times Square that there weren't millions of people in the streets outside. When we arrived we received a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room with a balcony, which provided a nice, quiet sitting area with some great views of the city. Our room was also in tip top shape, featured a microwave, fridge and even a TV in the bathroom, features lacking in some other high end boutique hotels I've stayed at around the country. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful and check in and check out was a breeze! I plan to make this my main hotel for future visits to Manhattan.

Rooms were nice, clean, and well-appointed, but its proximity to Times Square means that the city noise is constant and penetrates through the walls and windows with ease at all hours of the night.

Very nice, but come in the years hotel. Images not rosy, play well there. Breakfast is awesome for sweet lovers. Water, tea and coffee and biscuits and chips are available around the clock available.
A free refrigerator is in the room (empty).
Is very pleasant between 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm offered wine, crackers and vegetables.
The offered Pinot Grigio has a pleasant taste (for Europeans well drinkable)
We would book it again.

Lovely hotel staying here for 6 nights. Comfy beds, helpful friendly staff and a good selection at breakfast. Wine hour from 4pm-5pm is a bonus. Would definatly recommend this hotel. A stones throw from times square and broadway shows great location.

Went with this hotel based on the great reviews. While the location was great the room was outdated and stuffy. The bathroom seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The staff was partially attentive and partially rude. Can't say I had a great time.

Great location at a great price. Nice rooms and HUGE comfy bed. Could do with a kettle and some milk in the room however. Just a pod type coffee machine which isn't much use to my tea drinking wife. Still… There's a million places in NYC to get a cup of tea. Bravo Pearl Hotel.

Recently stayed at the Pearl and was very impressed with the room, the amenities, and the staff. There is tremendous attention to detail that is evident in every aspect of the hotel which is not evident at some of the larger chains I have stayed. Finally and most importantly, as someone with a bad back, the beds are wonderful with absolutely no back issues in the morning. It will become my go to hotel whenever in New York.

For me one of the best hotels that has throughout Manhattan, good location, friendly staff, clean, picturesque, free Wi-Fi in the rooms! All a jewel in the heart of broadway!

A quite place in the heart of the city. The location is prefect, centrally located and walking distance from do many great things. The staff was friendly and alway willing to help find a great place to eat or a short cut to a location. They even taught me to jail a cab! If you're visiting NYC, The Pearl is just that, a Pearl.

Stay made in March 2012. Warm, huge room (11th floor) super comfortable bed, bathroom a bit small but we didn't need more. It is true that the breakfast is far from the "continental" standard but being 50 metres from Times Square is not a real problem. We will return with pleasure.

The service was pretty good, it had a great location being under a minute walk to time square, and a great continental breakfast. But, bedbugs. I have bites all over me and I only stayed three nights.

This Hotel Truly Lives up to its name; The Pearl Hotel is indeed a beautiful and Comfortable place to stay either for a day or for your entire vacation stay. The modern rooms will wow you as you walk around finding hidden perks. Walk in closets, Modern Bathroom, just to mention a few. It is perfectly located close to Time Square for you to enjoy walking distance to Broadway theaters, restaurant, Bars, bright lights, but yet the room is quiet, therefore you get the best of both worlds. The Staff was friendly and knowledgeable even for our day in the town as New Yorkers. Highly recommended, hope I could have stayed a few more days to enjoy all the amenities this hotel has to offer.

Very nice rooms. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade to larger suite style room with a separate sitting area as well as a third TV. The restroom was very nice and clean, with a very nice shower. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The service was excellent. The included breakfast was good. Location was great being about 100 yards from Broadway. Chicago was playing next door and Book of Mormon right across the street. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We Celebrated our 40th Anniversary here. The location was perfect right off Times Square and walking distance to everything. The staff are helpful and attentive to every need you might have.
