Very accommodating, friendly staff.

Highly recommended very good and friendly entire staff when we are there. Very clean hotel and safe to stay.

Clean and friendly. Location upper east side convent for restaurants Sloan Kettering buildings. If not for CoVid a short subway ride from Lexington or cabe ride to Downtown.

The beds r so comfortable! I slept great last night. The best sleep in a long time.

Mr Manager — where is my refund and why aren’t you replying to my emails and to the emails sent by your Head Office? Hello? Want my $$$$ back for the prepayment of our anticipated stay at your joint until the receptionist was so unprofessional and bluntly rude to us that we found another hotel. Been trying to get a reply for 2 months. Never encountered such horrible behaviour and a dirty and messy lobby and public restrooms.

I spent the night here due to snowstorm on 1/4/18. The room was booked by my job to prevent me from traveling home through the snow, and so I'd have an easy commute to work in the morning. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming
My reservation was processed efficiently and I was in my room quickly. Although there was no dining area, which I researched before arriving, I ordered my dinner beforehand and brought it with me. I did appreciate the small coffee maker in the room. The bed was very comfortable, as were the bed linens and towels. For my overnight needs, this room was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed 1 night with our 2 young granddaughter. We are not from the city. Mt. Sinai hospital recommended it. Our daughter had surgery there.
Pros: it's very clean. The bathroom's nice. It's quite soundproof The staff are accommodating. Valet parking is not so bad. $20 more for valet parking for a total of $55.
Cons: The beds are old, cheap & bouncy; they sink in the middle. The lighting is poor when you first walk in if you go at night which we did. It has cheap fluorescent lighting that's slow to light. The amenities in the bathroom are cheap. There were no drinking glasses in the bathroom. It's pricey. They do not have breakfast.
