The owners were very accommodating rooms were spotless grounds were very well kept we came for 2 nights to play at the casino im giving 5 stars because anything we asked or needed they were more than accommodating! Nice place nice people couldn't ask for more!

One of the managers was fantastic working with us when we suddenly had to travel to Massena for a family medical emergency. The room was clean except for the bathtub but they were quick to take care of our problems and very eager to work with us.

For what I paid, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was incredibly impressed with everything. The heater was quiet, shower was nice, and room was incredibly clean. Staff was also really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I did not personally stay here, but they were amazing while I was booking rooms for out of town talent for our comedy show. Best rates, friendly staff, and the option for me to view and review the rooms before booking was fantastic! So accommodating!

Staff really nice clean but the queen beds seem a little small. And my TV had a delay turn on. But over all experiance was good.

3/5 Since this is an entry level hotel. First room It was very hot despite the heating which indicated 70f. We were given another room without a problem, we were almost alone in the hotel at that time. Second bedroom, okay. Small, bedspread had a small tear, a lamp lampshade had a tear, but the cleanliness was correct. Basic Breakfast, Muffin (1 sort) bagels, breads, waffle Maker, orange and apple juice, coffee, 2 sort of cereal. Don't think of eating downstairs, the 3 tables are in the lobby in front of the lady at the office that watches you eat, and directly in the entrance, so the door lets cold air in the winter, and the new guests are next to your table when they do the check-I N, so eat in your room, there is a small fridge and a microwave. For US $74, that was enough.

Quick access to main roads, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi and good price.

The room was in a great location. We were there for hockey and the rink is right across the street. Rooms were clean enough.

Nice clean room, nice TV and bathroom. Only problem I had was the mini fridge made an annoying noise all night.

The rooms were really nice, and the showers had an abundance of hot and cold water at good temperatures. Morning breakfast is alright, goes from 5-10. Didn't interact with staff much but they seemed friendly. Wifi wasn't super fast, but was satisfactory.

It is a place comfortable and pleasant to acudair, has free Wi-Fi and a very friendly staff and the breakfast is free.

Ordered this room through hotwire. The front desk clerk advised us we would have a smoking room. We asked for a non smoking room and were told that the only one available was a single bed. We took the smoking room. The room was filthy, including an ashtray that was still filled with ashes. The smell of smoke was worse than walking into a bar full of smokers. I returned to the front desk to request the one bed non smoking (having a family member sleep in a chair would have been better than the room we were provided). The same front desk clerk informed me that we could not actually have the non smoking room since we booked through hotwire (even though the hotwire price was the same as what Super 8 was regularly listed. ) I decided it would be better to take the financial hit a book another room rather than stay at this location. Five minutes later I returned to check out. When I informed the clerk we were leaving she stated "oh, well I can probably get you into a non smoking room" Really? Stay away from this location, judging from the other reviews its not worth the health risk.

Filthy hole. Dead bugs in room, they dont vacuum. TV from 1990. No smoking room that smelled like smoke.

Stains on bedspread. Not sure that it was washed. Thought I would save my left over dinner since there was a microwave and frig. But when we arrived at our room both were dirty with food, hair and dirt. Wasted my leftovers. Bathroom walls not clean, could see hair in tub. Could hear people in the room above walking around, talking and using bathroom late into night. Not a good nights sleep.

The room in itself was ok just what you would expect from a mid priced hotel; but we consistantly had to switch rooms 3 times in a 5 day stay. And to top it all off our truck got broken in to and sour gps was stolen while parked in hotel parking lot.
